With the advent of the Internet and the development of mobile digital devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, the communication service paradigm began to shift from existing voice services to data services. Recently, as social network services (SNS) are activated and 4th industrial revolution technologies centered on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) such as Big Data, Blockchain, Cloud, and 5G/6G are rapidly developed, the amount of shared data type and the amount of data are increasing rapidly. As the transition to a digital society begins actively, the importance of using data information, as well as the economic and social values of personal information are becoming increasingly important. As a result, they are actively discussing policies to revitalize the data information industry around the world and ways to efficiently obtain, analyze, and utilize increasingly diverse and vast data, as well as to protect/guarantee the rights of information subjects (providers) in various fields such as society, culture, economy, and politics.. In this paper, in order to improve the self-determination right of personal information on data produced by information subjects, and further expand the use of safe data and the data economy, a differentiated data trusts system was considered and suggested. In addition, the components and data trusts procedures necessary to efficiently operate the data trusts system in Korea were considered, and the non-profit data trusts system and the for-profit data trusts system were considered as a way to flexibly operate the data trusts system. Furthermore, the legal items necessary for the implementation of the data trusts system were investigated and considered. In this paper, in order to propose a domestic data trusts system, cases related to existing data trusts systems such as the United States, Japan, and Korea were reviewed and analyzed. In addition, in order to prepare legislation necessary for the data trusts system, data-related laws in major countries and domestic legal and policy trends were reviewed to study the rights that conflict or overlap with existing laws, and differences were investigated and considered. The Data trusts system proposed in this paper is a reasonable system that is expected to recognize the asset value of data in the capitalist market economy system, to provide legitimate compensation for data produced by data subjects, and further to contribute greatly to the use of safe data and creation of a new service market.

This study aimed to explore the relationships between human resource management systems, trusts, and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. The results of this study are, human resource management systems direct impacts on trusts, and organizational commitments. and trust direct influences to organizational commitment. And trusts influence mediating effects between human resource management systems and organizational commitments. These results suggests that new direction of the importance of human resource managements and the importance of trusts by employees on competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantage.

This paper explored that medial consumers' trusts in both hospitals and doctors are developed by and during investigating hospital websites and that these trusts directly build the consumers' purchase intentions of the hospitals' offline medical services. 208 questionnaires based on the websites of two virtual hospitals, captured on survey brochures, were collected and analyzed. This research indicated information quality of hospital websites affected more on developing consumers' trusts than service quality.

This paper aims at analyzing the characteristics of performance and asset management system of listed property trusts(LPT) in Australia, and elucidating the implications for Korean real estate indirect investment market. The main results of this paper are as follows. Firstly, LPT have a leading position among the real estate indirect investment systems in Australia, through the rapid growth of market capitalization. Secondly, LPT achieved superior risk adjustment performance than other financial products, and had valid portfolio diversification effect. Thirdly, many LPT have used stapled securities structure as a asset management system, and stapled LPT revealed superior risk adjustment performance than unit LPT. Finally, implications and policy measures such as using the stapled structure and activating the development activities were examined for the development of Korean real estate indirect investment market.

In this article, we try to study the relationship among quality management activities, employee trusts, and employee satisfactions in small venture companies in Korea. Based on the previous studies, we build a couple of hypotheses about communication, process management, business policies, innovative changes, employee trust and employee satisfaction. From our empirical study, we find that communication and innovative changes have an positive effect on employee trust. Also, employee satisfaction is positively influenced by employee trust. Our study provides the following implications for organization management. First, for employee satisfaction, in an organization, it is very important to build employee trusts among higher managements, firms, business processes, evaluations, and employees. Second, in order to build employee trusts, our study shows that improving communications among employees and customers and having continuous innovative changes such as improving current business processes, problem solving, establishing standards and maintaing high productions are important.

This work aims to explore personal coping and insight experience in mental disorder symptoms from the perspective of the parties in order to lay an empirical basis for the transition of the mental health service paradigm from a medical model to a human rights model. For this purpose, in-depth interviews with 8 persons with mental disorders were conducted and a model of practice was suggested through analysis using the grounded theory. As a result, 11 categories, 23 sub-categories and 132 concepts were identified. According to the analysis of this study, people with mental disorders have changed their perspective on symptoms through in-depth insight into their identities and symptoms as mental disorders, and discovered their own autonomous ways to cope with symptoms, managing their daily lives. Therefore, in developing a Korean alternative model for people with mental disorders, it is necessary to prepare conditions to find their own countermeasures through opportunities for insight.

Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is rapidly growing the attention of many firms as a care technology for their businesses. As RFID moves into the mainstream, it replaces the standard barcodes that is used to identify and track products for a long time. With the intention of gaining competitive advantages, some firms have started the changeover to RFID technology while others have been disinclined to adopt it. Thus, this study examines firms as an attempt to identify key organizational characteristics driving the ear1y adoption and successful implementation of RFID. Results from 228 adopting organizations show Organizational Needs(Ubiquity and Performance Gaps), Technological Factors(Perceived Benefits and Perceived Cost Savings) and RFID Reduced Risk have a significant influence on RFID initiation. In addition, Trust Factors(Institutional Trusts and Inter-organizational Trusts) have a significant impact on RFID Reduced Risk. Finally, Organizational Readiness(Financial Resources and Technological Knowledge) have a significant influence as moderating effects between RFID initiation and adoption. The implications of the findings propose a new theoretical framework for the future IT/IS adoption study and offer suggestions for RFID researchers and practitioners in the development of the technology.

The purpose of this study tried to reveal how human capitals of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affects corporate trust and organizational citizenship behaviors. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effect that the trust among coworkers have contributed to human capital and organizational citizenship behaviors. The result of this study shows that Human capital have a great effect on the trust among employees and organizational citizenship behaviors. And it has been outed that the trust between the company and employees is a mediating effect between human capital and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results of this research shows that for competitive advantage under the competitive environment of the hotel industry, in addition to human resource management and organizational management, the management system which emphasizes the importance of human capital and the trust among company members should be built.

Domestic construction companies are suffering from financing difficulties in the wake of the economic slump in Korea and abroad. During this economic slump, real estate investment trusts (REITs), facilitators for improving financing and stimulating construction businesses, have increasingly expanded since their introduction in 2001. However, in terms of growth speed and marketing size, Korean REITs are falling behind those of other nations. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method for composing a portfolio using the Markowitz portfolio selection model to stimulate REITs. The main contents are as follows. First, a comparative analysis was conducted of increased REIT profit with the application of the Markowitz model and the average REIT profit rate from July 3, 2007, to July 21, 2008, during the investment analysis periods. The results showed that the total profit rate from the Markowitz model was about 10% higher than the average REIT profit rate. Second, the sensitivity was analyzed according to the portfolio's data-gathering and replacement cycle to measure the optimum cycle and yield. The six-mouth profit data collection period showed about 16% higher profits with the Markowitz model than with the REITs. The two-week portfolio change period resulted in about 11% higher profits with the Markowitz model than with the REITs.

The wave of globalisation initiated by marketisation has increasingly penetrated into all sectors across the world, accordingly, the health & hospital service sector could not be made no escapes, and it currently faces the order of more marketised competition more than ever. Traditionally, the characteristic of the hospital services in the UK has considered as a model of social provision by government. However, contrary to our knowledge, the sphere of the hospital service in the UK has already been immersed in by the marketisation, in which the private actors have been embedded in order to tweak the activities of the hospital service with in the European Union. As the methodology of this research, the qualitative analysis, namely the interview with some doctors in Surgery, NHS Trusts staffs and relevant specialists in has been performed on April to May, 2003. And on the other hand, the various documents related to its service have been analysed. Thus, this paper will review the characteristics of the health service sector in the UK. In doing so, it will illuminate what would be the structural factors derived from its existing system, as a result, it will shed light on how the UK government makes an effort to resolve the problematic situation by reviewing the policy direction of Foundation Hospital proposed recently. In the next stage, it will analyse how all elements consist of the hospital management in the UK has been adjusted and be likely to be changed within Europe. More specifically focuses on how the private hospital service has been managed and related with the activities of its public hospital service-NHS Trusts. Also, under the circumstance, what private health insurance companies function will be studied. In conclusion, it will be concluded that what will be the implication of Korean hospital service market so as to correspond to globally open market by WTO. Now the UK health service system has faced a turning point of becoming more health care market internally and externally pressed by global and regional factors. Thus it is meaningful to scrutinize how a key part of social provision in the health care market system tends to adjust to globally marketised regulation.
