2관성계의 부분적인 상태궤환을 갖는 $H_{\infty}$제어 (Partial State Feedback $H_{\infty}$ Control of Two-Mass System)

  • In the industrial motor drive system which is composed of a motor and load connected with a flexible shaft, a torsional vibration is often generated because of the elastic elements in torque transmission. This vibration, which is generated in a two-mass mechanical system. To solve this problem, recently there has been a lot of researches for the robust control relevant to the $H_{\infty}$ control suppressing the torsional vibration and rejecting the torque disturbance. In the case of the $H_{\infty}$controller, however, the command tracking property becomes worse because of overshoot during transient response. For this reason the $H_{\infty}$ controller, which includes the two-degrees-of-freedom(TDOF) controller, is designed in order to improve command tracking property. However, it also includes complexity realizing this controller. In this paper, a new $H_{\infty}$ controller with partial state feedback is proposed. Proposed $H_{\infty}$controller has simple structure but satisfies with the fast command tracking property and the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations simultaneously, just like the complicated TDOF $H_{\infty}$ controller.

  • 본 연구에서는 위의 세가지 보간 알고리즘 가운데서 가장 속도의 균일성이 좋은 DDA방식을 채택하였다. 그리고 윤곽제어에서 가공경로는 대개 직선과 원호 구간의 조합으로 구성되어질 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 직선 및 원호보간만 고려하기로 한다.

  • This paper introduces a new active magnetic bearing(AMB) that can provide both radial and axial control functions in one bearing unit without axial disk. It has a structure of double four-pole AMB or a four-pole AMB where each core is split into two axially. The cores have two kinds of coil winding; they independently generate fluxes on the planes perpendicular or parallel to the shaft. For the radial control action, it works just like a conventional four-pole AMB. Meanwhile, for the axial control, it uses the Lorentz force generated by the interaction of the bias flux for radial control and the axial control flux. In this paper, the proposed structure, principle, and design process based on magnetic flux analysis are introduced, and its feasibility is experimentally verified by using a simple PD control algorithm with a feedforward loop to compensate the coupled flux effect.

  • In this study, the increasing gear boxes for the high speed vertical in-line centrifugal pump are developed through rotor dynamic analysis. The developed increasing gear boxes are two kinds for 18000rpm and 25000rpm at the output shaft. The gear sets suitable for high speed and high load are manufactured by investigating AGMA bending strength and AGMA surface strength severely. The rotor dynamic analysis on gear sets and bearings is performed in order to avoid the critical speeds and other troubles. As a result of study, the two increasing gear boxes for the high speed vertical in-line centrifugal pump are designed and manufactured.

  • Model tests on free standing pile groups and piled footings with varying a pile spacing in two layered soils are carried out. The influence of pile cap on the behaviors of end bearing pile groups is analyzed by comparing the bearing behavior in piled footings with those in a single pile, a shallow footing(cap alone) and free standing pile groups. From the test results, it is found that the bearing characteristics of cap-soil-pile system are related with load levels and pile spacings. Before yield, the bearing resistance by cap is not fully mobilized, however, as the applied load increases, the bearing resistance of cap approaches to that of cap alone and settlement hardening occurs after yield due to the compaction caused by the contact pressure between cap and soil. By the cap-soil-pile interaction, shaft friction and point resistance of piles considerably increase with dependency of pile spacings. In two layered soil, the increasing effect of dilatancy in dense sandy soil adjacent to pile tips, increases the point resistance of pile.

  • During the last decade, engine makers have developed new types or increasing power rate engines to enlarge theirs marketing shear in two stroke, low-speed diesel engines. As the results, these engines have increased the additional stresses due to torsional vibration more than old model engines. The torsional vibration dampers are necessary in order to reduce heigher additional stresses of intermediate and crank shaft in these engine. In this paper, the optimum designing of Geislinger type torsional Damper has been carried out, based on the theoretical conception. The dynamic characteristics and performance fo dampers are estimated by the measuring results obtained with the monitoring system of dampers and additional stresses of propulsion shafts.

추진축이 센터베어링으로 지지된 차량 구동계의 출발시 진동해석 (Vibration Analysis of Driveline with Propeller Shaft Supported by Center Bearing when the Vehicle Starts)

  • This paper considers the vibration problem of vehicle driveline which consists of two propeller shafts and the center bearing. The excessive vibration occurs at the center bearing when the vehicle starts to run. Using the kinematic constraints at the universal joint between two propeller shafts, we develop an one d.o.f model which describes the radial motion of the center bearing. We find out the vibration occurs at the specific vehicle speed corresponding to the natural frequency of the model. Comparing the simulation results with test results we also show that the vibration at low vehicle speed is caused primarily by the joint angle and secondarily by the mis-aligned yoke flange rather than by the unbalance.
