가공 기계부품 고유진동수 해석과 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Uncertainty of Estimation in Vibration Test for the Machine Parts)

  • Resonance refers to the magnification of a structural response which occurs when a linear lightly damped system is driven with a sinusoidal input at its natural frequency. An exploratory vibration test (a natural frequency measurement test) is very important for the vibration testing of machine parts, as the value measured in an actual laboratory affects test results. For this reason, it is necessary to estimate the measurement uncertainty to verify the reliability of this type of test. In this study, measurement uncertainty is estimated based on three uncertainty factors. The uncertain factors are the measured points in the machine parts, the resolution of the vibration equipment, and uncertainty of the calibration certificate.

  • Recently, increased demand of electrical energy caused additional installation of underground power cable, Industrialization of metro makes civil works difficult. So installed ducts became a key of underground power transmission, LG cable set to work development of high stress cable. LG cable stated in 1996, got a certificate of type test in 1998, and applied at domestic site in Nov. 1999. High stress cable has some merit, decrease of civil cost, reduction of work time, by reason of decrease of dia. and weight, and economical system design, so LG cable has a good merit in comparison with competitive company in domestic and foreign market.

Part 23 급 항공기 엔진인증 비행시험 절차 조사 (Research of Part 23 Level Aircraft Engine Certificate Flight Test Procedure)

  • The engine is the most significant and essential part of the aircraft. As a result, systematical handling in the aircraft development stage is required from engine design to implementation to the full-scale airframe. This survey demonstrates the procedures demanded by the KAS 23 Civil Aircraft to acquire the engine Type Certification and the flight test procedures for ensuring the operational stability. Surveys were conducted on domestic and international aircraft engine certifications, technical regulations and documentations related to the Means of Compliance for flight test development stage. In addition, organized reference items that should be considered for the certification of engine flight test procedures were reviewed based on the KC-100.

  • The first Type Certificate project for small airplane is in progress in the Republic of Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare the circumstances that the airplane developed and certificated by this country will exported to foreign countries and operated in the world. One of the main items to be prepared is the systems related with continuing airworthiness of aircraft during the operation. From this point of view, the systems and corresponding capabilities to maintain the aircraft to continue the flight and safe landing will be the immediate work. This study is to review the continuing airworthiness system established by foreign countries such as USA FAA and European EASA and to propose how we will setup our continuing airworthiness system for the airplane developed and certificated by the Republic of Korea.

항공기 객실 내 오존농도의 규제와 적합성 입증방안에 대한 연구 (A study on the regulation and means of compliance for the ozone concentration in the cabin)

  • This study is to identify the hazard of ozone and to evaluate ozone effect that is flowed into the cabin when the airplane is flying at high altitude. For this purpose, it is studied that how ozone is generated in the air, what the effect on human body is due to the cabin ozone and what the design criteria is considering or preventing the ozone hazard. And, finally the regulations and means of compliance are studied and introduced to assure that the aircraft satisfies the design criteria related to ozone.

  • This paper presents a study on the design and structural substantiation of the interior structure of the new VVIP aircraft. In this study, the structural design and analysis of the compartment with aluminum alloy and sandwich composite panel were performed. The structural design requirements from the Federal Aviation Administration were identified. The structural analysis of the compartment was performed by the utilization of the finite element analysis method, for the structural design process. Therefore, the designed cabin compartment secured the structural integrity, and satisfied its certification standards and design requirements via structural analysis.

민간항공기개발 시스템엔지니어링 적용 연구 (A Study on the System Engineering Application to KC-100 Aircraft Development)

  • KC-100(KAI Civil Aircraft, Small Series) aircraft is 4 seats general aviation aircraft with single piston engine which is developing under FAA part 23 category by Korea Aerospace Industries(KAI) and will be a shadow program for civil aircraft safety infrastructure improvement. This aircraft will be the first civil aircraft developed in Korea meeting the Korean regulatory KAS Part 23 requirements. Type certification for KC-100 aircraft was applied at the second half of this year. The type certificate is expected to be issued after 3 years of design, prototype manufacturing, ground and flight tests. In this paper the system engineering process for civil aircraft was first reviewed. Next, the differences and similarities in the system development between military and civil aircraft were systematically examined using experiences for KAI military aircraft development program.

대학생들의 헌혈에 관련된 태도 및 헌혈에 대한 지식 -부산.울산지역 대학을 중심으로- (A study on Attitude and Knowledge to Blood Donation in College and University Students)

  • This study was carried out to find out the of attitude and knowledge to blood donors in college and University students to provide basic data necessary for managing current blood donation system. The data were collected from 844 students from september 8 to 21, 2008 by using a self-administered questionnaire. The results were as follows: The major demographic characteristics were female 55.8% and the age group of 20-24s 60.5%, no religion 43.5%, blood type A 34.8% and so on. The major motivation for blood donation were to obtain a blood donation certificate to knowing necessary to blood donation 27.1%, take a voluntary service scored and souvenir 18.7%, and worthwhile and pride 9.9%. The experience the blood donation was 53.8%(male 69.2%, female 41.6%) of participants. Students who had more knowledge and desirable attitude about blood donation experienced more blood donations. It is important to clarify factors affecting blood donation practice and to encourage the public education and campaign which enable public has accurate knowledge and positive attitude about blood donation.

해기사 면허시험제도의 문제점 및 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement and Problems of Marine Officer License Examination System)

  • Testing is a procedure used to measure a sample of behaviour in order to discover how well a seafarer performs, usually in comparison with others, or compared with identified performance criteria. In this context It is important that the test, in whatever form it is being used, yields consistent results by being valid, reliable and practical. Whilst we can only take a sample of a person's knowledge or comprehension about topic in this way, testing methods do provide a more reliable estimate of performance than most other observational techniques; unsystematic or irregular observation being too unreliable. The method of examination has been specified in the provisions of Regulation 12 of the Decree of the ship officers act as followings. Other necessary matters for conducting oral and written examinations have been set out by the Minister. But written examination is too shortage of period and small number of question to cover the qualification of each level and oral test is just simple and namely Traditionally, written examinations have been provided as the only means for determining the acquisition of knowledge by the mariner. Typically, the examination formats have taken the format of either an essay or multiple choice examinations. Essay items, used in the vast majority of subject examination(not in Korea), consisted of three basic types: situational, descriptive and computational. The level of certificate being examined determined the number and mix of the type of essay questions selected. Oral question has again been used by assessors of seafarer in a wide variety of contexts. Also, oral questioning is often used when observation of performance is undertaken to ask why a certain action has been taken, or to be broaden the scope of what has been observed. At end, Each techniques have their own advantage and disadvantage, so we have to choose some or all of the following techniques, depending upon the certificate, qualification or job for which the trainee is aiming. But in high lank, we have to use both of essay type and multiple choice and with enough time of oral test at least 30 minutes. Who would be the assessor? According to the STCW Code Section A-I/6, instructors, supervisor and assessors are appropriately qualified for particular types and levels of training or assessment of competence of seafarers either on board or ashore, as required under the Convention, in accordance with the provisions of this section.

Ir-192 고선량률 선원에 대한 공기커마강도의 품질보증 (Quality Assurance of Air Kerma Strength for Ir-192 High Dose Rate Source)

  • AAPM TG43 프로토콜에서 선원 강도의 측정은 공기커마강도로 권고하고 있다. 본 연구는 제조사에서 제공되는 공기커마강도의 정확성이 ${\pm}5%$ 범위 이내에 있는지 측정으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. Standard imaging사의 MAX-4001 Electrometer와 HDR 1000 Plus, 그리고 6 french bronchial Applicator를 재료로 사용하여, 이온함의 중심축의 바닥으로부터 10 mm 지점에서 90 mm 지점까지 이온화 전류를 측정하였다. 측정된 이온화 전류 곡선에서 최대 이온화 전류를 나타내는 거리를 교정의 기준점으로 정하고, 이 이온화 전류 측정치로부터 공기커마강도를 구하였다. 이온화 전류 곡선의 정점인 최대 이온화 전류에 대응하는 거리는 50 mm이었다. 이 거리는 UW-ADCL의 교정 검증서의 선원의 기준점과 완전히 일치하였다. 측정으로 계산된 공기커마강도는 제조사에서 제공된 교정치보다 약 0.5% 더 높게 측정되었다. 제조사에서 제공되는 교정 검증서의 공기커마강도는 신뢰할 수 있는 정확성을 가졌다는 결과를 얻었다. 측정에서 우물형 이온함 안의 dead space의 길이와 선원의 dwell position으로 이동 오차 그리고 산란선의 영향 등을 고려하면, 정확한 측정과 교정의 결과를 얻을 수 있다고 생각된다.
