The development of Semantic Web basically requires knowledge induced from the formalization and semantization of information, and thus ontology should be introduced as a knowledgization tool. URI(Universal Resource Identifier) is an indispensible scheme to uniquely indicate individuals on ontology. However, it is difficult to find the use cases of URI in real data including science and technology papers. This paper describes the method to construct internal and external human resource information based on URI from the papers. We use co-authors, e-mails, publication date, and affiliation for discriminating authors with the same strings. HRST(Human Resources devoted to Science and Technology) is referred to acquire URIs for human resource. We expect the internal and external human resource information would be adopted to outcome analysis applications such as researcher network analysis and outcome statistics.

A new Dianthus cultivar 'URI 2010-6' was selected among F1 progenies from a cross between interspecific hybrid 'Evergreen Emerald' as the seed parent and D. chinensis ' Ruby' as the pollen parent. In 2007, the cross w as made, and the seedlings of $F_1$ progenies were obtained and investigated. After three rounds of characteristic evaluation from 2008 to 2010, a clone was selected and registered as 'URI 2010-6' at the Korea Seed and Variety Service (plant variety protection number: 4431) in 2011. The flower of 'URI 2010-6' is caryophyllaceous, single type, and mainly bright red (Red, N79C) with secondary white (White, N155C) on the edge or as spots on the petal. The flower has diameter of 2.7 cm and length of 0.8 cm. This cultivar blooms continuously about 150 d on average and may be used as evergreen plant during winter months.

본 연구는 키워드 기반 통합 검색의 한계를 극복하고자, 시맨틱 웹 기술의 기반인 URI가 부여된 인스턴스를 등록하고 관리하는 URI 서버를 이용하여 개체 페이지를 구성하는 방식의 통합 검색 방안을 제안한다. 키워드로 구성된 사용자 질의어와 매칭된 URI 서버 내의 인스턴스를 분석하여 최적 개체를 선정하고 단위 서비스의 동시 작업 방식으로 개체 페이지를 구성한다. 또한, 논문으로부터 자동 추출된 주제 정보를 추론을 통해 인력, 기관, 위치 등으로 전파함으로써 주제 중심의 심층적 정보 제공이 가능하다. 해외에서 실 서비스되고 있는 Citeseer, Google Scholar와의 통합 검색 결과 비교 실험을 통해 본 연구의 효용성을 실증한다.

To overcome the limitation of keyword-based integrated search, this study shows entity-centric integrated search method using URI scheme. Our system generates entity pages in ways of analyzing user's keyword and instances matched with it, selecting optimal entity type, and calling unit services simultaneously. Topic information extracted from articles is propagated to persons, institutions, and locations by reasoning for providing topic-centric information. With comparative experiments based on search results and usability tests, we proved that this approach is superior to keyword-based integrated search served by CiteSeer and Google Scholar.

본 연구는 시맨틱 데이터 정합성 검사와 RDF 트리플 생성 기능을 가진 URI 서버 내 DB 스키마의 자동 생성 방안을 기술한다. URI 서버는 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반 프레임워크 구성에 필요한 핵심 엔진으로서 인스턴스 생성 관리기, 검색 엔진, 추론 엔진 등과의 상호 작용을 통해 시맨틱 데이터를 서비스한다. 도메인이 바뀌거나 서비스가 변경되는 경우 DB 스키마를 전문가에 의해 수작업으로 생성함으로써 서비스 환경 변화에 즉각 대응하지 못하는 문제점을 가진 기존 URI 서버를, 적재되는 온톨로지에 따라 DB 스키마를 동적으로 자동 생성하는 방식으로 변경함으로써 다양한 응용 분야와 도메인에의 높은 이식성(Portability)을 보장할 수 있도록 한다. 기반정보 온톨로지, 응용 온톨로지, 개인화 온톨로지 등 3개 온톨로지 스키마와 11만 건 이상의 Citeseer Open Access Metadata로부터 추출된 인스턴스를 대상으로 한 실험을 통해 URI 서버 내 DB 스키마 자동 생성 가능성을 실증하였다.

컴퓨터를 통한 커뮤니케이션의 수단을 보다 인간 중심으로 바꾸고 있는 VoIP 관련 기술들은 최근들어 신속하게 시장의 뜨거운 흐름을 타고 있다. 초창기 인터넷 텔레포니 서비스들은 ITU-T의 H.323을 기반으로 제공 되었으나, 여러 가지 문제점들로 인하여 IETF의 SIP를 이용한 서비스 모델로 변화하고 있는 추세이다. SIP 프로토콜은 인터넷 텔레포니 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 통신하고자 하는 상대방의 위치를 찾아 단말간의 호 설정, 호 정보 수정, 호 해지 등의 기능을 제공하는 응용계층의 호 제어 프로토콜이다. SIP 프로토콜에서 개인의 이동성을 보장하기 위해서는 사용자들의 위치가 변경될 때마다 현재 위치를 Registrar에게 등록 시켜야 하며, 이러한 등록 정보들은 이후 Proxy 서버나 Redirect 서버를 위한 Location Service 제공을 위해 사용된다. Registrar에서는 사용자의 위치정보에 대한 등록, 수정, 삭제, 조회에 대한 요청 메시지 수신 시, SIP URI 비교 API가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 RFC3261 기반의 SIP Registrar의 기본 동작을 간단히 소개하며, SIP URI 비교 시 요구 되는 기능들을 분석하고, API를 설계한다.

When burying underwater cables using robots, heading control is one of the key functions for the robots to improve task efficiency. This paper addresses the heading control issue for URI-T, an ROV for underwater construction tasks, including the burial and maintenance of cables or small diameter pipelines. Through modeling and identifying the heading motion of URI-T, the dynamic characteristics and input limitation are analyzed. Based on the identification results, a PD type controller with appropriate input treatment is designed for the heading control of URI-T. The performance of the heading controller was verified in water tank experiments. The field applicability of the proposed controller was also evaluated through the sea trial of URI-T at the East Sea, with a water depth of 500 m.

인공지능 학습에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 학습에 필요한 데이터셋 구축에 필요한 많은 양의 데이터가 필요하다. 데이터셋 구축에 필요한 데이터들을 효과적으로 수집하기 위한 키워드 기반 웹크롤러를 제안한다. 구글 검색 API 를 기반으로 웹 크롤러를 설계하였으며 사용자가 입력한 키워드를 바탕으로 이미지의 URI 와 메타데이터를 지속적으로 수집하는 크롤러이다. 수집한 URI 와 메타데이터는 데이터베이스를 통해 관리한다. 향후 다른 검색 API 에서도 동작하고 다중 쓰레드를 활용하여 크롤링하는 속도를 높일 예정이다.

For the construction of accurate scientific citation information, author disambiguation should be primarily resolved. This study proposes a method that utilizes URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) to create precise author citation networks. The adoption of URIs for representing authors and papers in this study enables us to maintain the integrity of constantly changing citation information and to guarantee the accessibility to the right literature. In experiments, we extracted 2,872 author-centric citation relation pairs from recent major IT-related proceedings written in Korean. From those, 135 citation network groups were discovered. The findings of this study are expected to be applied to a variety of researcher network services and scientific information portal services.
