Present all sorts of failure or no failure test methods are done for evaluate structural ability of pavement. It are Plane Plate Test, CBR Test, Benkelman Beam Test, FWD, Dynaflect, etc. but, each method of test not expect compatibility because the result very different by each method of test. Now among pavement's method of evaluation, no failure test gradually use because It quickly and simply obtain pavement's elastic modulus of each layer. But, It accompany expensiveness equipment, and It's degree of trust is lower against expensiveness equipment. Therefore this research practice comparative trustworthy Plane Plate Test, comparative low cost and quick Small FWD Test. And analyzed relation of Plane Plate Test with Small FWD Test.

Purpose: This article aimed to identify nurses' experience of practice in nursing homes. Method: Using phenomenological approach for qualitative research, the participants were 8 nurses who were working at nursing homse in C city. The data was analyzed by using phenomenological methodology by Colaizzi. Results: Five theme clusters were derived from the data. They were: burden (independent decision making in clinical situations, tension of as a multifunctional member); lowered self-esteem (exhaustion, relative self-evaluation is low, comparing with others); conflict (negative image of elderly, communication break with elderly family, monitoring of nursing home staff); worth (slight improvement of elderly health state, trust and recognition, intimacy); and self-reflection (need for knowledge extension, effort towards enhancing virtue, perception of importance in their health management). Conclusion: The results showed that nursing home nurses experienced negative aspects of various nursing practice, suggesting the ways to solve their negative experience.

We studied performance evaluation methods for each cause by using a benchmark and also researched performance measurement models which based on CAPM. In this study, we analyzed the beneficiary certificate of stock type of three large domestic investment trust company. The purpose of this paper is improving the efficiency of investment maintenance and the operating the ability of fund operator by analyzing the contribution of the rate of return on investment and the cause of operating performance. We applied this study to the increasing aspect of stock price(Jan. 1988-April. 1999) as well as the decreasing aspect of stock price(April, 1989-July. 1990).

After the Fukushima Daiichi accidents, public concerns on nuclear safety and the corresponding burden of nuclear power plant licensees are increasing. In order to secure public trust and enhance the rationality of current safety regulation, we develop a risk-informed decision making (RIDM) framework for the Korean regulatory body. By analyzing all the regulatory activities for nuclear power plants in Korea, eight action items are selected for RIDM implementation, with appropriate procedures developed for each. For two items in particular - the accident sequence precursor analysis (ASPA) and the significance determination process (SDP) - two customized risk evaluation software has been developed for field inspectors and probabilistic safety assessment experts, respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed RIDM framework is demonstrated by applying the ASPA procedure to 35 unplanned scrams and the SDP to 24 findings from periodic inspections.

Peer-to-peer(P2P) 정보보호는 가용성, 신뢰성이 뛰어난 파일 공유 시스템 제공을 목적으로 P2P기반 분산 컴퓨팅, 스트리밍, VoIP 등을 안전하게 제공하는 목적이 있다. 하지만 P2P/IPTV 트래픽이 전체 네트워크 트래픽의 50% 이상을 차지하는 상황에서 만약 악성 사용자가 신뢰할 수 없는 자원을 확산시킨다면 네트워크에 지장을 초래하고 이는 서비스 품질을 감소시키는 원인이 된다. 이를 방지 위하여 본 논문에서는 개방된 P2P 환경에서 악의적인 노드의 공격을 효과적으로 대처하고 정확한 파일 공유를 위한 신뢰평가 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 시간의 흐름에 따라 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가하고 이웃노드에게 제공받은 신뢰도에 대해 상대적 차이를 활용하여 사용자 주관적인 신뢰도를 판단한다.

Due to rapid environmental-change pharmaceutical industry, sales strategy for sales survival of pharmaceutical company is necessary. In accordance with the rapid development of medicine and advancement of efforts to secure the market, competition among pharmaceutical companies make an effort to achieve their goals. However, due to various negative influence of inside and outside, this field is getting a difficult occupation. Even when securing and training new employees with quite a bit of expense and time, the rate of surviving employees over 1 year is decreasing. For this, the researcher suggested major research result through actual investigation by utilizing survey technique, and a plan to enhance pharmaceutical company salespersons' core competence and raise sales achievement. As the research result, company culture strongly influences salespersons' sales ability. We defined the formation of organizational culture, which influences communication culture where smooth communication is made in the company, also, definite and exact evaluation in promoting work, and trust formation between upper and lower organization, is important, which should be reflected in the company field.

The Institute of Medicine in its report "Clinical Practice Guidelines we can trust" defined standards for clinical practice guidelines. However, many guidelines continue to rely on expert opinion and lack a formal framework for moving from evidence to recommendations. These guidelines may or may not be labeled as "consensus statements" and do not meet contemporary standards for guideline documents we would refer to as "evidence-based". Therefore, the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation working group developed a novel, rigorous and transparent approach to grading certainty (quality) of evidence. In addition, it created a system for "moving from evidence to decisions", for example for the development of evidence-based guidelines. In this article, we aim to introduce this approach to appraising the certainty of relevant evidence and estimate the benefits and detriments of health care interventions within the larger context of evidence-based medicine.

Given the competition between different tourist destinations to attract domestic and international tourists it is absolutely vital to examine their website efficacy on specific attributes. This study employs one of the recently developed multi-criteria decision-making method the Best-Worst Method to assess the state government official tourism website across four Indian states known for their tourism potential- Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan on specific attributes provided by the widely acknowledged WebQual instrument. Information Fit-to-Task and Trust emerged as the most important criterion. Relative advantage and Innovation the least important. The results of the study are easily interpretable and visual. They offer both an individual and comparative analysis of the perceived website efficacy on specific attributes to facilitate tourism stakeholders and website administrators to strategize and make their digital presence effective and competitive.

유무선 네트워크의 발달로 온라인 환경에서 다양한 정보 교환 및 데이터 공유를 보다 쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 네트워크의 신뢰성을 보장하고 악의적인 사용자의 공격에 저항하기 위해 가장 중요한 필요조건은 구성원 상호 신뢰 관계를 확립하는 것이다. 다른 사람의 신뢰도를 정확하게 평가하고 신뢰도가 전체적인 신뢰도에 반영된다면 많은 위험을 회피할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 악의적인 피어가 제공하는 신뢰할 수 없는 자원의 확산을 감소시키기 위해 네트워크에 참여하는 노드에 대한 신뢰도를 측정한다. 신뢰도는 노드들이 선택하는 다른 노드의 선호도를 이용하여 노드들의 신뢰도에 가중한다. 실험결과는 계산된 신뢰도를 이용하여 신뢰할 수 있는 노드에게 유효한 파일을 수신할 수 있어 네트워크의 신뢰성을 보장하고 데이터에 대한 정확성을 높일 수 있다.

In the era of big data, the growth of e-commerce transactions brings forth both opportunities and risks, including the threat of data theft and fraud. To address these challenges, an automated real-time fraud detection system leveraging machine learning was developed. Four algorithms (Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, XGBoost, and Neural Network) underwent comparison using a dataset from a clothing website that encompassed both legitimate and fraudulent transactions. The dataset exhibited an imbalance, with 9.3% representing fraud and 90.07% legitimate transactions. Performance evaluation metrics, including Recall, Precision, F1 Score, and AUC ROC, were employed to assess the effectiveness of each algorithm. XGBoost emerged as the top-performing model, achieving an impressive accuracy score of 95.85%. The proposed system proves to be a robust defense mechanism against fraudulent activities in e-commerce, thereby enhancing security and instilling trust in online transactions.
