  • 향후 개발되어질 Digital Power IED (Protection & Measuring, Control, Supervision etc.) 에서 제작된 H/W 및 Simulation용 Target Board 의 Firmware Process Flow 지침으로서 개발 경험을 바탕으로 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 Programming 을 가능하게 하고, 실시간 연산 Process 의 기준 확립 및 이해를 통한, 개선 아이디어 도출 및 수정 필요시 빠른 Trouble-Shooting 능력을 배양할 수 있다. 새로운 Process 아이디어의 Simulation 적용 및 확인으로 호환성과 안정성에 기반하는 F/W Optimization을 항상 유지 관리할 수 있으며, Measuring Element (전압, 전류, 전력, 주파수 등), Protection Element (OC, OCG, OV, OVG, UV, UC, DOC 등) 의 기준을 정함으로서 새로운 개발자에게는 개발 실무를 위한 교육 자료로 이용하고, 기존 개발자들에게는 안정된 F/W 모듈을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 개발 시간을 단축하고, 다양한 진보 Process 접근을 원활히 할 수 있는 F/W 및 S/W 시뮬레이터를 제시한다.

The Dual-frequency (20/40 kHz) Ultrasound Assisted Photocatalysis with the Active Carbon Fiber-loaded Fe3+-TiO2 as Photocatalyst for Degradation of Organic Dye

  • Dual-frequency ultrasound assisted photocatalysis (DUAP) method was proposed to degrade a stable organic model effluent, cresol red (CR), using the prepared $Fe^{3+}$-doped $TiO_2$ with active carbon fiber loading ($Fe^{3+}-TiO_2/ACF$) as photocatalyst. The influence of key factors, including Fe doping amount and power density of dual-frequency ultrasounds (20/40 kHz), on the degradation efficiency was investigated. The degradation efficiency rises to 98.7% in 60 min accompanied by the color removal of CR liquid samples from yellow to colorless transparent at optimal conditions. A synergy index of 1.40 was yielded by comparison with single ultrasound assisted photocatalysis (SUAP) and the photocatalysis without ultrasound assisted (UV/$TiO_2$), indicating that a clear synergistic effect exists for the DUAP process. Obvious enhancement of degradation efficiency for the DUAP process should be attributed to production of large amount of free radicals by strong cavitational effects of dual ultrasounds.

  • 1-decanoic acid와 tri-n-octylphosphine을 분산 안정제로서 사용하고, $NaBH_4$를 환원제로 사용하여 화학적 환원법으로 $AgNO_3$ 수용액으로부터 페이스트용 은 나노입자를 제조하였다. 은 나노입자의 생성, 은 나노입자의 형상 및 크기를 XRD, UV-vis, TEM 및 SEM으로 조사하였다. 합성된 은 나노입자로 페이스트를 제조하여 점도를 측정하였으며, PET 막에 코팅하여 제조된 은 박막의 표면저항을 조사하였다. $NaBH_4/AgNO_3$의 몰비는 1 : 5가 최적으로 나타났고, 최적의 몰비에서 10-200 nm의 잘 분산된 구형에 가까운 은 나노입자를 얻을 수 있었다. 최적의 조건에서 얻은 은 나노입자로 PET 막에 코팅하여 제조한 은 박막의 표면저항은 $41{\mu}{\Omega}/cm^2$의 낮은 값을 나타내었다.

사방오리나무가지 추출액을 이용한 견직물의 천연염색 (Natural Dyeing of Silk Fabrics with the Extract of Alnus firma Tree Branches)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the optimal dyeing conditions and human-friendly properties of the extract from the branches of Alnus firma tree which is widely used for forestation and to provide basic information for quantification and commercialization of natural dyeing by discovering such as dye material. The optimal dyeing conditions, as a result, were shown at 100% of dye concentration, $90^{\circ}C$ of dyeing temperature and 40 minutes of dyeing time. In terms of dye uptake depending on the mordanting methods, it showed the best result in order of Fe, Sn, Cu and Al at pre-mordanting while found strong in order of Fe, Cu, Al and Sn at post-mordanting. Color fastness to washing and dry cleaning was found strong at grade 4-5 and fastness to light was rated at 2. The grade of change in color to rubbing and perspiration was good at 4-5. In aspects of functional properties, it showed excellent results of 98% deodorization rate at 120 minutes of dyeing time, 96.1% UV protection rate and 99.9% bacterial reduction against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneuminiae. It is considered, therefore, the extract from Alnus firma tree is of great value as an eco-friendly natural dyestuff.

가미대황고(加味大黃膏)의 멜라닌세포 활성억제가 자외선 조사로 인한 피부 손상 완화에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Daehwanggogasangbakpi(大黃膏加桑白皮) on the skin damage induced by ultraviolet irradiation)

  • Objective : As a result of increasing amount of ultraviolet ray, skin problems including sunburn, rapid skin aging, melanoma, and even skin cancer continue to rise. In the present study, the effect of oriental herbal extract, Daehwanggo(大黃膏,DH) and Daehwanggogasnagbakpi(大黃膏加桑白皮,DS), as external application, on the skin damage, was investigated. Methods : 30 mice were equally distributed into 3 groups : control, UVB-control and UVB-irradiated and DS-treated group. Also mouse melanoma cell lines were cultured. Tyrosinase inhibition was measured to analyze the UN-protection effect. Melanogenesis in the UV-irradiated melanoma cell lines was compared in DS-treated cell line and control cell line. Sample skin from the ear tissue of the 3 groups were analyzed to observe the inflammatory response, T cell differentiation, apoptosis of keratinocytes. Results : The tyrosinase was more significantly inhibited in the DS group compared to DH group. Antioxidative effects was more prominent in DS group when superoxide dismutase was measured. Both the DS- and DH-treated cell lines showed significantly reduced melanogenesis. The reduction of external skin damage including erythematous papule, eczema, keratinocyte, pyopoiesis was observed in the DS- and DH-treated sample cells. In terms of the effect on the skin damage, sunburn cell, activated skin mast cells, secretion of IL-12, manifestation of HSP70, hyperplasia of epithelial cells, MMP-9 and destruction of the collagen were all significantly improved in the DS-treated sample cells. Melanin cells and the apoptosis in the melanoma cell line were decreased. Conclusion : DH and DS were traditionally applied externally for the scald in the oriental medicine. The present study elucidated the possibility of herbal extracts to be used as ultraviolet protectives. Further investigations are needed to assure the clinical application.

하이브리드 이산화티탄의 자기조직체 형성공법을 이용하여 제조된 하이브리드 이산화티탄의 자외선차단 상승효과 (Synergy Effect of Sun Protection Factor Using Method of Forming Self-Assembly of Hybrid Titanium Dioxide)

  • 화장료의 UV 차단과 은폐효과를 갖는 이산화티탄을 사용하여 자기조직체 형성공법을 적용한 하이브리드 이산화티탄을 제조하고 형태, 성질, 공정의 최적조건과 자외선차단 개선을 확인하였다. 하이브리드 이산화티탄은 마이크로 이산화티탄(250~300nm)의 표면에 나노 이산화티탄(20~30nm)을 자기조직체 형성공법을 이용해 결합시킨, 이산화티탄 대 이산화티탄의 결합체를 말한다. 하이브리드 이산화티탄 제조의 최적조건을 알아내기 위해 (-)을 띄는 마이크로 이산화티탄의 표면에 양이온의 링크로써 $AlCl_3$ 를 농도별로 조정하고, 그에 따른 마이크로와 나노 이산화티탄의 투입비율을 달리하여 각각의 조건에서 만들어진 시료를 광학분석, 입도분석, 전위차분석 등을 이용해 확인하고 최적의 제조 조건을 알 수 있었다. 최적의 제조 조건에서 만들어진 하이브리드 이산화티탄의 자외선차단 상승효과를 확인하기 위하여 하이브리드 이산화티탄이 첨가된 화장료와 사용된 하이브리드 이산화티탄과 같은 비율의 마이크로와 나노 이산화티탄을 첨가한 화장료의 SPF in-vitro 를 측정하였고, 15%내지 30%의 자외선차단 상승 효과를 확인하였다.

Physical Property Evaluation of Chitosan Mordanted Green Tea Dyed Cellulose - Focusing on the physical property changes upon the repetition of treatment -

  • The UV-protection effect of green-tea dyed fabrics was reported in our previous studies. The chitosan was used as a natural mordant of cellulose fiber for green tea extract because chitosan is a natural bio-polymer. The increase in the UV protection property of summer cellulose fabrics, cotton and linen, upon the repetition of chitosan mordanting and green tea dyeing was observed. However, the physical property change would be followed by this repeated wet processing of the cellulose fabric. Therefore, the physical changes of the chitosan mordanted and green tea dyed cotton and linen fabrics were evaluated by KES-FB system. Tensile, shear, bending, compression, and surface characteristics were tested upon the repetition of mordanting and dyeing treatments. Linearity of tensile force increased in the treated cotton and linen samples. Tensile energy and resilience decreased in all treated fabrics. Shear stiffness increased in the treated cotton and linen in general. Shear hysteresis was increased in all cotton samples and some linen samples. In cotton, the bending rigidity in all treated cottons increased except C3G3. As the chitosan mordanting numbers increased, the bending rigidity tended to decrease. In linen, the bending rigidity and hysteresis increased in all treated samples. Compressional energy and resilience increased as the number of chitosan mordanting increased both in cotton and linen. This could be the result of the increase in thickness upon chitosan mordanting. Surface coefficient of friction increased in the treated cotton and linen in general. Surface roughness tended to increase in cotton.

선인장 열매의 색소 추출물에 의한 양모섬유의 염색 (Dyeing of Wool Fabric by the Pigment Extracted from Opuntia Ficus-indica)

  • The pigment extraction of Opuntia ficus-indica has been conducted to develop useful natural dyes in place of synthetic dyes which are suspected to bring serious environmental pollutions. The dyeing ability on wool fabric by addition of ascorbic acid and several mordants were investigated by means of color measurement. In addition, the fastness of washing, perspiration, rubbing, light, dry cleaning, effect on bacterial reduction and UV-B protection were also investigated. From these investigation, it is suggested that the pigment extracted from Opuntia ficus-indica can be used as a source of natural dyes and the obtained result are as follows. 1. Maximum absorption band (${\lambda}max$) of Opuntia ficus-indica extract is 533nm. 2. The wool fabric dyed with Opuntia ficus-indica extract has stable color by the addition of ascorbic acid and is achieved with addition of 0.1% ascorbic acid, 0.5% several mordant, and three repeated dying at $50^{\circ}C$ for 1.5hr. 3. The wash fastness of the dyed wool fabric when it is washed with neutral detergent is more effective than alkaline detergent. The dry cleaning fastness of the dyed wool fabric is more excellent. In addition, the perspiration fastness of the dyed wool fabric is increased by mordanting method. And than the rubbing fastness of the dyed wool fabric is showed excellent under dryness and wetness. Light fastness of the dyed wool fabric, however is showed inferiority. 4. The wool fabric dyed with Opuntia ficus-indica extract is showed effective bacterial reduction and UV-B protection is increased remarkably.

전자빔과 무반사층이 없는 크롬 마스크를 이용한 나노그레이팅 사출성형용 고종횡비 100nm 급 니켈 스템퍼의 제작 (Fabrication of High Aspect Ratio 100nm-scale Nickel Stamper Using E-beam Lithography for the Injection molding of Nano Grating Patterns)

  • We present high aspect ratio 100nm-scale nickel stamper using e-beam lithography process and Cr/Qz mask for the injection molding process of nano grating patterns. Conventional photolithography blank mask (CrON/Cr/Qz) consists of quartz substrate, Cr layer of UV protection and CrON of anti-reflection layer. We have used Cr/Qz blank mask without anti-reflection layer of CrON which is non-conductive material and ebeam lithography process in order to simplify the nickel electroplating process. In nickel electroplating process, we have used Cr layer of UV protection as seed layer of nickel electroplating. Fabrication conditions of photolithography mask using e-beam lithography are optimized with respect to CrON/Cr/Qz blank mask. In this paper, we have optimized e-beam lithography process using Cr/Qz blank mask and fabricated nickel stamper using Cr seed layer. CrON/Cr/Qz blank mask and Cr/Qz blank mask require optimal e-beam dosage of $10.0{\mu}C/cm^2$ and $8.5{\mu}C/cm^2$, respectively. Finally, we have fabricated $116nm{\pm}6nm-width$ and $240nm{\pm}20nm-height$ nickel grating stamper for the injection molding pattern.

기능성 화장품 국내외 산업 동향 연구 (Research on domestic and international industrial trends of functional cosmetics)

  • 기능성 화장품이라 함은 피부미백, 주름개선, 자외선차단 등 특정한 기능을 가지고 피부에 효과를 주는 화장품을 말했다. 그런데 2017년 이후 기능성 화장품의 품목이 확대되었다. 대한민국의 기능성 화장품 산업은 미백, 주름, 자외선 차단 제품에 머물고 새로운 기능성 제품의 개발은 미비한 상태이다. 또한 코스메슈티컬과 메디컬 화장품을 비롯한 고기능성 화장품도 아직 정립되지 않은 상태이다. 그리고 국외에 수출실적 순위는 프랑스가 가장 높았고 미국, 독일 순으로 나타났다. 프랑스는 화장품 산업 업계 1위 국가답게 바이오 공업과 기능성 소재에서 메커니즘 중심의 기능성 화장품을 강조하고 있고 미국은 럭셔리 프리미엄 제품에 수요도가 높았으며 독일은 바이오 하이테크 기술에 주목하고 있다. 이처럼 한국도 신흥 산업에 적용할 수 있는 기능성 화장품들의 새로운 소재들을 개발하고 정치와 경제가 뒷받침 되어 연구에 더 집중할 수 있는 환경이 갖춰져 다양한 기능성 화장품 산업 등을 발전시켜 나아가야 할 것이다.
