이륜 역진자 로봇의 밸런싱 제어시스템 구현 (Implementation of Balancing Control System for Two Wheeled Inverted Pendulum Robot)

  • 본 논문에서 이륜 역진자 로봇의 밸런싱에 사용되고 있는 기존 PD 제어기를 대신하여 신경회로망 학습을 통해 향상된 PD 제어기를 이륜 역진자형 이동로봇에 적용하여 실험하고 성능을 검증하였다. 먼저 제어실험에 사용할 이륜 역진자 로봇시스템을 구축하고 나서 기존의 PD 제어기를 사용하여 사용자 몸무게에 따라 시행착오적으로 이득값을 구해 로봇을 밸런싱시켰다. 그리고 시행착오적으로 구한 이득 값을 신경회로망 학습을 통해 일반화시켜 몸무게에 따라 일반화된 PD 이득 값을 가지는 제어기를 구현하였다. 이렇게 구현된 제어기가 기존의 PD 제어기보다 안정적 제어 측면에서 더 유리함을 실험적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

  • A net-shape forming of small and complex-shaped metal parts by metal injection molding (MIM) has economic advantages in mass production, especially for STS 316L valve fitting. STS 316L offers excellent corrosion resistance, but it has poor machinability, which is a limitation in using it for a cost-effective production where both forging and machining are employed. Simulation and experimental analysis were performed to develop a MIM STS 316L 90° elbow fitting minimizing trial and error. A Taguchi method was used to determine which input parameter was the most sensitive to possible defects (e.g. sink mark depth) during the injection molding. The final prototype was successfully built. The results indicate that the simulation tool can be used during the design process to minimize trial and error, but the final adjustment of parameters based on field experience is essential.

  • For improving the flow capacity of pipeline system the hydraulic inspection method was developed conducting on-site with survey of pipeline facility such as diversion work, air vent, etc. and pipe network analysis. The pipe network analysis method determine pipe diameter with trial and error. The validity of the hydraulic inspection method proved adapting on S-district pipeline system.

일반고와 과학고 학생들의 정신용량과 풀이 방법에 따른 산화 환원 반응식 완결 과정의 특성 (Characteristics of the Problem Solving Process of the Balancing Redox Equations by Senior and Science High School Students' Mental Capacity and Problem Solving Methdos)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 일반고와 과학고 학생들의 정신용량과 풀이 방법에 따른 산화 환원 반응식 완결 과정의 특성을 분석하여 산화 환원 단원의 교수학습 지도에 시사점을 얻고자 하는데 있다. 일반고 학생 79명과 과학고 학생 57명을 대상으로 하여 정신요량 검사, 산화 환원 반응식 완결 검사를 실시하였으며, 문항 유형별로 학생들의 문제 풀이 실패 유형과 성공 유형을 추출하여 분석틀을 개발하고 개발한 분석틀에 의하여 정신용량과 풀이 방법에 따라 실패 사례와 성공 사례를 분석하여 나타나는 특징을 알아보았다. 일반고 학생들과 과학고 학생들 모두 산화 환원 개념 이해 정도가 낮을수록 미정계수법을 많이 선택하였으며 미정계수법을 선택한 학생들은 정신용량이 클수록 문제 풀이의 성공률이 높았다. 또한, 산화 환원 개념 이해 정도가 높은 학생들은 산화수법이나 이온 자법을 더 많이 선택하였고 정신용량에 관계없이 문제 풀이의 성공률이 높게 나타났다. 학생들의 풀이 과정을 분석한 결과 성공 유형은 산화 환원의 개념 이해 정도가 높고 풀이 방법에 관계없이 풀이 단계 수를 줄이 학생들이었다. 실패 유형은 물이 방법에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 미정계수법을 선택한 학생들의 실패 유형은 계산 과정 중 틀린 경우, 미정방정식을 잘못 세운 경우 문제 풀이 과정중 고려해야 할 변인을 모두 고려하지 못한 경우 풀이 과정이 복잡하여 중단한 경우였다. 산화수법을 선택한 학생들의 실패 유형은 산화수를 잘못 결정한 경우 질량균형 또는 전하균형을 고려하지 않은 경우였다.

  • Quadratic weighting matrices have an effect on the transition and steady state responses in a LQ tracking problem. They are usually decided on trial and error in order to get a good response. In this paper a method is presented which calculates a steady - state deviation without solving Riccati equation. By using this method, a new procedure for selecting the weighting matrices is proposed when a tolerance on the steady - state deviation is given.

  • The PI controller has many trial-and-error steps for gain design. This paper proposes a new design concept. In this method, a degree of stability and Kharitonov theory are applied and the controller gain is directly expressed by system parameters and current controller's bandwidth. Simulation results for permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM) driving systems confirm the validity of proposed method.

사출성형기의 주요 구조부품 해석 (Structural Analysis of Injection Molding Machine Components)

  • Mold platen are one of the most important structural components of the injection molding machine. Mold platen had been designed, and manufactured based on the experience and the method of trial and error. Recently, as the computer progress, the numerical simulation method using commercial finite element analysis code has been used to analyze the characteristics of components. It's a urgent problem to reduce the weight of mold platen while preserving the safety and reliability for the structual failure. Finite element analyses to establish basic design technologies and reducing the weight of mold platen were carried out. As result, we are obtained the about 10% reducing the weight for mold platen.

Handling dependencies among performance shaping factors in SPARH through DEMATEL method

  • The Standardized Plant Analysis Risk-Human Reliability Analysis (SPAR-H) method is a widely used method in human reliability analysis (HRA). Performance shaping factors (PSFs) refer to the factors that may influence human performance and are used to adjust nominal human error probabilities (HEPs) in SPAR-H. However, the PSFs are assumed to be independent, which is unrealistic and can lead to unreasonable estimation of HEPs. In this paper, a new method is proposed to handle the dependencies among PSFs in SPAR-H to obtain more reasonable results. Firstly, the dependencies among PSFs are analyzed by using decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method. Then, PSFs are assigned different weights according to their dependent relationships. Finally, multipliers of PSFs are modified based on the relative weights of PSFs. A case study is illustrated that the proposed method is effective in handling the dependent PSFs in SPAR-H, where the duplicate calculations of the dependent part can be reduced. The proposed method can deal with a more general situation that PSFs are dependent, and can provide more reasonable results.

  • Color is an imfortant factor for interior design. But both selecting the appropriate color and combinating many color are not easy. Actually designers spend much time searching interior images published in magazine to refer to previous cases of the color combination. And the side up, they undergo a process to try to search own hoping color in the interior design example of the magazine. As an alternative to avoid this inefficient process, this study provides a method to show good cases of color combination. This method can reduce trial and error in the determination the color combination.
