In this study, the energy consumption of the typical floor was compared by the total energy comsumption of the building in highrise building. In gerneral, many researchers are studying on the typical floor in highrise buildings for avoiding complexity in energy simulation. But few papers are studied on energy consumption along the floors. In the model bulding, the energy consumption data were acquired by BEMS system in 2011. According the data, the total net energy consumption was $193.99kWh/m^2$ for all area and the total net energy consumption was $247.61kWh/m^2$ for HVACR area. The total electricity and gas energy are used 47.7% for heating and cooling, 33.5% for lighting and plug, 12.9% for conveyance power and 5.9% for restaurant. In comparison of only ground floor, amount of energy consumption in the lobby is 10%, and 90% of total energy consumption is used in the typical floor. For this result, energy simulation on the typical floor is acceptable for calculating the total energy consumption in the highrise building.
Meteorological data is one of the important factors in the calculation of building energy demand. The purposes of this study are to review the limitations of the typical meteorological data of ECO2 program and to create the new typical meteorological data and then analyze the building energy demands for additional regions which are not included in the existing 13 region in the ECO2 program. The extended typical meteorological data to a total of 33 regions were based on IWEC(International Weather for Energy Calculations) data files and were created in the form applicable to the building energy efficiency rating certification system. As a result of comparing the heating energy demands of a representative region with the surrounding regions in each of five regions in Korea, the variance of Cv(RMSE) ranged from 36% to 344% and MBE ranged from -32% to 190% for the whole regions. This suggests that the difference of heating energy demand may vary greatly depending on the region where the meteorological data is used and the meteorological data of more detailed regions is needed for reliable calculation of building energy demand.
Background & Purpose: It is well known that Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) is induced by atypical antipsychotic agents less frequently than by typical antipsychotic agents. The purpose of this study was to evaluate differences in rates of the use of antiparkinson agent, most commonly prescribed for the management of EPS, between patients with atypical agents and those with typical agents. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a retrospective way with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of the 312 patients for whom the Antipsychotics were prescribed by the Psychiatry Department of the Inje University Ilsan Paik Hospital, from January of 2005 to February of 2011. They received either typical agents (N=15) or atypical agents (N=297) and those 2 groups were compared in terms of antiparkinson agent use. Also, we assessed the difference between individual atypical antipsychotic agents regarding antiparkinson agent use. Results: There was no significant difference in the rates of antiparkinson agent use between the two groups (the typical agent 13.33% vs. the atypical agent 9.76%, p = 0.6512). Meanwhile, the rates of antiparkinson agent use with aripiprazole versus quetiapine (aripirazole 25% vs. quetiapine 3.57%, p = 0.003) were significantly different, Also the rates of antiparkinson agent use with aripiprazole versus risperidone (aripiprazole 25% vs. risperidone 9.52%, p = 0.0216) had a statistical meaning. Conclusions: There was no significant difference in the rates of antiparkinson agent use between patients with atypical agents and those with typical agents. However the rate of antiparkinson agent use was significantly lower with aripiprazole compared with quetiapine or risperidone.
Purpose: Celiac disease is a common non-communicable disease with varied presentations. Purpose of this study was to find the duodeno-endoscopic features in celiac disease and to compare duodeno-endoscopic and histological findings between typical and atypical celiac disease in children. Methods: Hospital based observational study was conducted at Sir Padampat Mother and Child Health Institute, Jaipur from June 2015 to May 2016. Patients were selected and divided in two groups- typical and atypical celiac disease based upon the presenting symptoms. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and duodenal biopsy was performed for serology positive patients. Results were analysed using appropriate statistical test of significance. Results: Out of 101 enrolled patients, 47.5% were male. Age ranged from 1 to 18 years. Study showed that 54.5% were typical and 45.5% were atypical. Patients presenting with atypical symptoms were predominantly of older age group. On endoscopy, scalloping, mosaic pattern, reduced fold height and absent fold height; and in histology, advanced Marsh stage were significantly higher in the typical group. Conclusion: Awareness of atypical presentations as well as duodeno-endoscopic features may have considerable practical importance for the diagnosis of celiac disease in children. Scalloping, mosaic pattern, reduced fold height and nodularity are main endoscopic markers of celiac disease in children. Endoscopic markers of duodenal mucosa may be important in early diagnosis of celiac disease, in children subjected to endoscopy for atypical presentations or indication other than suspected celiac disease.

Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) is one of the most common causes of acute renal failure in childhood and is primarily diagnosed in up to 4.5% of children who undergo chronic renal replacement therapy. Escherichia coli serotype O157:H7 is the predominant bacterial strain identified in patients with HUS; more than 100 types of Shiga toxin-producing enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) subtypes have also been isolated. The typical HUS manifestations are microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, and renal insufficiency. In typical HUS cases, more serious EHEC manifestations include severe hemorrhagic colitis, bowel necrosis and perforation, rectal prolapse, peritonitis, and intussusceptions. Colonic perforation, which has an incidence of 1%-2%, can be a fatal complication. In this study, we report a typical Shiga toxin-associated HUS case complicated by small intestinal perforation with refractory peritonitis that was possibly because of ischemic enteritis. Although the degree of renal damage is the main concern in HUS, extrarenal complications should also be considered in severe cases, as presented in our case.
Background: Hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) less than 2 cm in diameter generally demonstrate a good outcome after curative therapy. However, the diagnosis of small HCC can be problematic and requires one or more dynamic imaging modalities. This study aimed to compare the sensitivity and agreement between CT and MRI for the diagnosis of small HCCs. Methods: CT and/or MRI scans of HCCs (1-2 cm) diagnosed by histopathology or typical vascular pattern according to the 2005 AASLD criteria were blindly reviewed by an abdominal radiologist. The reports were defined as conclusive/typical when arterial enhancement and washout during the portal/delayed phases were observed and as inconclusive when typical vascular patterns were not observed. The sensitivity and Cohen's kappa (k) for agreement were calculated. Results: In 27 patients, 27 HCC nodules (1-2 cm) were included. Diagnosis with a single-imaging modality (CT or MRI) was 81 % versus 48 % (p = 0.01). The CT sensitivity was significantly higher than MRI (78 % versus 52 %, p = 0.04). Among 27 nodules that underwent both CT and MRI, a discordance in typical enhancement patterns was found (k = 0.319, p = 0.05). In cases with inconclusive CT results, MRI gave only an additional 3.7 % sensitivity to reach a diagnosis. In contrast, further CT imaging following inconclusive MRI results gave an additional 29.6 % sensitivity. Conclusions: A single typical imaging modality is sufficient to diagnose small HCCs. Compared with MRI, multiphasic CT has a higher sensitivity. The limitations of MRI could be explained by the greater need for patient cooperation and the types of MRI contrast agent.

Bronchial carcinoids were classified as one of the bronchial adenoma group and constituted about 90% of bronchial adenoma. Typical carcinoids are common benign neoplasms of the airway because of their uniform histologic feature, predictable clinical course and good survival after surgical resection. And atypical carcinoid is regarded as a malignant tumor because of its pleomorphic, hyperchromatic nucleus, frequent mitosis and distant metastasis (about 70%). However, typical carcinoids rarely metastasize to regional lymph nodes and such cases would be regarded as a low grade malignancy because their clinical prognosis could be bad. We present a case of typical bronchial carcinoid which metastasize to hilar lymph node who has been followed up 10 months after resection.
The purpose of this study is to enhance elementary students' awareness of environment-friendly life and help them to prepare for a better life in the future. To achieve this purpose we examined the effect typical environmental experience-based learning activities, which were based on the local circumstances with high environmental-educational potential, have on the attitudes toward environment-friendly life. This study was carried out on the basis of typical environmental experience-based learning in the small class size. The research group used was composed of one sixth grade elementary school class called Sangroksu, whose total students were 9. The research period lasted from March 2005 to February 2006. To analyze the result of this study, two research methods were applied simultaneously : quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. Especially statistical analysis in quantitative research methods by self-administrated questionnaire was done with SAS program. Qualitative research methods were analyzed in a cyclic pattern, including the processes of domain analysis, classification analysis, and factor analysis which continued to be associated with data-collecting methods. This research shows the following results. First of all, students have shown meaningful differences after typical environmental experience-based learning activities.(p<.05). Followings are fields of the differences - students‘ interest on the subject, their understanding levels of necessity for basic environmental facilities around us as well as for the kinds of environmental experience-based learning, awareness levels of various environmental problems, consciousness on environment conservation, and the practicing ability of environment - friendly lifestyles. Secondly, We have discovered improvements in the following fields after this study - the knowledge and understanding levels on our environment and human relationships, students' fundamental abilities to work out environmental problems, right ideas and appropriate attitudes on environment protection, the practicing ability of environment-friendly life styles, and their parents' understanding levels on the education related to environment. In conclusion, typical environmental experience-based learning activities have a positive effect on the improvement of elementary school students' environment-friendly life styles.

Evidence suggested that atypical antipsychotics (APs) such as clozapine show less side effects than those of typical APs such as haloperidol and sulpiride. However, little is known about chronic effects of these drugs on changes in gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) mRNA expression and luteinizing hormone (LH) immunoreactivity. Male rats were divided into water-, haloperidol-, sulpiride-, and clozapine-treated groups, and these drugs were administered orally for 4 weeks. The changes in the expression of GnRH mRNA and the LH immunoreactivity were determined in the hypothalamus and pituitary, respectively, using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. GnRH mRNAs were clearly expressed in the water-treated control vats. This was significantly reduced by the chronic treatments with the typical APs, especially with haloperidol, but not with atypical APs clozapine. Likewise, LH immunoreactivity was clearly stained in the control group. While its immunoreativity was significantly reduced by the chronic APs treatments, clozapine treatment showed only slight attenuation. The results show that the atypical APs clozapine has less side effects in the gonadal function than the typical APs haloperidol and the sulpiride. These results suggest that clozapine is a safer drug than the typical APs, at least in the reproductive system.
A Study on Typical Rates of Water-use for School Facilities has been carried out in this work. Water supply system is given much weight in school facilities. Therefore, it set up a basis efficiency using of water sources to calculate typical rates of water use. The results are summarized as follows ; 1) On the whole, typical rates of water-use was founded out 15 L / stu. d in pirmary school, 10 L / stu. d in middle school and 30L / stu. d in high school smaller than the existing it. It was rate of water-use change as season and Max. Rates of water-use was July. 2) I deem that school hours are 5 hour's in primary school, 7 hour's in middle school and 8 hour's in high school. It the concept of 1 hour that is lesson time 40 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in primary school, lesson time 45 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in middle school and lesson time 50 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in high school. 3) It is desired that we calculate the volume of pump and water tank throughout this concept and the size of water tank should be 1.5 times with taking pick load into consideration by this study on typical rate of water-use. 4) The amount of using water increases in gradually and I consider the life cycle of facilities is more than 10 years. As a result, I can forecast that the size will be insufficiency but I deem that if we devise a plan about parallel pumping on water tank space, we can cope with it. Also, it is expected that we can cut back the transport energy by controlling pump volume.
