  • In this paper, disk-type ultrasonic motor using radial and bending vibration modes is newly designed and fabricated to measure its characteristics. As the diameter of elastic body increases, the resonant frequency decreases and its resonant frequency is about 92kHz when the physical dimensions of piezoelectric ceramic and elastic body are 28mm of diameter and 2mm of thickness, and 32mm of diameter and 2mm of thickness, respectively. When the applied voltage is 20Vpp. its speed and torque are 200rpm and 1N, respectively.

  • Business corporations have become specialized and on the basis of various interests try to strengthen their competitiveness through a cooperative system of purchase, distribution, service and IT technology. And an advanced Internet-based electronic commerce has witnessed explosive growth and a business-to-business (B2B) electronic commerce. Through E-marketplace. business corporations achieve such diverse utilities as expenditure curtailment, process reduction and prime cost reduction. And with business depression worldwide and soaring prices of materials, many business corporations consider the introduction of comprehensive purchase of MRO (maintenance, repair and operation) materials. The Purpose of this study was to examine the definition of B2B E-marketplace and the utilities of MRO commerce correctly focusing on an empirical analysis of cases of MRO supply and purchase business corporations. The indications acquired from this research results are as follows. Firstly, as for MRO integrated purchase under the characteristics of the market environment, it had to use the supplier obligatorily through the integrated purchase on the level of CEO's decision-making or the group rather than the voluntary will of the purchasing department or the procurement department. Secondly, as for the present B2B E-marketplace MRO purchase, the purchasing agency business has formed the mainstream, but it is aiming at the diversification of the benefit by supplementing/correcting the business model such as category type, mediation business type, MRO-type advancing in the store inclusive of the purchasing agency business, keeping pace with the potential market of MRO. Thirdly, as for analysis of the products, the purchaser wants more various products and assortment of goods than those of the present time, and also to be provided with the precise product information. Especially, as the importance of the product sourcing becomes high, the whole energy has been bestowed on acquirement of the excellent suppliers. Fourth, as for use of B2B E-marketplace MRO integrated purchasing system, there are the purchasing companies complaining the inconvenience even until now, and there is the demerit spending the long time during the image move and the process treatment. It shall try to shorten the searching time and the process treatment time as the system is centered on the purchaser. In order to enhance the efficiency of MRO E-marketplace purchase, followings must be considered: First, because the importance of product sources ever increases, an excellent supplier must be secured earnestly. Second, the time of process must be reduced focusing on purchasers. B2B E-marketplace will increase and diversify electronic commerce continuously. Through MRO E-marketplace, business corporations will reduce expenditure, achieve a transparent and speedy trade, and purchase products of fine quality, thus establishing a most effective market. In addition, in this study the investigator brings focus into MRO which has not been clearly discussed in the academic and business world so far and intensively highlights an indirect material-oriented expenditure curtailment effect. By taking all the aspects of supplier, purchaser and practical economical value into account, the investigator presents a strategic direction for the successful comprehensive purchase of B2B MRO.

간척지 자원순환형 축산단지의 도입 가능성 연구 (A Study on the Possibility of Introducing a Resources Circulation Type Livestock Zone of Reclaimed Land)

  • The present study suggests a concept of resources circulation type agriculture and a concept of a livestock zone related to it and evaluated economical efficiency about a possibility of the resources circulation type livestock zone based on the concept. As a result, when the resources circulation type livestock zone is operated in an area of 1,300ha, it was evaluated that the profit of 11,244 hundred thousand won per year is generated, compared to the conventional agriculture. When light and heat expenses and roughage of Hanwoo production, production of TMR forage as well as income of the energy and composting business of livestock manure at the recycling center were considered in addition to that, it was judged that the present zone development bushiness has enough business feasibility. However, it is necessary that the support regulations, etc. is constructed so that all produced compost byproducts are used at farmhouses and the system related to facility investment assurance and assistance of operating expenses is maintained. It is thought that the complement of a system is also necessary so that energy or power generation expenses can be operated in the same conditions as other new & renewable energy, and the nation's purchase of carbon credits(CDM) is investigated and systemized in the early period, and construction of a revitalization plan of the business through budget securing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry related to the trade of CDM and carbon emission rights is also a business that should be urgently developed. In the future, the change of an outside environment will further promote use of the energy. Also, as people, who don't know agriculture. farm village, increase day by day because of population concentration in a city, an opportunity that can new added value through experience tourism or educational programs utilizing them is increasing. Accordingly, if programs utilizing social characteristics, such as utilization as a space of tourism. leisure. experience, system construction of bio-energy and system construction that Micro Grid or Smart Grid as a dispersed storage and generation system is stabilized, are constructed, it can be said that revitalization or success conditions of the zone is further achieved.

6차산업 경영체 성장단계별 핵심경영요소 탐색 (Exploring the Management Component of Rural Small Business in the 6th Industry at Each Stage of Growth)

  • 본 연구는 6차산업 경영체의 성장단계별 유형특징을 살펴보고, 각 단계별 경영전략의 핵심요소를 찾는데 목적을 두었다. 2015년 6차산업으로 인증된 752개 경영체 자료를 의사결정나무구조 분석의 CART 알고리즘으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 6차산업 유형결정에 초기 성장단계에서는 농산물가공유형, 성장기에는 농산물가공유형, 서비스유형, 지역, 매출액이 작용하고, 성숙기에는 서비스전략, 농산물가공유형이 작용하였다. 이 같은 결과는 6차산업 경영체의 성장단계별 지원될 핵심적 경영요소를 실증적으로 규명하여, 6차산업 지원방향을 제시하고 있다.

  • This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of software companies. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses related to innovation, standardization and technology marketing strategy and software type. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing is as follows. First, standardization and technology marketing strategy positively influence financial performance. Second, innovation, standardization and technology marketing strategy positively influence technical performance. Finally, mobile and non-mobile software companies was shown that innovation, standardization, and technology marketing strategy has different effects to financial and technical performance.

Effect of Motivation Type and Reward Uncertainty on Consumers' Marketing Promotion Participation

  • The current research proposes to fill a research gap by testing how reward uncertainty, different types of motivation, as well as individual risk-taking attitude affect consumers' promotion participation. Being offered with an uncertain reward, relative to individuals with extrinsic motivation, individuals with intrinsic motivation will have greater intention to participate in marketing promotion. In contrast, being offered with a certain reward, relative to individuals with intrinsic motivation, individuals with extrinsic motivation will have greater intention to participate in marketing promotion. This effect arises only among consumers having a low level of risk-taking attitude. For consumers having a high level of risk-taking attitude, their participation intention shows no significant difference between the two motivation type groups, under both certain and uncertain reward conditions. With an understanding of how consumer's response heterogeneously to promotions involving rewards, marketers can better understand not only how to use this promotional tactic more effectively, but also how to better allocate their budget for promotions.

전자 지불 처리 시스템의 기능 및 구조 (The function and architecture of electronic payment system)

  • This paper shows the architecture of IPS(Intermarket Payment System), an implementation of the electronic payment function for internet-shopping merchant system. Because the original purpose of commerce transaction is the exchange of money for goods or services, it is very important to prepare an exchangeable economic value or method. The electronic payment system is the hardware or software or both to process an electronic payment transaction. It has two type, the broker type and the electronic value type. The broker type means an intermediator between real bank network and internet commerce transaction. The electronic value type means a substitute for money in the real world. This paper shows the architecture and the function to implement the broker type electronic payment system. The system has two parts. One is the mediator part to support multiple payment systems and to offer common access methods for merchant system database. The other is the executor part to implement the payment protocol and to process payment transaction.

글로벌기업의 리더십유형이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on The Effect Business Performance of Leadership on Global Corporate)

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 기업을 대상으로 기업의 경영성과와 리더십 유형과의 관계를 실증적으로 분석 하였다. 또한 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 경영성과와 리더십 유형을 종합적으로 분석하여 본 연구에 맞게 연구모형을 개발 하였다. 글로벌 기업은 리더의 특성이나 상황도 매우 중요하지만, 조직구성원이 어떻게 지각하고 평가하느냐에 따라 리더십은 재평가되어 지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 연구모형을 중심으로 글로벌 기업의 조직구성원이 지각한 리더의 유형과 경영성과간의 영향관계를 분석 검증 하였다. 연구 결과 글로벌 기업의 리더십 유형은 직무만족, 그리고 성과변수인 매출액향상, 생산성향상에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 글로벌 기업은 조직 특성상 전문 인력을 적절히 배치하는 리더십을 발휘할 때 기업의 효율성과 성과는 상승할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 글로벌 기업의 조직적 성과관리에 유용한 지침이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

4차 산업혁명시대의 비즈니스 모델 유형 (Types of business model in the 4th industrial revolution)

  • 4차 산업혁명이 쓰나미와 같이 우리 기업에 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 디지털시대로 대변되는 CPS시스템은 물리적인 영역에서 축적된 데이터를 기반으로 디지털 기술을 통해 과거에 상상하지 못했던 비즈니스를 현실로 만들어 내고 있다. 이로 인해 4차 산업혁명시대의 비즈니스 모델은 이전과는 다른 양상을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비즈니스혁신 이론 연구의 흐름을 시대별 흐름과 쟁점을 분석하였다. 이후 디지털시대의 비즈니스 혁신 모델을 이전 시대와 비교 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 비즈니스 모델을 탐색하였으며, 기존 비즈니스 모델들로는 디지털 시대의 모형을 설명하기에는 많은 어려움이 있었고, 보다 많은 실증적인 연구가 뒷받침 되어야하겠지만 마이클 포터의 다이아몬드 모델이 가장적합함을 확인하였고, 이를 응용하여 4가지 유형의 비즈니스 모델을 도출하여 해당 사례를 살펴보았다. Type A : sharing outcome with customer로 고객 성과 창출 기반에 따라 차등적으로 비용을 지불하는 모델이며, Type B : Value Chain Digitalization로 제품, 서비스 및 SCM 디지털화로 보다 빠르고 저렴한 비용으로 제품, 서비스를 고객에 제공함으로 경쟁우위를 가지는 모델이며, Type C : Digital Platform는 가장 큰 파급효과를 가져다 주는 모델로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 공유 경제 창출로 새로운 시장을 창출하여 더 확실한 수익성 확보가 가능한 모델이다. 마지막으로 Type D : Sharing Resources는 관련 산업 내 파트너와 협업으로 경쟁 우위 모델 구축하는 모델로 다른 파트너의 핵심 역량과 자신의 핵심 역량을 서로 보완하는 가장 효과적인 성공 방법이라 할 수 있겠다. 4차 산업혁명시대에 다수의 요소 기술과 수많은 유니콘, 데카콘 기업들이 자신들이 속해 있는 산업별 차별적 디지털 경쟁우위를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 특정 대표기업의 디지털 비즈니스 모델을 상세 분석하여 학문적이고 실무적인 시사점을 도출하는 것 보다는 단편적으로 나열함에 한계가 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 더욱더 구체적인 실증적인 분석을 통해 디지털시대의 비즈니스모델을 더욱더 상세하게 규명할 필요가 있다. 아울러 산업별로 디지털 비즈니스 모델이 상이할 수 있으므로 산업간 비교분석을 해볼 필요 역시 있다.
