보건소의 자원봉사자 요구도 및 활용도에 대한 관련요인 분석 (A Study on the Demand and Utilization of Volunteers in Health Centers)

  • Volunteers activities in Health Centers are strategically important for the efficient utilization of human resource and local people's health promotion in community. With these backgrounds. this study is conducted to examine significant factors in relation to demand and utilization of volunteers in Health Centers. and the factors are the characteristics of Health Centers. volunteer management factors and external environment factors. Subjects in this study were 245 Health Centers all chosen. Data were collected from April. 12. 1999 to May. 31. 1999. and the data for analyses were ones of 116 respondents. Then. the data coded and submitted to Fisher's exact test. NPAR1WAY ANOVA, Correlation analysis. multiple regression analysis, multiple logistic regression analysis with SAS program. The key results from this study can be epitomized as follows: 1. 43.1% of responding health centers answered that they 'utilize volunteers'. The average number of volunteers who were engaged in responding health centers was 43, out of which 7 were men and 36 were women. As for the adequacy of the number of the volunteers. 55.1% responded 'not enough' and 30.6% responded 'adequate'. The more the number of volunteers needed. the more the number of utilizing volunteers is. When asked about their views concerning the utilization of volunteers in Health Centers. 88.7% of all respondents answered in the affirmative. The accountable factor for the utilization of volunteers was the present utilization of volunteers. 2. Concerning the reasons for using volunteers. 'to induce local people's participation in health services' was the highest comprising 76% of the responding health centers. 3. Most of volunteers were housewives and independent enterprisers. The most type of volunteer activities was 'just simple labor'. 4. As for the action duration of volunteers. 69.4% answered 'under 6 months'. The factor was significant difference with the action duration of volunteers was 'to provide social meeting' in the middle of rewards for volunteers. 5. Asked about the problem in utilizing volunteers. 53.2% answered 'the difficulty of recruitment and education for volunteers'. and 42.6% answered 'lack of budget and manpower needed for the utilization of volunteers.' 6. Concerning the evaluation of the performance by volunteers. 88% answered 'satisfactory'. With regards to the reason for that. 29.3% answered 'volunteers can provide various kinds of services' 7. 88.7% of responding health centers answered that they will continuously or newly utilize volunteers in the future. 8. The main health program services which expect utilization of volunteers were visiting health services(63.2%). old people's health services (25.3%). These were not significant difference with any explanatory variable. 9. The average number of volunteer needed in responding health centers was 38. The more the average number of utilizing volunteers. the more the number of volunteers needed is. The more the degree of financial independence. the more the number of volunteers needed is. In conclusions. Health centers are necessary to promote their role of recruitment. education and training for volunteers. the development of volunteer activities programs.

크라우드펀딩 성공을 위한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on Ssuccessful Crowdfunding)

  • 최근 크라우드펀딩은 창업 성장을 위한 자금 조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소 벤처기업의 새로운 자금 조달 수단으로 주목받고 있다. 크라우드펀딩이란 기업이 다수의 대중으로부터 자금을 모으는 직접 금융방식으로써, 유망한 사업 아이템에 대한 일반인의 소액자금 투자를 가능하게 하는 새로운 투자 플랫폼이다. 본 논문은 크라우드펀딩의 성공요인 분석을 위하여 모집 형태, 방식, 기간 등이 성공 가능성과 목표금액 대비 실제 투자액에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 자료는 국내에서 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 운영하는 3개 업체를 이용하여 2012년부터 2014년 10월까지 자금을 모집한 총 239개의 프로젝트로 구성되어 있다. 회귀분석 결과 All or Nothing 방식의 경우 투자 모집 기간이 상대적으로 짧을수록 성공 확률이 높았고, Keep It All 방식은 투자 모집 기간 뿐만 아니라 참여자 수에 따라 투자성과가 변화하였다. 한편, 목표금액은 크라우드펀딩 성공에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 투자형 크라우드펀딩 형태가 후원 기부형 형태보다 성공률과 목표달성도 모두 높음을 확인하였다. 두 방식 모두를 고려하였을 때는, All or Nothing 방식이 Keep It All 방식의 프로젝트 보다 더 많은 목표금액 대비 투자금 유치에 성공한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 투자액은 실제 참여자 수에 대해 비선형적으로 증가하는 모습을 보였으며, 모집기간이 짧을수록 더 좋은 성과를 보여 주었다.

일 대학병원 간호사의 직업만족도와 그에 관련된 요인 조사연구 (A Descriptive Study on Job satisfaction and its Related Factors for Clinical Nurses in Goneral Hospital)

  • Herzberg and his associates concluded from their findings that job satisfaction consisted on two independent dimension ; the first dimension was related to job satisfaction, the second to job dissatisfaction. According to the Herzberg theory, the satisfiers are related to the nature of the work itself and the rewards that flow directly from the performance of that work. The dissatisfaction factors are associated with the individual's relation to the context or environment in which he works. The purpose of this study was to investigate selected factors which result in job satisfaction / dissatisfaction of nurses employed in general hospital. In a study of this nature, it is important that the population be as homogenous as possible in order to reduce the effects of the different environments and backgrounds on job satisfaction. A job satisfaction questionnaire developed by Slabitt et als. was used for this study. It contains 45 statements and utilizes a Likert type scale of 5. Participants were asked to select response which were congruent with their perceptions of the item. It was decided to conduct the study in one general hospital in Seoul. A sample of 505 clinical nurses were selected to participate in this study. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The overall mean score for the 45 five-point scales of job satisfaction items was 2.945, showing that the subjects of this study were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. 2. To identify the specific job related factors that result in Job satisfaction / dissatisfaction, the 45 items of job satisfaction were divided into 6 areas and the mean scores and % of agreement were compared. The specific job related factor that resulted in job satisfaction was the job status and those that resulted in job dissatisfaction were salaries, task requirements and organization requirements. But the areas of autonomy and interaction did not belong to either side of the specific job related factors. 3. To identify the relationship between the job satisfaction and the subject's general characteristic, data was analyzed using the t-test and the Pearson correlation coefficient. It was found that the relationship between the job satisfaction and the request for rotation and intention to remain on the job were statistically significant at .05 level, but the relationship between the job satisfaction and age, work experience, and educational background were nor statistically significant at the .05 level.

청소년 자녀와 어머니의 교환관계 분석 (Resource Exchanges Between Mothers and Adolescent Children)

  • 본 연구는 요즈음의 청소년 자녀와 어머니 사이의 관계를 교환이론의 관점에서 분석하고자 이루어졌다. 포아 등이 제시한 서비스 물품, 금전 정부 지위, 애정을 포함하는 6가지 자원영역 개념과, 긍정적 교환(보상)과 부정적 교환(처벌)의 구분을 활용하여, 어머니와 청소년 자녀 간에 어떠한 자원이 교환되는지, 교환되는 자원이 상호간에 어떠한 가치를 지니는지, 자원의 제공이 일방적으로 이루어지는지 대칭 적인지, 자녀의 성별이나 연령/발달단계가 교환에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 등을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에서 중학생, 고등학생, 대학생을 포함하는 청소년 자녀 150명과 어머니 150명을 대상으로 설문조사가 수행되었다. 자료 분석 결과는 대략적으로 다음과 같다. 청소년 자녀와 어머니 사이의 교환은 부정적 자원보다 긍정적 자원을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다 긍정적 자원은 애정을 제외하고는 유형에 따라 비대칭적인 교환이 이루어지고 있다. 긍정적 자원은 대체로 자녀가 더 많이 받는 경향이 있지만. 자원의 가치는 어머니에게 더 높은 것으로 나타난다. 부정적 자원은 교환이 비교적 대칭적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 교환빈도가 높은 자원은 부정적 가치가 약하다. 딸이 아들보다 어머니와 보다 긴밀한 교환관계를 유지하며, 특히 애정과 정보영역에서 그러한 경향이 두드러진다. 자녀의 연령은 교환에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는다.

물리치료사의 업무 스트레스 현황과 대응수준 -부산지역을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Work Stress of Physical Therapist and Reaction)

  • This study aims to enhance work efficiency and satisfaction by offering data that make a physical therapist cope with stress coming from the job efficiently by identifying and analyzing the job satisfaction and work stress perceived by a physical therapist, and the level of reaction of a physical therapist. The study distributed survey questionnaires to 300 physical therapists working in medical institutions in Busan via mail and by visit from March 3, 2007 by selecting them simply and randomly from the physical therapist list, and collected the questionnaires by March 20, 2007, 103 respondents were working at 17 general hospitals including a university hospital, 65 respondents at 12 medical centers, and 79 respondents at 39 doctor's offices. The study collected 251 copies, which showed the collection rate of 83.7%, and analyzed 247 copies (82.3%) excluding 4 copies of insincere answers. As a research tool for measuring job satisfaction the study used a tool employed for research into the job satisfaction of physical therapists who work at medical institutions in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk by Kim Hee-Gwon(1992) and research regarding job satisfaction by Jeong Jeong-Hee(2004) as well as research regarding the factors of job satisfaction by Flippo(1980) & Seberhagen(1970) after adjusting the research tools to the purpose of the study. Also for questions about work stress, the study employed nurses' job stress measurement tool developed by Kim Mae-Ja and em Mi-Ok(1984) by modifying the tool to the purpose of the study, and for a measurement tool for reaction to stress, the study used a tool employed for research into reaction to stress of nurses at general hospitals by Choi Eun-Deok(2005) without modification. For data analysis, the study used the SPSS12.0 as a statistical method, and then used t-test or ANOVA for verifying actual numbers, percentile, average :score, standard deviation, rank, and difference. Also, the study conducted which is a post-test method for variables that show a significant difference at the level of p<.05 level after the analysis. The findings include the following. 1) The respondents' job satisfaction score was 3.21 points on the average (out of 5 full points). The peer relationship ranked the highest, posting 4.02 points on the average, and the job satisfaction with rewards was proven the lowest, posting 2.51 points. For the job satisfaction level by characteristics, there were significant differences (p<.05) in gender, hospital type, weekly working hours, monthly working days, number of patients per day, department in charge of therapy, and number of peers, and there was no significant difference in characteristics other than that. 2) The respondents' work stress score was 2.72 points (out of 5 full points) on the average. The respondents were shown to be under the highest stress when they suffered from excessive workload, posting 3.49 points on the average, and they were shown to be under the least stress when they had a conflict with peers at another department, recording 1.90 points on the average. for the job stress level by the characteristics of job, there was a significant difference in the reflection of job assessment(p<.05). 3) 1n respondents' reaction to stress, most of them were shown to make efforts in coping with stress, posting 2.80 points (out of 5 full points). For their experience of being wider stress, they answered that 'they felt depressed (2.85 points)" for their experience of coping with stress, they answered that 'they were indifferent to it or thought about something else' (2.62 points). Also, for their efforts in coping with stress, they answered that 'they were motivated to remove their strain by taking leave, playing, or using their preferences' (3.52 points), which ranked higher. For the level of reaction to stress by characteristics, there were significant differences by age, gender, marital status, total service years as a physical therapist, monthly working days, and department in charge of therapy(p<.05). It is necessary to offer correct information by conducting an in-depth analysis of the stressful situations of physical therapists who exert efforts in rehabilitating patients at hospitals by factor, and seeking management plans based on the research results. Also, it is necessary to develop a program for coping with stress efficiently for removing stress and to conduct research into the understanding and cooperation of administrators and persons in charge of physical therapists for reducing physical therapists' stress at hospitals.

멀티채널에서의 고객만족제고 인센티브 연구 (Optimal Incentives for Customer Satisfaction in Multi-channel Setting)

  • 고객만족제고에 관심을 기울이고 노력을 경주하는 기업이 늘어나면서, 유통업자들에게 고객만족제고 인센티브를 제공함으로써 그들의 고객만족노력을 불러일으키고자 하는 노력 역시 활발해 지고 있다. 이러한 노력은 상호 경쟁하는 멀티채널을 운용하는 기업들 역시 마찬가지이다. 그러나 지금까지의 고객만족제고방안에 관한 연구는 종업원이나 단일유통업자 등단일주체에 초점을 두고 진행되어 왔을 뿐 경쟁이 발생하는 멀티채널 상황에서의 고객만족제고 인센티브에 대해서는 별다른 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제의식에서 출발하여, 본 연구에서는 게임이론에 기반한 수리경제학적 분석을 통해 멀티채널을 운용하는 기업의 고객만족제고방안에 주안점을 두어 제조업자가 두 유통업자를 운용하는 멀티채널 모형을 상정하여 고객만족제고 인센티브를 어떻게 제시하는 것이 바람직한지 규명하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다: (1)명성수준이 높을수록 고객만족제고 인센티브 수준을 높이는 것이 바람직하다. (2)멀티채널 사이의 보완적 외부효과가 클수록 고객만족제고 인센티브 수준을 높이는 것이 바람직하다. (3)유통비용이 클수록 멀티채널에서의 고객만족제고 인센티브의 수준은 낮게 제시하는 것이 바람직하다. (4)채널간 경쟁강도가 높을수록 고객만족제고 인센티브 수준을 높이는 것이 바람직하다.

국제상거래 분쟁해결을 위한 온라인 ADR 모델 구축방안 (The Building Plan of Online ADR Model related to the International Commercial Transaction Dispute Resolution)

  • The meaning of Online ADR lies in the prompt and economical resolution of disputes by applying the information/communication element (Internet) to existing ADR. However, if the promptness and economical efficiency are overemphasized, the fairness and appropriateness of dispute resolution may be compromised and consequently Online ADR will be belittled and criticized as second-class trials. In addition, as communication is mostly made using texts in Online ADR it is difficult to investigate cases and to create atmosphere and induce dynamic feelings, which are possible in the process of dispute resolution through face-to-face contact. Despite such difficulties, Online ADR is expanding its area not only in online but also in offline due to its advantages such as promptness, low expenses and improved resolution methods, and is expected to develop rapidly as the electronic government decided to adopt it in the future. Accordingly, the following points must be focused on for the continuous First, in the legal and institutional aspects for the development of Online ADR, it is necessary to establish a framework law on ADR. A framework law on ADR comprehending existing mediation and arbitration should be established and it must include contents of Online ADR, which utilizes electronic communication means. However, it is too early to establish a separate law for Online ADR because Online ADR must develop based on the theoretical system of ADR. Second, although Online ADR is expanding rapidly, it may take time to be settled as a tool of dispute resolution. As discussed earlier, additionally, if the amount of money in dispute is large or the dispute is complicated, Online ADR may have a negative effect on the resolution of the dispute. Thus, it is necessary to apply Online ADR to trifle cases or domestic cases in the early stage, accumulating experiences and correcting errors. Moreover, in order to settle numerous disputes effectively, Online ADR cases should be analyzed systematically and cases should be classified by type so that similar disputes may be settled automatically. What is more, these requirements should reflected in developing Online ADR system. Third, the application of Online ADR is being expanded to consumer disputes, domain name disputes, commercial disputes, legal disputes, etc., millions of cases are settled through Online ADR, and 115 Online ADR sites are in operation throughout the world. Thus Online ADR requires not temporary but continuous attention, and mediators and arbitrators participating in Online ADR should be more intensively educated on negotiation and information technologies. In particular, government-led research projects should be promoted to establish Online ADR model and these projects should be supported by comprehensive researches on mediation, arbitration and Online ADR. Fourth, what is most important in the continuous development and expansion of Online ADR is to secure confidence in Online ADR and advertise Online ADR to users. For this, incentives and rewards should be given to specialists such as lawyers when they participate in Online ADR as mediators and arbitrators in order to improve their expertise. What is more, from the early stage, the government and public institutions should have initiative in promoting Online ADR so that parties involved in disputes recognize the substantial contribution of Online ADR to dispute resolution. Lastly, dispute resolution through Online ADR is performed by organizations such as Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce and Korea Consumer Protection Board and partially by Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Online ADR is expected to expand its area to commercial disputes in offline in the future. In response to this, Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, which is an organization for commercial dispute resolution, needs to be restructured.

항공자유화정책상 상용고객우대제도의 제휴성과와 국제경쟁에 관한 연구 (Open Skies Policy : A Study on the Alliance Performance and International Competition of FFP)

  • 국제운송에 있어서 항공자유화 정책(open skies police)은 하늘의 자유 또는 하늘의 개방이란 의미를 내포하고 있다. 규범적으로 여러 형태의 운송권을 타 국가에 허용하는 개방 정책이나 국제 항공운송에 있어서 자유경쟁 정책이다. 미국의 경우, 1978년 항공규제완화 이후 경쟁력을 갖춘 대형 항공사들이 시장 기회가 많은 국제 항공시장에서 경쟁할 수 있도록 하기위해 네델란드와 항공자유화 협정을 체결한 것을 시작으로 많은 국가들이 항공자 유화 협정을 맺고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우는 20여개국과 항공자유화 협정을 체결하고 있는 상태이다. 상용고객우대제도(Frequent Flyer Program : FFP)는 미국 정부의 항공법 규제 완화 이후 항공 운임 전략의 일환으로 포괄적 마케팅 제휴의 한 부분이다. 자사 항공편을 이용하는 고객을 회원제로 관리하는 제도로서, 승객들의 탑승이나 기타 이용 실적에 따라 마일리지를 부여하여 누적된 마일리지가 일정한 기준에 도달하면 다양한 유형적 보상을 실시하는 개념이다. 상용고객 우대제도는 초창기에는 고객확보를 위한 마케팅 중심으로 형성되었으나, 항공사간의 치열한 경쟁으로 인해 경영이 점점 더 어려워지고 있는 상황에서 항공사들은 상용고객우대제도를 항공사 경영성과를 높이는 마케팅의 중요한 전략의 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 따라서 항공사들은 충성고객을 확보하기 위해 고객의 니즈를 효과적으로 파악할 필요가 있다고 판단한다. 항공사 상용고객우대제도에 따른 성과가 국제 경쟁에 미치는 영향은 다양하게 나타날 수 있다. 첫째, 노선망을 확대를 통해 항공 시장을 확보할 수 있다. 둘째, 운항빈도를 증대시킴에 따라 고객에게 항공 상품의 공급 능력을 증대시키게 될 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 새로운 시장에 우선적으로 진입함으로써 경쟁 항공사를 견제하는 효과가 나타날 것 이라고 생각한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 항공사 상용고객우대제도에 대한 실증적 연구는 매우 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상용고객우대제도의 전략적 제휴 유형을 검토한 후 이의 제휴 성과와 국제경쟁에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 주요 국가들의 항공사 전략적 제휴는 항공자유화 정책상 세계적인 추세이다. 우리나라의 경우에도 국적 항공사들의 발전과 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 보다 더 현실적인 항공자유화 협정이 진행되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 항공자유화 정책 상 항공사 상용고객우대제도의 제휴 성과와 국제경쟁에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 5개 글로벌 제휴 그룹(star, oneworld, wings, qualiflyer, skyteam)을 대상으로 선정하여 제휴 그룹의 항공사가 보유한 자원구조와 정보기술수준이 제휴 유형에 미치는 성과에 대한 실증 연구를 실시하고자 하였으며 가설 검정을 위해 일원분산분석과 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 규모가 큰 대형항공사 이거나 중소 규모의 지역 항공사일지라도 세계적인 네트워크 와 조직력을 갖춘 제휴 그룹에 참여하는 항공사는 높은 성과와 국제 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있다고 판단한다. 항공사 승객의 경우, 회원 가입항공사의 호텔과 렌트카, 면세점, 여행사 등의 제휴 네트워크를 활용하여 항공사 탑승 이외의 마일리지 획득하는 것외에도 관련된 서비스 혜택에 대한 관심과 선호도가 높으므로, 우리나라의 항공사들은 항공사간 제휴뿐 만 아니라 호텔 등 타 산업과의 다각적으로 제휴를 통해 공격적 마케팅을 실행해야 한다.
