Recently, the developments in IT technology and the spread of smart phones have made Fin-Tech, which is a combination of financial services and IT technology, a big issue. In accordance with the growth trend of mobile payments in the world, all financial transactions in Korea are gradually shifting to smart phones. In fact, mobile payment system services are not widely used by users. In particular, the risk factors involved when users want to use the service are one of the factors that hinder the expansion of the usage of mobile financial payment service. The risk factors affect the trust of the mobile payment system users. Therefore, this study investigates the risk factors of the mobile payment system and the manner in which it affects a user's trust. We have also examined as how user's trust affects trust in the quality of the mobile payment system. To this end, the trust in overall quality of use was largely divided into trust in system quality, trust in information quality, and trust in service quality. Perceived finance risk, perceived performance risk, and perceived privacy risk have negative effects on cognitive trust. However, perceived time risk did not affect cognitive trust. User's cognitive trust also has an effect on trust in quality.

Trust management is one of the most challenging issues for the highly heterogeneous Internet of Things (IoT). In the context of the IoT, it is difficult to evaluate the node's trustworthiness in the same trust model when a node provides different services. Guaranteeing the availability of the trust management service is another significant challenge because of the dynamic nature of IoT environments. With these issues in mind, this paper propose a robust and adaptive trust management system for the IoT that is able to measure the trustworthiness of nodes based on feedbacks collected from participants in a specific context and ensure the availability of trust management services. The main contributions of our system are: 1) Proposing a partly decentralized trust management framework, which improves the resiliency of the trust mechanism; 2) Proposing an adaptive trust evaluation scheme and a three-dimensional context representation makes trust evaluation more accurate and specific; 3) Enhancing the adaptive trust evaluation scheme by incorporating a bad behavior factor in trust estimation, which efficiently distinguishes misleading feedbacks from On-Off attacks. Simulation results show the good performance of the proposed system and especially show effectiveness against On-Off attacks compared to other trust mechanisms.

모바일 결제는 현금 및 신용카드에 대한 대안으로서, 전세계적으로 크게 주목받고 있다. 최근에는 모바일 기기를 통해 결제 서비스를 제공하는 핀테크가 이슈가 되고 있지만, 국내에서는 아직 모바일 간편 결제 시스템이 널리 이용되지는 않고 있다. 모바일 간편 결제 시스템의 활성화를 위해서는 시스템에 대한 신뢰 형성이 매우 중요한 요소이기 때문에 다차원적인 신뢰요인을 분석하기 위해 계층적 신뢰모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 간편 결제 시스템의 전반적 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 신뢰 요인을 살펴보기 위해 설문을 진행하였고, 연구 결과 인지적 신뢰, 감성적 신뢰, 시스템 품질에 대한 신뢰가 전반적 신뢰에 영향을 미치고, 전반적 신뢰는 지속사용의도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 모바일 간편결제서비스의 품질(시스템품질, 서비스품질)이 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 감정적 신뢰)형성에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 신뢰가 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 신뢰가 만족도에 영향을 주는 과정에서 성별의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SmartPLS를 이용해 188개의 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과 시스템품질은 인지적 신뢰에 영향을 미치며, 서비스품질은 인지적 신뢰와 감정적 신뢰에 영향을 미쳤으며, 인지적 신뢰와 감정적 신뢰 모두 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 남성은 인지적 신뢰가 만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 강하게 나타났으며, 여성은 감정적 신뢰가 만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 강하게 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 공단지역의 환경개선과 폐수위탁관리체계의 투명성을 확보하기 위해 GIS를 활용한 공장폐수 위탁관리 시스템의 구축방안에 대하여 연구하는데 있다. 공장폐수 위탁 및 수탁처리 전산관리 시스템은 공장폐수 위탁 및 수탁관련 정보 입력과 위탁확인서 출력을 위한 위탁 및 수탁 관리 시스템, 관리자가 기간별, 업종별, 폐수종류별, 업체별 위탁량을 통계분석 할 수 있는 통계분석 시스템, 위탁 업체 및 수탁업체의 공간정보와 공장폐수 위탁량 및 수탁량 분포도를 시민들에게 제공하는 WebGIS 시스템으로 구성하였다. 구축된 공장폐수 위탁관리시스템은 폐수의 발생 시점에서부터 완전 처리까지의 전 과정에서의 정확하고 확실하게 파악할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 업무의 전산화로 업무처리 시 발생되는 시간적, 경제적 손실을 저감할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 공장폐수에 대한 정확한 발생량을 관리함으로써 인천지역에서 발생되는 수질오염사고를 사전에 예방하고 오염사고 발생 시 신속한 대처방안을 도출 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. WebGIS를 이용`한 공장폐수의 위탁량 및 수탁량 분포를 관리함으로써 시민들의 환경오염에 대한 생각을 고취시키고 지속적인 관리가 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ethical management on job performance. For the study, CEO's will, ethical management system and external ethical activity are selected as subordinate variables of ethical management. Therefore, the concrete purpose of this study are four issues: (1) to examine the effects of CEO's will on organizational trust,. (2) to examine the effect of ethical management system on organizational trust, (3) to examine the effects of external ethical activity on organizational trust, (4) to examine the effects of organizational trust on organizational performance. The sample for this empirical study is collected from 334 employees of 5 different companies executing ethical management. The results of analysis are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of CEO's will on organizational trust. Second, there is no effect of ethical management system on organizational trust. Third, there is a positive effect of external ethical activity on organizational trust. Last, there is a positive effect of organizational trust on organizational performance. Based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for business strategies and effective alternatives for ethical management.

The present research aims to identify the relationship between trust and distrust in an online business environment. To clarify the concepts, cognitive-affective personality system theory was introduced, through which five types of psychological units were proposed. In developing the research model based on the theory, technical effectiveness of the system and content truthfulness of the website were selected as two key stimuli for the coding process of online users. Trust and distrust were selected as mediating factors that generate consequent behaviors. Finally, purchase intention served as a final dependent variable. Assuming that trust and distrust emerge in psychologically different stages, this study hypothesized the mutual causal relationship between trust and distrust, indicating that the relationship will be determined by their contextual emphasis on each dimension. To validate, a survey was conducted with 307 online shopping mall users. Results show that stimuli were more significantly associated with trust. Trust is therefore a more cognitive construct than distrust, and the path from trust to distrust is stronger than that from distrust to trust. This finding implies that the cognitive aspect of trust is stronger than that of distrust. Distrust is rather more affectively emerging than trust.

This study examines the effect that the prepaid trust has in saving the troubled business. Developing a formal system dynamics model, building on case studies of corporate turnaround, we developed a mathematical model on the relationship between the prepaid trust and corporate turnaround. The Model shows how the prepaid trust can shift an organizational system from fragile condition to resilient condition of a firm. This study elaborartes a new set of conditions under which organizations may turn around via prepaid trust of stakeholders.

In cloud computing infrastructure, current virtual machine trust measurement methods have many shortcomings in dynamism, security and concurrency. In this paper, we present a new method to measure the trust of virtual machine. Firstly, we propose "behavior trace" to describe the state of virtual machine. Behavior trace is a sequence of behaviors. The measurement of behavior trace is conducted on the basis of anticipated trusted behavior, which not only ensures security of the virtual machine during runtime stage but also reduces complexity of the trust measurement. Based on the behavior trace, we present a Dynamic Tree Style Trust Measurement Model (DTSTM). In this model, the measurement of system domain and user domain is separated, which enhances the extensibility, security and concurrency of the measurement. Finally, based on System Call Interceptor (SCI) and Virtual Machine Introspection (VMI) technology, we implement a DTSTM prototype system for virtual machine trust measurement. Experimental results demonstrate that the system can effectively verify the trust of virtual machine and requires a relatively low performance overhead.

A system Integrator (SI) makes a consortium with multiple providers of hardware and software solutions to sell an information system. The success of information systems (IS) mainly depends on establishing a trustful relationship between SI supplier and client, and delivering high-quality system. However, the determinants of trust and system quality have been investigated mostly from the perspective of s ystem buyers rather than system sellers. This study examines the influence of key variables that SI can handle to improve trust and system quality which finally leads to user satisfaction toward SI. This study adopts resource complementarity, user participation and information sharing as the key variable then builds a research model to explain their relationships to user satisfaction. Respondents are recruited from 251 firms that have built any information system in recent two years in South Korea. Results of partial least square (PLS) modeling analysis show that both resource complementarity and information sharing have positive relationships with trust. Also the relationships between trust, system quality and user satisfaction toward S.I are supported. In addition, the mediating roles of trust and system quality are identified. We discussed some of the key managerial and theoretical implications of the paper and suggested further research directions.
