Results: The mean score of OCB was 3.53, distributive justice was 2.74, procedural justice was 2.73, and organizational commitment was 3.28. The OCB had statistically significant differences according to age(F=8.39, p<.000), tenure duration(F=6.53, p<.000), position(F=7.65, p<.000), marital status(t=5.82, p<.000), and religion(t=3.78, p<.000). The OCB was positively correlated with distributive justice(r=.147, p=.006), procedural justice(r=.180, p=.001), and transactional commitment(r=.115, p=.032). The procedural justice(10.6%) and transactional commitment(14.3%) explained 24.9% of the variance for OCB. • The objective of the Nagoya Protocol is to enhance biodiversity by the mean of economic incentives but there has been yet consistent lack of realized contracts between genetic resource users and holders due to the asymmetric information among the parties. This paper presents a principle-agent model to provide optimal contracts under asymmetric information in order to achieve the sustainable biological resource. • This study analyzes the effect of clothing involvement using meta-analysis. Metal-analysis (the analysis of analyses) is widely used in various academic areas to integrate individual empirical studies and generalize the knowledge of a specific research field. Previous studies regarding clothing involvement published since 1990 were researched from the KISS database using clothing involvement and fashion involvement as a keyword; subsequently, 127 articles were identified. Studies that had insufficient statistics or included clothing involvement as a moderating (or intervening variable) were eliminated; subsequently, 36 articles provided a total of 75 data sets that were used for the final analysis. Dependent variables were grouped into 10 categories to compare the differences between high and low involvement groups. The effect size of clothing involvement was large in non-personal information source; however, it was small in utility, brand royalty and quality. In the 7 categories of relational studies that showed homogeneity, the relation size regarding conformity was smaller than the personal information source.
