This paper develops an integrative model for IT continuance in the internet shopping environments by integrating the expectation-confirmation and the switching cost factors. Using this model, in addition, this study investigates their differential effects on the mediating variables, such as user satisfaction, commitment, and trust which have been identified as antecedents of users' IT continuance intention. Results show that the product and service-related expectation confirmation factors and the relational switching cost factor can have greater impacts on users continuance intention than the web site design factors, and the financial and procedural switching cost factors. In particular, it is interesting to note that relational switching cost can lead users to more commitment, which is revealed as the strongest antecedent of their continuance intention to use a certain shopping site.

Mobile agents based e-commerce system has many advantage than traditional e-commerce-information gathering on goods, price settlement and payment, delivery of the goods purchased, and so on. However, due to the security vulnerability that stems from mobile agent's mobility, mobile agents based e-commerce system has additional security problems. Therefore, in order to do e-commerce securely in th system, first of al the security issues on mobile agents must be addressed. It this paper, we propose a mobile agent transfer protocol that provides confidentiality and integrity of mobile agent in transit and mutual authentication for communicating hosts. We further show the security of the protocol against many possible attacks. Also, we suggest the location management mechanism of mobile agents based on the trust center. This mechanism is capable of finding their locations transparently and detecting mobile agent clones.

컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 해킹, 바이러스, 인터넷-웜 등을 이용한 사이버 공격의 급속한 증가는 사이버 공격 정보를 수집 분석하여 대응하는 사이버공격대응시스템에 대한 연구를 촉진하였다. 현재 사이버공격대응시스템의 구성 요소 중 사이버 공격 정보를 종합하여 분석하는 분석센터와 분산되어 있는 침입탐지 센서들 사이의 침입 정보교환 표준은 IETF IDMEF로 표준화되고 있으나, 분석센터의 공격 분석 결과를 바탕으로 계속되는 공격을 차단하기 위해 침입차단시스템에 새로운 보안 정책을 교환하는 방법에는 상용 제품들이 사이의 상호 연동 인증에 사용되는 OPSEC 등이 존재하지만 아직 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분석센터가 침입차단시스템에 새로운 보안 정책을 하달하고, 침입차단시스템에서 보안 정책을 집행하는 데 일관된 방법을 사용할 수 있도록 신뢰관리시스템을 사이버공격대응시스템에 적용하는 방안을 제시하고 이를 기존 방법들과 비교 분석한다.

Due to the low usage level of traditional financial services in many developing countries, Fintech services that often substitute for such traditional services with greater convenience have great potential in these markets. However, there have thus far been relatively few attempts to examine Fintech adoption in developing countries. As financial services are a highly sensitive industry in terms of government regulation and consumer trust, it is critical for policymakers to understand how to foster a healthy Fintech marketplace in developing country environments. In this paper, we review the scholarly literature on Fintech adoption with respect to three stakeholder groups: customers, service providers, and policymakers. Adding with practitioner-oriented documentation relating to Fintech adoption in Vietnam, we derive propositions for Fintech adoption research in Vietnam and similar developing countries. We collect these propositions as a framework that suggests avenues for future research.

This study aimed at finding the factors impacting customer satisfaction (CS) for conversion farm with $2^{nd}$ and $3^{rd}$ industry, because the most important thing in the conversion farm is enhancing customer satisfaction. The data on CS from 173 pumpkin farm's customers by on-line survey were gathered. The analysis using structural equation model with Amos was carried out. Product, service and purchasing were determined as 3 factors impacting to CS. The result showed that purchasing is the biggiest contributor to CS. It means the customers using on-ine market are very sensitive to farm's brand and logistics. It is also found that conversion with processing and farm experience activity is definitely affecting to building customer's trust. In conclusion, making efforts on enhancing CS in conversion farm is the key to success.

본 연구의 목적은 인천지역의 공단에서 발생하고 있는 공장폐수의 위탁 및 부탁관리를 위한 WebGIS 시스템을 구축하기 위한 방안에 대하여 연구하는데 있다. WebGIS 시스템은 공단지역의 위탁업체와 수탁업체의 공간정보를 사용자에게 제공하고 공단지역에서 발생되는 공장폐수 위탁량 및 수탁량 분포도를 시민들에게 제공하는 기능을 수행한다. 공장폐수에 대한 정확한 발생량을 관리함으로써 인천지역에서 발생되는 수질오염사고를 사전에 예방하고 오염사고 발생 시 신속한 대처방안을 도출 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. WebGIS를 이용한 공장폐수의 위탁량 및 수탁량 분포를 관리함으로써 시민들의 환경오염에 대한 생각을 고취시키고 지속적인 관리가 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

넷북은 크기, 무게, 가격의 이점으로 한 때 시장에서 강력한 하이테크 기기로 인정받은 적이 있다. 그렇지만 제품 자체가 가지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 시장에서 도태되고 있다. 본 연구는 넷북 사용자들을 대상으로 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여 제품의 시장실패 요인을 찾고자 하였다. 실증연구결과, 사용자들의 입장에서 일반적으로 부정적 요인으로 간주된 사용 비용, 사용 노력, 관련 기기 부족은 제품의 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는데 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다만, 소유자들이 제품에 대해 갖고 있는 불신은 제품의 부정적 가치를 지각하는데 유의하게 영향을 미쳤고, 제품의 부정적 지각은 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷북과 같은 하이테크 제품의 공급자는 소비자와 신뢰형성이 시장에서의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으므로, 경영전략의 수립 및 실행에 이를 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다.

RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) systems is a wireless frequency recognition technology that can be used to recognize, trace and identify people, things and animals using RFID. Recently, RFID systems have emerged as new forms of interorganizational systems(IOS). Because of their capability for real-time identification and tacking over large distances, some believe that RFID systems will fundamentally change the my companies do business. The purpose of this study is empirically examined RFID systems adoption for u-business. To achieve this purposes, we were collected 72 questionnaires from Korean companies. In this study, RFID systems adoption was influenced by top management support, information systems maturity, competitive pressure, trust perceived advantage of u-business, compatibility of RFID tag. However, firm size, cost exercised power, did not affect significantly on RFID systems adoption. In the conclusion, study's limitations md implications treated.

Purpose: This article aimed to identify nurses' experience of practice in nursing homes. Method: Using phenomenological approach for qualitative research, the participants were 8 nurses who were working at nursing homse in C city. The data was analyzed by using phenomenological methodology by Colaizzi. Results: Five theme clusters were derived from the data. They were: burden (independent decision making in clinical situations, tension of as a multifunctional member); lowered self-esteem (exhaustion, relative self-evaluation is low, comparing with others); conflict (negative image of elderly, communication break with elderly family, monitoring of nursing home staff); worth (slight improvement of elderly health state, trust and recognition, intimacy); and self-reflection (need for knowledge extension, effort towards enhancing virtue, perception of importance in their health management). Conclusion: The results showed that nursing home nurses experienced negative aspects of various nursing practice, suggesting the ways to solve their negative experience.

The management of rectal cancer is a major undertaking. There are currently multiple treatment modalities with variable degrees of complications. Radiotherapy (RT) is one of the more frequently used modalities either on its own or more frequently with chemotherapy mostly before the definitive surgery. The outcome of RT is unpredictable. RT has its serious side effects and there are no guarantees of its usefulness in all patients. This article outlines the effect of RT on the tumor, reviews the various staging systems of responses to RT and present recent evidence of which case is less responsive to such treatments to avoid unnecessary complications.
