지하경제 양성화의 필요성과 국내 모바일 전자결제시장의 발전 (Necessity of underground economy legalization & domestic mobile payment market development)

  • 융복합 시대를 맞이하여 박근혜 정부는 지하경제 양성화 등으로 증세 없는 세입 확보에 나선다는 원칙을 고수하고 있다. 최근 신용카드와 현금영수증 등의 소득공제 정책으로 인해 소득에 대한 투명도가 많이 좋아지고 있다. 하지만 자영업자를 중심으로 소득 탈루규모는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 지하경제 양성화를 위해 현금영수증 제도 및 모바일 전자결제시장이 강화되어 자금시장의 투명성을 높일 계획으로 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 지하경제 양성화를 위해 국내 모바일 결제시장이 더욱 확대되기를 바라고 있다. 이를 위해 국내 금융회사들은 다양한 서비스를 추가적으로 개발하기를 기대하고 있으며 모바일 결제시장이 안전성과 보안성 등에서 고객들에게 신뢰를 얻게 되기를 바라고 있다. 그 결과 지하경제는 자연스럽게 사라지게 될 것으로 기대해 본다. 전자결제서비스로 인해 모든 거래가 온라인상에서 이루어지면 고액의 지하자금이 양성화되어 경제가 활성화되면서 복지국가로 나가기 위한 재원을 마련하게 될 것이다.

Incorporating ground motion effects into Sasaki and Tamura prediction equations of liquefaction-induced uplift of underground structures

  • In metropolitan areas, the quantity and density of the underground structure increase rapidly in recent years. Even though most damage incidents of the underground structure were minor, there were still few incidents causing a great loss in lives and economy. Therefore, the safety evaluation of the underground structure becomes an important issue in the disaster prevention plan. Liquefaction induced uplift is one important factor damaging the underground structure. In order to perform a preliminary evaluation on the safety of the underground structure, simplified prediction equations were introduced to provide a first order estimation of the liquefaction induced uplift. From previous studies, the input motion is a major factor affecting the magnitude of the uplift. However, effects of the input motion were not studied and included in these equations in an appropriate and rational manner. In this article, a numerical simulation approach (FLAC program with UBCSAND model) is adopted to study effects of the input motion on the uplift. Numerical results show that the uplift and the Arias Intensity (Ia) are closely related. A simple modification procedure to include the input motion effects in the Sasaki and Tamura prediction equation is proposed in this article for engineering practices.

농수축산물저장을 위한 지하암반냉동창고의 경제성분석 (An Economy Analysis on the Underground Food Storage)

  • It is in general reported that construction cost in an underground storage facility is less than that of the same capacity and features in an aboveground facility. Since these costs have a derivative with respect to facility size and fridging unit, the cost of construction and fridging unit are sensitive to location of storage, items to store, and rock quality of storage site. In this paper, to analyse an economic investment point for the underground food storage relative to aboveground storage, we compared these two models which have equivalent annual cost with the total cost that consists of initial facility investment cost and annual operation cost. Based on comparison of the economic investment in the underground with aboveground storage. an economic initial investment cost has been suggested for storing the agricultural and fish products.

  • 현재 기존 지하구조물의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 신축구조물의 건설이 많아지므로 설계 및 시공 중 기술적으로 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 근접시공은 지하구조물의 중요도에 따라 지하구조물의 안정성과 신축구조물의 경제성이라는 두 사안이 절충 가능한 합리적인 설계 및 시공이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 지금까지의 지하구조물의 안정영역 및 지반거동에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으나, 본 논문에서는 지하구조물의 상부에 구조물 건설에 따른 하중이 작용할 경우 지하구조물과 신축 지상구조물의 상호위치, 토피고 및 대상 지반조건이 지하구조물의 안정성에 미치는 영향 및 안정영역의 범위에 대하여 재평가하였다.

  • The first 150lkV underground transmission line of Korea was installed between Danginri and Yongsan substation in 1974. Since then, the underground transmission lines of about 720 circuit-km had been installed up to 1995. As the national economy has been enlarged and the population of city has been rapidly increased, the demand of an electric power has been very increased. Therefore the first 345kV long-length transmission line of Korea was installed between Mikyum and Sungdong substation on Jan., 1997. This paper describes the design of the 345kV oil-filled cable and its accessories, the design of the system, the methods of installation, field tests, and the future trends of the underground transmission line in Korea.

터널 심발부의 선균열을 이용한 발파공법의 현장시험에 관한 연구 (A study on pilot Test of the Composition Presplitting Angle Cut method in tunnel blasting)

  • 터널굴착 발파기술로 새로 개발된 Composition Presplitting Angle Cut (COPA)은 기존 공법과는 달리 심발부에 먼저 인장파괴를 통하여 선균열 (사전절단)을 형성시킨다. 본 연구에서는 선균열 효과를 검증하기 위하여 굴진효율과 소음 진동의 발생크기를 측정하는 현장시험을 실시하였다. 그리고 이 공법의 경제성 및 작업성 (시공성)을 비교하기 위하여 동일한 조건에서 기존의 발파공법을 동시에 시험하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 시험 결과 COPA - Cut 발파공법이 기존 발파공법보다 굴진효율이 증가하고 소음 진동이 감소되었다. 또한 경제성, 시공성 및 품질관리 측면에서 우수하다는 것을 확인 되었다.

  • This paper, we argue that sector in terms of the creative industries the need to the institutional settle of the rent-a-driver business; the industry could create more than 200,000 jobs, the effect is to bring out the about 4 trillion underground economy and Can be interpreted industry, which contributes to reduce social costs, ranging from 1.7 trillion won to 5.7 trillion per year. Through institutionalization of policy should support. Observation and in-depth interviews were conducted with the law and the president of the rent-a-driver business company. The operating system should be improved. the rent-a-driver business, for the formulation of the work ethic and education is desperately needed. The effect socio-economic contribution effect of the rent-a-driver business industry can be summarized as follows. First, it is an industry that has an operating system utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment, and the convergence of creative industries to comply with the market. Second, the effect appears as an industry that creates jobs for the populace to replace the social security system, social safety net is considered as an industry. Third, this is an industry that can be self-reliant in the short term at least political support, the industry is considered in the industry to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the support policy.

지능형 지하시설물관리를 위한 상수도 모니터링 기술개발의 우선순위 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Priority Order Evaluation of the Water Supply Monitoring Technology Development for the Intelligent Underground Facility Management)

  • 최근 지방자치단체들은 u-City 사업구상을 통해 지능형 지하시설물 관리를 계획하고 있지만, 지하시설물의 지능화를 위해서는 막대한 재원이 소요되므로 단계적 접근이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목표는 센싱기술 개발의 우선순위가 높은 상수도 모니터링 항목을 도출하여 기술적 실현가능성과 경제적 파급효과가 높은 킬러어플리케이션을 발굴하는데 있다. 이를 위해 상수도 업무분석, 심층면담조사, 지자체 설문조사, 전문가의견조사 등을 통해 최종 모니터링 항목을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 유량계 유량, 상수관로 누수 균열, 상수관로 압력, 정수장 유량에 대한 모니터링 기술개발의 우선순위가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 상수도 시설물 관리의 실제적인 수요와 우선순위를 도출하고 평가하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 향후 지하시설물 지능화 관련 기술개발의 방향성 제시에 기여할 것이라 기대된다.

  • To overcome problems of excavation technology far repairing or replacing underground buried pipes which are worn out or damaged, various trenchless repair-reinforcement technologies have been invented. But these trenchless technologies also have many problems in the aspect of economy and convenience of operation. In this research, the repair-reinforcement process using RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) which can solve problems of present trenchless technologies was developed. The resin wetting and void removal during RTM process to form large composite structures inside of buried pipes were experimentally investigated. From the experiment, it was found that the new technology had advantage over conventional methods by employing appropriate process parameters and void removal vents.

  • Existing grade crossings between railway and roadway area gradually changed to grade separation systems by the law. In the case of new roadway construction which crosses railways, it shall be grade separation system in principle. With the railway underground crossing method, many practices have been developed which can minimize rail displacements and avoid rail release. With these methods, the effects to the train can be reduced. The underground crossing methods can be identified as open-cut methods and non open-cut methods. The open-cut methods include temporary support methods and special rail construction methods. Also the non open-cut methods includes pipe roof methods, front jacking methods, messer shield methods, NTR methods and JES methods. Among these, the most suitable method is applied considering safety, economy, class of each rail system (train passing frequency and velocity), etc. In the non open-cut methods, the cost and duration shall be increased to keep existing rail system during construction. In the open-cut methods which use plate girders, the rail speed shall be restricted due to the displacement and vibration of the girder. In this study new grade separation methods were developed. With this method, the safety during construction can be increased. This method refines temporary support methods, but pc slab girder with huge stiffness is applied instead of plate girders. With this method, the rail displacement can be reduced and higher safety can be obtained during construction. Also construction cost and duration can be minimized because the temporary work and the overburden soil depth can be reduced.
