Recent development of information technologies produces a lot of community services. Social Network Service is one of the community services on the world wide webs. In the Social Network Service, a user can register other users as friends and enjoy communication through a virtual message. Previous researches show a few social service methods using manually generated tagging. However, the manual social tagging is not widely used in many social network services. Moreover, they do not consider ubiquitous computing environment. We propose a recommendation method for social service using contexts in ubiquitous environment. Our method scores documents based on context tags and social network services. Our social scoring model is computed by both a tagging score of a document and a tagging score of a document that was tagged by a user's friends.

The mobile computing environment has already matured and mobile services are activated throughout many industries. In the following years, these changes are expected to evolve into a ubiquitous computing environment. In the meantime, whether newly developed information technologies will thrive or diminished depends on user's intention to adopt them. Hence, the necessity of user-centered research considering ubiquitous computing in mobile computing environment is obvious. This study, thus, investigated ubiquitous factors in various literature related to ubiquitous computing and technology acceptance and it proposes a research model of the ubiquitous factors affecting user's intention to use mobile services, in terms of meaning(connectivity, mobility), service(contextual offer), compatibility(compatibility), and infrastructure(privacy, truth). The proposed model is expected to help both researchers and practitioners extend their understanding about the ubiquitous factors in mobile computing environment

최근 새로운 정보기술 패러다임인 유비쿼터스가 등장함에 따라 그에 관련된 연구와 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서 기업은 효과적인 상품 개발과 서비스를 위해 사용자들이 어떠한 요인에 의해 u-서비스를 이용하는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 유비쿼터스에 대한 기존 연구는 기술 중심적인 연구에 치중되어 서비스나 상품을 마케팅 하는 데는 시사점이 적었다. 본 연구에서는 u-서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 통해 기업의 입장에서 향후 u-서비스를 개발하고 이용자를 확대하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 개념을 정의하고 유비쿼터스 특성요인을 반영한 u-서비스 수용 모델을 제시하고 이를 실증하였다. 그 결과 u-서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 편재성, 상황기반 제공성, 친화성 등이었으며 지각된 가치는 이용의도에 영향을 미치며, 또한 이용 빈도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증결과를 바탕으로 u-서비스 활성화를 위한 마케팅적 시사점을 토의하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술은 유비쿼터스 학습 즉 u-러닝의 출현을 이끌며 미래 학교 교육의 개선 방향으로 제시되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 학습 환경에서는 우선 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 학습을 위해 다양한 내장형 컴퓨터들을 활용할 수 있도록 이러한 기기들을 도처에 편재시키고 네트워크를 통한 상호작용을 지원하는 것이다. 다음 단계는 지능적인 학습 서비스를 지원하는 것으로, 상황 정보를 이해하고 이를 공유하도록 상황 지식과 상황 추론이 가능한 상황 인식 서비스를 도입하는 것이다. 그러나 아직까지 실제 학교를 대상으로 상황 인식 서비스를 지원하기 위한 온톨로지 상황 모델 설계 및 적용에 대한 연구결과는 미비한 상태이다, 이에 본 논문은 상황 인식 기반의 유비쿼터스 학습 서비스를 지원하기 위해, 기존 LAN 환경에서 이루어지는 학교 네트워크를 대상으로 USN을 활용한 유비쿼터스 학습 공간을 제안하고, OWL을 사용해 유비쿼터스학교 환경에대한온톨로지기반의상황모델을설계한다. 또한제안한유비쿼터스학습공간과온톨로지상황모델이 유비쿼터스 학습 환경에 적합함을 확인하기 위해 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 상황 인식 학습 서비스들을 구현한다.

본 연구는 국내 기록관 중 대통령 기록관에서 제공하는 교육서비스를 해외 기록관과 비교 분석하여 문제점을 발견하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해 유비쿼터스 환경의 기술을 접목하여 대통령기록물활용 교육서비스 모형을 개발했다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 필요한 이유는 기관의 협업을 유기적으로 이루기 위함이며, 이를 정보활용능력을 위해 개발된 BIG 6 모형을 변형해(BIG 8 모형) 적용하였다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 기록관의 교육서비스에 미치는 기대 효과는 교육적 측면, 콘텐츠 개발 측면, 서비스 개발 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다.

According to the empirical study, the research model has been verified about the introduction of new ubiquitous technology into the Customs Information System. The research model is meaningful in deducing policy for accepting the new ubiquitous technology into the Customs Information System. The organization style is not yet positively accomplished, because of insufficient recognition about the new ubiquitous instrument. The other side the individual style, environmental style and working characteristics are contribute to accept the new ubiquitous environment, because of sufficient of education, usage and recognizing the usefulness of the portal information. It is established the Customs Information System with new ubiquitous technology such as RFID, DM, UCR etc.. for the usefulness and convenience.

최근 인터넷의 보급 및 컴퓨터 네트워크 기술의 발전과 더불어 차세대 컴퓨팅 패러다임으로 불리는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(Ubiquitous Computing)을 실현하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위해서는 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 환경에 포함되어 있는 각종 센서들로부터 인식된 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하고 처리하여 응용서비스에 전달되어야 한다. 그러나 각종 센서에 대한 메타데이터 및 인터페이스에 대한 정의가 불분명하고 데이터에 대한 응용서비스의 어려운 접근성, 서로 상이한 플랫폼(platform)과 프로토콜(protocol)에서 발생하는 상호운용성의 부재, 실제 응용에 필요한 이벤트 정의의 비 표준화 문제 등으로 인해 실제 USN 응용서비스를 실현하는데 여러 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 센서의 측정 데이터와 서비스의 메타데이터를 표준화된 형태로 기술할 수 있도록 XML 기반의 센서 서비스 기술 언어를 정의하였다. 또한 다양한 센서 서비스를 불특정 다수의 사용자가 다양한 응용 환경에서 센서 데이터를 표준화된 프로토콜을 사용하여 서비스 받을 수 있도록 USN 응용 서비스를 위한 웹 서비스 기반의 참조 모델을 제안 및 구현하였다.

As the paradigm of communications changes from technology-centered service provision to human-centric services, the future wireless communication systems is expected to be able to provide user-centric customized and optimized services. In order to cope with such paradigm shift in communications, various research activities on next generation mobile communication systems are being carried by a number of international organization and research centers to take initiative in future ubiquitous wireless communication environment. In this paper we propose a generic research and development framework consisting of four different research and development phases, a vision and strategy establishment phase, a service development phase, a service reference model creation phase and future service foresight phase. In particular, we give prospect of future ubiquitous wireless communication services covering different service areas of future life style based on our research frameworks.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 활용한 다양한 서비스의 개발이 정부는 물론 업계 전반에 걸쳐 추진되고 있다. 이와 같이 유비쿼터스 서비스가 실제 생활에 적용됨에 따라 사용자들이 이러한 서비스를 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이를 위해 정보기술수용에 관한 기존 연구를 고찰한 후, 기존 8개 모형을 통합한 UTAUT모형을 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 상황에 확장 적용하였으며, 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스의 특성요인인 '상황기반 개인화' 요인을 추가하였다. 연구결과는 기존 UTAUT모형에서 유의하게 보고된 4개 요인(성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건)과 더불어 본 연구에서 새롭게 제안한 '상황기반 개인화' 요인이 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이용의도의 63.4%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에 기반을 둔 e-라닝 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 크게 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 환경, 그리고 각종 서비스에 대하여 제안하였다.
