Today organizations are making considerable efforts in order to maintain excellent talent, and in particular, they are focusing on understanding their intentions of changing jobs which are most highly correlated with job turnover. In the case of architectural design firms, its intensity of work is very high unlike industrial settings, and it not only takes much time to cultivate new men of talent and but also is characteristic that employees can change livery easily because of the flexible labor market. The turnover rated by National Statistical Office indicates that specialized, scientific and technical service industry including the architectural design firm has a relatively high turnover rate compared to the average of the turnover rate of the overall industries. However, studies on intentions of changing jobs until now were conducted focused on employees engaged in other industrial areas, and it is true that studies regarding intentions of changing jobs of practitioners of architectural design firms are very insufficient. In this context, the present study aimed to draw determinants affecting intentions of changing jobs of practitioners of architectural design firms, to objectively understand the practitioners' intentions of changing jobs through importance analysis by each factor based on this and to make a comparative analysis of differences between the large scale architectural design firms and the small and medium sized architectural design firms.

The paper aims to examine the relationship between various types of motivation and satisfaction as well as turnover intentions of public university lecturers. Intrinsic motivation is found to affect both satisfaction and turnover, while for extrinsic motivation, only one type has a significant effect on satisfaction. The web-based questionnaire with convenience sampling was chosen to approach target respondents. Data was collected by sending a link of the questionnaire to the lecturers' email. There were 700 questionnaires collected. Of which 681 valid responses, after screening out unusual questionnaires. In order to fulfill these aims, the authors employed structural equation modeling with maximum likelihood method supported by AMOS software with 681 valid samples. The evidence confirms the high correlation between intrinsic motivation and satisfaction for university lecturers which has been shown in previous studies. With regard to extrinsic motivation, extrinsic regulation (material) is found to have a positive influence on satisfaction, meaning financial rewards and job security will lead to his contentment while introjected regulation is a source of dissatisfaction. The results also demonstrate that intrinsic motivation is negatively correlated with turnover intentions. A person who is interested in the job itself is less likely to leave his or her job due to a keen passion for it.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between traumatic events and turnover intention among nurses working in intensive care units (ICUs). Method : In this predictive correlation study, the convenience sample included 133 ICU nurses. Data were collected using an online, structured self-report survey. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, an analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results : The most frequently experienced traumatic events in ICUs were "nursing patients with abnormal behavior, including shouting and delirium," "end-of-life care," and "nursing patients with a risk of disease transmission, including AIDS and tuberculosis." The moderating effect of emotional intelligence was found to be statistically significant on the relationship between traumatic events and turnover intentions (𝛽=-0.15, p =.029). Conclusion : Intervention to improve the emotional intelligence of ICU nurses can be a salient strategy to reduce turnover intention resulting from traumatic events.
This study aims for strengthening the ability of home visiting care giver by figuring out interpersonal stress of bearing hardships which affect turnover intentions of home visiting care givers and by focusing on mediating effect of burnout. Also age and experience of turnover have some connection with turnover intentions. Second, interpersonal stress of burnout and turnover intentions have static correlation. Third, the interpersonal stress represents increasing level of stress of burnout and the intervention of burnout shows static effects on turnover intentions of care givers. Suggestions of this study's results are, first, solution of interpersonal stress which home visiting care givers are facing should be improved by families' support or encouragement. In addition, the more professional and organized job training should be advanced to improve the understanding of various situations and coping skills. Second, the more interest should be need on business characteristics and environmental limitation. Also many centers that support care givers should reinforce their role. Third, to decrease the turnover intention which comes from interpersonal stress, doing some burnout research could be helpful and especially the legal regime which supports the research of burnout is essential.

Background: The mining industry is considered as one of the most dangerous and hazardous industries and the need for effective and efficient occupational health and safety management is critical to safeguard workers and the industry. Despite the dangers and hazards present in the mining industry, only few studies have focused on how occupational health and safety and turnover intentions in the mines. Method: The study suing a cross-sectional survey design collected quantitative data from the 255 mine workers that were conveniently sampled from the Ghanaian mining industry. The data collection tools were standardized questionnaires that measured occupational health and safety management and turnover intentions. These scales were also pretested before their usage in actual data collection. Results: The correlation coefficient showed that a negative relationship existed between dimensions of occupational health and safety management and turnover intention; safety leadership (r = -0.33, p < 0.01); supervision (r = -0.26, p < 0.01); safety facilities and equipment (r = -0.32, p < 0.01); safety procedure (r = -0.27, p < 0.01). Among these dimensions, safety leadership and safety facility were significant predictors of turnover intention, (${\beta}=-0.28$, p < 0.01) and (${\beta}=-0.24$, p < 0.01) respectively. The study also found that turnover intention of employees is heavily influenced by the commitment of safety leadership in ensuring the effective formulation of policies and supervision of occupational health and safety at the workplace. Conclusion: The present study demonstrates that safety leadership is crucial in the administration of occupational health and safety and reducing turnover intention in organizations.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the level and the major causes of job stress, and the causes of the high level of job turnover rate of fashion merchandisers and fashion designers. The study also examined the correlations among the major causes of job stress, job results and job turnover rate. A part of the questionnaire consisted of questions on major causes of job stress, job result, and intention and trial to leave a job. The subjects were to rate on 5 point Likert-type scales. The other part included the questions on demographic and individual characteristics of the subjects and their company characteristics. For the survey, the subjects were 99 fashion merchandisers and 128 fashion designers who are employed by mens or womens wear manufacturers. The SAS PC+ package was used to calculate frequency, Cronbach $\alpha$, multiple regressions. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The high degree of the job results were resulted from the high degree of specialties in their job characteristics, high contentment in human relations, career development and income, and low role conflict. 2. Stronger intentions and more trials to leave their job were correlated to better task performance in the workplace, lower commitment to their job, and lower job satisfaction. 3. Higher level of job stress caused by interpersonal relationship in the organization and contentment in career development and income affected stronger intentions and more trials to leave their job.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the factors influencing the turnover intention of nurses in coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and general wards. Methods: Data were collected through a survey of 340 nurses at seven public hospitals in Gyeonggi Province from October 12 to October 30 in 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: The job demand stress of nurses in COVID-19 wards was 63.99±8.05 points, which was lower than 65.77±7.35 points of nurses in general wards. The turnover intention of nurses in COVID-19 wards was 3.24±0.74 points, which was higher than the 3.06±0.67 points of those in general wards. The multiple regression analysis indicates that the factors affecting the turnover intention of the two groups (COVID-19 and general wards) were type of wards (β=-.15, p<.001), age (COVID-19 wards: β=-.37, p<.001, General wards: β=-.40, p<.001), job resource stress (COVID-19 wards: β=.52, p<.001, general indicates: β=.60, p<.001), and clinical experience in present wards (COVID-19: β=.13, p=.021). Conclusion: The results indicate that nurses who care for COVID-19 patients have higher turnover intentions than general nurses and suggests that a decrease in the job resource stress is vital for reducing nurse turnover intentions.
This study examines the effects of work-family conflict among public social welfare officers on turnover intentions and verifies the mediating effects of exhaustion and job satisfaction. For research and analysis, the data of a survey conducted by the Nowon District Research Organization were used to determine the actual state of welfare personnel in charge of the community center's home-visiting service, and an analysis was conducted of 146 public social welfare officers from 19 community centers located in the Nowon District. The analysis results show that work-family conflict affects exhaustion but does not have either a direct or indirect effect on turnover intentions. On the basis of these results, the study proposes policy and practical implications for a work-family compatibility support policy to reduce exhaustion and increase job satisfaction among public social welfare officers.
