지적도근점과 연계활용을 위한 도시기준점의 위치정확도 분석 (An Analysis on Positional Accuracy of Urban Control Point for Connecting to Supplementary Control Point)

  • 지적도근점과 도시기준점은 설치의 목적과 성격은 다르지만 측량방법, 매설 위치 등이 매우 유사하다. 그렇기 때문에 두 기준점을 연계하여 활용할 수 있다면 도근점 망실에 의한 복구비용의 최소화는 물론 배점밀도의 향상을 가져올 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지적도근점을 기초로 도시기준점의 위치정확도를 분석하여 봄으로써 두 기준점을 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구대상지역 총 13점의 도시기준점의 위치정확도를 분석하여 본 결과, 각각의 측점에 대한 연결오차의 RMSE가 최소 ${\pm}8cm$에서 최대 ${\pm}11cm$ 오차를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 현행 지적법에서 규정하고 있는 허용오차 범위내의 성과로 지적도근점과 도시기준점을 연계하여 이용할 수 있는 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 지적기준점과 도시기준점을 연계 활용의 가능성을 제시하고자 창원시를 대상으로 세계측지계 성과로 고시된 창원시 도시기준점(32점)의 GPS 관측데이터를 이용하여 도시기준점에 대한 지적좌표 성과를 산출 분석하여 보았다. 연구결과 3가지 서로 다른 계산 S/W를 이용해 지적좌표를 산출하고 이를 기존 도시기준점 고시 성과와 비교한 결과 현행 법률에서 규정하고 있는 오차의 허용범위 이내로 분석되어 지적측량에 활용 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 실무에서 안정적인 활용 위해 현행 도시기준점 고시 성과를 직접 지적측량에 이용하기 보다는 새로이 지적성과를 산출해서 활용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 지역 삼각점에 대한 사전 정밀한 성과점검이 필요함을 제시하였다. 끝으로 계산 S/W는 삼변망조정계산 S/W가 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

The control of point and non-point source nitrogen to prevent eutrophication of the Nakdong River basin, Korea

  • Eutrophication of surface waters is commonly caused by excessive inputs of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus. Nakdong River basin was chosen as the study area to investigate the effect of point and non-point source pollution of nitrogen on eutrophication in water body. Non-point source inputs of nitrogen accounted for approximately 84% in the total nitrogen input of the upper Nakdong river watershed, which mainly consists of agricultural land and forests. However, point source inputs of nitrogen accounted for 58~85% in the total nitrogen input of the middle and lower watersheds, including urban area. Therefore, for watershed near urban area, control of point source inputs of nitrogen may be an optimal method to control eutrophication. In this respect, the enforcing reduction of nitrogen in the final effluent of wastewater treatment facilities is needed. On the other hand, to enact more stringent nitrogen regulations, the LOT (limit of technology) and environmental impact should be considered. In this study nitrogen data were analyzed to propose new nitrogen regulations.

무인 자동차를 위한 기하학적 특징 복셀을 이용하는 도시 환경의 구조물 인식 및 3차원 맵 생성 방법 (Geometrical Featured Voxel Based Urban Structure Recognition and 3-D Mapping for Unmanned Ground Vehicle)

  • Recognition of structures in urban environments is a fundamental ability for unmanned ground vehicles. In this paper we propose the geometrical featured voxel which has not only 3-D coordinates but also the type of geometrical properties of point cloud. Instead of dealing with a huge amount of point cloud collected by range sensors in urban, the proposed voxel can efficiently represent and save 3-D urban structures without loss of geometrical properties. We also provide an urban structure classification algorithm by using the proposed voxel and machine learning techniques. The proposed method enables to recognize urban environments around unmanned ground vehicles quickly. In order to evaluate an ability of the proposed map representation and the urban structure classification algorithm, our vehicle equipped with the sensor system collected range data and pose data in campus and experimental results have been shown in this paper.

  • In order to design Non-point source management, the aspect of statistical features of the entire precipitation data should be focused since non-point source discharge is driven by continuous rainfall runoffs. 3-parameter mixed exponential probability density function is used to establish urban stormwater capture curve instead of previous single-parameter exponential PDF. Then, recent 10-year data in Busan are applied to establish the curve. The result shows that 3-parameter mixed PDF gives better resolution.

  • The Building Design Control Commission has various important roles as the final check point for the overall urban management. Although nobody can argue that the committee is useless, participants' assessments on the results of the introduction and operation of the Building Design Control Commission are diversified. The primary purpose of this thesis lies in the institutional examination of the contents related with Building Design Control Commission by using the literature inquiry. The second purpose is to provide a help for the improvement of discussion of the administrative structure and improvement of the urban aesthetic through the systematic analysis of Building Design Control System. The extent of space is selected according to the case of building planning deliberation of Jeju-Si as the axis of Free International City, the center of administration, education, and culture. The period of time of examination is from January, 2002 to December, 2002. The subject of study is apartment which is deeply related with our lives by analyzing 2,231 discussion cases.

지표면의 시공간적 변화를 고려한 비점오염원 저감 저류지 최적용량산정 (Optimal Volume Estimation for Non-point Source Control Retention Considering Spatio-Temporal Variation of Land Surface)

  • In this study the optimal volume for non-point source control retention is estimated considering spatio-temporal variation of land surface. The 3-parameter mixed exponential probability density function is used to represent the statistical properties of rainfall events, and NRCS-CN method is applied as rainfall-runoff transformation. The catchment drainage area is divided into individual $30m{\times}30m$ cells, and runoff curve number is estimated at each cell. Using the derived probability density function theory, the stormwater probability density function at each cell is derived from the rainfall probability density function and NRCS-CN rainfall-runoff transformation. Considering the antecedent soil moisture condition at each cell and the spatial variation of CN value at the whole catchment drainage area, the ensemble stormwater capture curve is established to estimate the optimal volume for an non-point source control retention. The comparison between spatio-temporally varied land surface and constant land surface is presented as a case study for a urban drainage area.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the efficiency of LID technologies for controlling non-point source pollution from urban areas. The recent technical responses to managing water resource and urban areas according to the influence of climate change is an important national policy, along with green growth. Through various reference studies reasonable ways to consider a wholistic plan on urban-eco-friendly river management, the Low Impact Development (LID) as the adequate river management method is being undertaken in foreign countries to technically apply to urban plans. However, the LID is at the initial stage in Korea, with no specific studies implemented. Thus, this study explored whether LID technologies can be efficient measures to control non-point source pollution on the cost side. Ulsan's Namgu and Bukgu have been chosen as case studies that illustrate the efficiency of the LID technologies. On investigation, if LID technologies are designed properly, the efficiency of them is expected to higher than that of sewage treatment plant.

HSPF를 이용한 비점오염원 삭감에 따른 효과 분석 (Assessing Impact of Reduction of Non-Point Source Pollution by BASINS/HSPF)

  • This paper aims to assessing impact of reduction of non-point source pollution in the Bokha Stream watershed. The BASINS/HSPF model was calibrated and verified for water flow and water qualities using Total Maximum Daily Load 8days data from 2006 to 2007. Accuracy of the BASINS/HSPF models in simulating hydrology and water quality was compared and there were somewhat differences of statistical results, but water flow and water quality were simulated in good conditions over the study period. The applicability of models was tested to evaluate non-point source control scenarios to response hydrology and water quality in the Bokha stream using various measures which include BMPs approach and change of landuse. The evaluation of reduction of non-point source pollution was developed using load-duration curve. Despite strong reduction of non-point source, there are not satiated target quality at low flow season.

  • Non-point source pollution management is one of the most important issues in Korean water quality/watershed management. In recent years, Low Impact Development (LID) has emerged as an effective approach to control stormwater in an urban area. This study illustrates how to design and evaluate the effect of non-point pollutant management using EPA-SWMM LID module and suggests design parameters for modeling LID facilities. In addition, optimal installation locations of LID can be determined by a simple distributed hydrologic model by using SWMM for a long-term.
