In this paper, we examined the trend information collected by apparel industries to develop fashionable products. We also investigated the product development process of a swimwear industry, ELLE Swimwear, through in-depth interviews. The results are as follows; 1. The apparel industries were collecting information about a fashion trend, international exhibitions and fairs, world collections, and a market trend to develop fashionable products. 2. As the swimwear consumers are spreaded in all ages, the launching of more specialized swimwear brand with ages is required. 3. These days, swimwear is not only an item of sportswear but also being a fashionable product on street. Therefore, the industries should try to develop a various assortment of swimwear capable of coordinating with multi-mix instead of developing a separate item. 4. To design and produce swimwear satisfying functional, sensual and cultural performance, the development of new materials and patterns are required. 5. Nurturing of swimwear pattern specialists dealing with CAD is urgently required. 6. Turning of understanding about the importance of VMD and more attractive marketing strategies by a specialized team are also required.

세계의 대표적인 국가 과학기술정보기관들은 국가 경쟁력을 증진하기 위하여 연구자들에게 연구개발정보를 제공하고 있다. 장서개발정책은 과학기술정보기관이 연구개발을 위한 정보자원을 선별하고 정보자원을 상호 연계하여 정보네트워크를 구축하기 위한 가이드라인이다. 본 논문은 국가 과학기술정보기관의 장서개발정책의 주요 요소를 도출하기 위해서 미국의 국가의학도서관 (NLM), 영국국립도서관 (BL), 캐나다과학기술정보연구원 (CISTI), 한국과학기술정보연구원 (KISTI)의 장서개발정책을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 과학기술정보기관들이 장서개발정책 수립시 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

In modern fashion fabrics became an important element that leads the current of fashion beyond materials. Also, it has a creative role that reflects emotional and visual aspects, and it is considered as a mega trend that will lead the $21^{st}$ century fashion industry. The value of fashion products is affected not only by the style and design but also the sensuous properties like color, pattern, texture, and drape of fabrics. Therefore, in this study, characteristics of fabric trend between 2007 S/S and 2010 S/S will be analyzed focused on Premiere Vision, which influenced many Korean fashion trend information companies, while looking into the fabric trends shown in the world's top four collections-Paris, Milan, London, and New York-and Seoul collection, and comparing and analyzing the acceptance level of those. Fashion fabric is an important part in fashion design and change with social environment and value, its considered that the role and importance of subject matters increases in changing fashion design toward globalization by meeting various personality which is diversified more and more. It is to provide specific and practical data to be used for the Korean fashion industry, which can be used as useful information for future fabric researchers and people in the fashion industry for integrated study of fashion design and fashion fabric.

The purpose of this paper is to study the initiatives on digital collection and development in engineering college libraries in the Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh. Eighty-one engineering college libraries in Rayalaseema Region have been surveyed to assess the initiatives taken on digital collection and development. This paper highlights opinions of librarians on most preferred digital materials and various digital resources acquainted with their library. The digital library initiatives cover a variety of activities starting from the digital collection building, digitization, digital collection, maintenance, and digital preservation. It is found that 34.57% of libraries are in the process of building digital collections, which is an encouraging trend among Engineering Educational Institutions in Rayalaseema Region.

The purpose of the study is to examine the current study trend of 'QR code' and suggest a direction for the future study of big data analysis: (1) Background: study trend of 'QR code' and analysis of the text by subject field and year; (2) Methodology: data scraping and collection, EXCEL summary, and preprocess and big data analysis by R x 64 4.0.2 program package; (3) the findings: first, the trend showed a continuous increase in 'QR code' studies in general and the findings were applied in various fields. Second, the analysis of frequent keywords showed somewhat different results by subject field and year, but the overall results were similar. Third, the visualization of the frequent keywords also showed similar results as that of frequent keyword analysis; and (4) the conclusions: in general, 'QR code' studies are used in various fields, and the trend is likely to increase in the future as well. And the findings of this study are a reflection that 'QR code' is an aspect of our social and cultural phenomena, so that it is necessary to think that 'QR code' is a tool and an application of information. An expansion of the scope of the analysis is expected to show us more meaningful indications on 'QR code' study trends and development potential.

In this paper, I studied the trends of naturalism reflected on the fashion trends in 2000s, and the design characteristics of naturalism showed in modern fashions, based on the information about women's wear trend serviced by www.samsungdesign.net. The analysis was focused on the Comme des Garcons collections, and the results are as follows. First, in modern society, the scientific and realistic concept of naturalism was being shifted to nature-friendly and actual concept which harmonized with nature conceived to be important in environments. Second, the interests on well-being and LOHAS introduced the actual naturalism, and the naturalism became a prominent trend at turning times to 21th century. Third, the concepts of naturalism showed in modern fashions could be categorized into ecology, primitive, retro and exotic trends. Finally, the Comme des Garcons collections did not follow a passing fashion trend only, instead they formed unformalized natural silhouette and details in the view of new analysis and philosophy of themselves. The silhouette represented a natural sense in harmony with colors of simple materials.

전공서적, 학위논문 등과 같은 대학도서관 장서들은 교수 및 학생의 연구와 교육을 지원하기 위한 정보원으로 많이 활용된다. 이러한 자료들은 특정 분야에서 주로 사용되는 전문용어가 출현하기 마련인데, 전문용어 추이 분석을 통해 해당 분야의 최신 연구동향이나 연관성을 유추할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 소재 2개 대학도서관의 컴퓨터 분야 장서를 대상으로 메타데이터에 포함된 전문용어를 추출하여 그 추이를 분석하였다. 이를 해당 대학의 학위논문과 국내 학술논문에 나타나는 전문용어 추이와 비교함으로써 대학도서관 장서 구성과 해당 분야 연구동향과 연관성을 분석하였다.

인터넷 환경에서는 일반 정보에 비해 수십 배 또는 수백 배가 큰 음성과 영상을 포함한 멀티미디어 정보가 전송된다. 네트워크 관리를 위한 분석 유형들은 실시간 분석, 기본분석과 심화분석으로 구성되며, 심화분석은 특정 object들에 대해 일정기간 주기 적으로 경향정보를 수집하여 네트워크 상태를 분석하는데 유용하다. 심화분석 용 경향정보 수집을 위해 SNMP 적용 시 관리자의 폴링에 대해 에이전트가 매번 응답해야 하기 때문에 네트워크 부하 증가, 응답시간 지연, 데이터 수집의 정확성 감소를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 SNMP PDU에 시간변수를 추가하여 심화분석 시에 관리자와 에이전트간 불필요한 트래픽 발생을 최소화하고, 보다 정확하게 경향정보를 수집할 수 있는 효율적인 방안을 제안하고 구현하였다. 시험 분석 결과 기존 SNMP와 호환성을 유지하면서 네트워크 트래픽 부하가 감소하였으며, 정보수집의 정확도가 증가하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the historical change of Paris Collection in relation to the social and cultural environment. Together with the various changes in society, creates fashion, the historical background of the Paris Collections is analyzed from the end of the 19th century until the present. The research method includes analysis entered on data from literature and magazines. From this study, the following conclusions can be reached. 1. Paris Collection is composed of various situations such as the economic aspect, the changing society, the change of the costumes, the change of consumer's consciousness, etc,. 2. The position and role of Paris Collection will be changed in the future. But, there is no alternative. Paris Collection is the best system which we need in our society. 3. Since the level of the planning of the apparel industry becoming raised rapidly, Paris collection tend to avoid the traditional aspect. 4. In order to make good product, good understanding of the historical background need. It must be considered to understand changes such as consumers lifestyles, social trend, etc.
