The 21st century computer education is very important for the future generations in the knowledge and information society. Therefore, developed countries that are the US, UK, and Germany, it is very important to find out how the computer education. In the US, the NETS and ACM K12 curriculum are investigated, In the UK and Germany national level computer curriculums are looked out. USA, UK, and Germany's curriculum includes computer science, information technology, digital literacy, and computer curriculum is independent, at least in the elementary schools computer education can be seen that more than 17 hours. After the revised national curriculum at 2015 is amended in korea. compared to the developed countries to derive the problems of the Korean revised national curriculum 2015. The revised 2015 Korean elementary school computer education, has no identity because it is not operated as an independent subject. Software will include education only. A very limited time of 17 hours may be a problem.

IT기술을 통한 유비쿼터스 기반기술의 발전은 가히 혁명적이라 할 수 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 기반기술 중 최근 대두되고 있는 RFID/USN과 u-LBS 기술이야 말로 대표적인 예라 할 수 있다. 이러한 기술활용을 위해 다양한 연구와 투자가 전세계적으로 이뤄지고 있으며, 이 논문에서 제시하는 모델의 핵심기술이기도 하다. 본문에서는 이러한 기술을 통해 특정대상 즉, 치매노인, 유아/청소년에 대한 위치인식 기술모델을 제시함으로써 RFID/USN, u-LBS의 기술확산과 향후 고령화 저출산 사회문제의 해결을 도모하고자 한다.

A recent major development in computer technology is the advent of the wearable computer system that is based on human-centric interface technology trends and ubiquitous computing environments. Wearable computer systems can use the wireless universal serial bus (WUSB) that refers to USB technology that is merged with WiMedia PHY/MAC technical specifications. In this paper, we focus on an integrated system of the wireless USB over the IEEE 802.15.6 wireless body area networks (WBAN) for wireless wearable computer systems supporting U-health services. And a communication structure that can differentiate QoS of U-health WBAN and WUSB traffic with different priorities is proposed for WUSB over IEEE 802.15.6 hierarchical protocol. In our proposal and performance evaluation, throughputs of U-health WBAN and WUSB traffic are analyzed under single and multiple QoS classes to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed QoS differentiating structure in WUSB over IEEE 802.15.6.

Ubiquitous computing is a vogue word, and its service is very popular in Korea. However, present ubiquitous service(u-Service) is thought to be more oriented to the provider's point of view, not the consumer's. To complement this problem, an online survey was performed for internet users, which consists of 24 single choice questions on six fields such as transportation, healthcare, environment/city-management, culture/education, administration, and industry. 2463 people joined the survey, who were grouped according to their age, resident region, level of education, and sex. Each group's demand for specific field of u-Service was examined. General level of demand was higher in case of the elderly and male than the younger and female for overall u-Service.

It's going to be ubiquitous environment which is able to use web pages independent of time and a place by recent development of mobile techniques. On this, we improved the leveled reading supporting system according to U-learning environment and make student to read on both Off-line and On-line through connecting to E-book service. So we developed the reading supporting system which can improve the interests in reading and reading skill and proved the effects. U-learning based leveled reading education support system could be helped develop the reading ability by raising the interest in the activities reading and after reading.

U.S. Congress established the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) program in 1987 to recognize U.S. organizations for their achievements in quality and business performance and to raise awareness about the importance of quality and performance excellence as a competitive edge. The Baldrige Award was envisioned as a standard of excellence that would help U.S. organizations achieve world-class quality. Recently the U.S, Congress approved legislation that made education and health care organizations eligible to participate in the Award Program. These criteria are applied to evaluate two academic departments (Computer Science & Industrial Systems and Electrical Engineering) at Yonsei University. It was an informal evaluation performed by the undergraduate students who took quality Engineering course. Evaluated total scores turn out to be 522.5 and 548.5 for both, respectively. According to the MBNQA diagnosis, this level of score represents that there are some areas or work units which need to be improved. We hightlight them so that they can be used as feedback information.

Already, became story that argument for party satellite of e-Learning existence passes one season already. e-Learning is utilized already in all educations that we touch by effectiveness by corporation's competitive power improvement and implement of lifelong education in educational institutions through present e-Learning. It is obvious that when see from our viewpoint which is defining e-Learning by one industry and rear by application to education as well as one new growth power about these, e-Learning industry becomes very important means that can solve dilemma of growth real form. Only, special quality of digital industry that e-Learning is being same with other digital industry and repeat putting out a fire rapidly, and is repeating sudden change that these evolution is not gradual growth of accumulation and improvement of technology that is appearing consider need to. In the meantime, we need to observe about evolution of Information Technology. Because there is some scholars who e-Learning's concept foresees to evolve by u-Learning.(although, a person who see that these concept is not more in marketing terminology by some scholars' opinion is). This u-Learning's concept means e-Learning that take advantage of ubiquitous technology as Ubiquitous-Learning's curtailment speech. Ubiquitous, user means Information-Communication surrounding that can connect to network freely regardless of place without feeling network or computer. There is controversy about introduction time regarding these direction, but e-Learning is judged to evolve by u-Learning necessarily. Because keep in step and age that study all contents that learner wants under environment of 3A (any time, any whrer, any device) by individual order thoroughly is foreseen to come in ubiquitous learning environment that approach more festinately.
