U-City의 계획, 건설 및 개발 후 운영 관리를 지원하기 위한 "유비쿼터스도시의건설등에관한법률(이하 u-City 법) 이 제정 공포되었다(2008.3.28). 본 법률을 근거로 한 국가주도 u-City도입의 궁극적 목표는 이미 선진국 궤도에 근접한 우리나라의 IT, 공간정보인프라를 적극 활용한 도시공간 이용 및 관리의 첨단화에 있다고 하겠다. 법에 의한 u-City의 정의는 물리적 도시기반시설에 u-City기술을 적용하여 u-City기반시설 화하고 이를 통해 다양한 u-City서비스를 제공하는 도시로 규정되어 있다. 그러나 현 법규정의 가장 핵심개념에 해당하는 u-City서비스, 기술 및 기반시설과 이들의 상호관계의 상세 정도로는 각 지자체의 특성과 역량에 맞는 도시기반시설지능화 및 이를 통한 u-City서비스 제공 등의 가이드 효과를 충분히 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 안정적이고 만족도 높은 u-City서비스의 계획, 구축 및 운영관리를 위한 법제도 정비의 핵심사안의 하나로서 서비스-기술-기반시설간 상호관계 정립의 기본방향 및 추진전략을 제시하는데 있다.

u-GIS 국토정보 제공 기술은 차세대 웹 기반의 국토정보 플랫폼 기술을 통해서 u-GIS 데이터의 활용을 극대화하고 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자에게 맞춤형 국토정보를 제공하기 위한 기술이다. 최근 플랫폼으로서의 웹을 강조하는 'Web 2.0' 환경이 대두됨에 따라서 공간정보 영역에서는 Where 2.0이라는 패러다임이 확산되고 있으며, 그 중심에서 Geo-spatial Web 기술이 발전하고 있다. 또한 사용자 참여 기반의 개방형 플랫폼으로 변화되고 있으며, 지리공간정보의 수요자도 공공기관에서 일반 개인 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 기술적 변화 속에서 기존의 GIS 기술분야는 기술적으로 새로운 도전에 직면해 있으며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술적 수요와 패러다임에 대한 기술적 동향을 분석하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 핵심적 요소기술로 u-GIS 국토정보 플랫폼 기술, u-GIS 국토정보 시각화 기술, u-GIS 국토정보 GeoDRM(Geo-spatial Digital Right Management) 및 통합 기술, u-GIS 국토정보 모바일 응용 기술을 제시한다.

U-City related researches and development have been actively conducted in Korea since 2002. According to the Act on Ubiquitous City Construction, "U-City" is defined as "the city to provide ubiquitous service anytime anywhere through the existing ubiquitous backbone systems and ubiquitous technologies, ultimately for the purpose of improving urban competitiveness and quality of life. This research explains the plan to develop collective management technology for integrated operation of U-Space which makes up U-City. Specifically, this report is intended to suggest basic approach of identifying collective management elements of each U-Space type, developing integrated management system and creating interface module to link the system with urban integrated operation center.

In this paper, we prove the global existence and uniqueness of the dissipative Kirchhoff equation $$u_{tt}-M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2){\triangle}u+{\alpha}u_t+f(u)=0\;in\;{\Omega}{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_1{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\{\frac{{\partial}u}{\partial{\nu}}}+g(u_t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_0{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,0)=u_0,u_t(x,0)=u_1\;in\;{\Omega}$$ with nonlinear boundary damping by Galerkin approximation benefited from the ideas of Zhang et al. [33]. Furthermore,we overcome some difficulties due to the presence of nonlinear terms $M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2)$ and $g(u_t)$ by introducing a new variables and we can transform the boundary value problem into an equivalent one with zero initial data by argument of compacity and monotonicity.

한국에서의 유비쿼터스 기술의 적용은 U-City를 중심으로 확대되고 있는데, 앞으로는 U-Territory, U-Land 구축차원에서 U-Forest에 대한 정책적인 지원 및 체계적인 추진이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 U-Land와 U-Forest의 개념을 산림의 생산, 관리, 이용, 유통을 효율적으로 하기 위하여 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용하여 가치 있는 국가자원, 건강한 국토환경, 쾌적한 녹색공간을 구현하는 것으로 정의하고, U-Forest에 대한 전략을 수립하기 위해 산림기본계획과 k-Forest, FGIS 사업을 고찰하였으며, 이들과 연계한 서비스 모델의 도출을 제안하고, 단위서비스모델을 도출하였다. 또한 U-Forest 기본계획 수립의 필요성을 제시하고, U-Forest 기본계획 수립 시에 포함되어야 할 사항들을 제안하였다.

Recently IT industry has its eyes on IT Converged Technology as its future growth engine. Now, local governments are busy with planning U-City Constructions to improve their competitiveness. While this shows the ripple effect of U-City Constructions, the related standards or laws don't still seem to be established. The existing Construction Criteria which comprehends only construction could not apply to U-City development. Therefore Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria should be needed. And fundamental research of Criteria should be preceded. The objective of this research is to develop Structure of Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria on U-City. The new comprehensive Criteria for Construction-Information Converged Technology would be fundamentally basic standard for U-city development. Thereafter local governments, the main body of the projects, could use Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria so that there must be lest trial and error to Construction U-City Project.

With the growth of RFID market in logistics industry, such as post office, airline, shipping etc., development of RFID readers and tags becomes crucial. Especially, $860{\sim}960MHz$ RFID is worth noticing because of its long identification range and low production cost. Therefore, performance tests and verification of reader and/or tag under development are very important. In this paper, a RFID emulator system is designed and implemented using a commercial CAD tool, a signal generator and a data acquisition device. With the RFID emulator system, many parameters such as spectrum masks, transmit power levels, data waveform and other RF characteristics can be analyzed. Furthermore it can be applied to the verification of real RFID Readers or Tags.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and S a multiplicative subset of R. First, we introduce and study the u-S-projective dimension and u-S-injective dimension of an R-module, and then explore the u-S-global dimension u-S-gl.dim(R) of a commutative ring R, i.e., the supremum of u-S-projective dimensions of all R-modules. Finally, we investigate u-S-global dimensions of factor rings and polynomial rings.

본 연구는 u-Health 시스템을 대상으로 기술수용의 요인 탐색을 통해 정책적 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 u-Health의 개념 및 기술수용과 관련된 선행연구를 살펴보고, 로짓모형에 의해 u-Health 시스템 서비스의 수용에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 'u-Health 시스템 수용유무'에 가장 영향을 미치는 변수는 '혁신성'과 '연결성' 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 유비쿼터스의 특징인 혁신적인 측면과 '언제, 어디서나'라는 요인을 반영한 결과라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 요인에 대해 시스템 개발시 우선적으로 고려해야만, u-Health 비즈니스 수익의 가능성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.
