소상공인 집적지에서의 인공지능 Fulfillment 서비스 Platform 연구 (Artificial Intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform in Small Business Areas)

  • 세계 10대 도시이며 Metro City인 서울특별시는 인쇄, 봉제, 기계금속 등 전통적인 도심제조업이 분포되어있다. 이들 제조업은 세부 업종 및 공정에 따라 소상공인 집적지를 형성해 서로 상부상조 하는 형태로 발전해왔다. 집적지의 특성상 집적지 내 각 공정별 업체 간 물류는 신속히 이루어지고 있으나 상대적으로 영세한 소상공인이 최종 단계의 완제품 수요자에 대한 주문처리 서비스를 준비하기에는 어려운 현실이다. 따라서 원활한 수주, 배송처리를 위해 집적지 상공인을 위한 통합수주 Fulfillment Service Platform 도입이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 전통 도심산업 중 인쇄업 소상공인의 기존 Fulfillment Service data를 수집, 분석하고 CRNN, k-NN, ID3 Decision Tree algorithm을 적용한 인공지능 Fulfillment Service Platform 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구를 통하여 집적지 소상공인 누구나 활용할 수 있는 개별 수주, 배송 맞춤서비스 사용이 가능하게 함으로써 소상공인 매출 증대 및 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Manufacturing lightweight aggregate uses high content of sewage sludge for non-structural concrete

  • Sewage sludge and clay used as raw materials in the study. Green aggregates contain different contents by dried weight of the sewage sludge, up to 80 percent is manufactured and burning conditions of soak temperature, soak time and rate of temperature increase. influence of burning condition and mixing ratio on specific gravity of burned aggregate are discussed. The appropriate burning condition to all aggregates is evaluated. Aggregates result form the thermal treatment get specific gravity under 0.8, water absorption fewer than 7.5 percent, and aggregate crushing value from 28 to 53. As the result, aggregates can be available as the lightweight aggregate for non-structural concrete.

  • In Korea, the interior design of urban electric railcar has been changed based on the requirements of railway operation company. However, most of the designs are similar to Japanese style owing to the Japanese technical cooperation in early stage of manufacturing in Korea. In order to present the direction of interior design of Korean electric railcar, we have investigated and analyzed the interior design of Japanese electric railcar.

  • Failure code system must include data of maintenance history, classification of failure, affective range and situation when failure occur. But the present failure code system have used a simple code system for classification to include only merchandise and tools. Advantageously, expansional standard code system that will be developed, it make that users can take steps of standardized overhaul and inspection as proposal maintain contents when failure occur or something wrong in vehicle of urban transit. Standardized failure codes must be developed and used that manufacturing companies and urban transit operating companies in order to give effect to maintenance works.

전륜구동 전기자동차의 기어비 변경에 따른 구동 특징 민감도 분석 (Sensitivity Analysis on Driving Characteristics According to Change in Gear Ratio of a Front Wheel Drive Electric Vehicle)

  • Acceleration performance, maximum velocity, urban driving energy consumption, and high-way driving energy consumption are important characteristics of electric vehicle driving. This study analyzes the effect of a gear ratio on these characteristics for a front wheel drive electric vehicle. The normalized sensitivity metric is used to compare the sensitivity of these scaled characteristics to the changes in the gear ratio. The sensitivity analysis results show that the normalized values are 0.95 for maximum velocity, 0.91 for acceleration performance, 0.51 for urban driving energy consumption, and 0.24 for high-way driving energy consumption. Therefore, the maximum velocity was affected the most by the changes in the gear ratio. These results can be used to determine the gear ratio of a front wheel drive electric vehicle to optimize the driving characteristics simultaneously.

지역별 제조업과 서비스업의 상호 연관성 분석과 시사점: 서울과 부산의 비교 (Analysis of the Industrial Linkage between Manufacturing and Service Industries and Its Implications: Comparison of Seoul and Busan)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 서울과 부산을 대상으로 제조업과 서비스업의 상호 연관성 실태를 분석하고 이의 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 투입산출계수와 생산유발계수를 통해 제조업에 대한 서비스업의 연관성과 서비스업에 대한 제조업의 연관성을 각각 분석하였다. 분석결과, 서울의 주력 제조업인 소비재는 서비스업과의 연관성이 상대적으로 높은 반면 부산의 주력 제조업인 조립가공은 서비스업과의 연관성이 상대적으로 낮아 제조업에 대한 서비스업의 연관성은 서울이 부산보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제조업 생산과정에 투입되는 서비스업의 자기지역 의존비율이 서울은 72.0% 이지만 부산은 49.0%로 낮아, 부산 제조업의 성장이 전산업에 미치는 효과가 제한적인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 서비스업에 대한 제조업의 연관성은 전반적으로 부산이 서울보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과를 바탕으로 제조업과 서비스업의 상호 연관성 제고를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다.

UAM 상용화를 위한 버티포트 구축 사례 연구: 프랑스 퐁투와즈 실증사례를 중심으로 (Case Study Building a Vertiport for UAM Commercialization: Based on the Demonstration in Pontoise-Cormeiles, France)

  • Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is considered the future of transportation, offering solutions to urban challenges and reducing environmental issues through the use of electric power and leveraging the sky as a new transportation corridor. UAM has diverse applications, including passenger and goods transportation, emergency rescue operations, patient transfers, and urban tourism. Furthermore, it is poised to revolutionize the transportation landscape, impacting existing infrastructures such as roads and parking lots, along with autonomous vehicles. The UAM industry is anticipated to exert a significant impact on various sectors, including airframe manufacturing, the development of new materials (e.g., fuel cells and batteries), and even the defense industry, resulting in substantial economic benefits. Consequently, conducting proactive research and setting industry standards for UAM takeoff and landing infrastructure is crucial for securing market leadership. In this regard, the case of Pontoise-Cormeiles, France, stands out as it achieved the world's inaugural successful demonstration of a vertiport before the 2024 Olympics. This achievement has significant implications for our preparations for the commercialization of UAMs. Thus, a detailed review of the French vertiport construction case in this study will serve as a foundation for guiding the planning and operation of UAMs in South Korea, particularly in anticipation of upcoming demonstration tests.

도시철도용 표준화 대차프레임의 강도평가 (Strength Assessment of Standardized Bogie Frame for Urban EMU)

  • Nowadays domestic demands for urban EMUs are gradually increased due to traffic jams and environmental problems. Therefore it has been required to make sure of manufacturing quality and to acquire cost effective bogie frames through mass production. One of the major functions of bogie frames is to guarantee the static strength and durability. In this research, the comparison between FE analysis and actual load test results is performed for the bogie frame, which is manufactured by Rotem Company. The results show that the standardized bogie frame meets the strength requirements of domestic regulations.

창조도시 볼로냐의 쇠퇴공장지역 재생 현지사례연구 (Field Case Study on Regeneration of Decaying Ex-factory area in a Creative City 「Bologna」)

  • response to the global city. It was developed to cope with the decline of the manufacturing industry, a rise in unemployment and a welfare state system in danger. In cities of the concept, there has been much change in existing urban space and accordingly wisdoms and knowledge has been accumulated. The purpose of this research is to scrutinize urban spatial modification of a regenerated model city "Bologna". The target area of analysis was a ex-factory ailing district. Field site visit, deep interview with professionals and citizens, walk through observation, and historial literature review on the site were employed. As results, its history, retrofit process and current change were systematically described. The results showed ways of thinking, attitude toward historic preservation, technology, and creativity of using existing buildings for contemporary functions. This has a significant implication on Korean urban development which mostly, has ignored the existing value of community and buildings.

  • The plane strain test has been used widely in order to examine the stress-strain relation and failure behavior. Its advantages are more realistic simulation of deformation and failure behaviors of soils. Most plane strain tests have been carried out with restrained end plates due to difficulties in manufacturing the equipment with free end condition and also performing it. In this study, plane strain tests with/without bottom plate restraint were performed on Jumunjin-sand. The measurement of overall and local deformation was accomplished by digital image correlation technique as well as external LVDT. By applying digital image correlation method using two consecutive images captured through the transparent wall, local deformation behavior of various parts inside the specimen was estimated. From digital image analysis result, the restrained effect of end plate was examined about formation and development of shear band, and deformation mechanism of sand under plane strain condition.
