IT기술 동향 정보는 정부/공공 정책과 산업계의 R&D의 투자 의사결정에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 정보이다. 이러한 특성으로 인해 기술 동향 정보는 공공 데이터 개방에 필수적인 정보이기 때문에 해당 기술을 담당하는 정부 부처와 공공기관별로 지속적으로 생산 및 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 기관에서 제공되는 기술 동향정보를 통합하여 하나의 성숙도 수준으로 진단할 수 있는 방법과 가능성을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 또한 기술 성숙도 진단을 위한 데이터 수집과 처리 저장, 최적화된 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 종합적인 시스템 구성 방법과 ITFIND 서비스에 수집된 데이터를 활용하여 종합적인 성숙도 수준 진단이 가능한지를 판단하고 보정을 통해 더 정확한 수준 진단을 진행할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The recent trend in the payment terms of international trade shows the gradual shift toward more diversified payment methods (from L/C to not L/C) in order to cope with the increasingly dynamic international transactions in a more flexible manner. The reasons behind this recent shift are as follows : first, the global trade market is breaking away from the traditional L/C methods based on letters of credit toward a not L/C methods. nother reason for the changing trade payment methods is the increasing volume of intra transactions between headquarters and their foreign subsidiaries based on collection payment methods. Having mentioned the above problems that impede the Korean export insurance system, some suggestions can be put forward through a comparative analysis with foreign export insurance system. First, inducing private investments is one way of strengthening financial health of the KEIC. The KEIC also needs to diversify its insurance coverage adapting to the changing international trade environments.

법정 납본 제도는 국가문헌의 망라적 수집과 보존이라는 국가도서관의 기능을 수행하는데 필수적 도구이다. 최근 급증하는 디지털자료의 특성으로 인해 인쇄자료에 기반을 둔 납본법을 개정해야 할 필요가 생겼다. 우리나라를 비롯해서 여러 나라 납본제도의 디지털자료 관련 최근 동향을 조사하였다. 국립디지털도서관의 설립을 앞두고 디지털자료의 수집을 위한 법정 납본 제도의 확대 강화를 위해 필요한 전략을 제안하였다.

According to the nation's greenhouse gas emission statistics, greenhouse gas emissions have been stiffly increasing. Accordingly, the importance of CO₂ reduction is more getting focused over the world. This trend makes the construction equipment be considered as a major target of reduction due to the large volume of emission. This study suggests the feasible methodology for estimating CO₂ emission from construction equipment and for being easily applied on the job sites. The methodology is based on the collection from the segmented CO₂ emission information of construction equipment. This study allows site personnels to estimate the total amount of CO₂ and to take appropriate actions for reasching the environmental regulations.

The issue is all about the study of warranty data collection and the analysis method to get a reasonable information of the products and improve reliability. In this paper, we consider the classification of warranty data analyses into a parametric and non-parametric analysis and method to get a reasonable information of the products. Also, it is considered the research trend by grouping the relationship among the studies. This study would be used to find the effective application and the condition of warranty data analysis.

Today, in the information society, since the government administration of all countries places importance on clarity and efficiency, the authority concentration of the administration is inevitable. Therefore, the Parliament, which is a legislative body, is at a time when the policy control function to check and monitor it is becoming more important. In particular, due to the emergence of parliamentary democracy, in the reality that the people must elect representatives and represent their own opinions, the parliamentary inspection system is very valuable in that it satisfies the right of the people to know and ultimately enables the people to democratically control the administration. The role of the Parliament moves from the inherent legislative function to the information collection and disclosure of government administration, discussion and resolution of political issues, and observation and supervision of the administration. And it can be seen as the global trend. As a result of this trend, status and role of the National Assembly is being strengthened from the legislative body to the control agency of government administration. Thus, the most substantive authority of Article 61 of the Constitution can be deemed the parliamentary inspection system. The parliamentary inspection system is a system that let exercise the legislation, budget, and authority to control of state administration by identify the challenges and policy implementation of each country's institutions through the audit of the executive administration's overall government administration performance outside the National Assembly. However, due to the amendment of Constitution in 1988, the parliamentary inspection right and investigation of state administration right had reinstated and the parliamentary inspection system, which is being implemented annually, is the 31st year of the year in 2019. However, the general evaluation of the public is negative and insufficient time for inspections, lack of sanctions on nonattendance witnesses, excessive data submission, and refusal to submit materials by the administration were pointed out as the problem. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher tries to point out the overall problems of the parliamentary inspection system and to summarize the effective improvement plans.

국가 R&D 과제관리 분야 관련기관들은 최근 다양한 산업기술정보, 연구동향정보의 수집과 분석, 새로운 정보시스템의 개발을 필요로 한다. 또한, 보유정보의 유효성 확대와 수요자 중심의 다양한 정보서비스 개발 등 효율적인 정보제공을 위하여 지속적인 투자 및 발전을 도모하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역의 균형발전을 위하여 추진 중인 지역 R&D를 통합 관리하고자 추진 중인 지역산업정보망 구축현황을 분석하고 지역산업 사업관리(개발지원 및 성과관리) 방법을 제시하고 실행함으로써 보다 효율적인 정보관리체계를 운영할 수 있도록 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.

For designing the model of the web program, the demand survey for the technology and information has been performed for the students of the related departments, industrialists and researchers. And, the survey, such as advantages and disadvantages, for the current situations has been examined through comparison and analysis by the establishment type and operational process for the present operating web programs having the similar functions in Korea. The contents and web program for the technology and information system have been also developed by the question investigation and the expert opinions. This system for RI-Biomics has been developed by focusing the convenience for the information provision and the information search as the first constructing direction. Information has been collected by the operator in our institute and making contract with Global Trend Briefing of KISTI in Korea. The information collection in the web program has been designed as the direction regularly provided with RSS. Information has been then analyzed by constructing the expert pool provided from the advisory committee for the technology and information, and using them. The publicity for this web program has been performed by webzines and then it is noted that the publicity programs such as some events should be regularly developed when expanded and advanced to a community in future.

Recently, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV, Drone) are highly regarded for their potential in the agricultural field, and research and development are actively conducted for various purposes. Therefore, in this study, to present a framework for tracking research trends in UAV use in the agricultural field, we secured a keyword search strategy and analyzed social network, a methodology used to analyze recent research trends or technological trends as an analysis model applied. This study consists of three stages. As a first step in data acquisition, search terms and search formulas were developed for experts in accordance with the Keyword Search Strategy. Data collection was conducted based on completed search terms and search expressions. As a second step, frequency analysis was conducted by country, academic field, and journal based on the number of thesis presentations. Finally, social network analysis was performed. The analysis used the open source programming language 'Python'. Thanks to the efficiency and convenience of unmanned aerial vehicles, this field is growing rapidly and China and the United States are leading global research. Korea ranked 18th, and bold investment in this field is needed to advance agriculture. The results of this study's analysis could be used as important information in government policy making.

This study investigates consumer opinions of clothing care and provides fundamental data to decision-making for oncoming development of clothing care system. Textom, a web-matrix program, was used to analyze big data collected from Naver and Daum with a keyword of "clothing care" from March 2019 to February 2020. A total of 22, 187 texts were shown from the big data collection. Collected big data were analyzed using text-mining, network, and CONCOR analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, many keywords related to clothing care were shown from the result of frequency analysis such as style, Dryer, LG Electronics, Product, Customer, Clothing, and Styler. Consumers were well recognizing and having an interest in recent information related to the clothing care system. Second, various keywords such as product, function, brand, and performance, were linked to each other which were fundamentally related to the clothing care. The interest in products of the clothing care system were linked to product brands that were also naturally linked to consumer interest. Third, the keywords in the network showed similar attributes from the result of CONCOR analysis that were classified into 4 groups such as the characteristics of purchase, product, performance, and interest. Lastly, positive emotions including goodwill, interest, and joy on the clothing care system were strongly expressed from the result of the sentimental analysis.
