Although the majority of abnormal bleeding during the neonatal period results from acquired coagulation disorders, inherited coagulation disorders can also manifest at this time. Hemophilia is the most common of inherited coagulation disorder. Although 40-70% of cases with hemophilia are diagnosed in the neonatal period, few cases have been reported in premature infants. We report a case of a premature infant born at 31 weeks of gestation, diagnosed with hemophilia A by blood coagulation test, coagulation factor assay and study of the F8 gene. The baby was treated with recombinant factor VIII (Recombinate$^{(R)}$, USA) because of repeated seizures and intramuscular hematoma.

Thyroid hemiagenesis is a rare congenital anomaly in which one thyroid lobe fails to develop. Thyroid hemiagenesis usually does not cause clinical symptoms by itself, therefore, this anomaly is detected incidentally during the evaluation of other thyroid disorders. We describe a rare case of thyroid hemiagenesis in a 1-month-old female infant who presented with prolonged jaundice and abnormal laboratory findings of congenital hypothyroidism. The patient showed the characteristic features of thyroid hemiagenesis of the left lobe in Tc-99m pertechnetate scintigraphy and ultrasonography of the thyroid gland. The patient has improved with supportive care, including thyroid hormone replacement. Further long-term follow-up is required for the investigation of recurrence of thyroid abnormalities.

Cervical necrotizing fasciitis is a rare but well known life-threatening soft tissue infection primarily affecting the superficial and deep cervial fascial planes. It may rapidly spread into the mediastinum along fascial planes. So, if proper diagnosis and prompt surgical debridement is delayed, the infection may cause descending necrotizing mediastinitis with extensive necrosis of overlying skin, destroying fascia and muscle. Therefore, the key to the successful outcome is early recognition and rapid initiation of definitive radical debridement. The authors report, along with a literature review, a case of cervical necrotizing fasciitis with atypical spreading into the lateral chest wall.

Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) is rare and a recently described, poorly differentiated malignant tumor and it usually presents with widespread intra-abdominal involvement. We report a case of DSRCT arising form the mediastinum which was treated with multimodality anticancer therapy in 15 year-old girl.

Ulsan Dutbeki is a local dance handed down by the Ulsan people through custom. This study was discussed on the locality of Ulsan Dutbeki. The method of this study is as follows. First of all, the perception of Dutbeki from the perspective of Ulsan's local characteristic. First, Ulsan Dutbeki is based on the local characteristic of the southeastern coastal area of the Korean peninsula. Second, Dutbeki features local characteristics of Ulsan as a military cultural area. Third, in Dutbeki, there is a local culture of Ulsan which was originated from the village Dongjeol and outdoor performances. Next, the researcher perceived Ulsan Dutbeki which had been handed down through custom and approached its shape. The origins of the shape are, firstly, the speech tone and gestures of Ulsan people. Secondly, folk plays related to worshiping martial arts and military training. Thirdly, the characteristics of the Dutbeki dance in coastal areas of Gyeongsangdo. Fourth, local custom displayed at the village festival of Ulsan. Ulsan is a region of Gyeongsang culture area and has similarity with other localities. However, this study limited its comparisons with regard to Dutbeki that were originated from the local characteristics of other regions. The results of this study recognized Ulsan Dutbeki as a local dance in Ulsan area. In other words, this study perceived Dutbeki, which had been an entertaining component of traditional lifestyle, as an intangible cultural heritage and studied the form in every conceivable way from an artistic point of view.

We suggest a system to detection whether material picked up is double or single when the robot feeds them in automation line. This system measures thickness of metal plate and alarms when they are double sheet measuring boundary lines of metal sheet. This system calculates the minimum distance of straight boundary lines by eliminating noise in the edge regions. In the experimental system, double or single is determined by calculating implemented the thickness in the image where the distance of pixels are retrieved by the hash table. In this paper, the algorithm of histogram is adapted to experiment in the implement, thus proved as double sheet detection system.
