대학 신입생을 위한 심리적 진로장벽 해소 집단프로그램이 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of a Group Program Designed to Resolve the Psychological Career Barriers of University Freshmen on Their Psychological Career Barriers, Self-Efficacy in Career Decision-Making, and Self-Determination)

  • 본 연구는 대학 신입생이 느끼는 심리적 진로장벽 해소를 위한 집단프로그램을 구성하여 적용하고, 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 처치집단에 8명, 비교집단에 9명을 할당하여 처치집단에는 7회기에 해당하는 심리적 진로장벽 해소 집단프로그램을 실시하고 비교집단에는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 처치집단과 비교집단 각각 사전검사와 사후검사로 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감, 자기결정성검사를 실시한 후 사전 사후 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 심리적 진로장벽점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기결정성점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 집단프로그램은 대학 신입생의 심리적 진로장벽 인식을 낮추고 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과의 활용과 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

임상간호사를 위한 공감증진 프로그램이 공감역량과 공감화법에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Compassion Improvement Program for Clinical Nurses on Compassion Competence and Empathic Communication)

  • Purpose: This quasi-experimental study used a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design with clinical nurses to develop a compassion improvement program and verify its effects on compassion competence and empathic communication. Methods: The Triandis Interpersonal Behavior model (Triandis, 1980) was used as a theoretical framework, and a compassion improvement program was developed based on the ADDIE model. The experimental treatment in the program was conducted for 120 minutes per session, once a week, for a total of six sessions. The data collection and research period ranged from September 7 to November 16. It involved a pre-survey of measured variables, six sessions of experimental treatment, a post-survey, and a follow-up survey in sequence. The collected data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS/WIN 25.0 and then based on a t-test and repeated measures ANOVA to verify the effectiveness of the program. Results: Clinical nurses participating in the compassion improvement program showed improved compassion competence (F=8.00, p=.001) due to the cultivation of insight, sensitivity, and communication skills. In addition, the improvement in attentive listening (F=3.32, p=.024) indicated that the program was partially effective in empathic communication. Conclusion: The compassion improvement program for clinical nurses, which was developed in this study, is expected to be useful in nursing practice. In other words, the compassion improvement program may contribute to creating a positive atmosphere in the workplace for nurses and an empathic relationship between nurses and healthcare recipients through improvement in the compassion competence of nurses. If the compassion improvement program is continuously implemented as a facilitating condition, it will greatly help prevent the turnover of clinical nurses, assist them in adapting to hospital life, and enhance the quality of nursing care.

체계적인 임플랜트 치료 계획의 수립과 성공적인 임상을 위한 컨셉트 (A SYSTEMATIC IMPLANT TREATMENT PLANNING AND CONCEPTS FOR CLINICAL SUCCESS)

  • Statement of problem: It is important to have a correct presurgical treatment plan before any implant surgery. It must contain substantial information about the patient concerned. However, the standard classification only notifies the dentist about various structural, pathological and physiological dimensions Due to diverse structure of the jaw bone, current standard classification does not tell spatial dimensions of the available bone for implant insertion sites. Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to report the establishment of the systematic implant treatment plan and its clinical treatment using $Implan^(R)$ program which is based on ASCIi-classification that is available for future diagnosis and scale of treatment and for systematic implant insertion. Results: By assisting the systemic measurement of the available alveolus dimension during implant surgery, it was easy to set initial implant treatment plan. Conclusion: Using $Implan^(R)$ program which is based on ASCIi-classification system that allows the establishment of systemic implant treatment plan and successful clinical performance, it was possible to establish the founding or initial implant treatment plan , the acquisition of information, and the systematization of documentation.

  • The elevation of present medical service using advanced science contributes to offer medical examination and treatment of good quality under the subject of patient satisfaction as well as patient impression. The dental service field charging some part of public health promotion and public welfare promotion also intends to improve the dental examination and treatment quality utilizing advanced science. The object of this research is the development of dental patient education system (DPES) using multimedia of new technology. DPES can be employed for these object, harmonious operation of dental examination and treatment, treatment quality improvement, disease notice to patient under the subject of patient satisfaction and patient impression, explanation of some selective treatment course, the verification of treatment necessities and treatment validation, and the improvement of treatment effect through the oral cavity sanitation education in the sense of prevention. This research also serves the development environment, the step to collect educational document, visual information and to structure those, and the examination of DPES efficiency in clinic.

Institutional Applications of Eclipse Scripting Programming Interface to Clinical Workflows in Radiation Oncology

  • Eclipse Scripting Application Programming Interface (ESAPI) was devised to enhance the efficiency in such treatment related workflows as contouring, treatment planning, plan quality measure, and data-mining by communicating with the treatment planning system (TPS). It is provided in the form of C# programming based toolbox, which could be modified to fit into the clinical applications. The Scripting program, however, does not offer all potential functionalities that the users intend to develop. The shortcomings can be overcome by combining the Scripting programming with user-executable program on Windows or Linux. The executed program has greater freedom in implementation, which could strengthen the ability and availability of the Scripting on the clinical applications. This work shows the use of the Scripting programming throughout the simple modification of the given toolbox. Besides, it presents the implementation of combining both Scripting and user-executed programming based on MATLAB, applied to automated dynamic MLC wedge and FIF treatment planning procedure for promoting the planning efficiency.

전산화 신경인지기능 프로그램(COMCOG, CNT)을 이용한 뇌졸중 환자의 기억력과 주의력 증진효과 (Effects of Computerized Neurocognitive Function Program Induced Memory and Attention for Patients with Stroke)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of computerized neurocognitive function program on cognitive function about memory and attention with stroke. Methods: 24subjects with stroke were recruited. Twelve of subjects received conventional therapy including physical therapy, occupational therapy and language therapy. Another subjects received additional computer assisted cognitive training using Computer-aided Cognitive rehabilitation training system(COMCOG, MaxMedica Inc., 2004). All patients were assessed their cognitive function of memory and attention using Computerized Neurocognitive Function Test(CNT, MaxMedica Inc., 2004) before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment. Results: Before the treatment, two groups showed no difference in cognitive function(p>0.05). After 6 weeks, two groups showed significantly difference in digit span (forward, backward), verbal learning(A5, $A1{\sim}A5$), auditory CPT(n), visual CPT(n)(p<0.05). After treatment, the experimental group showed a significant improvement of digit span(forward, backward), verbal learning(A5, $A1{\sim}A5$), visual span (forward, backward), auditory CPT(n, sec), visual CPT(n, sec), and trail-making (A, B)(p<0.05). Conclusion: Computerized neurocognitive function program would be improved cognitive function of memory and attention in patients with stoke.

감마나이프 방사선 수술 치료계획에서 선량분포 계산 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dose Distribution Programs in Gamma Knife Stereotactic Radiosurgery)

  • 감마나이프를 이용하는 정위적 방사선 수술 치료계획 프로그램 중에서 선량계산 프로그램을 PC에서 작성하고, 작성한 프로그램 GP1(Gamma Project 1) 을 상용화된 치료계획 프로그램인 KULA와 비교하여 선량분포 50% 지점에서 등선량분포의 차이와 편차를 계산함으로써 GPI을 평가하고자 한다. 또한 radiochromic 필름에 감마나이프로 방사선을 조사하여 선량분포를 계산하고, 이를 KULA, GPI에 의한 선량분포와 비교하여 GPI을 검증하고자 한다. 프로그램 작성은 프로그램 제작 언어인 IDL(Interactive Data Language)을 사용하였으며, 선량계산 알고리듬은 상용 치료계획 프로그램인 KULA의 알고리듬을 사용하였다. GP1을 평가하기 위해 반경이 80 mm인 구형 팬톰 중심에서 각 콜리메이터마다 세 방향 (축상면, 시상면, 관상면)에서의 선량분포를 계산하고, 이를 KULA에 의한 선량분포와 비교하였다. 또한 팬톰내 임의의 한 지점에서 GPl과 KULA에 의한 선량분포를 비교하여 두 프로그램간의 선량분포 차이를 계산하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 팬톰 내부에 radiochromic 필름올 장치하여 방사선을 조사한 후 필름의 선량분포를 상용화된 프로그램 KULA와 본 연구에서 작성한 프로그램 GP1에 의한 선량분포와 비교하여 그 차이를 확인하였다. 그 결과 팬톰 중심에서 GPl과 KULA에 의한 선량분포는 50% 선량분포에서 $\pm$3% 이내의 편차를 나타내었으며, 임의의 지점에서도 같은 결과를 보여주었다. 콜리메이터 크기가 작고 선량분포의 값이 작을수록 두 프로그램의 차이가 커짐을 알 수 있었다. GPl 검증을 위한 필름에서의 선량분포 또한 두 프로그램에서의 선량분포와 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 이로써 치료계획시 GPl에 의한 선량분포의 사용이 가능성을 확인하였다.

Thinking Science 프로그램 중 분류활동이 초등학교 5학년 학생의 분류문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the classification problem solving of Thinking Science Program on the Classified Activities on Elementary School 5th grade category)

  • In this study, elementary school science program, this category did not affect any troubleshooting analyzed. Thinking Science Program to buy for them in group activities by using one of the elements of a program of treatment and cognitive level effects were two kinds of research questions. 102, 5th grade four classes were involved, these two classes of the experimental group and the remaining two classes were divided into a control group. Pre-test between the two groups is compared to the level and classification problem-solving skills but the skills did not show a statistically significant difference. Thinking Science activity after application of classification and posttest the experimental group than in the control group problem solving abilities of students classified at the level of statistical significance was higher. Thinking Science program is a treatment effect for each level of analysis, tests, regardless of cognitive level was more effective. Through theses findings, Thinking Science activities 5th grade category classification problem-solving skills of students found to be effective in improving and these types of programs actively introduced in the field suggests that we need to see.

자기효능 증진 프로그램 효과에 대한 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of the Effects of a Self-Efficacy Promoting Program)

  • Purpose: This meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the effects of a self-efficacy promoting program and analyze its components. Method: The material used for this study were 18 self-efficacy promoting program studies carried out from Jan. 1980 to Oct. 2003. The studies were analyzed in differen categories: 1) types of dependent variables 2) sample characteristics 3) types of experimental treatment conditions 4) types of self-efficacy source and 5) total amount of time Result: 1) The weighted mean of a self-efficacy promoting program ranged from 1.383 to 0.015 2) for the experimental treatment condition, exercise had a much larger effect in increasing general self-efficacy and self-care than education 3) the studies using 3 sources had a much larger effect in increasing self-care than the studies using 4 sources 4) a time period longer than 900 minutes had a much larger effect in increasing specific self-efficacy, general self-efficacy and self-care than in a time period shorter than 900 minutes. 5) effect size of specific self-efficacy was significantly higher than general self-efficacy. Conclusion: These results can be used to guide the development of a self-efficacy promoting program for nursing practice.
