  • Ubiquitous Computing is gradually accepting in our real society. Already some Advanced State has studying of Ubiquitous for more convenience Ubiquitous environment. Anywhere, Anytime user can be provided information and service that he want, but it has some problem such as Rogue AP, IP spoofing, DoS attack, Warm which can causing social confusion in Ubiquitous society. In this situation we must analytics that security requirement in the Ubiquitous network environment and investigate 'Ad hoc' and RFID which is main technique for network infra construction.struction.

  • The business in the Ubiquitous era has to be developed by combing a traditional marketing concept with a new concept system on Chip. The objective of this paper is researching on the attention or interest, understanding, positive effects, etc., for Ubiquitous Computing to realize u-Korea and u-Business. The paper result which is the stepwise developing scheme of u-Business could be useful in the policy, publicity and education, strategic implementation of the Ubiquitous Computing. And the proposed new services for u-Commerce can be applied to new business model of future IT industry. Actually, the awareness and understanding about Ubiquitous are low, But, We can't overemphasize the value of Ubiquitous. First of all, The publicity and education about It's may have to be emphasized.

  • Ubiquitous computing represents the most explicit attempt yet to move computing technology beyond the confines of tool usage towards a pervasive penetration of everyday life. In this report, as a general introduction of Ubiquitous computing, a trend of Ubiquitous computing devices is proposed for the applied technology fields and our everyday life. We outline a broad analysis of this technology based on a close examination of the researches advancing it. After introducing a framework for understanding modem device technology, we develop an interpretation of ubiquitous computing concentrating on its guiding principles, technological infrastructure, and trends.

  • In this study we designed the killer services for the scene of labor learning in ubiquitous computing. To achieve this study, we have explored the unmet needs of teachers in the scene of labor learning and examined whether the unmet needs could be served by the resources and capabilities of ubiquitous computing. Then, we have crafted a detail killer services that includes value propositions and resource maps by using statistical methodology. Finally, the killer services for the scene of labor learning proposed to serve educational users with the service architecture. The result of this study will be applied to develop new business model in ubiquitous computing as the basic research.

  • The concept of "ubiquitous", which has been recently discussed in several industries, implies accessing a network using a computer from anywhere at anytime. The ubiquitous technology has been widely researched for distribution, construction, and medical treatments. Now, it has extended its application to libraries. The ubiquitous technology currently applied to a number of national libraries calls for a systematic study of an ubiquitous library. This thesis aims at presenting a model of introducing the ubiquitous technology to university libraries.

  • The objective of this paper is to identify factors influencing intention to use ubiquitous banking service focusing on potential users using a regression model. Through this, providers of ubiquitous banking services can get an idea of future development, including marketing strategy through the results of this analysis. This paper proposes that perceived usefulness is the most important factor influencing the uptake of ubiquitous service. Also in addition, ANOVA test shows that higher education level of the user can lead to the higher intention to use an ubiquitous banking service. In this study, we set up a model by using the most basic factor among influential factors presented in previous studies as an independent variable. However, other research variables which affect acceptance of ubiquitous service should be considered by thinking more diversely.

  • Recently, concerns regarding ubiquitous health have been on the increase according to development of ubiquitous technology and growth of health industry. This study suggested a necessity for market segmentation for the creation of new markets of ubiquitous health business under this background. This paper also analyzed possibile health service industry with characteristics of customers by making an analysis of market segmentation. It was grouped into 4 parts by factor analysis and cluster analysis with raw data collected, the results showed that they would be main potential ubiquitous health service industry. However, some are not significant in statistics, which means that since ubiquitous health industry has not yet been experienced, it probably shows uncertainty about its favour. Finally, the study suggested that a future study should build up more detailed market segmentation data with continuous supplementation.

  • Ubiquitous healthcare monitoring and measuring system based on wireless sensor network was implemented and tested. The system can measure the ECG and body temperature of patients or elderly persons and transfer the data wirelessly in ad-hoc network to remote base-station connected to doctor's PDA/PC or hospital server, using wireless sensor motes. The data obtained can be analyzed by doctors and care providers to monitor a health status of patient in real time environment. To prove the capabilities of the wireless sensor network platform for ubiquitous healthcare applications, the performance of our monitoring and measuring system was tested with positive results.

  • The Ubiquitous Sensor Network, a new computing paradigm, is a core technology of ubiquitous computing for context-awareness monitoring system using sensor networks. Recently, ubiquitous campus has been developed to build ubiquitous computing environments in many universities. In this paper, I propose the development of context-awareness monitoring system, to acquire the context information through various sensors and provide the campus information and safety services for students with disabilities using mobile devices. Ubiquitous sensor system based on u-campus technology for students with disabilities can especially be used to provide customized information.

  • According to the empirical study, the research model has been verified about the introduction of new ubiquitous technology into the Customs Information System. The research model is meaningful in deducing policy for accepting the new ubiquitous technology into the Customs Information System. The organization style is not yet positively accomplished, because of insufficient recognition about the new ubiquitous instrument. The other side the individual style, environmental style and working characteristics are contribute to accept the new ubiquitous environment, because of sufficient of education, usage and recognizing the usefulness of the portal information. It is established the Customs Information System with new ubiquitous technology such as RFID, DM, UCR etc.. for the usefulness and convenience.
