  • 늘어나는 인건비와 코로나 시대가 다가오면서 무인 카페나 무인 편의점 등 무인 가게가 많아지는 것을 볼 수 있다, 그러나 가게 관리자가 없음에 따라 장기 체류 고객이 가게의 기물을 파손하는 문제가 증가하였다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV를 이용하여 장기 체류 고객을 인식하고 가게 관리자에게 알려주는 시스템을 설계하였다. 장기 체류 고객 알림에 따라 기물 파손이 발생할 때 관리자의 출동 시간을 단축하는 효과가 있다.

Optimization of Job-Shop Schedule Considering Deadlock Avoidance (교착 회피를 고려한 Job-Shop 일정의 최적화)

  • As recent production facilities are usually operated with unmanned material-handling system, the development of an efficient schedule with deadlock avoidance becomes a critical problem. Related researches on deadlock avoidance usually focus on real-time control of manufacturing system using deadlock avoidance policy. But little off-line optimization of deadlock-free schedule has been reported. This paper presents an optimization method for deadlock-free scheduling for Job-Shop system with no buffer. The deadlock-free schedule is acquired by the procedure that generates candidate lists of waiting operations, and applies a deadlock avoidance policy. To verify the proposed approach, simulation resultsare presented for minimizing makespan in three problem types. According to the simulation results the effect of each deadlock avoidance policy is dependent on the type of problem. When the proposed LOEM (Last Operation Exclusion Method) is employed, computing time for optimization as well as makespan is reduced.

  • After COVID-19, hybrid stores operated as unmanned stores at specific times have spread, and theft crimes against these stores have also increased. In this paper, we propose an intelligent crime prevention system that fully utilizes existing shop devices to identify and respond to crimes occurring during the late night hours of unmanned shops in real time.

  • This study introduces a scheduling policy to achieve unmanned operations in machining shops representing the feature of both FMS and machining centers. The proposed policy considers the practical constraints in the machining shops such as lot sizes, multiple pallets, and jig/fixtures. In addition, rescheduling to cope with extraordinary events(eg., arrival of high-priority jobs and breakdown of machines) is included. Basically, the scheduling policy consists of four procedures; (1) selection of a job according to dispatching rule, (2) selection of a machine, (3) assignment of jobs to a multiple pallet for the unmanned operation during a certain shift, and (4) prevention of unexpected machine idle caused by constraints on jig/fixture.

  • In the recent industry, unmanned systems are expected to continue to spread throughout the economy. Especially in case of cosmetics, Users do not buy it right away. They look around, test it thoroughly, check the reviews, and decide on the purchase. Therefore, unmanned system using kiosk is more popular than face - to - face service of clerks. In this study, the persona analysis was completed based on the results obtained from the questionnaires and in - depth interviews. After sorting out the needs of the users, we applied them to the kiosk UI design of "Lalavela". The purpose of this study is to propose a kiosk UI design that helps many users who want to know information about the product though they are reluctant to ask directly to the clerk.

  • RFID and Kiosk has been acquiring the essential position not only for providing simple information but also as the tool for establishing Ubiquitous based society. Especially it can be said that the time for developing various Kiosks as important methods to conducting marketing and service through the differentiation and easiness on dealing information has come. Considering the present requirement, 'U-Commerce System' has been designed and developed. In the system, the RFID reader installed in 'U-Shop Kiosk System' recognizes the RFID tag on situated the specific products and detail product information and related multimedia advertisement are provided. Moreover, when the customers have the needs to purchase concerned products on the spot, they can pay and order by using credit cards. By employing the system, the amount of stock and delivery condition can be monitored in real time and the gathered information in DB can be used for dealing with stock related matters. In addition, a system can be developed to monitor and manage the remote shops in real time base. Furthermore, to overcome the limit of simple unmanned ubiquitous style Kiosk, the possibility of developing an expansion model of ubiquitous style CRM Kiosk has been suggested.

A Study on the Unmanned convenience Store Operation System from the Viewpoint of Visual Merchandising (비주얼 머천다이징 관점에서의 무인 편의점 운영시스템에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose - The purpose of the study was to investigate operation system of current convenience store and competing retail store and to find out development of unattended convenience store. Operators can save labor cost and solve labor seeking when opening shop under suitable environment and commerce area, and assure of employee's safety. Customers are allowed to select commodity comfortably without disclosure of face and to shorten standby time at simple store opening, buying and paying and to produce convenient living environment by financing, delivery and goods control. This study examined effect and problems of operation of existing and unattended convenience store from point of view of visual merchandising to find out model of unattended convenience store and to strengthen competitiveness of convenience store business. Research design, data, and methodology - Research procedure of accomplishment of goal of the study was: The study investigated state of distribution business, and role and definition of VMD. First, VMD played an important role of promotion and competitiveness of unattended convenience stores. Second, the author investigated research and cases of unattended convenience stores 14 months, that is to say, from August 15, 2017 to October 15, 2018. Third, the author investigated on-the-spot three of common convenience stores, three of unattended convenience stores and three of retailers one month, that is to say, June 1, 2018 to July 1, 2018. The subject was convenience stores and retailers selling similar type of products at Seoul and metropolitan area. Results - Layout, selling place, brand identity, goods assortment, authentication system, product information cognition and control, buying and payment system, security system, salesmen, promotion and other services should be improved from point of view of merchandising. Structure, furniture, lighting, voice, façade, VP, PP, IP and POP should be developed. Conclusions - Unattended convenience stores saved operating cost and lessened labor and gave visitors convenience and comfortable shopping and made use of resources effectively. Further studies with quantitative analysis shall find out strategic conditions for promotion of unattended convenience stores.

A Study on the Implement of Image Recognition the Road Traffic Safety Information Board using Nearest Neighborhood Decision Making Algorithm (최근접 이웃 결정방법 알고리즘을 이용한 도로교통안전표지판 영상인식의 구현)

  • According as the drivers increase who have their cars, the comprehensive studies on the automobile for the traffic safety have been raised as the important problems. Visual Recognition System for radio-controled driving is a part of the sensor processor of Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle System. When a driver drives his car on an unknown highway or general road, it produces a model from the successively inputted road traffic information. The suggested Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board is to recognize and distinguish automatically a Road Traffic Safety Information Board as one of road traffic information. The whole processes of Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board suggested in this study are as follows. We took the photographs of Road Traffic Safety Information Board with a digital camera in order to get an image and normalize bitmap image file with a size of $200{\times}200$ byte with Photo Shop 5.0. The existing True Color is made up the color data of sixteen million kinds. We changed it with 256 Color, because it has large capacity, and spend much time on calculating. We have practiced works of 30 times with erosion and dilation algorithm to remove unnecessary images. We drawing out original image with the Region Splitting Technique as a kind of segmentation. We made three kinds of grouping(Attention Information Board, Prohibit Information Board, and Introduction Information Board) by RYB( Red, Yellow, Blue) color segmentation. We minimized the image size of board, direction, and the influence of rounding. We also minimized the Influence according to position. and the brightness of light and darkness with Eigen Vector and Eigen Value. The data sampling this feature value appeared after building the learning Code Book Database. The suggested Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board firstly distinguished three kinds of groups in the database of learning Code Book, and suggested in order to recognize after comparing and judging the board want to recognize within the same group with Nearest Neighborhood Decision Making.

A Study on Sustainable Packaging for Flower Basket Design (지속 가능한 꽃바구니 디자인 패키징에 관한 연구)

  • Since sustainable packaging of flower basket designs that are sold from florist shops is needed for both the seller and the buyer, studying of second packaging of flower basket design has begun. In this study, based on the survey that has been done in 2019, and the analysis of the interview that has been done in 2020, the suggestion of sustainable packaging development is the purpose. The definition of flower basket design was done and surveys of the status of domestic flower basket designs' second packaging were done in accordance with the type of basket which is an object, transportation, and characteristic of a florist shop. For sustainable packaging, based on physical theory, second packaging which depends on the packaging that includes design factor, transportation final destination has to be different. The factors to be considered as sustainable packaging are the quality of opaque paper, the necessity of first packaging, packaging structure that can fix an object, the form of second packaging influenced by types of transportation. Suggestions for packaging development included new materials for first packaging, eco-friendly objects that can be recycled and reused, structural packaging design, standardization and variability of packaging, protection of floristry which is the fundamental purpose of packaging, and brand advertisement effect. Based on the result of this study further designs of packaging will be commercialized. This study is significant for serving the opportunity of new packaging design for futuristic floristry that fit for unmanned system and studying of categories of products.
