Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of oral health in relation to the acknowledgement of oral health trouble and oral health habits. Methods : This study was conducted after IRB was received, on 273 patients who had received health screenings between October-1, 2014 and January-31, 2015 at a general hospital in Busan. Results : Regarding the status of oral health in relation to the acknowledgement of oral health trouble, the rates of dental caries and periodontal disease were higher when the patients knew the reasons for trouble about the oral hygiene. With regard to oral health habits, our results showed that the more frequently the patients ate sugary snacks per day, the probability of experiencing periodontal disease was higher than for the patients who did not eat sugary snacks. Our results also, showed that the occurrence of dental caries is very much dependent upon whether a patient had experienced education on toothbrushing. Conclusions : Patients need to become more aware of their oral health through education. A program that emphasizes the importance of preventive oral health behaviors and the maintenance of correct oral health behavior should be developed.

여성기업에는 장애요인이 존재하며, 이는 여성기업의 성장을 저해하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 글은 여성기업의 장애요인으로 일과 가정생활의 균형, 경력단절 등에 초점을 맞추면서 이들이 여성기업의 성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과에 따르면 이들 장애요인이 자본의 축적, 경력 등에 영향을 미치고 나아가 이들 요인들이 상호작용하여 여성기업은 주로 서비스업에 진출하고 기업규모도 소규모로 되기 쉽다.

PACS has been run at the Kyung Hee University Medical Center since 2001, and the installation and operation of PACS have contributed to automation and quantification of center's medical environment. In order to classify tile annual number of trouble cases processed by PACS, the authorshave made a classification code system which enabled detailed statistical processes for each section. Such process method has not only shown the management efficiency to trouble management of PACS, but also raised the interests in frequently occurring troubles, and enabled the prediction of troubles that may occur hereafter. Predictable troubles lead to preventive check, and this has direct effects on medical treatment and the hospital administration. The authors intend to arouse the necessity of preventive check of PACS by analyzing trouble management processes for the last 1 year.

최근 통신망 인프라 구축이 늘어나면서 이의 신뢰성(Reliability)과 가용성(Availability)이 경제 주체인 조직 전반의 생산성에 미치는 영향이 그 만큼 커지고 있다. 정보 흐름의 파이프 역할을 담당하고 있는 통신망 시설(하드웨어 및 운용 프로토콜)에 일시적인 장애가 발생할 경우 이로 인해 조직은 엄청난 손실을 입을 수 있다. 따라서 통신망을 안정적으로 운용할 수 있는 보다 효과적인 수단이 요구되고 있다. 통신망에서의 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 추적하는 장애처리티켓시스템(Trouble Ticket System)이 필요하다. 장애처리티켓시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 티켓의 구조 설계와 장애 처리 과정을 분석함으로써 국내 실정에 맞는 장애처리티켓시스템 개발에 적극 활용할 수 있다.

Typical trouble patterns in solar thermal systems include working fluid leakage and freezing other than breakdown of pump. A fluid sensor for measuring electric resistance of fluid was developed and installed at the top of the collector piping in order to check the fault of solar system. Working fluid level in the pipe was determined by measuring electric resistance from a fluid sensor. On the base of this, it was confirmed that the fluid sensor diagnoses leakage of fluid. Electric resistance of propylene glycol aqueous solution was measured in the range of $0{\sim}70^{\circ}C$ and 0~40% of concentration. The response surface analysis was performed by using a central composite design, and the regression equation was derived from the relationship between electric resistance, temperature, and concentration. Through the experiment in a real solar system, we can estimate a concentration of working fluid when a pump is not operating and predict a possibility of freezing. Finally, an effective algorithm for trouble shooting was proposed to operate and maintain the solar system.

Marine accidents of fishing vessels occupied about 70.5% of the whole marine accidents in Korea from 1996 to 2015, this ratio was not much changed for a long time. A lot of efforts have been taken recently but marine accidents do not reduce. Therefore a fundamental counterplan to decrease accidents in fishing vessel is indispensable for reduction of whole marine accidents in Korea. Since the most frequent occurring accidents in fishing vessels were engine trouble and collision in statistics by KMST (1996~2015), the study focused on them. The cause of engine trouble were poor inspection and maintenance of the mechanical system. The greatest portion of marine accidents was collision, and the biggest cause of the collision was poor watch-keeping. The better watch-keeping will be the best way to reduce the accident. For this reason, it may be necessary for the navigator to make strict precaution on the other vessels under way systematically and keep the regulation for preventing collisions, and for an engineer on watch to make a check the mechanical system periodically for reduction the engine trouble. Instead of penalty, incentive about safe navigation will be helpful for reduce accident as if automobile insurance would do. In order to prevent engine trouble, the fisheries federation establish the repair center. Futhermore the development of autonomous navigation system is necessary to reduce the marine accident.

본 연구는 여성암환우의 가발착용이 두피질환에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 향 후 암 환우들을 위한 가발 제작 시 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실증 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 여성암 환우의 탈모용 가발 착용이 두피 가려움증에 미치는 영향은 가발착용 시 여러 가지 불편요소가 클수록 가려움을 유발하는 것으로 나타났으며 가발착용의 밀착성과 땀 분비, 심리적 위축성은 두피 가려움을 직접적으로 유발하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또, 여성암환우의 탈모용 가발 착용이 두피 트러블 유발에 미치는 영향에서도 가발의 탈착 시 불편 여부와 심리적 위축감이 높을 경우 두피 트러블을 유발시키는데 유의적인 영향을 미치는 반면 가발 탈착 시 밀착성과 땀 분비는 직접적인 연관이 없는 것으로 나타나 기각되었다. 이 같은 결과는 여성암 환우의 탈모용 가발 작용이 두피가려움과 트러블을 유발시킴에 있어 단순한 밀착여부와 땀 분비만으로 두피질환을 유발하지 않음을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 심적으로 고통 받는 여성 암 환우들을 위한 편리하고 우수한 가발 제작이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Recently, Trouble of sand supply is occurred according to exhaustion of natural sand resources. therefore, various measures are proposed for solution of trouble of sand supply. also the government settled trouble of sand supply through application of EEZ sand and crushed sand. but because both EEZ sand and crushed sand are poor against general sand, they lead to lowering of quality of ready-mixed concrete. Therefore, this study evaluated physical properties of mortar using EEZ sand and crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data The result of this study have shown that quality of mortar using EEZ sand and crushed sand independently is poor against general mortar. but, mortar flow and compressive strength is increased in case of mixing 222 sand and crushed sand properly.

Recently, because GIS equipment has problems on confidence according to long-time usage, development of diagnosis technique has been importantly recognized. Therefore. measurement and analysis of PD has been generally used much equipment of GIS. But, in case of measurement of PD at field, real trouble signals are difficult to classify noise. Accordingly, a variety of trouble conditions for DS were simulated, and detected signals were analyzed by the application of electrical and mechanical methods. For this analysis, detected signals were accumulated according to phase-magnitude with the application of Induction sensor, and then we analyzed the characteristics. For the simulation experiment, we made DS for 170kV GIS and analyzed the characteristics of detected singals with the application of neural network algorithm

The enterprise find a solution to the problems such as a reduction of manufacturing period, accurate analysis for customer demand, improvement for customer service and rise of manufacture accomplishment. Internet is a good solution to such problems. Internet offers WWW(World Wide Web), remote control, file transfer and e-mail service. Among the services, WWW takes large portion because of convenient GUI, easy information search and unlimited information registration. Remote Monitoring Server(RMS) system that uses network service is constructed for chip mounter. Hardware base consists of RMS, chip mounter and C/S(Customer Service) server. Software includes DBMS and various modules in server home page. This provide product number, bad product number, trouble code, content and countermeasure in real-time information module, user information in setup module, detailed error information in fault diagnosis module, fault history in fault history module and customer information in customer service management module.
