서울지역 일부 여고생의 다이어트 경험에 따른 체중조절 행동, 섭식장애 위험도 및 우울정도의 비교 (Body Image Perception, Eating Disorder Risk, and Depression Level according to Dieting Experience of Female High School Students in Seoul)

  • This study was conducted in order to compare weight control behaviors, eating disorder risk, and depression in female adolescents according to dieting experience during the last year. The subjects were 707 students attending a girls' high school in Seoul, and all the information was collected by self-administered questionnaire. Eating disorder risk and depression were determined by using EAT-26 (Eating Attitude Test-26) and PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9), respectively. Data were compared between subjects with experience of dieting (320) and those without (387). More of the subjects with dieting experience were unsatisfied with their own body weights (76.9% vs. 44.2%, P<0.01) and weighed themselves frequently (P<0.01) compared to those without diet experience. EAT-26 ($11.63{\pm}8.3$ vs. $5.99{\pm}4.7$, P<0.01) and PHQ-9 scores ($7.05{\pm}4.6$ vs. $6.00{\pm}4.4$, P<0.01) were higher in subjects with dieting experience compared to their counterparts. Therefore, we concluded that dieting is associated with several undesirable psychological aspects such as eating disorder risk and depression in adolescent girls, and thus providing proper education is urgently needed to emphasizing importance of healthy weight and the danger of unnecessary dieting.

자연체험 및 휴양가치 등급 설정을 위한 비오톱 구조분석 - 광명시흥 보금자리 주택지구를 대상으로 - (Analysis of Biotope Structure of Grade Classification in terms of Nature Experience and Recreation Value - In case of Gwangmyeong-Siheung Bogeumjari Housing District -)

  • This research The main focus of this research is to provide basic data for concrete recreation planning of future site by selecting Gwangmyeong-Siheung housing district, large residential development district focused on rural areas, by evaluation of recreation value and detailed biotope type classification. The main results of analysis are as follows. As a result of basic survey of the research area, total 79 family and 307 taxonomic groups are identified and also naturalization index and urbanization index were estimated 16.6 % and 17.6% respectively. Also, as a result of biotope type classification, it is divide into 12 biotope type gorups including forest biotope type group and its subordinate 53 biotop types. As a result of first value evaluation, there are total 13 biotope types such as vegetation-full artificial rivers in I grade. In addition it is analyzed as 9 types of II grade, 5 types of III grade, 8 types of IV grade, 18 types of V grade. Lastly, as a result of second evauation, it is analyzed that there are 21 special meaningful areas for recreation and natural experience(1a, 1b), and 50 meaningful areas for recreation and natural experience(2a, 2b, 2c). It is regarded that the results of biotope types classification and recreation value from this research play roles of analyzing the Suitable site for recreation area before development in terms of large residential development district, and then these results provide important basic data to secure recreational and natural experience area in development planning.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신유통 경험요소가 소비자의 사용의향과 소비자행복에 미치는 영향을 실증하고, 지각된 혜택의 매개효과를 연구하고, 다양한 소비 환경에서 소비자의 사용의향과 소비자행복을 향상시키기에 대해 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 온라인 경험, 오프라인 경험, 물류 경험, 지각된 혜택, 사용의향, 소비자 행복에 대한 이론들, 기존의 선행연구들과 논의를 검토하였고 최종적으로 6개의 가설을 도출하였다. 이를 위해, 소비자의 사용의향과 소비자행복에 대하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터에 대해 타당성과 신뢰성을 검토하였고, 구조방정모텔분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 지각된 혜택의 매개효과를 중심으로 신유통 경험요소가 소비자의 사용의향과 소비자행복에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 결과, 온라인 경험, 오프라인 경험, 물류 경험은 지각된 혜택에 미치는 영향, 지각된 혜택은 사용의향, 소비자 행복에 미치는 영향, 그리고 사용의향은 소비자 행복에 미치는 영향 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 온라인 경험, 오프라인 경험, 물류 경험과 사용의향, 소비자 행복의 사이에 지각된 혜택의 매개효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 확정하여 신유통 경험요소가 소비자의 사용의향과 소비자행복에 미치는 영향을 실증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.

A Study on Virtual Reality Contents Application in Broadcasting: Focused on KBS 3D History Documentary

  • History documentaries in Korea have developed various forms of production techniques to overcome the limits of insufficient historical records and videos, and dramatic elements that make the viewers immersed. Through diverse production techniques, history documentaries can maximize the factuality, vividness, and informativeness, allowing the viewers to understand and share the historical events. This paper analyzed the "immersion and experience" techniques of the programs that have been the main turning points of the history documentary so far and produced and realized the virtual reality through utilizing "Uigwe", a 3D history documentary broadcasted on KBS which showed the possibility of applying the virtual reality technique as a new broadcasting contents format.

한국 물리치료 과정의 표준교과 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Standard Curriculum for Physical Therapy in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest new strategies available for the physical therapy curriculum development. Method: The curriculum of 4 Universities in 4 countries; America, Australia, Canada and Korea was compared to suggest new curriculum. Results: Overall, curriculum in Korea emphasized skill and technique areas and didn't showed many subjects to take foundation of subject for understanding principles. The experience in clinic is not enough to satisfy international recommendation. Conclusion: We suggest that a new curriculum should be based on the three part which are foundation, essential and selection subject, and extended clinical experience to essentially need to be physical therapy in the world-standard.

전문계고 교사들의 학교 컨설팅에 대한 인식과 학교 컨설던트 양성에 대한 교육 요구 분석 (Analysis of Vocational High School Teachers' Recognition of School Consulting and Educational Demand for Training School Consultant)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 전문계고 교사들의 학교 컨설팅에 대한 인식과 학교 컨설턴트 양성 연수에서 전문성을 확보하기 위한 교육 요구가 무엇인가를 분석하여 학교 컨설턴트 양성을 위한 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다. 설문조사 대상은 전문계고 교원 연수 과정에 참여한 전문계고 교사를 대상으로 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문계고 교사들은 향후 전문계고의 '변화와 생존'을 위하여 학교 컨설팅이 필요하다고 인식하고 있으며, 더불어 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 교장 교감과 교사가 우선적으로 변화될 때 성공적인 학교 컨설팅이 가능하다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 학교 컨설턴트 양성 연수의 교육 요구 조사를 분석한 결과, 컨설팅 이론보다는 '컨설팅 방법 및 절차', '공감대 형성 기법', '컨설팅을 통한 혁신 사례'와 같이 컨설팅 실무와 사례, 그리고 경험 공유에 대한 교육 요구가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 컨설팅 참여 경험에 따라 학교 컨설턴트 양성 연수 내용의 중요도에 대한 인식 차이를 알아본 결과, '환경 변화와 컨설팅의 필요성', '기업 및 전문계 고교의 컨설팅 현황', '컨설팅 방법 및 절차', '학교 현황과 문제 진단(SWOT 분석)'에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 경험이 있는 교사들이 경험이 없는 교사들보다 중요도의 평균이 높았다. 결론적으로, 컨설팅 이론보다는 컨설팅 실무와 경험 분야의 교육 내용과 학교 컨설팅 참여 경험에 따라 다양한 사례 중심의 학교 컨설턴트 양성 연수 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

A comparison of two differential methods for nutrition education in elementary school: lecture- and experience-based learning program

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This research was conducted to compare lecture- and experience-based methods of nutritional education as well as provide fundamental data for developing an effective nutritional education program in elementary schools. SUBJECTS/METHODS: A total of 110 students in three elementary schools in Jeollanam-do were recruited and randomly distributed in lecture- and experience-based groups. The effects of education on students' dietary knowledge, dietary behaviors, and dietary habits were analyzed using a pre/post-test. RESULTS: Lecture- and experience-based methods did not significantly alter total scores for dietary knowledge in any group, although lecture-based method led to improvement for some detailed questions. In the experience-based group, subjects showed significant alteration of dietary behaviors, whereas lecture-based method showed alteration of dietary habits. CONCLUSIONS: These outcomes suggest that lecture- and experience-based methods led to differential improvement of students' dietary habits, behaviors, and knowledge. To obtain better nutritional education results, both lectures and experiential activities need to be considered.
