공동주택 지하주차장의 자연채광 실태 및 채광성능 평가 (Daylighting of Underground Parking Lots in Apartment Housings by Field Survey and Performance Evaluation)

  • Recently, underground spaces can be usually applied to the alternative of land use for parking. However, lack of window and natural light are among the most cited drawbacks associated with dark image of underground. If underground parking lots are designed to be positive and safe environment for people, openings for daylighting will play a significant role. The natural light and unobstructed view to outdoor are main elements to create optimal underground parking lots. This paper focuses on investigating the actual day lighting conditions and evaluating the day lighting performance of openings as potential lighting resources. For the study, the field measurements and Questionnaire surveys are conducted. And then, the day lighting performance of underground parking lots based on opening geometry and orientation are evaluated by scaled model experiments. As results, the feelings of safety and orientation of underground parking lots are improved by openings for day lighting regardless of the sizes. The required illuminances (daylight factor 0.5%) for underground parking lots can be satisfied in the skylight opening ratio of 4% or more.

시공단계를 고려할 수 있는 유한요소 해석 모델 개발 (Development of finite element analysis model for multi-step excavation problem)

  • In underground construction the multi-step excavation sequence is commonly adopted for the convenience of the underground work. A numerical simulation method which is capable of analyzing the effects of excavation sequence on the stability of the opening is greatly needed. In this study a two dimensional finite element code was developed based on the effective numerical algorithm for the multistep excavation. The practical applicability of the model was verified for the simplified excavation sequences.

지하공간통합지도의 3차원 터널 데이터 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on 3D Tunnel Data Model for Integrated Map of Underground Spaces)

  • 본 연구는 지하공간통합지도에서 다루고 있는 지하시설물(구조물형) 중 터널 부문에 해당하는 지하차도, 지하철 선로를 대상으로 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 터널 데이터 모델과 관련한 국제 표준 간의 특징을 비교·검토하였으며, 그 결과 CityGML 3.0 - tunnel module이 기존 표준과 비교했을 때 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계함에 있어서 가장 적합한 데이터 모델임을 알 수 있었다. 이후 3차원 터널 데이터 모델의 표준 요소 도출을 위하여 법·제도적 규정을 검토하고, 관련 분야 전문가를 대상으로 수요조사를 실시하여 지하차도와 지하철 선로의 추가·확장 표준 요소를 도출하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 토대로 UML을 이용하여 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계 및 제시하였다. 본 연구는 지하공간통합지도의 활용도 제고를 위한 기반 연구로써 그 의의가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

터널 막장보강효과에 대한 연구 (A study of tunnel face reinforcement)

  • The practice of introducing and grouting reinforced fiber glass pipes or bar into the core to be excavated to maintain stable the tunnel face during excavation has been applied to many tunnels, where difficult geotechnical conditions are present, with good results in terms of safety and speed of works. This reinforcing technique, initially developed to be used jointly with the mechanical precut in clay, has been widely used with other geotechnical conditions as the only type of reinforcement or joined with other ground consolidation and/or reinforcement techniques (i.e. steel pipes or jet-grouting umbrella). At present same numerical researches have been carried out to find which are the real working conditions of the reinforcing elements but no final results have been obtained for the definition of the best design approaches. In this work the results of a three dimensional parametric numerical model is presented.

From Fragmented Development to Three-Dimensional and Coordinated Development - Research on Renewal Strategies of Existing Underground Commercial Space in Harbin

  • In Harbin, a network of underground commercial spaces has been developed to occupy spaces that were originally created as civil defense shelters. With the gradual extension of the local metro rail system, the existing underground commercial space is no longer an isolated regional development, but a space that represents "three-dimensional city" and coordinated development taking place in many Chinese cities. Based on the analysis of the unique development process taken in underground space of Harbin, this paper summarizes three characteristics of its early model of "fragmented development" of underground space. By conducting a comprehensive field research and survey, the researchers analyzed 472 questionnaires related to the development trend, and proposed multi-level synergistic elements for the renewal and development of underground commercial space. The paper concludes by discussing the trend of "three-dimensional and collaborative development," suitable for the development needs of the new era, and the corresponding development strategies for the renewal of underground space.

  • 지하공동 굴착현장에서 관찰되는 절리분포 양상에 대한 자료를 기반으로 굴착과정에서 형성될 수 있는 사면체 블록의 형상, 규모 및 붕락 가능성을 절리 영속성을 고려하여 예측하는 수치해석 기법을 개발하였다. 절리 영속성 분석결과를 이용하여 절리면의 확장성에 따른 개착면에서의 표출정도 및 블록형성 가능성 해석을 수행하는 기능을 고안하여 기존에 개발된 결정론적 3차원 블록해석모델에 접목시켰다. 개선된 수치해석모델의 신뢰성을 고찰하기 위하여 실제 블록 붕락이 발생된 굴착현장에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 조사된 절리분포 양상에 의거하여 대표 방향성을 설정하고 잠재적 블록 형성을 분석하여 붕락된 블록 형상에 부합된 해석 결과를 도출하였으며, 이에 근거하여 굴착과정에서의 붕락 진행 미캐니즘을 블록형상을 고려하여 고찰하였다.

Study on bearing characteristic of rock mass with different structures: Physical modeling

  • In this paper, to study the stability of surrounding rock during roadway excavation in different rock mass structures, the physical model test for roadway excavation process in three types of intact rock mass, layered rock mass and massive rock mass were carried out by using the self-developed two-dimensional simulation testing system of complex underground engineering. Firstly, based on the engineering background of a deep mine in eastern China, the similar materials of the most appropriate ratio in line with the similarity theory were tested, compared and determined. Then, the physical models of four different schemes with 1000 mm (height) × 1000 mm (length) × 250 mm (width) were constructed. Finally, the roadway excavation was carried out after applying boundary conditions to the physical model by the simulation testing system. The results indicate that the supporting effect of rockbolts has a great influence on the shallow surrounding rock, and the rock mass structure can affect the overall stability of the surrounding rock. Furthermore, the failure mechanism and bearing capacity of surrounding rock were further discussed from the comparison of stress evolution characteristics, distribution of stress arch, and failure modes in different schemes.

지하수관리시스템의 공간 메타데이터 모델에 관한 연구 (A Research of Spatial Metadata Model for Underground water Management System)

  • 대용량의 지리정보시스템에 저장된 자료에 대한 접근과 관리에 대한 복잡성을 해결하기 위하여 공간 자료와 비공간 자료에 대한 물리적이고 개념적인 사항들을 메타데이터로 구축하고 활용할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 공간개체의 공간적 요소와 비공간적 요소를 함께 관리하는 지하수 관리시스템에서도 공간 개체에 대한 메타데이터의 구축이 필요하며 이러한 메타데이터 구축 시 개체수준의 메타데이터를 구축해야 한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 DXF 포맷 중심의 Tile-based 지형도에 입력한 지하수의 메타정보를 개체기반 지하수관리시스템을 위한 메타데이터의 모델을 제시한다. 또한 메타데이터 모델에서 개체 수준과 자료집합 수준에서 메타데이터를 모델링하고 지하수관리시스템을 위한 메타데이터의 표준 명세를 제시한다.

절리암반의 역학적 특성 분석을 위한 역해석 모델 개발 (Developement of back-analysis model for determining the mechanical properties of jointed rock)

  • Back analysis model, capable of calculating the mechanical properties and the in-situ stresses of jointed rock mass, was developed based on the inverse method using a continuum theory. Constitutive equation for the behavior of jointed rock contains two unknown parameters, elastic modulus of intact rock and stiffness of joint, hence algorithm which determines both parameters simultaneously cannot be established. To avoid algebraic difficulties elastic modulus of intact rock was assumed to be known, since the representative value of which would be quite easily determined. Then, the ratio ($\beta$) of joint stiffness to elastic modulus of intact rock was assigned and back analysis for the behavior of jointed rock was carried-out. The value $\beta$ was repeatedly modified until the elastic modulus from back analysis became very comparable to the predetermined value. The joint stiffness could be calculated by multipling the ratio $\beta$ to the final result of elastic modulus. Accuracy and reliability of back analysis procedure was successfully testified using a sample model simulating the underground opening in the jointed rock mass. Applicability of back analysis model for the underground excavation in practice was also verified by analyzing the mechanical properties of jointed rock in which underground oil storage cavern were under construction.

  • 콘크리트 비파괴 검사를 위하여 배면공동모형과 교량공동모형에 대하여 시간영역 탐사와 주파수영역 탐사를 실시하였다. 시간영역 탐사는 초동주시 역산법을 이용하여 토모그래피를 작성하여 공동의 여부를 해석하였다. 주파수영역 탐사는 시간영역 기록을 푸리에 변환에 의한 주파수영역에서의 최대 주파수를 분석하여 해석하였다.
