시차구조의 설정에 따른 시장변동의 조정과정 분석 (An Analysis for the Adjustment Process of Market Variations by the Formulation of Time tag Structure)

  • 서로 연관관계에 있는 실제의 통계자료들은 동태적, 확률적 동시발생적으로 유발되며, 이로 인해 한 자료의 변동이 다른 자료에 미치는 영향은 같은 기간 뿐 아니라 시차를 두고 여러 기간에 걸쳐 지속되며 조정되어 간다. 그러나 일반적인 선형, 비선형 통계모형을 사용하여 현실동향을 분석하는 경우 자료의 이러한 특성에서 오는 시차관계를 통상 무시함으로써 변수 사이의 관계는 같은 기간 내에 결정되어야 하는 제약이 가해지게 된다. 그 결과 시간이 흐름에 따라 이들의 관계가 변화하는 과정이나 한 변수의 변동이 다른 변수에 미치는 장기적 영향도 추정할 수 없을 뿐 아니라 현실여건의 변동이나 전개과정을 설명하는 데도 큰 결함을 갖게 된다. 시차관계가 존재하는 변수에 실제 여건에 합당한 시차구조가 설정되면 현실이 정확히 반영되고, 모형에 내재된 변수들의 장단기 변동상황과 동태적 적응과정이 파악됨과 동시에 다양한 분석이 가능해지므로 모형의 활용도는 높아지게 된다.

광섬유 센서의 보링 바 삽입에 의한 진동측정 (The Vibration Measurement of Boring Process by Using the Optical Fiber Sensor at inside of Boring Bar)

  • Chattering in cutting operations are usually a cumbersome part of the manufacturing process in mechanical. Particular, machining performance such as that of the boring process is limited by cutting condition at the movable components. Among various sources of chatter vibration, detrimental point in cutting condition is found a mechanical condition on overhang. It limits cutting speed, depth, surface roughness and tool wear failure as result because the all properties are varying with the metal removal process. In this case, we have to observe the resonance frequencies of a boring bar for continuous cutting. In the established research, boring bar vibration of cutting system has been measured with the aid of accelerometer. However, the inherent parameters of internal turning operations are severely limit for the real time monitoring on accelerometers. At this point, this paper is proposed other method for real time monitoring during continuous cutting with optical fiber at the inside of boring bar. This method has been used a plastic fiber in the special jig on boring bar by based on experimental modal analysis. In this study, improvement of monitoring system on continuous internal cutting was attempted using optical fiber sensor of inside type because usually chattering is investigated experimentally measuring the variation in chip thickness. It is demonstrated that the optical fiber sensor is possibility to measure of chattering with real time in boring process.

전기 임피던스 분광법을 이용한 시멘트계 재료의 응결 특성 평가 (Setting Characteristic Assessment of Cementitious Materials using Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy)

  • 본 연구에서는 전기 임피던스 분광법을 이용하여 시멘트계 재료의 응결 시점을 평가하였다. 시멘트 페이스트 시편을 제작한 후 전기노드를 매립하여 전기 임피던스 응답 스펙트럼의 변화를 연속적으로 모니터링하였으며, 이와 동시에 간이단열시험을 통한 수화온도측정과 비카트침 시험을 함께 수행하였다. 전기 임피던스 분광법에서는 시멘트 페이스트의 수화와 동시에 컨덕턴스가 서서히 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 이후, 특정시점에 이르러 컨덕턴스는 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 이후 또다른 특정시점에서 완만하게 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 이러한 특정 시점은 간이단열시험 및 비카트침 시험에 의해 측정된 응결시점과 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 전기 임피던스 분광법을 이용하여 시멘트계 재료의 응결을 효과적으로 모니터링하는 것이 가능하리라 판단된다.

자종공무마모계측시스템개발 (System Development for Automatic Tool Wear Measurement)

  • This study has been performed to present a new automatic tool wear measurement by digital image processing. The purpose of this paper is to develop an automatic tool wear measuring system based on the image processing which can be applied to the quasi-real time measurement of the characteristics of insert tip in turning. Tool wear monitoring is one of the key-problems, for the development of control systems of modern unmanned factory which are not completely solved now. In oredr words at present complete qualitative and quantitative information on tool wear morphology is required, at least on the following aspects : flank wear, its dimensions and distribution on the maximum and mean values on VB pqrqmeter in the various zones of the wearland. crater wear, its main dimensions and values of KT parameters. This research has been performed to this technique made possible by designing a proper lighting system to the worn tool with following features : The flank wear is measured by observing the active cutting part from a proper direction and by lighting the wearland by a diffuser optic system. The crater wear is visualized by lighting the tool by a He-Ne gas laser system developed in this study. By means of this system it is research to evaluate classical parameters of tool wear and to have complete information about tool wear morphology.

TSM기법을 고려한 부산지역 간선도로의 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Design of the Arterial in Pusan Area Using the TSM Techniques)

  • In this study for relieving traffic congestion on the main arterial in Pusan using TSM Techniques, the travel system, roadway system and signal system analyses were dine. Through these above analyses, it was shown that the peak-time periods on the main arterial were shaped between 10 : 00 and 11 : 00 in the morning and between 15 : 00 and 16 : 00 in the afternoon for the business and shopping trips. Especially, there appeared to be about 23% reduction in the average delay when roadway system management including left-turn links increased were done, about 29% reduction in the average delay when signal system management including the signal phases and timings readjusted were conducted, and about 48% reduction in average delay when roadway system and signal system management were taken into consideration simultaneously. Based upon these results, it was concluded that there might be considerably better results in the average delay if the progressive signal system analyses on the arterial were applied with the land and road widths balanced, the difference on the turning vehicles and mid-block volumes readjusted, and roadside parking traffic prohibited.

A FUZZY LOGIC CONTROLLER DESIGN FOR VEHICLE ABS WITH A ON-LINE OPTIMIZED TARGET WHEEL SLIP RATIO

  • For a vehicle Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), the control target is to maintain friction coefficients within maximum range to ensure minimum stopping distance and vehicle stability. But in order to achieve a directionally stable maneuver, tire side forces must be considered along with the braking friction. Focusing on combined braking and turning operation conditions, this paper presents a new control scheme for an ABS controller design, which calculates optimal target wheel slip ratio on-line based on vehicle dynamic states and prevailing road condition. A fuzzy logic approach is applied to maintain the optimal target slip ratio so that the best compromise between braking deceleration, stopping distance and direction stability performances can be obtained for the vehicle. The scheme is implemented using an 8-DOF nonlinear vehicle model and simulation tests were carried out in different conditions. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is robust and effective. Compared with a fixed-slip ratio scheme, the stopping distance can be decreased with satisfactory directional control performance meanwhile.

미술관 전시공간 형태의 변화에 따른 관람자의 작품 인지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Public's Perception on Accordance with Change of Exhibition Space in an Art museum)

  • In the Relationship between exhibition space and art work in museum, new paradigm has being presented from 1990' s as a turning point. Even if the formal exhibition space that emphasizes itself as a background has currently being continued, the informal exhibition space is coming to the new art museums, especially after 1990's. This study is to understand how the advent of informal form of space in an exhibition of art museum makes a new paradigm in the relation between the exhibition space and art work in conjunction with public's perception after 1990' s that is identified to the time of Pluralism. To do this, the study raised a question on how the public perceive the relation between space and art work through photographs that contain the information on relation between space and art work. And the questionnaire performed through the curators who are working for art museum, students who studies fine art, students who studies design and public who comes to art museum. After survey through this questionnaire, it is made clear that the informal form of space simply has played a role of background since the beginning of art museum. In other hands, the informal form of space that is mainly presented after 1990' s begins to interrupt the public's perception of art work, changing it's meaning through a spatiality.

여객선 세월호의 전복 요인 분석 (Analysis the factors on the capsize of passenger vessel Sewol)

  • A historical tragic disaster happened by capsizing the passenger ship Sewol at South Western Sea of Korea in 16, April 2014. The ship which left Incheon harbour to bound for Jeju port passed Maengol strait and reached to approach of Byung Pung island, and then capsized and sank with a sudden inclination to the portside in the mean time of starboard the helm. In this time, the ship which has very poor stability without sufficient ballast waters and with over loading cargo listed port side caused by the centrifugal force acting to the outside of turning. A lot of cargoes not fastened moved to the port side consequently, and the ship came to beam end to capsize and sank in the end. No crews including especially captain would offer their own duties in a such extremely urgent time, as a result, enormous number of victims broke out including a lot of student. In this report, author carried out some calculation on the factors which influenced on the stability of the ship, i.e. the ship's speed, the rudder angle, the weight of cargoes and distance of movement, the surface effect of liquid in the tank. We found out that the most causes of capsize were the poor stability with heavy cargoes and insufficient amount of ballast water against the rule, and the cargoes unfastened moved one side to add the inclination as well. Above all, the owner be blamable because of the illegally operating the ship without keeping the rule.

Etch Characteristics of $SiO_2$ by using Pulse-Time Modulation in the Dual-Frequency Capacitive Coupled Plasma

  • The capacitive coupled plasma (CCP) has been extensively used in the semiconductor industry because it has not only good uniformity, but also low electron temperature. But CCP source has some problems, such as difficulty in varying the ion bombardment energy separately, low plasma density, and high processing pressure, etc. In this reason, dual frequency CCP has been investigated with a separate substrate biasing to control the plasma parameters and to obtain high etch rate with high etch selectivity. Especially, in this study, we studied on the etching of $SiO_2$ by using the pulse-time modulation in the dual-frequency CCP source composed of 60 MHz/ 2 MHz rf power. By using the combination of high /low rf powers, the differences in the gas dissociation, plasma density, and etch characteristics were investigated. Also, as the size of the semiconductor device is decreased to nano-scale, the etching of contact hole which has nano-scale higher aspect ratio is required. For the nano-scale contact hole etching by using continuous plasma, several etch problems such as bowing, sidewall taper, twist, mask faceting, erosion, distortions etc. occurs. To resolve these problems, etching in low process pressure, more sidewall passivation by using fluorocarbon-based plasma with high carbon ratio, low temperature processing, charge effect breaking, power modulation are needed. Therefore, in this study, to resolve these problems, we used the pulse-time modulated dual-frequency CCP system. Pulse plasma is generated by periodical turning the RF power On and Off state. We measured the etch rate, etch selectivity and etch profile by using a step profilometer and SEM. Also the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis on the surfaces etched by different duty ratio conditions correlate with the results above.

기후변화를 고려한 GIS 자료 기반의 금강유역 수문기상시계열 특성 분석 (A Hydrometeorological Time Series Analysis of Geum River Watershed with GIS Data Considering Climate Change)

  • 본 연구는 금강유역을 대상으로 과거 약 30년간의 기상 수문시계열자료들을 수집해 다양한 통계분석을 수행하여 기후변화의 영향을 정량적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 기상자료로 금강유역 기상관측소 8개소의 37개년(1973~2009)의 기온, 강수량, 상대습도 자료를 수집하였고, 하천수위자료는 수위자료와 수위-유량관계곡선의 신뢰성 문제, 이후 수행될 장기유출분석을 고려하여 공주, 규암 수위관측소의 36개년(1973~2008)의 자료를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료의 평균, 표준편차, 왜곡도, 변동계수를 산출하여 연 계절별로 수문기상인자의 경년변화를 파악한 결과 기상인자 중 강수량의 변동성이 가장 크게 나타나 경년별 변화가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 수문학적 지속성 분석을 위해 Run 검정, Turning Point 검정, Anderson Exact검정을 이용하여 시계열자료에 주기성이 있는지 분석한 결과 기온과 강수는 무작위성, 상대습도, 하천수위는 지속성을 가지는 인자로 분석되었고 지하수위는 관측소별, 기간별로 무작위성과 지 속성이 혼재되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경향성 분석을 위해 단순 선형 회귀분석과 Mann-Kendall 검정법을 이용한 결과 기온은 연 계절 모두 증가경향이 나타났고, 강수량은 여름에만 증가경향이 나타났으며, 상대습도는 뚜렷한 감소경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기후변화로 인해 발생될 수 있는 수자원의 영향을 평가하고 미래 물 관리 적응기술 개발 및 계획 수립을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
