우기인산염 분해율과 엽록소 a 와는 높은 상관 관계(R = 0.69) 를 나타내었고, specific activity는 겨울에 45-122 nM/hr/$\mu$g chl. a 으로조사기간중 최조값을, 10월에는 2 nM/hr/$\mu$g chl. a 로서 최저값을 나타내었다.
A novel glutathione S-transferase from Pseudomonas sp. DJ77 was expressed in E. coli and purified by glutathione-affinity chromatography. The enzyme was composed of two identical subunits. The molecular size of the enzyme was 42 kDa by sephadex G-150 gel permeation chromatography and Mr of each subunit was 23 kDa by sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. pI value of the enzyme was approximately 5.8 by isoelectric focusing. This enzyme showed the highest activity toward 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene as the electrophilic substrate. The relative activities toward p-nitrobenzyl chloride and 1,2-dichloro-4-nitrobenzene were 3.8% and 1.3% of the activity toward 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene, respectively. $K_m$ and $V_{max}$ values for 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene calculated by Lineweaver-Burk plot were 0.76 mM and $14.81\;{\mu}mol/min/mg$, respectively, and those for glutathione were 6.23 mM and $64.93\;{\mu}mol/min/mg$, respectively. The enzyme showed highest glutathione S-transferase activity at pH 8.0 and was stable between pH 6.0 and 9.0. The enzyme retained its activity up to $35^{\circ}C$ for 90 min but was unstable above $45^{\circ}C$.
The cautious blasting works had been used with emulsion explosion electric M/S delay caps. Drill depth was from 3m to 6m with Crawler Drill $\varphi{70mm}$ on the calcalious sand stone(sort-moderate-semi hard Rock). The total numbers of feet blast were 88. Scale distance were induces 15.52-60.32. It was applied to propagation Law in blasting vibration as follows. Propagtion Law in Blasting Vibration $V=K(\frac{D}{W^b})^n$ where V : Peak partical velocity(cm/sec) D : Distance between explosion and recording sites (m) W : Maximum Charge per delay-period of eighit milliseconds or more(Kg) K : Ground transmission constant, empirically determind on th Rocks, Explosive and drilling pattern ets. b : Charge exponents n : Reduced exponents Where the quantity $D/W^b$ is known as the Scale distance. Above equation is worked by the U.S Bureau of Mines to determine peak particle velocity. The propagation Law can be catagrorized in three graups. Cabic root Scaling charge per delay Square root Scaling of charge per delay Site-specific Scaling of charge per delay Charge and reduction exponents carried out by multiple regressional analysis. It's divided into under loom and over loom distance because the frequency is verified by the distance from blast site. Empirical equation of cautious blasting vibration is as follows. Over 30m----under l00m----- $V=41(D/3\sqrt{W})^{-1.41}$ -----A Over l00m-----$V= 121(D/3\sqrt{W})^{-1.66}$-----B K value on the above equation has to be more specified for furthur understang about the effect of explosives, Rock strength. And Drilling pattern on the vibration levels, it is necessary to carry out more tests.
'This hydraulic experiment have been practised Juk an Reservoir spillway and discharge 'channel which the province Kyong Buk was constructed and designed U. hook, for seizing all state of hydraulic. Due to major disasters Korea has been damaged, and they caused lots of casualties: for last ten years natural disasters caused 1288 deaths including missing people; human disasters including industrial disasters brought as many as 4,512.148 casual ties (126,372 deaths with 4,385,400 injuries); and they cost 44.1 trillion property damage. However, even though major disasters have brought about tremendous human loss and property damage, Koreas National Disaster Medical System to rescue casualties is insufficient, and it has not been activated. Fortunately, through major disaster management process, the National Disaster Management System has been developed, increasing its own efficiency, and resulting in to organize an Office of Firefighting and Prevention of Disasters under the central government. Considering the value of human lives, the disaster medical part, in the U.S.A. as well as in Korea, must have an independent organization in the government, not as one sector of the government department. It will have its own organizational structure, such as disaster planning, operation, and logistics, and interact with central and local government or between local government agencies. So each agency will cooperate and supply resources interchangeably. Also, with the system of disaster management and restoration, the disaster medical system must be advanced in keeping step. Its role must be extended due to the possibility of biological terror or SARS around the world, resulting in severe casualties. Korea has the Emergency Medical Service System based on the regulation of emergency medical care, yet it is a part of the National Disaster Management System. It must be managed independently apart from it. As we see the emergency medical technicians playing as the backbone in disaster medical care in the US, we should have legal foundations for Koreas emergency medical technicians, emergency medical providers, to participate in rescue operation actively. At the same time, we need to have a national register system to classify disaster medical resources, and a total plan to place resources according to the impact of disaster, and how to organize teams. We also need to draw up a scheme to activate civil disaster medical resources, as integrating public and private or voluntary organizations.
Purpose: The objective of this study was to evaluate the heparin effect for a viability of random - pattern dorsal flap in hairless mouse. Methods: A caudally - based random dorsal flap, measuring $1.5{\times}5cm$, was designed and heparin was applied topically after microneeding. Twenty five male hairless mice were randomly divided into control (Group1, n=5); received only microneedling (Group 2, n=5), only heparin(Group3, n=5), microneedling with saline(Group 4, n=5), and microneedling with heparin group(group5,n=5) to the flap during 7 days. The number of the capillaries were compared between the experimental groups and control group with respect to neovascularization after heparin application using imaging analysis program under hematoxylin - eosin stain. The capillary blood flow was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry. After seven days each animal was evaluated for the percentage area of the flap survival. Mann - Whitnety U test and Kruskal - Wallis statistical analysis of survival relationships was performed. Results: It can be observed increased number of the blood vessels in the experimental groups however it was not statistically significant. Blood flow of the haparin with microneedling group maintained higher than other experimental groups. Treated microneeding and heparin mice were significantly better flap viability than in controls (flap survival 67% and $54.4mm^2$ respectively; p<.01). Positive correlation was shown between flap survival rate and laser Doppler flux value only at first day after surgery. Conclusion: Heparin has a beneficial effect on capillary flow and improve peripheral circulatory disturbances in random pattern flaps.
Metabolizable energy (M.E.) values of 12 U.S. feedstuffs and 10 Korean feed ingredients for poultry were determined both by the total collection method and by the chromic oxide indicator method. It was found that M.E. values of most poultry feedstuffs can be measured accurately by either method. Limitation of feed intake to almost maintenance level(approximately 60% of ad libitum) did not increase or decrease the M.E. value of the feeds. An attempt was made to establish a prediction equation to estimate the M.E. values based on the apparent metabolizability of dry matter (D.M.) in the feedstuffs. The results indicated that linear relationships do exist between D. M. metabolizability and M.E. values of carbohydrate-rich feedstuffs (grains and their by-products) or protein-rich feed ingredients (oil seed meals and animal protein feeds) or lipid-rich feeds (fats and oils) as follows: The prediction equation for carbohydrate-rich feedstuffs was Y = 0.0947x - 3.498 ($r^2\;=\;0.99$, Sy.x = 0.015); for protein-rich feed ingredients. it was Y = 0.1234x - 4.898 ($r^2\;=\;0.99$, Sy.x = 0.027); and for lipid-rich feedstuffs it was Y = 0.0844x + 0.774 ($r^2\;=\;0.99$, Sy.x = 0.032). where x = metabolizability of dry matter of feeds in %, and Y=metabolizable energy values in kcal./g. The errors attached to these estimations were relatively small. Thus these prediction equations may be very useful for estimation of the M.E. values from D.M. apparent metaboiizability of feeds, especially in areas of the world where calorimetry is not possible.
The purpose of this study is to illuminate the location of fashion in contemporary society and to suggest a direction for fashion criticism in aesthetic$\hat{u}$cultural perspective. For this, literature researches about some of art criticism and fashion criticism theories and cultural studies related to fashion are performed. In this study, fashion criticism is defined as a linguistic analysis and interpretation about a variety of discursive networks around fashion as well as an aesthetic analysis of it. Considering this definition, an analytical framework for the contemporary fashion criticism combines Feldman's and Carney's models with Crane & Bovone's and Entwistle's sociological studies for aesthetic and cultural perspectives. At first, its aesthetic perspective shows 'Description'-'Descriptive formative features', 'Analysis'-'Locate the style' and 'Aesthetic value', 'Interpretation'- 'Interpretation of the fashion object' and 'Socio-cultural interpretation', 'Judgment'-'Critical judgment'. Then, its cultural perspective especially emphasizes 'Socio-cultural interpretation' of the 6 steps above. Socio-cultural interpretation gets tangled with the network of various cultural agents within the fashion system, producers/designers, retailers/suppliers, media/editors, consumers/spectators, and so on. In the course of the fashion system 5 analytical methods about the fashion object can be suggested and they are as follows: Analyses of texts, discourses and symbols of a fashion object, Analyses of fashion systems which produces symbolic values, Analyses of the communication of symbolic values and the disseminating processes through the media, Analyses of the attribution of symbolic values to a fashion object by consumers, and Cross-national studies of symbolic values expressed in a fashion object.
