A Study on Constructing Common Database for Supporting Urban Rail Transit Project

  • A variety of Urban Rail Transit (URT) systems have been operating and they have different technology bases, causing a lot of difficulties in taking measures against trouble, training, upgrading, interoperability and so on. As such, a standardization project has been carried out to solve the problems by setting up the national standards for URT systems. A common database was built to provide the integrated engineering environment to the community of URT project. This paper discusses the design of the database and how it can be utilized in the successful promotion of the project. The products of the projects are stored into the database with traceability management to be referred to by other new URT projects for reusing and sharing the acquired knowledge through cross organizations.

  • 고준위폐기물 기준처분시스템의 건전성과 처분안전성의 실험적 검증에 필수적인 지하처분연구시설의 기본설계 도출을 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 먼저 지하처분연구시설의 부지에 대해 간단히 기술하고, 이 부지에 건설될 지하처분연구시설의 기본개념을 제시하고자 하였다. 제시된 기본개념을 충족시키기 위한 지하처분연구시설의 설계 요구사항을 설정하고, 이러한 기본개념과 설계요구사항을 바탕으로 지하처분연구시설의 기본설계를 수행하였다. 또 향후 지하처분연구시설에서 수행될 연구항목을 도출하였다.

URT 주변의 지하수유동체계 해석

  • 본 연구는 지하처분연구시설(URT : Underground Research Tunnel)시설 건설공사와 관련하여 굴착 후의 지하수유동체계 변화를 예측하기 위하여 수행되었다. 지하수유동체계 모사를 위해 사용된 모델은 연속체 매질 개념의 Visual Modflow이며, URT 주변의 시추공에서 조사된 자료를 초기 입력자료로 이용하였다. 1단계 터널굴착 후에 계측된 지하수위 및 터널 내 지하수 유입량을 토대로 모델교정을 수행하였고, 교정된 모델을 이용하여 2단계 터널굴착 후의 지하수유동체계를 예측하였다. 1단계 굴착 후 약 4.3m의 수위강하가 발생한 KP-2번공은 2단계 굴착 후에는 약 0.05m의 수위강하가 예측되었다. 또한 2단계 굴착 후의 지하수위는 터널 입구를 기준으로 약 108m지점부터 터널 종점부 175m까지는 터널 상부에 분포하며, 종점부 175m지점에서는 지하수위가 터널 천장(roof)부로부터 약 12.7m 상부에 위치하는 것으로 예측되었다. 지하수위의 강하범위는 터널 중심부로부터 반경 약 300m까지 발생되는 것으로 예측되었고, 예상 지하수 유입량은 24.7ton/day로 1단계 공사 후보다. 약 2.7ton/day 증가하며, 공동굴착 전 터널 중심부의 지하수가 지표까지 도달하는 시간은 약 39.8년이 소요되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The immune response to any stimulus is complex, requiring coordinated action by several types of cells in a tightly regulated sequence. Thus, a physical stress such as exercise may act at any number of points in the complex sequence of events collectively termed the immune response. Although exercise causes many propound changes in parameters of immune function, the nature and magnitude of such changes rely on several factors including the immune parameters of interest; type, intensity, and duration of exercise; fitness level or exercise history of the subject; environmental factors such as ambient temperature and humidity. Although regular moderate exercise appears to be important factor for increasing immunity, Athletes are susceptible to illness, in particular upper respiratory track infection, during periods of intense training and after competition. In addition, in elite athletes, frequent illness is associated with overtraining syndrome, a neuroendocrine disorder resulting from excessive training. Through this paper, we want to investigate the effects of exercise on the immunosuppression such as exercise induced lymphopenia, asthma, anaphylaxis, URT (upper respiratory track), and TB (tuberculosis) infection. and also, we want to suggest a direct mechanism, protection and therapy of exercise induced immunosuppression.

의료판례에서의 인과성과 책임귀속의 판단 - 독일법원 판결례와의 비교 고찰 - (Eine vergleichende Betrachtung der Haftungszurechnung im Arztrecht)

  • In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um die vergleichende Betrachtung von deutschen Urteilen OLG Munchen, Urt. v. 21. 4. 2011 - Az. 1 U 2363/10; BGH, Urt. v. 22. 5. 2012 - VI ZR 157/11) und einer Reihe von koreanischen Urteilen im Bereich des Arzthaftungsrechts. Sie behandelt die Kausalitat von Tatbestand und Rechtswidrigkeitszusammenhang in der normativen Haftungszurechung. In Korea gilt die sog. Adaquanztheorie noch entscheidend als bewertendes Zurechnungskriterium - sogar manchmal als umgangssprachliches Homonym im Sinne der Verh$\ddot{a}$ltnism$\ddot{a}{\ss}$igkeit angewendet -, die dogmengeschichtlich von Deutschland $\ddot{o}$bernommen wurde. Doch wie aus den deutschen Urteilen ersichtlich, ist sie dort schon $\ddot{u}$berwunden. Die Ergebnisse der betrffenden koreanischen Urteile sind zwar nicht unbillig, deren Urteilsbegrundungen aber theoretisch bzw. praktisch nicht $\ddot{u}$berzeugend. Nach allgemeiner Ansicht kommt es vielmehr auf den Schutzzweck an, der auch bei der Anwendung des ${\S}$ 393 KBGB gelten kann. Schlie${\ss}$lich wurde die $\ddot{U}$bertragung des praxisgerechten L$\ddot{o}$sungsansatzes in deutschen Urteilen auf rechtsvergleichende Weise dazu beitragen, die Zivilrechtspraxis in der koreanischen Justiz nachvollziehbarer machen.

Preliminary results of groundwater flow simulation for high level radioactive disposal in Yu-seong area

  • This research aims to demonstrate the regional and site scale groundwater flow simulation for the high level radioactive disposal research site in Yu-seong. We used the Modflow by a finite difference method for groundwater flow simulation, and Modpath module in Modflow package for particle tracking simulation. The range of numerical domain for regional groundwater flow model is $16.32km{\times}20.16km$. And, the depth of numerical domain was expanded to 6,000m. The area of numerical domain for the site scale groundwater flow simulation is $1.6km{\times}1.6km$. Since 2005, the underground research tunnel(URT) is being constructed at KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) site. In the site scale groundwater flow model, the groundwater flow around the KAERI site is simulated. And the change of groundwater level with tunnel excavation is also predicted.

Using Nanosecond Electron Beam to Produce Silver Nanopowder

  • Experiments with a URT-0.5 accelerator (0.5 MeV, 50 ns, 1 kW) generating a nanosecond electron beam for irradiation of silver nitrate in various liquid solutions (water and toluene) were performed with the aim of producing silver nanopowders. A radiochemical reaction allows making weakly agglomerated pure Ag powders with particles of 10-15 nm and 30-50 nm in size by irradiation in toluene and water respectively. The injection of the nanosecond electron beam energy to the solution is optimal. As the absorbed dose increases, the output of the radiochemical reaction does not grow, but more agglomerated powders are synthesized.

  • The resent work is about the design and installation of the 60 URT heat pump according to the need. This design is eco-friendly, easily available, reduces maintenance and electricity cost. The dimensions of heat pump is $1500mm{\times}500mm{\times}1940mm$ (i.e length 1500 mm, width 500 mm and height 1940 mm) is installed on site. It can be operated with automation (PID) and controlled by sensors. The performance of and heat pump is evaluated experimentally by the monitoring system.

  • 국내 원자력 발전소에서 발생되는 고준위 폐기물의 안전한 지층처분 개념 개발을 위해서는 대상 암반에 지하연구시설을 건설하고 처분개념의 안전성을 평가하는 것이 필요하다. 지하연구용 터널의 개념은 처분개념, 처분장에서의 지하구조물의 형상, 수행될 실험과 지질조건에 영향을 받게 된다. 본 연구는 원자력연구소 내에 소규모 처분연구용 지하시설을 건설하기 위해 지질조사가 실시되었으며 이를 통해 부지에 적합한 시설의 기본설계가 실시되었다.
