  • 부분역최적화는 역최적화의 흥미로운 변형으로, 주어진 최적화문제와 그 문제의 부분해가 주어지면 이 부분해가 최적해에 포함되도록 문제를 최소한으로 수정하는 문제이다. 이 논문은 라인위에서 정의되는 순환외판원문제(TSP)를 다루는데, 이는 배달시스템, 창고 선반에서 물건을 수집하는 것, 등의 많은 응용을 가진다. 라인 위에서 위치하는 n개의 일이 주어지고 이 중 연속적으로 처리해야하는 일 k개가 부분적으로 주어진다. 각각의 일은 라인 위의 특정 장소에 위치하고 라인을 움직이는 서버에 의해 처리되어야 한다. 우리의 임무는 k개의 일이 최적해에서 연속적으로 처리되도록 n개의 일의 위치를 라인 위에서 최소한으로 조정하는 것이다. 이 논문에서 이 문제와 이 문제의 다양한 변종을 다항시간 내에 푸는 알고리즘을 개발한다. 구체적으로, 서버가 특정한 Forward Trip이라는 특정한 내부 알고리즘을 사용하는 경우와 일반적인 최적 알고리즘을 사용하는 경우에 대한 부분역최적화를 다룬다.

  • Various urban transport policies have an effect on urban transit riderships. This study reports variations of metropolitan subway travel patterns affected by an enormous change in bus routes and transfer discount policy between subway and bus mode conducted by Seoul city in July 1st of 2004. In an effort to see the difference between the before and the after policies, two datasets are prepared. Firstly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of May of 2004 is used. Secondly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of August-September of 2004 is used as a counter measure. Even if seasonal variation was not considered. there were increasing riderships of about 0.25 million on a daily basis. Subway line 2 and 7 have an important role in changes. The effects or system changes, however. largely varied on location and subway line numbers.

  • This paper presents an apparent impedance calculation procedure for distance relaying of transmission line involving FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) devices, particularly the UPFC (Unified Power Flow Controller), between Kangjin and Jangheung in Korea. With the changes of UPFC's parameters, the measurement and protective range (trip boundaries) of the adaptive distance relay can also be changed. So, it is the most important part in the field of system protection to analyze the operating characteristic of relaying system. The presence of UPFC significantly affects the trip boundaries which are also adversely affected by fault resistance combined with remote end infeed. This paper presents the apparent impedance calculations and the distance relay setting characteristics for faults involving the UPFC in the KEPCO system.

X-선 투과검사를 이용한 저항 점용접부 품질평가기법 (Weld Quality Evaluation Method for the Resistance Spot Welds using X-ray Transmission Inspection)

  • For the resistance spot welds of CR1180 and GA1180 TRIP steels, the weld quality evaluation method using the digitalized X-ray transmission imaging apparatus was investigated in comparison with the crosssectional examination method. In the case of the resistance spot welding of CR1180, three circular regions, such as WZ(white zone), GZ(grey zone) and DZ(dark zone), appeared on X-ray image and they corresponded to the diameters of indentation mark, nugget and corona bond, respectively. The variation of X-ray transmission thickness due to the thickness variation of the weld seemed to be mainly responsible for the formation of those contrasts. The X-ray image contrast formed from the variation of transmission thickness at the outer border line of DZ could also enable the inspections of the notch shape, nonuniformity of the welding pressure and spatter from its sharpness, concentricity and the normal straight line, respectively. The X-ray image of the resistance spot weld of galvannealed GA1180 TRIP steel was very similar to that of CR1180 TRIP steel except the crown shaped outer border line of DZ which was considered to be due to the melting behavior of zinc having the boiling temperature even lower than the melting temperature of steel.

  • When load areas on a feeder are deenergized due to faults and scheduled outage, operators need to identify neighboring feeders, try to restore customers and minimize out-of-service areas. These cases include knowledge of system states and various constraints such as voltage drop. This paper concerns the load transfer in fault restoration and scheduled outage. Also, the operating constraints such as line current capacity, relay trip current, transformer capacity, voltage drop and line loss are considered. This expert system can propose the optimal load transfer method by analyzing the system state and considering the constraints.

  • This paper discusses the dynamic test of distance relay on transmission line connected unified power flow controller(UPFC) using the real-time digital simulator(RTDS). Depending on operating conditions of UPFC, the trip characteristics of distance relay is influenced by the prefault conditions. In this paper, UPFC is established using the RTDS and then relay test is performed on real time.

  • In case the fault occurs in AC power supply network, protective relaying system must selectively detect line-to-line/ground fault and immediately cut off the power flow into the fault location for guaranteeing the safety of people, electric vehicle and ground installation etc. It is the most important point in power system operation to minimize the fault duration by rapid trip scheme and accurate estimation of the fault location. In this paper, we analyze the load characteristics of each vehicle, perform the fault analysis of AC power supply network using AT current-ratio method. The result shows its usefulness.

  • This paper describes the digital distance algorithm in case of combined transmission line connected with overhead line and underground cable. Actually as fault is occurred in cable, it results in the complicated phenomena due to the several kind of grounding method in the sheath of cable. Accordingly the impedance. Therefore the correct impedance calculation algorithm is requested in combined transmission line to avoid the wrong trip of relay. This paper presents the development result of impedance calculation algorithm In such transmission line.
