열대환경하에 있어서 대두재식밀도가 각종형질에 미치는 영향 (The effect of plant spacing on several agronomic traits of a soybean variety under the tropical environment)

  • This experiment was conducted to determine the optimum row width and plant spacing within row under the tropical environment for a leading soybean variety Palmetto and it was carried out at Eakmat Experiment Station in Vietnam. The experiments were arranged in a split plot design with four replications and the test was repeated twice in two years. Variations for seed yield due to the distance between rows were significant at 1 per cent level in 1967 test(dry season growing) and at 5 per cent level in 1968 test. Significant differences for plant height, lodging, maturity, number of branches per plant, and number of pods per plant due to the row width were not found in both tests, while significant differences in difference spacing within row was found in all traits studied. Interaction between width of row and spacing within row for seed yield and plant height were found at five percent level in 1967 test. These results indicate that close planting may increase in seed yield and plant height in both seasons, and decrease in loadging. From these studies, one could be understood that the plant population, particularly in dry season, plays decisive roles on seed yield in soybean culture, and the maximum plant height and minimum value of lodging index were also observed in closest spacing plots. The highest soybean yield in late planting would be expected by a combinations of 30 cm(between rows)${\times}$5cm(between hills) plot, while 40cm ${\times}$ 5cm planting method would be suggested for rainy season growing. Highest seed yield was obtained at closet spacing in both dry and rainy season, and these results led to drilling method in seeding where about 20 seeds per meter of row could be recommended. Besides the seed yield, the close planting may produce some advantages, such as increase plant height and decrease lodging, weeds and erosion of surface soil.

  • In this paper, the structural design optimization of a wafer grinding machine using a multi-step optimization with genetic algorithm is presented. The design problem, in this study, is to find out the optimum configuration and dimensions of structural members which minimize the static compliance, the dynamic compliance, and the weight of the machine structure simultaneously under several design constraints. The first design step is shape optimization, in which the best structural configuration is found by getting rid of structural members that have no contributions to the design objectives from the given initial design configuration. The second and third steps are sizing optimization. The second design step gives a set of good design solutions having higher fitness for lightweight and minimum static compliance. Finally the best solution, which has minimum dynamic compliance and weight, is extracted among those good solution set. The proposed design optimization method was successfully applied to the structural design optimization of a high precision wafer grinding machine. After optimization, both static and dynamic compliances are reduced more than $92\%\;and\;93\%$ compared with the initial design, which was designed empirically by experienced engineers. Moreover the weight of the optimized structure are also slightly reduced than before.

  • 고등학생이 대학입학 전 본인의 관심분야의 전공수업을 첨단장비를 통해 미리 학습할 수 있는 고교-대학 연계 멘토링 프로그램이 대학에 개설되고 있다. 본 연구는 2013년도 경험을 분석한 기존 연구를 발전시켜 멘토링 프로그램을 추가하였고, 이를 활용하여 팀별로 학습할 수 있는 학습 프로그램 개발을 통해 2차년도 교육에 참여한 경험을 연구하였다. 실습 중심의 멘토링을 통해 고교생이 직접 실습 과제를 해결하고 결과물을 만들 수 있도록 유도하였다. 연구 결과, 1차 프로그램은 강의 진행에 관련된 부분과 관심도 증대 부분에서, 2차 프로그램은 체계적인 강의 진행과 일정 그리고 지식 발전의 향상과 추천 정도 영역에서 만족이 높았다. 팀 내에서 멘티들이 상호작용을 하고, 멘토들과 교류하며 함께 성장하는 것이 팀러닝이라고 평가하였다. 본 연구는 고교-대학 교육 프로그램의 지속적인 연구를 통해 고교생들에게 알맞는 프로그램을 개발하는데 큰 의의가 있었다.

서울 지역 중학생의 청국장에 대한 인식 및 기호도 조사 (Perception and Preference of Chungkukjang in the Middle School Students in Seoul)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the perception and preference of chungkukjang in the middle school students under school meal service. For the investigation, 538 third-grade students in Seoul area were surveyed by a questionnaire and the data were analyzed by the SAS package. The result showed that 81.3% of the surveyed students responded the awareness of chungkukjang, and the motives of their interest in chungkukjang were through home education(60.0%) and mass communication(30.9%). Most students recognized that chungkukjang is the soybean fermented food, healthy food and Korean traditional food. 33.8% of students responded that chungkukjang jjigae served at the school meal service was not tasty. It also revealed that male students had more preference for chungkukjang jjigae than female students. Among the 22 kinds of new chungkukjang menu served at the school meal service in the future, 10 kinds of menu (chungkukjang samgeobsal gui, samgeobsal chungkukjang bockum, chungkukjang sauce dakk gui, chungkukjang dongasmali, chungkukjang sogogi janggug, chungkukjang kimchi bokgumbab, chungkukjang bajirak kalguksu, chungkukjang kimchi buchim, chungkukjang sangsun gut, chungkukjang bibimbab) were highly preferred foods by male students. Therefore, in order to make middle school students take the chungkukjang foods with pride by increasing their perception and knowledge of them, the family should give them many opportunities to eat chungkukjang foods. The school also should try to use more chungkukjang foods in the school meal service, and try to improve in cooking process to make more tasty chungkukjang foods fur teenagers.

충북지역 일부 고등학생의 스트레스 상태와 청소년 영양지수를 이용한 영양상태와의 관련성 (Association between Stress and Nutritional status of High School Students in Chungbuk using Nutrition Quotient for Korean Adolescents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress levels and eating habits in adolescents. Methods: A total of 453 male and female high school students were surveyed to ascertain their stress levels, Nutrition Quotients for Korean Adolescents (NQ-A), and stress-related eating behavior. Results: The average age of the subjects was 18 and they were mostly from nuclear families. Their average daily conversation time with their parents was between 10 to 30 minutes. The average sleep time for female students was observed to be less than that of male students. The satisfaction level of academic achievement of female students was significantly lower than that of the male students (P < 0.001). The average stress level score for female students was 2.7 out of 5, which was significantly higher than the male student's score of 2.4 (P < 0.001). The eating speed of male students was related to stress levels. Both male and female students ate more and craved spicy food when under stress. All male and female students had significantly ascending NQ-A scores rising in the order of stress from 'low level' to 'medium level', to 'high level' (P < 0.001). There was a significant negative correlation between the stress score and the NQ-A score adjusted for general characteristics (r = -0.29, P < 0.001). Conclusions: Since stress and NQ-A were negatively correlated in high school students, higher stress levels can be associated with irregular eating habits and negative eating behavior. Therefore, stress management and nutrition education focusing on stress status are needed for adolescents.

일개 치위생과 대학생의 인터넷 중독과 건강 관련성 (Relationship between internet addiction and health in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction and health in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 216 dental hygiene students in Daegu from June 9 to 13, 2014. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA using SAS 9.2 program. The instruments included Korean internet addiction scale(K scale) and Korean version of the general health questionnaire. General characteristics consisted of grade, religion, residential types, economic condition, place of internet use, duration, purpose, and time of use. Physical characteristics consisted of subjective physical condition, smoking, alcohol drinking, exercise above twice per week, musculoskeletal disease, and location of physical symptoms. Psychiatric scale and 6 questions of physical characteristics were consulted by the statistician of preventive medicine department. Results: Internet users over 4 hours manifested the poor mental health, while those who uses internet under 2 hours showed good mental health(F = 1.41, p < 0.01). The students having good physical condition showed better mental health than those with poor physical condition(t = -2.81, p < 0.01). The students exercising at least twice a week showed better mental health than those who do not exercise(t = -3.10, p < 0.01). Those who having musculoskeletal symptoms showed higher index of internet addiction score than those who do not(t = 4.21, p < 0.01). Those who have no musculoskeletal symptoms tended to have better mental health than those who have musculoskeletal symptoms(t = 2.28, p < 0.05). The variables correlated to mental health were internet addiction, subjective physical condition, and exercise at least twice a week. The severity level of internet addiction leads to poor mental health(r = 0.26, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Internet addiction is closely related to mental health. So the students must know the danger of internet addiction. Proper health education is necessary for the prevention of addiction symptoms.

이중 척도 모델에 대한 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 이해 분석: 분수의 나눗셈을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Sixth Graders' Understanding on Double Scale Model: Focusing on Fraction Division)

  • 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 수학 교과서에 이중 척도 모델이 본격적으로 도입되었지만, 학생들이 이중 척도 모델을 어떻게 이해하거나 활용하고 있는지 자세히 조사한 연구는 드물다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이중 척도 모델이 포함된 교과서로 분수의 나눗셈을 학습한 6학년 학생 154명을 대상으로 교과서에 제시된 형태의 이중 척도 모델을 어떻게 이해하고 있는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 모델의 구성 요소는 비교적 잘 탐색하는 경향이 있었으나 예외적으로 아래에 놓인 수직선의 단위나 의미를 탐색하는 데는 어려움을 드러냈다. 또한 이중 척도 모델을 활용해 계산 과정을 완성하고 계산 원리를 설명하는 데에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이중 척도 모델을 활용한 지도에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다.

문제 행동을 가진 초등학생의 영양 상태와 모발 미네랄 함유량 (Nutritional Status and Hair Mineral Content of Elementary School Children with Behavioral Problems)

  • This study was performed to assess the nutritional status and hair mineral content of children with behavioral problems and compare the values with a gender, age-matched control group. The subjects were recruited from S elementary school children in Seoul, Korea. Students scored higher than 60 points were diagnosed with behavioral problems according to the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist. Nutritional assessment of the two groups (behavior problem group: male n=15, female n=24; $9.6{\pm}1.6$ years, control group: male n=16, female n=18; $9.5{\pm}1.9$ years) was performed using a nutritional survey and by measuring hair mineral contents. In the results, food frequency questionnaire analysis showed that the intakes of anchovy (P<0.05), soybean curb (P<0.01), radish (P<0.05), bean sprouts (P<0.05), spinach (P<0.05), carrot (P<0.05), pumpkin (P<0.05), lettuce (P<0.05), cabbage (P<0.01), apple (P<0.05), and milk (P<0.01) were higher in the control group than the behavior problem group, whereas intakes of ramyeon (P<0.05), cookies (P<0.05), and coke (P<0.01) were higher in the behavior problem group than the control group. Intakes of most nutrients such as plant-derived protein (P<0.05), fiber (P<0.05), plant-derived calcium (P<0.05), phosphorus (P<0.05), plant-derived iron (P<0.05), vitamin B2 (P<0.05), vitamin B6 (P<0.05), vitamin C (P<0.01), vitamin E (P<0.05), and folate (P<0.05) were significantly higher in the control group than the behavior problem group. Hair analysis showed that the levels of arsenic (P<0.05), mercury (P<0.001), uranium (P<0.05), iron (P<0.001), boron (P<0.01), and germanium (P<0.001) were lower, but the levels of phosphate (P<0.05), chromium (P<0.001), sodium (P<0.05), and sulfur (P<0.001) were higher in the behavior problem group than the control group. Conclusively, behavioral problems constitute a complicated condition in which nutritional factors may play major roles. However, it is still under investigation as to whether or not modification of dietary habits or nutritional supplementation can improve children's behavior, since symptoms require a broad understanding of the environmental and genetic interactions.

도시주민(都市住民)과 농촌주민(農村住民)의 호흡기증상(呼吸器症狀) (Comparison of Respiratory Symptom between Urban and Rural Residents)

  • 대기오염(大氣汚染)이 비교적 심각(深刻)하다고 생각되는 도시와 농촌과의 호흡기증상을 비교(比較)해 보고자 대구 주민 470명, 포항 364명, 농촌지역인 의성군 주민 472명을 대상(對象)으로 호흡기증상에 대한 설문지를 만들어서 1984년 4월 10일에서 4월 30일까지 각 지역 중 고학생들을 통하여 그들 가족에게 설문하였다. 각 지역에 따른 증상호소율을 볼 때 대체로 도시가 농촌보다 높았는데 특히 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼거나 ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$ 증상이 농촌에 비해 도시가 높게 나왔으며(p<0.05), 다만 여자에서 ${\ulcorner}$감기를 심하게 앓는다${\lrcorner}$는 경우는 농촌이 높았다. 연령군(年齡群)에 따라 도시, 농촌을 비교(比較)해 보면 남자 19세 이하군에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 경우가 농촌에 비해 포항이 높았으며(p<0.05), 남자 40대에서는 ${\ulcorner}$식은땀${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$목의 이물감${\lrcorner}$이 오히려 도시에서 농촌보다 낮게 나타났다. 학생들에게서는 도시, 농촌간의 차가 거의 없었고, 직업인에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 예가 포항이 농촌보다 높았으며(p<0.05), ${\ulcorner}$감기${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$잔기침${\lrcorner}$은 포항이 농촌보다 낮았다(p<0.05). 이상에서 몇 항목에 대해 농촌이 더 높은 것은 농부(農夫)들의 심한 피로(疲勞)와 농약 등에 의한 것으로 생각되나 전반적(全般的)으로 볼 때 ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$ 등 도시가 농촌보다 많은 항목에서 호소율이 높았다. 이는 산업연료(産業燃料), 차량(車輛)의 배기(排氣)가스, 먼지 등의 영향이 아닌가 생각된다.

대학생의 셀프리더십이 창업기회인식과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기업가정신의 매개 효과를 중심으로 (A Study of Effect of Self-Leadership by College Student on Recognition of Opportunity on Establishment of Company and Will of Establishing Company: Centered on Mediated Effect of Entrepreneurship)

  • 본 연구는 창업 C.E.O.에게 반드시 필요한 리더십 역량 가운데에서도 최근 관심이 높아지고 있는 셀프리더십이 기업가정신의 매개 효과를 통해 창업기회인식과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 정부주도의 창업장려분위기에 따라 대학 교과과정에서도 창업에 대한 다양한 교육 및 행사와 함께 기업가정신에 대한 교육이 활발히 행하여지고 있고, 학계에서도 기업가정신과 창업기회인식 혹은 기업가정신과 창업의지 등에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있는 반면, 셀프리더십과 창업기회인식 및 창업의지의 연관성에 관한 연구는 거의 없다시피 한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울소재 4개 대학교의 학생들로부터 받은 설문지 320부를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 셀프리더십이 기업가정신에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신이 창업기회인식 및 창업의지에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십이 창업기회인식과 창업의지에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구의 가장 중요한 핵심이라 할 수 있는 셀프리더십과 창업기회인식 그리고 셀프리더십과 창업의지 간에 기업가정신의 매개효과가 입증되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 따라, 향후 창업기회인식 및 창업의지를 높이기 위한 대학 창업 교육 커리큘럼 설계에 있어서 최근 강조되고 있는 기업가정신에 대한 교육과 아울러, 셀프리더십에 대한 적극적인 교육 시도가 필요하다고 말할 수 있다.
