자외선 열화에 의한 에폭시 절연재료의 표면특성과 내트래킹성 (Surface Characteristics and Tracking Resistance of Epoxy Insulating Materials against Ultraviolet)

  • This paper describes the influence of Ultra-violet irradiation on time to tracking resistance of epoxy insulating materials by use of the inclined plane test. And, the influence of surface degradation was evaluated through several method such as measurement of contact angle, surface roughness, using a scanning electron microscopy. As the 1000 hours of the surface degradation with UV-CON, the flashover time decreases at different rates depending on epoxy resin and silicone rubber specimen. As the duration of the surface degradation with UV-CON is prolonged, the contact angle of epoxy resin decreases at the rate of degradation time, while that of silicone rubber was not exchanged. It is assumed that this phenomenon is related to the decrease in hydrophobicity of the surface of the materials. Also, as to epoxy resin, the decrease of hydrophobicity due to surface degradation with UV-CON is greater than that resulting from surface degradation with WOM. The UV radiation produced chalking and crazing on the surface of the insulating materials specimen.

수성 PSR 잉크를 이용한 패턴 형성 (Pattern Formation by the watersoluble PSR ink)

  • PSR ink is used to insulation coating material that heat resistance is. The use purpose is used for bridge prevention, circuit protection, stabilization of insulation. Heat-cured resin was used mainly on the materials of PSR inks. But, UV-curing type resin in used. Also, because of recently environmental problem, ink is going to water type. Purpose of this study is to develop PSR ink that can develop in pure water. and experiment did that do from that find suitable oligomer and monomer and does brand ratio differ. Specially Knew that is extent water soluble UV resin develop possible is DPHA 10~50% that A/A1924 is 50~90wt %, monomer. As a result, when ratio of A/A1924 and DPHA low viscosity epoxy resin is 5:1.5:1.5, could get high sensibility pattern repeatability, tack and alkali-resistance.

자외선 경화에 의한 PET 니트직물의 편면 발수발유 가공 (Preferential face coating of knitted PET fabrics via UV curing for water- and oil-repellent finish)

  • Conventional pad- dry-cure(thermo-fixation) process usually produces functional performance on both sides of a fabric. UV curing technique was applied to impart water- and oil-repellent finish effective only on the face of a PET knitted fabric. The preferential one-side coating, by virtue of the limited penetration of UV light, was achieved by W curing after padding of a fluorocarbon agent without special coating or printing equipments. The difference in the functional property of face and back sides was examined by measuring water and oil repellency at each side of the treated fabric. The influence of pre/post-irradiation dose and agent concentration on the performance of the finished fabrics were investigated. While increase in both resin concentration and post-irradiation did not have significant effect on the finish, UV pre-irradiation of PET fabrics caused remarkable influence presumably due to appropriate surface modification of PET fabrics required for facile wetting of the resin. The dimensional stability and color change of the UV cured fabrics measured by FAST and reflectance spectrophotometry showed significantly decreased color difference and increased percent extension compared with the samples pre-irradiated without agent application.

UV/GAC 흡착산화 공법을 이용한 원자력 발전소 2차 계통 냉각수로부터 발생하는 에탄올 아민 함유 폐수처리 (Treatment of Wastewater Containing Ethanolamine from Coolant of the Secondary System of Nuclear Power Plant by UV/GAC Adsorption Oxidation Method)

  • 원자력발전소 2차 계통수에 사용되는 에탄올아민이 포함된 오염수는 복수탈염설비의 이온교환수지에서 포집된다. 이온교환수지의 재생과정에서 에탄올아민과 다량의 이온성 물질이 포함된 강산성 폐수가 발생된다. 본 연구는 이온교환수지에서 발생하는 폐수를 처리하기 위해서 자외선 산화방법을 적용하였다. 산화방법은 흡착제를 함께 사용한 자외선 산화와 흡착제를 적용하지 않고 자외선 산화만 적용할 수 있는 장치를 개발하여 자외선 산화방법에서 흡착제가 폐수처리 성능에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구 결과는 입상활성탄을 흡착제로 적용한 UV/GAC산화공정은 pH 12.8에서 COD 제거 효율은 71.3%로 나타났다. 동일한 pH 조건에서 흡착제를 적용하지 않은 UV 산화공정보다 COD 제거 효율이 21.8% 높게 나타났다. T-N의 제거는 pH 12.8일 때 88.6%로 흡착제를 적용하지 않은 UV산화공정보다 18.0% 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 입상활성탄이 에탄올아민을 고정시켜서, UV 램프에 의한 산화공정의 효율을 높이는 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 UV/GAC 흡착산화공정이 에탄올아민 함유 폐수의 처리에 더 효율적이다.

  • We introduce a modified UV-imprint lithography, a resin transfer from the template to the substrate. We analyzed this method by considering the surface and interfacial free energies of the template-resinsubstrate system. This technique is purely fast and applicable to large area patterning.

광경화성 아크릴레이트 복합체를 이용한 나노 임프린트 패턴 형성 (Nanoimprinting Pattern Formation Using Photo-Curable Acrylate Composites)

  • 실리카 입자가 첨가된 광경화성 임프린트용 복합체를 제조하여 실리카 양에 따른 경화 특성과 전사된 수 백 나노미터 크기의 임프린트 패턴 형성에 관한 결함을 조사하였다. 상온에서 UV 경화한 임프린트 레진은 실리카 양이 증가할수록 탄성률이 커지고 수축률이 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 실리카 입자의 양이 7 wt% 이상인 경우 전사된 나노기둥끼리 서로 달라붙는 결함을 보이는데, 이는 실리카 입자가 광반응을 방해하여 임프린트 레진의 경화가 불완전하게 되면서 광경화된 레진의 점성이 증가했기 때문이다. 임프린트 레진에 실리카 입자를 충전제로 사용하면 경화 후 나노 패턴의 강도를 증가하여 형태를 유지하는데 도움이 되지만, 실리카 양이 7 wt% 이상이 되면 오히려 광반응 전환율이 떨어져 임프린트 공정에 의한 나노 패턴의 전사가 어려운 것을 알 수 있다.

광중합용 DLP 프린터로 제작한 전악 인공치아의 UV-C 초음파 세척에 따른 체적 안정성 평가 (Evaluation of dimension stability according to UV-C ultrasonic cleaning of full arch artificial teeth made with DLP printer for photopolymerization)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the dimension safety evaluation between a general ultrasonic cleaner and an ultrasonic cleaner equipped with UV-C (ultraviolet-C). Methods: An edentulous model was prepared. A denture base and an occlusal rim were fabricated, and scanning was performed. After scanning, a denture base and full arch artificial teeth were designed. The full arch artificial teeth were printed using a three-dimensional printer (n=10). The residual resin was washed with alcohol and then scanned (reference data). The printed specimens were classified and cleaned using a general ultrasonic cleaner (GU group) and an ultrasonic cleaner equipped with UV-C (UC group). After each washing, a rescan was performed (scan data). Reference data and scan data were superimposed using overlapping software. Data were statistically analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test (α=0.05). Results: In the deviation values of full arch artificial teeth, the GU group showed a high deviation of 18.02 ㎛ and the UC group showed a low deviation of 15.02 ㎛. The two groups demonstrated a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: Full arch artificial teeth prepared using photopolymerized resin were deformed according to the temperature of water generated in the ultrasonic cleaner. It is judged that there is no deformation according to the UV-C ultrasonic cleaner.
