In this paper, we investigate the fractional p&q-Kirchhoff type system $$\{M_1([u]^p_{s,p})(-{\Delta})^s_pu+V_1(x){\mid}u{\mid}^{p-2}u\\{\hfill{10}}={\ell}k^{-1}F_u(x,\;u,\;v)+{\lambda}{\alpha}(x){\mid}u{\mid}^{m-2}u,\;x{\in}{\Omega}\\M_2([u]^q_{s,q})(-{\Delta})^s_qv+V_2(x){\mid}v{\mid}^{q-2}v\\{\hfill{10}}={\ell}k^{-1}F_v(x,u,v)+{\mu}{\alpha}(x){\mid}v{\mid}^{m-2}v,\;x{\in}{\Omega},\\u=v=0,\;x{\in}{\partial}{\Omega},$$ where ${\Omega}{\subset}{\mathbb{R}}^N$ is an unbounded domain with smooth boundary ${\partial}{\Omega}$, and $0<s<1<p{\leq}q$ and sq < N, ${\lambda},{\mu}>0$, $1<m{\leq}k<p^*_s$, ${\ell}{\in}R$, while $[u]^t_{s,t}$ denotes the Gagliardo semi-norm given in (1.2) below. $V_1(x)$, $V_2(x)$, $a(x):{\mathbb{R}}^N{\rightarrow}(0,\;{\infty})$ are three positive weights, $M_1$, $M_2$ are continuous and positive functions in ${\mathbb{R}}^+$. Using variational methods, we prove existence of infinitely many high-energy solutions for the above system.

We show the existence of the positive solution for the system of the following nonlinear wave equations with Dirichlet boundary conditions $$u_{tt}-u_{xx}+av^+=s{\phi}_{00}+f$$, $$v_{tt}-v_{xx}+bu^+=t{\phi}_{00}+g$$, $$u({\pm}\frac{\pi}{2},t)=v({\pm}\frac{\pi}{2},t)=0$$, where $u_+=max\{u,0\}$, s, $t{\in}R$, ${\phi}_{00}$ is the eigenfunction corresponding to the positive eigenvalue ${\lambda}_{00}=1$ of the eigenvalue problem $u_{tt}-u_{xx}={\lambda}_{mn}u$ with $u({\pm}\frac{\pi}{2},t)=0$, $u(x,t+{\pi})=u(x,t)=u(-x,t)=u(x,-t)$ and f, g are ${\pi}$-periodic, even in x and t and bounded functions in $[-\frac{\pi}{2},\frac{\pi}{2}]{\times}[-\frac{\pi}{2},\frac{\pi}{2}]$ with $\int_{-\frac{\pi}{2}}^{\frac{\pi}{2}}f{\phi}_{00}=\int_{-\frac{\pi}{2}}^{\frac{\pi}{2}}g{\phi}_{00}=0$.

This paper presents characterizations of the Weibull distribution by the independence of record values. We prove that $X\;{\in}\;W\;EI ({\alpha})$, if and only if $\frac {X_{U(n+l)}} {X_{U(n+1)}\;+\;X_{U(n)}}$ and $X_{U(n+1)}$ for $n{\geq}1$ are independent or $\frac {X_{U(n)}} {X_{U(n+1)}\;+\;X_{U(n)}}$ and $X_{U(n+1)}$ for $n{\geq}1$ are independent. And also we establish that $X\;{\in}\;W\;EI({\alpha})$, if and only if $\frac {X_{U(n+1)}\;-\;X_{U(n)}} {X_{U(n+1)}\;+\;X_{U(n)}}$ and $X_{U(n+1)}$ for $n{\geq}1$ are independent.

Urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) and urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) play a major role in the infiltrative growth of glioblastoma. Downregulatoion of the uPA and uPAR has been reported to inhibit the growth glioblastoma. Here, we demonstrate that tristetraprolin (TTP) inhibits the growth of U87MG human glioma cells through downregulation of uPA and uPAR. Our results show that expression level of TTP is inversely correlated with those of uPA and uPAR in human glioma cells and tissues. TTP binds to the AU-rich elements within the 3' untranslated regions of uPA and uPAR and overexpression of TTP decreased the expression of uPA and uPAR through enhancing the degradation of their mRNAs. In addition, overexpression of TTP inhibited the growth and invasion of U87MG cells. Our findings implicate that TTP can be used as a promising therapeutic target to treat human glioma.

유비쿼터스 기술의 발전으로, u-City, u-물류, u-기상관측,u-Healthcare 등 다양한 융합 서비스가 개발되어 실생활에 적용되기를 기다리고 있다. 이들 중, 기존 의료서비스에 유비쿼터스 기술을 접목하여 언제, 어디서나 보건의료서비스를 제공하고자 하는 u-Healthcare 서비스의 경우에는, 바이오정보를 포함한 개인 정보와 의료정보를 다루기 때문에 해킹으로 인한 정보유출 사고발생시 국가적인 혼란과 사회적인 불신을 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외에서 추진하고 있는 u-healthcare 서비스 현황을 조사하고, 이에 대한 보안위협을 제시하여 u-Healthcare 서비스의 정보보호 대책 수립시 활용할 수 있도록 제시한다.

본 연구는 u-City에서 제공하는 u-서비스의 새로운 수익모델 창출을 위한 접근 방안으로 사용자 중심의 접근을 시도 했으며 u-서비스에 사용자가 부여하는 가치에 중점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 사용자가 부여한 가치의 확장을 통해 새로운 서비스 또는 수익모델 창출의 기회를 발굴하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 사용자가 부여하는 1차적인 가치는 서비스와 관련된 다양한 가치로 그 의미가 확장될 수 있었다. 확장된 가치를 근간으로 기존에 고려하지 못한 새로운 서비스와 수익모델을 발굴할 수 있는 기회를 포착할 수 있었다. u-서비스의 수익모델 창출을 위한 새로운 접근 방안으로써 사용자 가치에 대한 고려는 실질적으로 서비스를 사용할 사용자에 기초한 관점으로 사용자 중심의 u-서비스 개발 및 수익모델 발굴에 중요한 연구가 될 것이라 생각된다.

유비쿼터스 기술의 보급이 본격화됨에 따라 민간 주도적 u-서비스 개발이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 특히 다양한 생활공간으로 구성되어 상호 시너지효과를 목표로 개발되는 복합단지는 차별적인 서비스 제공을 목적으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 복합단지에 적용 가능한 u-서비스 개발 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 복합단지의 u-서비스는 궁극적으로 수익성을 목적으로 하기 때문에 서비스 사용자가 유비쿼터스 기술로 제공되는 서비스로 인해 보다 많은 상거래 행위를 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 복합단지 u-서비스 모델 개발 방법론은 우선적으로 u-서비스 개발을 위한 다양한 관점을 정의하고 이와 같은 관점들의 교차점에서 구체적인 u-서비스 요소를 도출하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 다음으로 도출된 u-서비스 요소를 구성하여 u-서비스 풀(pool)을 설계하고 평가를 통해 최종적으로 도입할 u-서비스를 선정하는 과정으로 u-서비스 모델을 개발하고 있다. 제시된 u-서비스 개발 방법론은 복합단지의 u-서비스 풀을 체계적으로 발굴할 수 있는 기반을 제시함으로써 성공적인 복합단지형 u-서비스 구현에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

u-City는 첨단 IT 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보 서비스를 도시 공간에 융합하여 생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시 관리에 의한 안전 보장 등 도시의 제반 기능을 혁신시키는 차세대 도시이다. 현재 u-City 시장규모는 급속도로 성장하고 있으며 이를 한국만의 새로운 브랜드화하여 추진할 경우 건설기술과 더불어 공간정보기술, 센서기술, 통신망 구축, 관련 장비산업 등을 복합하여 동반 진출함으로써 막대한 시너지 효과를 창출할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 u-City 구축 운영기술 및 관련 서비스, BIM/GIS 연계 활용 등의 측면에서 u-City 건설사업의 해외 진출 활성화를 위해 u-City와 관련된 국내외 시장 및 연구, 요소기술을 분석하고 진출 대상국의 선정 및 유형 분석, u-City 서비스의 패키지화 방안, BIM/GIS 연계 기술의 활용 등 u-City 해외진출 전략을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we define the sequence spaces: $[V,{\lambda},f,p]_0({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;[V,{\lambda},f,p]_1({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;[V,{\lambda},f,p]_{\infty}({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;S_{\lambda}({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;and\;S_{{\lambda}0}({\Delta}^r,E,u)$, where E is any Banach space, and u = ($u_k$) be any sequence such that $u_k\;{\neq}\;0$ for any k , examine them and give various properties and inclusion relations on these spaces. We also show that the space $S_{\lambda}({\Delta}^r, E, u)$ may be represented as a $[V,{\lambda}, f, p]_1({\Delta}^r, E, u)$ space. These are generalizations of those defined and studied by M. Et., Y. Altin and H. Altinok [7].

The phase stability of atomized U-10wt. ％Mo powder and the thermal compatibility of dispersed fuel meats at 40$0^{\circ}C$ and 50$0^{\circ}C$ have been characterized. Atomized U-10Mo powder has a good \ulcorner-U phase stability, and excellent thermal compatibility with aluminum matrix in a dispersion fuel. It is thought that the good phase stability is related to th large supersaturation of Mo atoms in the atomized particles. The reasons for the excellent thermal compatibility have been considered to be as follows. Before thermal decomposition of ${\gamma}$-U in particle, supersaturated Mo atoms at ${\gamma}$-U grain boundaries inhibit the diffusion of Al atoms. After thermal decomposition of ${\gamma}$-U into ${\gamma}$-U and U$_2$Mo, the intermetallic compound of U$_2$Mo seems to retard the penetration of Al atoms. The penetration mechanisms of aluminum atoms in the atomized particles are assumed be classified as (a) diffusion through the reacted layer between fuel particles and Al matrix leaving a kernel-like unreacted island and (b) diffusion along grain boundaries showing several unreacted islands and more reacted regions.
