This essay attempts to read Percy Bysshe Shelley s The Mask of Anarchy by attending to a political agenda that Shelley seeks to propose and embody in the poem. This poem was written as a response to an exceptional political event, the Peterloo Massacre, and thus it is evident that Shelley intended to engage in contemporary politics by writing this poem. As many critics have pointed out, however, the way in which this poem addresses social, plitical issues is ambivalent and even confusing, since it contains many elements that contradict each other, and sometimes its political visions are based on incoherent conceptions. For this reason, this poem has been considered to be a failure as an occasional poem which should provide the reader with a clear direction for political actions. Faced with this critical problem, this essay proposes that the ambivalence this poem reveals-e.g., the confrontation between moderate artistic fantasy and radical tenets-is not a retreat from political activism, as some critics suggested, but a result of its creation and embodiment of a public sphere which invites various social classes and their positions. The mode in which Shelley conceives this unified public sphere in the course of writing The Mask of Anarchy can be interpreted in terms of the following three features. First, this poem underscores the significance of thoughts in constituting a communal space between people, thus asking the reader to participate in this process of thinking on given issues. Second, this poem suggests that people should enlighten each other by engaging in communicative reciprocations. Lastly, the public sphere formulated by the previous two features should incorporate various socio-political agents beyond class boundaries (even oppressors themselves) into its own working field. After explaining how these three features are manifested in the poem, this essay argues that the unified public sphere thus formed in the poem is the very agenda that Shelley aims to propose for the contemporaneous politics and culture. As a conclusion, this essay highlights how Shelley s project of creating a unified public sphere finally failed in contemporary history through observing two contrasting receptions of Shelley s works.

Recently, following the development of FinTech technology that combines finance and information and communication technology, the need and social demands for a block chain technology-based trading system have increased significantly. In this study, a research model was developed and hypothesized through literature research on the concept of block chain technology, the technology acceptance model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The research theories were tested by collecting data through surveys and analyzing the collected data. This study conducted empirical research to identify the factors influencing the user acceptance intention and utilization behavior of the block chain technology in introducing the block chain technology. First, factors affecting the acceptance intention of the blockchain user were performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and blockchain transparency variables. Second, the facilitation conditions and stakeholder confidence variables were analyzed as factors that did not affect the acceptability of the blockchain users. Third, variables such as blockchain transparency, stakeholder trust and intention of acceptance are factors that affect the usage behavior of the blockchain. Fourth, it was confirmed that the acceptance intention had a very high explanatory power on usage behavior of Blockchain technology.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to forage for the factors for explaining the adoption behavior of the mobile convenient payment system based on the Personality Trait, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, and Regulatory focus. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors of Big five personality traits on the basis of Samrt device environment. In addition, this study, did empirical analysis of the structural equation model by PLS(Partial Least Squares) in order to find out the relationship of personal factors and mobile convenient payment system's features. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the acceptance of mobile convenient payment systems is influence by personality traits and factors based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and trust. In addition, this study find out that the behavior of an adoption of mobile convenient payment systems according to the type of regulatory focus.

본 논문은 GPU(Graphics Processing Unit) 에서 CUDA(Compute Unified Device Architecture)를 사용하여 실시간으로 객체를 분할하는 방법을 소개한다. 최근에 감시 시스템, 오브젝트 추적, 모션 분석 등의 많은 응용 프로그램들은 실시간 처리가 요구된다. 이러한 단계의 선행부분인 객체 분할 기법은 기존 CPU 기반의 시스템으로는 실시간 처리에 제약이 발생한다. NVIDIA에서는 Parallel Processing for General Computation 을 위해 그래픽 하드웨어 제약을 개선한 CUDA platform을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체 추출 단계에 대표적인 적응적 가우시안 혼합 배경 모델링(Adaptive Gaussian Mixture Background Modeling) 알고리즘과 Classification 기법으로 사용되는 CCL (Connected Component Labeling) 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 본 논문은 2.4GHz를 갖는 Core2 Quad 프로세서와 비교하여 평가하였고 그 결과 3~4배 이상의 성능향상을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose In order to find out the influential factors to accept the mobile convenient payment service like Apple pay or Samsung Pay based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology according to the type of High and Low value payments. Design/methodology/approach This research model is designed on the factors of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and simultaneously analysed, or performed the empirical analysis of the PLS-SEM(Partial Least Squares structural equation model) in order to forage for the association among mobile convenient payment service's features. Findings According to the empirical analysis consequence, this research confirmed that the adoption of mobile convenient payment services is influence by features on the basis of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, mobility, and trust. Also, this paper figure out that the behavior of an user acceptance of mobile convenient payment services according to the type of high and low value payments.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the criterion-related validity of the Berg balance test between fallers and non-fallers in individuals with Parkinson's disease. Methods : Thirty-one patients were recruited for this study. Their initial diagnosis had been made on average $30.1{\pm}10.1$ years earlier. Score of Berg balance test showed significant correlations with indicators of motor functioning and daily living capacity. Berg balance test score was inversely associated with the unified Parkinson's disease rating scale-motor score, and Schwab and England activities of daily living rating scale. Results : In all 3 correlations, lower scores on the Berg balance test correlated with higher unified Parkinson's disease rating scale-motor scores. Results support the criterion-related validity of the Berg balance test. Conclusion : Our research results agree with other published research in suggesting that the Berg balance test may be used as a screening tool and ongoing assessment tool for patients with Parkinson's disease.

This paper deals with single-phase unified power quality conditioner, which aims at the integration of series-active and shunt-active tilter. The series filter is used to compensate for the voltage distortions and the shunt filter is used to provide reactive power and counteract the harmonic current injected by the load. Also, the voltage of the DC link capacitor is controlled to a desired value by the shunt active filter. In order to verify the performance of the proposed conditioner, computer simulations using MATLAB/SIMULINK were demonstrated. The results confirm that the proposed conditioner shows excellent performance to eliminate the harmonics and voltage flickers generated at the singe-phase nonlinear load.

This paper presents a dynamic simulation of the unified power flow controller (UPFC) using a current injection method. Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) devices give more flexibility of control for security and economic operation of power systems. Diffculties of modeling UPFC in the conventional dynamic simulation programs arise from the fact that the injected voltage by the series inverter is superimposed on the shunt inverter side voltage. A solution can be a current injection method, in which a serial part of UPFC is converted to a parallel equivalent circuit using source transformation, and two current sources affect each other at every time step. To verify efficiency of this method, the proposed model is applied for the transient analysis of an example power system.

Due to the construction technique (or the construction culture) growth in and out of Korea, newly-developed insulation have been continuously released. Furthermore, all legislation and regulation that World follows are gradually becoming unified. (e.g. FTA(Free Trade Agreement) with the United States was contracted, and inevitable FTA contraction with EU and China). In addition, insulation type, with the purpose are becoming unified. Accordingly, KS F 2803 legislated in 1966 about the Domestic Insulation Standard including traditionally used insulation(Rockwool, Fiberglass, Polystrene, Polyurethan, Perlite) has to be amended by considering International Standard and the alternatives. This reference is going to make description for solution of contradiction.
