Purpose: This study set out to propose plans for more efficient and effective clinical practice by investigating the current state of clinical practice in the field of dental technology and thus provide basic data to develop pre- and post-education programs for clinical practice. Methods: The subjects include dental technicians at dental technical laboratories that were appointed as the place of clinical practice by the Department of Dental Technology of G University. The survey period spanned from December 22, 2014 to January 20, 2015. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: 1. The most frequent practice the student did during clinical practice was articulator attachment, which was followed by pin operation or model making, one's own task and practice, sand and crow sculpturing, burying, casting, and grinding. 2. In case of going through the entire process, porcelain had the most students at 39(23.4%), being followed by crown & bridge at 28(16.8%), clinical model at 23(13.8%), full denture at 17(10.2%), and partial denture at 17(10.2%) in the order. 3. Of the students, 59.8%(30.5% for reinforced basic practice; 29.3% for intensive practice education) said that intensive practice education should be reinforced in school; and 22.3% said that intensive theory and practice education was needed, which indicates that 82.6% voiced their opinion of reinforcing education around practice. 4. The students felt that they lacked diligence, passion, and theoretical knowledge somewhat and were relatively good at clinical adaptation and operational skills. Conclusion: The findings show that the students felt an absolute lack of practice education as the school education was focused on theory and national exams in the field of dental technology, thus raising a need to reinforce practice education. Of all the respondents, 62.9% said there was a need to improve the current education with a focus on jobs. In future, education of dental technology should work to bring up able dental technicians that can perform in clinical dental technology right after graduation by reinforcing job-based practice education.

Since 1970s, urethane waterproofing method is broadly used in rooftops, underground spaces, and sports stadium for its outstanding ultraviolet blockage, watertightness, and elasticity. However, development of slippage-resistance and endurance, improvement of function considering convenience and visually pleasing of users, urethane waterproofing method is necessary, since rooftops and underground spaces have slippage and external force risks. Therefore, many improved waterproofing methods are being developed and, recently, embo-thane waterproofing method, which applies embo-spray coating system, has been developed. This paper explains exposure, nonexposure, and floor-material of embo-thane waterproofing method, and then perform experimental study for comparison with urethane waterproofing method about tensile strength, coefficient of expansion, performance of bond, anti-abrasion, and slippage-resistance. In addition, the performance index was presented for the superiority of embo-thane waterproofing method compared to urethane by setting up evaluation criteria considering not only physical performance but also design side of embo-thane waterproofing method, and Value Analysis applying AHP. Also for an assessment considering uncertain result, Monte Carlo Simulation Method was used to operate reliability analysis through statistic approach method.
Shipping companies involved in sea transportation service are exposed to uncertainty due to its volatile business environment. It is crucial that shipping companies take effective strategies to cope with uncertain business environments and to achieve high business performance. Using Porter's generic strategy, this study investigates the relationships between environmental uncertainty and competitive strategies, and the impact of competitive strategies on firm's business performance. To test hypotheses, OLS regressions and Tobit analysis were conducted on Korea shipping companies who provide global sea transportation service. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, variation of environmental uncertainty affects cost-leadership strategy and differentiation strategy. Diversity of environmental uncertainty affects differentiation strategy, but not cost-leadership strategy. Second, firms attain business performance by using the cost-leadership strategy. That is, shipping companies can achieve high business performance by reducing their operating costs in the entire process of transportation service.

This paper aims to link the development strategy of a local government(Guri-si, Kyunggi-do) to a spatial decision support system that is in the early stages of implementation and testing. Spatial Decision for a local governmental authority typically involves multiple stakeholders. To any specific regional problem, stakeholders often have various levels of knowledge and experiences about it, that yield conflicting views. In this point of view, the enhanced access to information can bring the decision process to solve the problem throughout more public participation. Recently, Urban development study was required to improve the decision making of public participation form. This study aim to investigate an analysis local government of Guri-si, can be supported as the suggestion of decision making system. Guri-si has been argued that it would improve citizen's life quality intent theme 'by historical tourism in general dimension' promote region identity, environment friendly and transportational strength, by reflecting various plan of urban development and it executed strategy. There are increasing interest in citizen participation and practical using of policy decision making to respond to uncertain environment and systematic exploration of local government. Focused on the contents of public participation decision making, it is important to investigate how to analysis urban development strategy and geographic information relationship for useful. The paper concludes with a discussion of current issues encountered during development and implementation of spatial decision making(or support) system for the local administrative authority.
Purpose: KCDO-3(Korean Classification of Diseases(Oriental Medicine)-third edition) being used in January, 2010 accepted the KCD(Korean Classification of Diseases) and added disease pattern and syndrome of oriental medicine. But, the diagnoses of oriental medicine are too uncertain to express in A00-Z99(KCD). In this case, you should choose in U codes under the KCD use guidelines, but U codes are not capable of representing the symptoms too. So, we suggest the use criteria and consider the weakness of the U codes with medical records of patients who visited with amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea. Methods: We referred medical records of patients who visited oriental obstetrics and gynecology from January 1st to December 31st, 2010. From among them, we set up 122 patients who related with emmeniopathy as target group and searched codes distribution based on medical records. And we described that the process of choosing appropriate codes based on the medical records of 49 amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea patients. Results and Conclusions: The emmeniopathy is divided into menstrual disorder, amenorrhea and systemic disorders at the period of menstruation. And emmeniopathy is expressed in some codes such as N91, N92, N93, N94, U321, U77. When a patient visit hospital, a doctor should choose causal codes when there is confirmed diagnosis. Otherwise, a doctor chooses symptom codes. And if there are more than two diagnosis consistent with definition of chief condition, a doctor should code the first listed diagnosis as a chief condition. Because KCD-5 is classified according to western medical diagnosis, it is difficult to choose in KCD-5 when we diagnosed with disease pattern and syndrome of oriental medicine. But U codes are also deficient to express various condition of emmeniopathy. So we should add 'deficiency and detriment of the thoroughfare and conception vessels', 'prolonged menstruation' and various systemic disorders at the period of menstruation.
Objective : Until now, there have been no evidence-based guidelines produced for the mass screening of hyperlipidemia cases in Korea. This study was done to find the most efficient strategy for a hyperlipidemia-screening program among Korean adults, Method : Seven alternative strategies for hyperlipidemia screening were formulated and compared ir terms of cost-effectiveness. Cost and effectiveness were estimated from social perspectives and using a two-stage screening process (initial testing and additional testing for positives from the first test). A computerized database (based on persons who had visited a health promotion center in one teaching hospital for a routine health check-up) was used to determine the cost and the outcome of various strategies. Official data was used in calculating direct and indirect costs. Effectiveness was measured according to the number of persons who needed clinical intervention for hyperlipidemia. A stratified analysis, considering age group and sex, was then done. Sensitivity analyses, focusing on several uncertain parameters, were also done. Results : Of the seven test alternatives available, the most cost-effective strategy was a screening program, which consisted of an initial test of total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride. There was some variation in the rank of the cost-effectiveness ratios for the seven alternatives dependent on age group or gender. Conclusions : Current hyperlipidemia screening practice, for National Health Insurance beneficiaries, tests only the total cholesterol level with a cut-off value of 260mg/dl as an initial screening test. It is not the best strategy for cost-effectiveness, and should be modified. Different screening strategies taking age group and sex into account should be developed and used for the efficient mass screening of hyperlipidemia cases among Korean adults.

There is a growing interest in the entrepreneurial activity that has long been considered essential for sustainable economic development and value creating. Although it is strongly encouraged by focusing on the positive aspects of venturing, less has been paid attention to entrepreneurial failure, which is the biggest cause of hesitation in starting a business. The uncertain and risky nature of entrepreneurship implies a considerable possibility of failure. Even if it fails, the experience and knowledge of entrepreneurs acquired through entrepreneurship indeed offers valuable lessons for the re-venturing, which can serve as an important social asset that should not be lost. It has been argued that re-entering the same industry for the subsequent venture maximizes the learning effect through utilizing potential benefits from industry-specific knowledge. Although the re-startup after entrepreneurial failure is a very important topic in the studies on serial entrepreneurs, there is a paucity of systematic empirical investigation. This study responds to calls for more research on the re-startup after entrepreneurial failure, and specifically complements existing studies on serial entrepreneurs. Focusing on the entrepreneurs' attribution for the failure, we conducted an empirical analysis of how this affects the re-startup process. Moreover, we also examined the moderating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience. For the analyses, we surveyed the entrepreneurs who tried to re-start the subsequent business after the entrepreneurial failure through the "Revitalization Center for Strained Entrepreneur". The results found that failed entrepreneurs who blamed internal factors for their previous venture failures were likely to keep the same industry for their subsequent business. In addition, the positive effect of internal attribution on maintaining the same industry for the re-startup was found to be stronger when entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience were high.

In this study, the direction and contents of public education to develop competencies that are in line with the 2022 revised curriculum and the paradigm of future education were sought, and a plan for reading education was prepared. A creative and cooperative problem-solving method and process as not only information literacy ability to read, select, and reconstruct information but also transformative competency to respond to uncertain future and diversified situations are important amid the complex, pluralistic and rapid development of information and communication technology It was intended to give an experience of exploring and communicating through reading in order to explore and derive it. Analyze the general outline and syllabus of the curriculum, international education project definitions and indicators, and organize academic theories and research to set the direction and goal of high school reading education, and organize creative and convergence class strategies and reading activities A library reading class model was developed. Accordingly, the class model was revised by applying the development research method, and the final model was developed by supplementing it through field application evaluation. In order to achieve the research purpose end, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted on 10 reading education and curriculum experts. The model modified through the Delphi survey was developed in the final school library convergence reading class model by demonstrating the class in the educational field and supplementing it through application evaluation.
The style of leadership and leader's competence are expected to be an important role in the rapidly changing and uncertain circumstances of the business environment. In particular, rapid change of business environment requires organizations to innovate, and appropriate innovation can have a direct impact on an organization's competitive advantage and sustainability. In this regard, this study focused on transformational leadership as a factor that improves innovative behavior. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the process of transformational leadership leading to innovative behavior. Furthermore, the moderated mediating effect of psychological safety was also verified. To verify hypotheses, this study conducted a survey on 307 public officials who work in Chinese public institutions. The result was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on innovative behavior by mediating effect of self-efficacy. However, contrary to the expectations of this study, the moderated mediation effect of psychological safety was found to be insignificant. The moderating effect of psychological safety showed an insignificant effect. It showed showed the different results from previous studies. In relation to these results, theoretical and practical implications were presented in this study. Overall, this study presented a plan to increase innovative behavior and verified the research model. In addition, the directions of future research for innovative behavior were presented.
The purpose of this study is to investigate prospective teachers' perceptions of the peer review comments readily available to them during the writing process in a teacher training class. Given these needs, we employ a qualitative method of inquiry giving voice to the learner's own view of peer feedback. The data we wish to consider is first-person narratives elicited from four EFL college students, who are prospective teachers of English. With regard to the EFL students' narrative considered here, all were attentive to the feedback they received. Moreover, the way in which these EFL writers talk about peer response activity reflects that they still welcome peer feedback because of the benefits to be accrued from it. Although this study, covering only four EFL students in total, can hardly be considered conclusive, we attempt to offer a synthesis of their stories. First of all, students indicate that they received responses from "authentic readers" (Mittan 1989, 209). We do note, consequently, that students gain a clear understanding of readers' needs by receiving feedback on what they did well and on what seems unclear. Perhaps the greater effect of peer feedback claimed by these students is that they take active roles in utilizing peer comments. Since they feel uncertain about the validity of their classmates' responses, students feel that they have autonomy over their own text and can make their own decisions on whether they should accept their peer comments or not. This contrasts with their treatment of teacher comments that they accept begrudgingly even if they disagree with them. Four EFL writers talked a lot, typically in a positive way, about peer response to their writing, yet they have expressed reservations about the extent to which they should put any credence in comments offered by their fellow students. Perhaps this is because their fellow students are still developing writers and EFL learners. In turn, they were sometimes reluctant to accept the peers' comments. Thus, in EFL contexts, L1 use can be suggested during peer feedback sessions. In particular, we have come to feel that L1 use enables both reviewers and receivers to have more productive peer review experiences. Additionally, we need to train students not "to see peer feedback as potentially bad advice" (Silva et al. 2003, 111). Teachers should focus on training students to utilize their peers' comments. Without such training, students will either ignore feedback or fail to use it constructively.
