관절가동기법과 집단 요통 운동 프로그램이 청각장애 요통환자의 통증에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Joint Mobilization and Group Back Pain Exercise Program on The Hearing Impairment Patient with Low Back Pain)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Joing Mobilization and Group back Pain Exercise Program on the disability level and the pain of flexibility and the back muscle strength in the hearing impairment patients with Low back pain. Methods : The subjects of this study were 12 patients, 8 males and females. They visited clinic for physical treatment within 6 months after onset of low back pain. One group was applied with Joing Mobilization and other group was with Group back Pain Exercise Program. The patient were treated special program 3 times session weekly. And treatment 2 times session was 15min with physiotherapy weekly. The muscle strength was measured by Cybex 660, the level of disability by Oswestry low back pain disability scale, the intensity of pain by visual analogue scale (VAS). The data was analysed by paired T-test and independent T-test. Results : The results of this study were summarized as follow : 1. The Oswestry disability score of experimental and control group were significantly decreased and there was no difference in the Oswestry disability score change between joint mobilization group and back pain exercise group. 2. The pains in anterior, postrior, lift lateral and right lateral bending and in rotation of back pain exercise group were significantly increased compared with those of joint mobilization group. 3. The flexors and extensors peak torque of back pain exercise group were significantly increased at test velocities $30^{\circ}$/sec, $60^{\circ}$/sec compared with those of the joint mobilization group. There was no significant difference in extensors and flexors peak torque at $30^{\circ}$/sec, $60^{\circ}$/sec between two group. The results showed that the back pain exercise group were effective in decreasing disability score and pain of trunk activity, increasing trunk extension and flexion peak torque. Conclusion : It is suggested theat the back pain exercise program could be an essential factor for the effective intervension to the hearing impairment patients suffere from low back pain.

8주간의 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신장, 체성분, 체력에 미치는 효과 (Effect of 8 Weeks Complex Exercise Program on The Height, Body Composition, Physical Fitness in Elementary School Children)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 8주간 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신장, 체성분, 체력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 경기도에 소재한 성남종합사회복지관의 복합운동프로그램에 지원한 남녀 초등 3 ~ 6학년 학생 11명(남자=6명, 여자=5명)을 대상자로 선정하여 8주 동안 주 2회 50분씩 복합운동프로그램(국민체조, 특허스트레칭, 음악 줄넘기, 탄력밴드운동, 마무리운동)을 적용하였다. 운동 전 후의 신장, 체성분을 알아보기 위하여 Inbody 520, 체력의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 Primus RS, Commander Power Track II, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴을 사용하여 측정하였으며, 8주 후 재측정을 실시하였다. 결과 : 8주간 복합운동프로그램 적용 후 대상자는 실험 전보다 실험 후 신장, 체성분, 하지근력, 근지구력의 측정값은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 상지근력과 유연성은 향상되었지만 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 초등학생의 키성장, 체성분과 체력 향상에 복합운동프로그램이 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서 대조군과 다양한 환경적 요인들을 고려한다면 보다 나은 객관적인 결과를 얻을 것으로 생각된다.

요추강화 운동기기의 훈련을 통한 유연성 및 근력 특성 분석 (Characteristic Analysis of Flexibility and Muscle Strength according to Exercise using Lumbar Strengthen Exercise Instrument)

  • 본 연구에서는 요추강화 운동기기를 이용하여 훈련 전후에 대한 유연성 및 근력 특성분석을 고찰하고, 요추 재활운동으로서 가능성을 검증하고자 한다. 요추관련 상해가 없으며 신체 건강한 성인 남녀 20명이 실험에 참여하였으며 각각 10명씩 대조군과 요추강화 운동을 제공받는 훈련군으로 나누었다. 실험에 사용된 요추강화운동기기는 하이스파인(Hi-Spine, 메디컬사이언스, 한국)이며 운동은 하루 40분씩 주 3일, 총 4주간 실시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 피험자들은 누운 자세, 앉은 자세, 직립 자세, 전신스트레칭자세 등 총 4가지의 운동자세를 각 10분씩 제공받았다. 운동 전 후 요추의 유연성과 근력변화를 알아보기 위해 매주 1회 체간 굴곡 및 신전, 기초체력평가와 요추관절토크를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 훈련군에서 유연성과 근력이 모두 증진되었다. 요추강화운동기기의 플랫폼이 3차원 회전을 함에 따라 피험자들의 근육들은 자극받으며, 회전 방향과 각도에 따라 근긴장성과 근수축 작용을 유도시켜 유연성 및 요추 근력을 증가시키는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 향후 요추관련 상해자 또는 고령자들의 요추 재활운동 프로그램에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

고등부 씨름선수의 체급별 기초·전문체력 비교분석 (A Comparison of Physical Fitness of High School Ssirum Elite-players According to Their Weight Class)

  • 본 연구는 고등부 씨름 선수들을 대상으로 체급별 기초·전문체력의 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 측정기간은 2019년 11월 25일-12월4일이며, 총 28명의 고등부 씨름 선수(80kg이하 7명, 90kg이하 8명, 90kg이하 7명, 100kg이상 6명)를 대상으로 체급별 기초·전문 체력요인(근력, 근파워, 민첩성, 무산소성파워, 유산소능력, 유연성, 등속성근기능)을 측정하여 비교·분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 one-way ANOVA와 Duncan을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 악력과 팔굽혀펴기, 서전트점프, 제자리멀리뛰기, 체후굴, 체전굴, 사이드스텝, 반응시간에서 체급별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 배근력에서 100kg 이하인 그룹이 100kg 이상인 장사급보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났으며, 윗몸일으키기와 20m 셔틀런에서 장사급보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 무산소성 최고파워와 평균파워의 상대적인 값은 100kg 이하인 그룹이 100kg 이상인 장사급보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 등속성근기능의 경우 허리 신전/굴곡력과 무릎 관절의 우측 신전근력, 그리고 좌우측 굴곡근력에서 체급별 차이가 없었다. 본 연구 결과에서 얻은 결론은 고등부 씨름 선수의 경우 근파워, 유연성, 민첩성 그리고, 체중당 무산소성 평균파워와 등속성 허리근력, 무릎굴근력에서 체급에 따른 차이가 없다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

엘리트 육상선수와 태권도 선수의 등속성 운동능력에 관한 비교 연구 (Isokinetic Strength Capacity Between Elite Athletes and Taekwondo Player)

  • 본 논문은 대학교 육상단거리 선수와 태권도 선수의 근력, 근 파워를 비교하기 위하여 등속성 근력검사기기를 이용하여 기초체력, 슬관절의 근력($60^{\circ}$/sec), 근 파워($180^{\circ}$/sec)를 분석하여 육상 단거리 선수와 태권도 선수의 근기능 특성을 밝히고자 하는데 목적으로 수행되었다. 기초체력은 육상 단거리 선수가 태권도 선수에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 기초체력 중 좌악력과 순발력에서 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 슬관절의 근력은 육상 단거리 선수가 태권도 선수에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 근 파워에서는 태권도 선수가 육상 단거리 선수에 비해 통계적으로 차이가 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결론을 종합해 볼 때, 육상 단거리 선수와 태권도 선수는 근력뿐만이 아니라 순발력을 필요로 하고 있으며, 등속성 근 기능의 측정에서는 태권도 선수는 체중조절을 요구하는 경기의 특성 때문인지 평균파워와 체중당 평균파워에서만 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 차후 연구에서는 각각의 운동 종목별 근 기능을 분석을 하는 것이 필요한 실정이며, 태권도 선수와 유사한 특성을 가진 투기종목에서도 근 기능을 분석하는 연구가 필요 할 것으로 사료된다.

만성요통 환자의 테이핑 적용 시체간의 굴곡과 선전의 근력과 지구력의 변화 측정 (The Effect of Kinesio Taping on the Change of Muscle Strength and Endurance in Trunk Flexion and Extension in Chronic Low Back Pain(CLBP))

  • In this study, the muscle strength and endurance of the lumbar at flexion and extension were determined using an isokinetic muscle strength meter (Biodex) in patients with chronic lumbar go (10 male and 10 females), and the changes in muscle strength and endurance of the lumbar at flexion and extension after application of Y-shaped sacrospinalis muscle taping, typically used for patient with lumbar go, were studied. In addition, the sacrospinalis muscle taping of a different shape (I-shaped taping) was applied bilaterally centering on the spine, and the muscle strength and endurance of the lumbar at flexion and extension were determined and compared with those before taping. In addition, the results after application of Y-shaped taping and I-shaped taping were also compared. 1. The extensor muscle strength of the lumbar at loading of $60^{\circ}$/sec before application of kinesio Taping and after application of Y-shaped taping showed the level of significance (p<.05). The flexor muscle strength of the lumbar at loading of $60^{\circ}$/sec before application of kinesio taping and after application of Y-shaped taping did not show the level of significance. 2. The flexor muscle endurance of the lumbar at loading of $90^{\circ}$/sec before application of kinesio Taping and application of Y-shaped taping did not show the level of significance. The extensor muscle endurance of the lumbar at loading of $90^{\circ}$/sec before application of kinesio Taping and after application of Y-shaped taping did not show the level of significance. 3. The extensor muscle strength of the lumbar at loading of $60^{\circ}$/sec before application of kinesio Taping and after application of I-shaped taping showed the level of significance (p<.05). 실내 승마운동이 고령자의 기초체력 및 ADL 기능에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Basal Physical Fitness and ADL Function in the Aged According to Horse Riding Exercise)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify exercise effect of horse riding exercise according to estimate basal physical fitness and activities of daily living(ADL) function in the aged. Participants were nineteen peoples who have no impediment of activity. They performed horse riding exercise using SRider(Neipplus, Co., Korea) at sixty minutes a day. Exercise has progressed three days a week for eight weeks. We measured trunk flexion, sit up, whole body reaction, leg strength and maximal oxygen uptake as basal physical fitness. Also three meter gait, single stance with eyes opened and single stance with eyes closed as ADL function were estimated once a month. The result of legs strength and whole body reaction showed the higher significantly than before the exercise. Moreover, the result of three meter walking ability only increased significantly among the ADL function. This means that horse riding exercise might be activated continuous muscular contraction with maintained tonus of muscle. We thought that continuous movement of horse riding could be lead to isometric muscle contraction in lower limbs. Our study found that horse riding exercise could improve lower strengths and muscle reaction for exercise effect. Also we suggested that horse riding exercise could be adapted to exercise methods that could provide rehabilitation and treatment enough for the aged or disabled person.

운동처방 프로그램을 통한 중·고령 근로자의 체력향상을 통한 노동력 증진 (Improvement of physical fitness and work ability of the middle-aged and aged workers through exercise prescription program)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate whether the program of health promotion and follow up feedback by periods could improve physical fitness related to work ability of the middle-aged and aged workers. Subjects were composed of two groups; workers aged below forty five and forty five and over who had measured their health-related physical fitness twice for 2 years (2006 & 2007) through the program of health promotion operated by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency. Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference between the first measurement and re-measurement of health-related fitness which was operated after six to twelve months from the first one. We used 0.05 level for statistical significance. The results of this study were as follows. All measurement items including body fat ratio(%), $VO_2max$, grip strength, sit-up, and trunk flexion were significantly improved in both groups. The improvement(%) of $VO_2max$, grip strength of workers of forty five and above was lower than those of workers of below forty five. Servicing the program of health promotion and follow up feedback by periods may help workers' improvement of health-related physical fitness related to work ability.

다목적 기능을 가진 수목보호패드의 성능 연구 (Performance Research of a Multi Functional Tree Protection Pad)

  • In spite of the growing importance of landscaping trees, the rate of flawed and withered trees damaged by pest, disease, drought or frost is increasing. In order to evaluate the performance of the Tree Protective Pad, which are developed to reduce the failure ratio in landscape planting, the tree protective pad for 'digging', 'pest controlling', and 'insulating' are tested based on the five functional criteria; moisturizing effect, wither preventive effect, pest and disease control, thermal effect, tensile strength, and environmental performance. The result of this study is as follows. The moisturizing effect of the tree protective pad for digging is found to be outstanding. According to the result of testing the pad on trees, in particular, it is better than jute tape in wither preventive effect, which means it is expected to prevent flaw and wilt from planting during the improper seasons like summertime. The experiment of installing the protective tree pad for pest controlling to the trunk of Quercus mongolica shows that preventive effect of the pad from diseases and insects is superior, and it also has economical effect by reducing the use of agricultural chemicals. The comparative test of the pad for insulating and jute tape proves that the temperature of the pad is about $2^{\circ}C$ higher than outside. The rate of tensile strength and biodegradation of the pad exceeds the optimal level, so it is revealed that the pad may be the work efficient and environment-friendly product. Likewise, by timely irrigating trees, the tree protective pad economically prevents trees from pest, disease,drought or frost, which may be caused by improper seasonal or delayed planting. As a means of reducing the flaw and facilitating the growth of trees, the exceptional performance of the pad is expected to effectively used in landscape planting and management.

일부 TV부품 제조업체 남자 근로자들의 체력평가 기초연구 (Pilot Study for the Assessment of Physical Fitness among Male Workers in a TV Component Manufacturing Factory)

  • In a TV component manufacturing factory, 102 male workers aged $20{\sim}39$ years old were participated in testing for physical fitness. At the same time, worker's periodic health examination was done. Test battery for physical fitness include grip strength, trunk flexion, standing long jump, side step, single leg balance with eye close, push ups and Harvard step test. As a result of testing for physical fitness, synthetically, there is no difference between manufacturing workers and officers. By bioelectrical impedance test, it means a declining tendency to all 7 factors in the obese workers, and so, it is important for obese workers not only to promote physical fitness but also to promote health. Excluding grip strength and single leg balance with eye close, 5 fitness factors are negatively associated with degree of diastolic Blood pressure, but it is statistically not significant. And levels of sGOT & sGPT have no association with physical fitness factors.
