여행사 웹사이트 품질이 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Travel Agency's Website Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 여행사 웹사이트 품질, 고객만족, 그리고 재구매 의도 간 영향관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 일 년 이내 여행사의 웹사이트를 통해 여행상품을 구입한 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 결과는 여행사 웹사이트의 디자인 품질, 서비스품질, 그리고 정보 품질은 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 가지는 것으로 증명되었다. 한편 여행사 웹사이트의 품질의 구성요소 중 정보 품질이 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 가장 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌으며, 다음으로 서비스 품질, 디자인 품질 순으로 나타났다.

Smart Tourism Information System and IoT Data Collection Devices for Location-based Tourism and Tourist Safety Services

  • The smart tourism service provides services such as travel planning and tour guides to tourists using key technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, such as the Internet of Things, communication infrastructure, big data, artificial intelligence, AR/VR, and drones. We are developing smart tourism services such as recommended travel products, my travel itinerary, tourism information, and chatbots for tourists through the smart tourism app. In this paper, we develop a smart tourism service system that provides real-time location-based tourism information and weather information to tourists. The smart tourism service system consists of a smart tourism app, a smart tourism information system, and an IoT data collection device. The smart tourism information system receives weather information from the IoT data collection device installed in the tourist destination. The location-based smart tourism service is provided as a smart tourism app in the smart tourism information system according to the Beacon's UUID in the IoT data collection device. The smart tourism information system stores the Beacon's UUIDs received from tourists and provides a safe hiking service for tourists.

여행경로 추천 서비스를 위한 최적화 수리모형 (New Mathematical Model for Travel Route Recommendation Service)

  • With the increased interest in the quality of life of modern people, the implementation of the five-day working week, the increase in traffic convenience, and the economic and social development, domestic and international travel is becoming commonplace. Furthermore, in the past, there were many cases of purchasing packaged goods of specialized travel agencies. However, as the development of the Internet improved the accessibility of information about the travel area, the tourist is changing the trend to plan the trip such as the choice of the destination. Web services have been introduced to recommend travel destinations and travel routes according to these needs of the customers. Therefore, after reviewing some of the most popular web services today, such as Stubby planner (http://www.stubbyplanner.com) and Earthtory (http://www.earthtory.com), they were supposed to be based on traditional Traveling Salesman Problems (TSPs), and the travel routes recommended by them included some practical limitations. That is, they were not considered important issues in the actual journey, such as the use of various transportation, travel expenses, the number of days, and lodging. Moreover, although to recommend travel destinations, there have been various studies such as using IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the analysis of cyberspatial Big Data on the web and SNS (Social Networking Service), there is little research to support travel routes considering the practical constraints. Therefore, this study proposes a new mathematical model for applying to travel route recommendation service, and it is verified by numerical experiments on travel to Jeju Island and trip to Europe including Germany, France and Czech Republic. It also expects to be able to provide more useful information to tourists in their travel plans through linkage with the services for recommending tourist attractions built in the Internet environment.

  • 최근 스마트폰의 발전함에 따라 집 주변의 음식점조차도 스마트폰을 사용하여 찾아가는 일상이 당연시되었다. 이러한 장점들을 사용하여 여행에 관련된 어플리케이션 또한 많아졌는데, 여행에는 거리, 시간, 금액, 등 여러 가지 조건들이 필요하다. 하지만 정작 여행 어플리케이션의 카테고리를 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 기능을 사용하기에는 화면전환이 너무 많아 번거로운 경우가 많다. 게다가 금액과 거리 등을 따로 찾으려면 시간이 더 소모되는데 이러한 점들을 고려하여 사용자가 더욱 간편하게 여행 스케줄을 관리할 수 있도록 여행에 필요한 정보들이 하나로 합쳐진 어플리케이션을 개발하게 되었다.

소비자 정보탐색활동이 여행 서비스품질 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Information Search Behavior for Service Quality of Travel Agents)

  • 소비자들이 이용하는 정보채널에 따라 소비자가 중요하게 평가하는 여행사 서비스품질 속성에는 차이가 있을 것이라는 문제의식을 가지고 본 연구를 진행하였으며 선행연구를 통해서 여행상품 구매자들은 무형의 서비스상품을 구매하기 위해서 다양한 정보채널을 활용해 여행사의 서비스품질을 평가하고 있으며 일반적으로 정보탐색에 이용되는 채널(인적채널, 영업장방문채널, 미디어 채널)을 통한 정보탐색 활동의 노력에 따라서 서비스품질속성에 대한 중요도 평가에는 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다.

The Moderating Effects of Word-of-Mouth Intention in Online Travel Agencies Service Quality

  • Purpose: This study examines components that dictate service quality of Online Travel Agencies. Research design, data and methodology: This study performed a survey that targeted people who have purchased travel products using Online Travel Agencies in the past year at Incheon International Airport. Out of 280 questionnaires, this study selected 249(88.9%) questionnaires for analysis. In analysis, this study used statistical package called 'SPSS 22'. Results: Based on the results, this study identified that company reputation and transactional stability influenced consumers' intent to share anecdotal and practical information. Conclusions: This study discovered several major findings. First, 'convenience' and 'price', two major factors in service quality, imposed positive effects on word-of-mouth intention of consumers. In particular, 'convenience' had the most significant impact. Next, this study verified the moderating effects of 'transaction safety' and 'reputation' on the effect relationships between 'convenience' and 'price', and consumer word-of-mouth intention. The results conclude that, in fact, some statistically significant differences among the effect degrees of the two independent variables on the dependent variable according to the safety level of transaction on Online Travel Agencies website do exist. In short, 'transaction safety' variable does have moderating effects on the above relationships.

A Study on the Status and Prospects of Korean Female Travelers in Outbound Travel Market from Service Trade Point of View

  • Services could move over the world where they want to go. Especially, travel services shared 29.4 percent of total world exports, 625 billion dollars in 2004 (WTO, 2005). Tourism is a very important sector in service trade in the world. Of developing countries, Korea has been experiencing remarkable development in female outbound travel market since the complete liberalization on overseas travels in 1989, with about 3.85 million travelers in 2005, 2,000 percent growth rate over 1988. It means woman's social status has been increasing in Korea. Especially, in the study young housekeepers, solely office ladies, and college students were described as very important market segments in Korean woman outbound travel market. They were not only major decision makers, but also executors because of both enough economic power and social status improvement on small sized family. This study indicated that woman outbound travel market gets larger because their buying power and status are going to go improved in Korean social system. It is recommended that marketers be worth watching Korean woman travellers as a major target market through continuos observation and analysis.

온라인 여행사 사이트 e-서비스품질이 지각된 가치, 만족도, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Intention of Repurchase on e-Service Quality by Online Travel Agency Site)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is reflected on the rapid development of online tourism industries. The study was to establish the strategy for Korean tourism enterprises to develop tourist commodities suitable for Chinese tourists and attract them to visit Korea by the empirical analysis of the relation between repurchase intention of tourists and its premise variables (e-service quality, perceived value and satisfaction). Research design, data, and methodology - This research carried out a questionnaire survey on Chinese tourists who visited Korea with experience of using the online travel agency web sites. A total 398 answers were recovered, 41 of them were excluded due to the dishonest answers and 357 of them were finally analyzed. The data was analyzed with IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Results - The research results show that in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, convenience, interactivity, information validity, credibility had a positive impacts on perceived value and satisfaction. The perceived value of online travel agency website users has positive impart on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction of online travel agency web site users have positive impacts on repurchase intention. But safety has no impact on perceived value while positive impacts on satisfaction was affected. Conclusions - First, in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, safety has no impact on perceived value while it was shown to have positive impacts on satisfaction because the users of online travel agency web sites believe that the protection of personal information, the defense of cracker and the safeguard of payment security are the basic premises of website operation. Although safety does not have impacts on perceived value, users benefits will suffer damage when hacker intrusion and other accidents occur so that online travel agency web sites should not ignore the security concerns. Second, credibility is a major concern for online travel agency web site users. At this time, it is necessary for the web site to establish a system to display both the commodity information and the using experience published on the user's SNS, thus improving the credibility of the website information.

여행박람회 방문객의 추구편익과 서비스품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -2012 하나투어 여행박람회 방문객을 대상으로- (Influence of Travel Show Visitor's Benefit Sought and Service Quality on the Behavioral Intentions -Focused on Hanatour International Travel Show Visitors 2012-)

  • 본 연구는 여행수요 증가에 따른 여행관련 업체들의 홍보수단 가운데 하나로 활용되고 있는 여행박람회의 방문객을 대상으로 추구편익과 서비스품질이 행동의도인 재방문의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하여 여행박람회를 기획하는데 유용한 정보로 활용하고자 하는 연구목적을 가지고 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 2012년 하나투어 여행박람회 방문객 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 회수된 203부의 유효설문지를 바탕으로 분석을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 사용하여 연구문제를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 여행박람회 방문객의 추구편익은 행동의도인 재방문의도와 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여행박람회 방문객의 서비스품질은 행동의도인 재방문의도와 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여행박람회 주최자는 서비스품질에 대한 지속적인 개선을 통해 매년 반복되는 여행박람회가 중요한 관광자원이 될 수 있도록 적극적인 노력을 기울여야 하겠다.

SNS 여행정보특성이 온라인 여행상품 구매결정요인에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of SNS Tourism Information Characteristics on the Determinant Factor of Internet Travel Products Purchase)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 여행정보 특성과 온라인 여행상품 구매결정요인간의 관계를 검토하고자 실시하였다. 소비자들이 인식하는 SNS 여행정보에 대한 특성은 신뢰성, 흥미성, 상호작용성 및 유용성의 4가지 차원으로 나타났으며 온라인 여행상품 구매결정요인은 선행연구를 통해서 17개 문항을 선정하였으며 요인분석을 통해 4가지 차원 즉, 안전성, 가격 및 비용, 고객서비스, 이용 편리성으로 구분되었다. 분석결과 SNS 여행정보에 대한 신뢰성이 높은 집단은 온라인 구매결정요인 중에서 이용편리성을 중요시하고 SNS 여행정보의 흥미성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 가격 및 비용을 중요시하고 SNS 여행정보의 상호작용에 대한 인식, 유용성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 모두가 고객서비스 요인을 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다.
