농촌마을 컨설팅의 서비스 품질이 주민만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향 - 전라북도 무주군을 사례로 - (Impact of Rural Village Consulting Service Quality on Resident Satisfaction and Business Performance - In Case of Muju County in Jeollabuk-do -)

  • The study aims to measure the quality of consulting services for village-building projects in rural areas. To this end, the government wanted to analyze the impact of the quality of service on residents' satisfaction and business performance in villages that are receiving consulting services. As a result of the empirical analysis of the case areas, the five-dimensional tangibles, reliability, assurance and empathy of the quality of consulting services in rural villages had a defining influence on the residents' satisfaction. And the residents' satisfaction of consulting services had a defining influence on the business performance of the village with tangibles, reliability, and assurances. The main implications presented on the basis of these results were analyzed that it was necessary to universalize the assessment of service quality, to strengthen the burden of the village on the cost of consulting services, and to induce participation through a sufficient understanding of the villagers' business.

항공정비산업 육성을 위한 정비조직인증 컨설팅 방안 연구 (A Study on the Promotion of Approved Maintenance Organization Consulting for the Development of MRO Industry)

  • As the majority of Korean MRO demand is outsourced overseas, AMO by major foreign authorities is required to promote the Korean MRO industry to keep Korean MRO demand on shore. This study aims to promote consulting for AMO (obtaining repair station certification) by U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Korean maintenance companies. We analyzed AMO process, studied various industry cases, developed a model for AMO consulting, and identified core competencies for consultants. We suggested a five-step modified Milan model to apply AMO consulting process. We identified seven core competencies (ethics, communications, problem-solving, technical, relationship, resource management, organizational understanding) both social and technical for consultants. Additionally, we text analyzed more than 260 FAA AMO consultant resumes on Linkedin and interpreted frequent words (airline, audit, inspector, DER, regulation, ISO, system) to their competencies. This study contributes to promote consulting for the Korean MRO industry to be recognized by FAA and to develop the Korean MRO industry.

컨설팅 특성 요인이 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 정부지원 컨설팅을 중심으로 - (Effects of Consulting Characteristics on SMEs Management Performance -focusing on government supported consulting-)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 하는 정부지원 컨설팅에 있어 수요자 및 공급자 특성 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수요자인 중소기업의 컨설팅에 대한 인지도는 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직문화는 컨설팅결과활용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공급자 특성인 컨설턴트역량은 컨설팅서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정부지원정책은 컨설팅서비스품질에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수요자 특성인 컨설팅결과활용도와 공급자 특성인 컨설팅서비스품질은 모두 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 정부의 중소기업 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 컨설팅에 대한 이해도 및 컨설팅 결과물의 활용도 향상과 컨설턴트역량 강화를 위한 제도적 지원을 추진할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 중소기업에 대한 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 공급자 측면 뿐 아니라 수요자 측면을 고려한 정책 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

퍼스널 컬러 메이크업 컨설팅 만족도가 대인관계 향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Satisfaction in Personal Color Makeup Consulting on the Improvement of Personal Relations)

  • This study investigated the causes and effects of personal colors consulting that are considered as a new lifestyle and revitalized personal relations, and provides an understanding of the effects personal color makeup satisfaction have on personal relations. We provide basic data for future personal color and beauty industry development and image consulting. This study surveyed male and female subjects 20-50 years of age nationwide, using a Google questionnaire. The survey lasted from May 7-26, 2023. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, of which 256 (130 males, 126 females) were used for the final analysis, insincere responses having been discarded. SPSS 25.0 was used fand a frequency test, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and Cronbach's ? were conducted for statistical results. In addition, descriptive statistics, correlations analysis and regression analysis were conducted. As a result, as personal color makeup consulting satisfaction levels were high, it had a positive effect on confidence, positiveness, favorability, positive tendencies, and sociability, which indicates that personal relations were improved through personal color makeup. It is suggested that, as this study was confined to makeup and the subjects were mainly men, further studies should supplement this focus area of fashion, and the gender balance of study subjects should be adjusted for intensified results.

CEO의 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of CEO's Leadership on the Organiational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 컨설팅산업에 있어서 첫째, CEO의 거래적 변혁적 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 둘째, 개인주의 성향에 의한 집단구분에 따라 CEO의 리더십에 대한 인식과 조직유효성에 차이가 있는지를 분석한다. 실증분석 결과 CEO의 거래적 변혁적 리더십은 조직유효성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인주의 성향이 강한 컨설팅조직이 낮은 컨설팅조직에 비해서 카리스마 리더십에 대한 인식에서 차이가 있었다.

초장대말뚝의 동재하시험 해석방안 (A proposal for the analysis of the PDA testing results of the extra-long piles)

  • These days the construction of extra-long piles increases. It is not unusual to install piles whose length exceed 45m. In such cases, the estimated value of negative skin friction becomes larger, often larger than the design load. In order to be sure of the safety of the super structure, the magnitude of the positive skin friction and the base bearing capacity should be known. In practice dynamic pile loading tests using PDA is the only possible measure to meet this requirement. However the analysis of dynamic pile loading test for such extra-long piles requires a thorough understanding of the pile-soil behaviour. In this paper, a new method to evaluate the positive skin friction and end bearing capacity from the normally performed PDA test is proposed. The proposed method was verified by performing specially designed pilot testings.

청소년 사회적 기업가정신 교육을 위한 온라인 게이미피케이션 개발 (A Development of Online Gamification for Adolescents Social Entrepreneurship Education)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 사회적 기업가정신 교육을 위한 온라인 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 효과성을 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 진행을 위해 청소년 사회문제 해결 교육 프로그램인 아그작 교실을 구글스프레드시트로 개발했다. 개발된 콘텐츠의 효과성을 분석하기 위해 A 지역 중학생 1378명의 설문 결과를 분석했다. 연구결과에 따르면, 온라인 콘텐츠가 오프라인 콘텐츠보다 사회문제와 미래인재 이해에 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 게이미피케이션을 적용한 온라인 교육 콘텐츠를 사용한 교육활동의 지속가능성을 제언한다.

ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning: System Selection Process and Implementation Assessment

  • Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems offer pervasive business functionality the applications encompass virtually all aspects of the business. Understanding and managing this pervasiveness will result in a successful and productive business application platform. Because of this pervasiveness, implementations have ranged from great successes to complete failures. This article has two distinctive parts. The first proposes and discusses a systematic process based on consulting experiences of LG CNS (leading information system company in Korea) for ERP selection. Also, the second provides the key factors that are critical to the successful implementation of ERP. The second part reports the results of a study carried out to assess a number of different ERP implementations in different organizations. A case study method of investigation was used, and the experiences of five Korean manufacturing companies were documented. The critical factors in the adoption of ERP are identified as: learning from the experiences of others, appointment of a process innovator, establishment of committees and project teams, training and technical support for the users, and appropriate changes to the organizational structure and managerial responsibilities.
