웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 국제적 표준인 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 극대화하기 위해 컴포넌트 개발 방법론(Component Based Development)을 적용해서 체계적으로 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템에 초점둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론중에서 Unified Process를 이용하여 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의하고 SCORM기반의 메타데이터를 이용한 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 한다. 이를 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠 제공을 함으로써 재사용성 향상으로 교수-학습지원 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다.

In a wireless communication RF transmitter, the output of a quadrature modulator (QM) is distorted by not only the linear imperfection features such as in/quadrature-phase (I/Q) input gain imbalance, local phase imbalance, and local gain imbalance but also the nonlinear imperfection features such as direct current (DC) offset and mixer nonlinearity related to in-band spurious signal. In this paper, we propose the unified QM model to analyze the combined effects of the linear and nonlinear imperfection features on the performance of the QM. The unified QM model consists of two identical nonlinear systems and modified I/Q inputs based on the two-port nonlinear mixer model. The unified QM model shows that the output signals can be expressed by mixer circuit parameters such as intercept point and gain as well as the imperfection features. The proposed approach is validated by not only simulation but also measurement.

ARIA and the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) are next generation standard block cipher algorithms of Korea and the US, respectively. This letter presents an area-efficient unified hardware architecture of ARIA and AES. Both algorithms have 128-bit substitution permutation network (SPN) structures, and their substitution and permutation layers could be efficiently merged. Therefore, we propose a 128-bit processor architecture with resource sharing, which is capable of processing ARIA and AES. This is the first architecture which supports both algorithms. Furthermore, it requires only 19,056 logic gates and encrypts data at 720 Mbps and 1,047 Mbps for ARIA and AES, respectively.

인터넷의 대중화와 함께 데이터 통신서비스에 대한 수요로 데이터 통신망은 그 양과 종류가 급격하게 증가하고 있어서 통신망 운용에 따른 망구성 및 고장처리 체계의 정립이 필요하게 되었다. 기존의 다양한 유형의 데이터 통신망서비스 고장처리방법의 통합하면서 새로운 차세대 통신망서비스 고장처리방안까지 수용할 수 있도록 하는 통합 고장처리시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모든 데이터 통신망서비스에 대한 고장시험, 고객정보관리, 시선정보관리에 관련된 시스템들과의 체계적인 연동을 통한 통합 고장처리 방안을 제시하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)과 EJB(Enterprise Java Bean) 기술을 이용한 객체지향방법에 기반한 설계를 수행한다.

When the national disaster accident is occurred, it is difficult to maintain the mutual cooperation systems. In order to solve the problems, the construction of the national unified command wireless network is necessary. In this paper, the specified state of the characteristic frequency of the digital TRS wireless network constructed recently is investigated and analyzed. Through the analysis, the problems of the construction of the national unified command wireless network are grasped. To solve the problem, it is proposed that the digital TRS wireless network is connected with the satellite communication network, and connected with the existing wireless network, LMR. In the concretely it is proposed that the natural unified wireless network should be proceeded step by step. At first, for 2 years the existing networks of the Fire Fighting Agency, the Police, the Forest Service and so on must be utilized and prepared to link with TRS. The second, for 2 years it is carried forward a scheme to maintain the properties of the agencies concerned. Further, it must be prepared to connect with satellite network. At third, for 2 years all agencies concerned with the fire fighting and the disaster prevention must be unified, and the systems have to be promoted for the p1an of linkage of TRS network and the existing network. Next the agencies concerned have to be unified and the authority has to be intensified. When a disaster is occurred, the National Emergency Management Agency has to play a central role. In a local area it has to be given the Fire Fighting Agency an authority and a duty to get ready for each emergency situation.

차세대 IP-PBX는 음성 보안은 물론 UC(Unified Communication)를 수행하기위한 다양한 멀티미디어 기능이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SIP 기반의 VPN IPSec을 이용하여 터널링 기법의 음성보안 및 멀티미디어 통합 커뮤니케이션 솔루션을 개발하여 차세대 교환기인 IP-PBX와 연동하며, PC 기반의 커뮤니케이션 시스템과 PSTN 전화를 함께 사용한다. 특히, 화상회의, 개별 스위칭, 분산처리 기능을 적용함으로 차세대 IP-PBX에 임베디드화 하였고 인터넷 교환기의 성능을 측정하였다. 또한 본 차세대 IP-PBX는 소프트 폰과 연동되어 다양한 부가 서비스를 제공한다.

유출사고의 환경적 경제적 등의 천문학적 피해는 사고현장의 총괄지위자의 신속한 판단이 더욱 중요할 수 밖에 없다. 우리나라 경우, 관계행정기관 간 상호협조적인 범국가적 대응을 이루고 있으나, 협조간의 의사소통이 신속히 이뤄지지 못해 업무의 공백 및 중이 발생하게 되고, 오히려 신속한 방제활동을 방해하고 있다. 미국 등 해양선진국에서는 유출사고 해당지역만으로 대응할 수 없는 재난적 유류유출사고에 대비해 정부뿐만 아니라 오염행위자 등이 통합지휘센터(Unified Command Center)로 편성되어 유류유출사고에 더욱 적극적으로 방제활동을 펼친다. 재난적 유류 유출사고로 인한 피해를 더욱 줄이기 위하여 방제주도기관인 해양경찰청의 명목상의 방치활동 뿐만 아니라, 정부 관련 기관과 각 정유업체 및 민간방제업체 등이 방제활동을 보다 적극적으로 펼칠 수 있는 통합명령체계(KUCS, the Korea Unified Command System)가 갖춰줘야 할 것이다.

Smart grid is called it as a system of systems. There are diverse types of systems in smart grid environment. Therefore, one of key factors to achieve smart grid successfully is interoperability among diverse systems. To secure interoperability, smart grid operating system should be developed complied with standards in terms of the data representation and communication. Common Information Model (CIM) and OLE Process for Control - Unified Architecture (OPC-UA) are the representative international standards in smart grid domain. Each standard defines data representation and communication by providing common information model and the unified architecture. In this paper, we explain a smart grid platform that we have developed to comply with CIM and OPC-UA standards for secure interoperability among numerous legacy systems.

Railway sign(graphic sign, diagraphics) designs require good recognition with universality to transmit accurate and speedy information as they connect people around the station and other transport systems. An important point of signs is how to design and deliver the contents to the viewers as a communication service tools. It needs to establish design guidelines with standardization and unified system to show their contents and images clearly like common language with visuality, attractivity and generality. These requisites are important for both aesthetics legibility and unified standards to maximize the effectiveness of pictograms for the use of the general public, who require systematic suggestion and management.

본 논문은 통합 베이즈 티코노프 정규화 방법을 총변이 정규화에 대한 해법으로 제시한다. 통합된 방법은 총변이 항을 가중된 티코노프 정규화 항으로 변형하여 정규화 모수를 구하는 공식을 제시한다. 정규화 모수를 구하고 이를 바탕으로 새로운 가중인수를 구하는 것을 복원된 영상이 수렴하기까지 반복한다. 실험결과는 영상 복원 문제에 대하여 제안하는 방법의 효능을 보여준다.
