This study conducted in-depth interviews with employees who worked at three different travel agencies in Seoul and had different employment years. In order to resolve emotional labor, we investigated and analyzed the positive effects of forest healing programs and tried to help both travel agents and forest healing operators. According to the analysis, the person who was selected for the H travel agency was interviewed at the forest healing experience center in Gapyeong in April 2018 and her job as an operator for the fifth year since she joined the company. He said that he suffered from depression due to emotional labor in the customer service process and that it has a positive effect through forest healing. Next, M travel agents conducted an interview in May 2018 at the forest experience center in Uiwang, and their job as a woman was product planning. In the case of emotional labor and physical illness in the work with customers, participants were interested in forest stability, people's humanity, and wooden crafts in particular. Lastly, participants of R travel agency conducted an interview at the forest experience center in Seoul in June 2018 and it was their 10th year as a man and their job as a tour contact. In order to solve the difficulties, I experienced forest experience in close geographical areas and received great help.

The terrestrial-digital multimedia broadcasting(T-DMB) is now provided for the public service and the number of receivers reaches 15 million at the present of August 2008. The service of T-DMB itself has been succeeded in the presence. It is however remained as a supplementary role of stationed TV. It is necessary to find an additional business model as a new media to acquire surplus escaping from the deficit of the present T-DMB service. In the present paper, data service of T-DMB is proposed as candidate of such solution. Especially, TTI(Traffic and Travel Information) service is proposed as a killer application using TPEG(Transport Protocol Experts Group). At present, TPEG has not been so popular in the sense of various user satisfaction. Thus the variety of service including bi-directional service using DMB2.0 as in the sphere of Web2.0 is necessary for the service providers. In the paper, the restriction of TPEG-POI(Point of Interest) application service using the conventional mobile communication infrastructure is indicated. To overcome such restriction, TPEG-UCM(User Created Message) application service model using individual bi-directional media which is initiated and interacting by the users is proposed. In the experiment, the application program shows the usability of the proposed method so that the implementation results show its operability.

The objectives of the study were 1) to make the reasonable standard, 2) to select the objective and scientific method and process for the location-allocation of a new provincial capital city. The Main standard of location-allocation were suggested as follows ; 1) Integration of province 2) Convenience of Administration service 3) Accomodations of new provincial capital city 4) Balanced development by region. The validity of location-allocation were reviewed the population potentials and nodal accessibilities. The population potential was examined to find the maximum point of administrative demand, and the locationallocation model was examined to find the minimum point of the aggregated travel-cost to a proposed provincial government office. The nodal accessibilities measured in travel-time distance and actual values. Two major concerns in locating public facilities are efficiency and equity.

As can be seen by the fact that 96% of foreign visitors to Korea travel by air, governments across Asia are aware of the importance civil aviation has in a country's economical developlment, and are fiercely investing in infrastructure and systems which could help set the ground for a hub strategy, catching the profits generated from air travel. In the case of Incheon Internation Airport (IIA), Chinese passengers have outnumbered Japanese passengers using IIA. Considering the potential growth of the Chinese air transport market, there is the growing need for thorough research regarding Chinese passengers. Surveys for the following study were distributed between September 2015 and October 2015, which includes Chinese holidays. Surveys were distributed to Chinese transfer passengers, with questions related to airport service and facility usage.

High speed wire seam weldability of tin coated thin gage sheet steels was investigated. Thickness and coating weight ranges of the test materials were 0.21~0.35mm and 1.1/1.1~2.8/11.2g/$m^2$, respectively. Test results indicated that the surface roughness value, Rz decreased as increasing the coating weight. The Rz was thought to be one of the important factors to influence the optimum welding condition range, $\triangle$Q. The $\triangle$Q showed close relationship with welding conditions such as welding pressure and travel speed. Higher welding pressure widened the $\triangle$Q while higher travel speed reduced the $\triangle$Q value. Results also demonstrated that tin coating weight should be optimized based on the weldability or the serviceability after welding. At th HAZ of sheet materials with thinner coating layer, tin depleted zone was produced since molten film of the coating material on the base metal agglomerated by the surface tension, which could result in reducing the corrosion resistance of the HAZ in the service environment.

In order to calculate accurate traffic and traffic speed, qualified and sufficient GPS data should be provided. However, it is difficult to provide accurate traffic information using restricted GPS data from probe vehicles because of communication costs. This paper developed a algorithm that recovers links omitted by restricted GPS data with topology information, and calculate traffic speed with original links and recovered links. T traffic information service of city with a new algorithm can provide more accurate traffic and traffic speed than the original system.

소셜미디어 상 고객들이 쏟아내는 말을 실시간으로 분석, 조사하는 방법으로 버즈 모니터링 이라는 시스템을 이용하여 웹상의 다양한 정보를 자동으로 검색하고 수집하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여행사에 관해 소셜 미디어 상의 빅 데이터를 이용하여 보다 정확하고 효율적인 정보 수집과 분석이 가능하도록 하기위한 분석 모델을 제안하고 실제 국내 여행사에 관해 비교 분석한다. 먼저 여행사별 인지도,이미지와 선호도 분석을 하고 관광관련 상품과 서비스에 대한 분석과 함께 소비자 분석으로서 관광의 목적, 동행인 등 소비자의 생활패턴에 대한 분석을 한다. 또한 여행사 관련 영향력자 경향을 트위터 상에서 살펴본 결과 해당 여행사 이용경험자와 관련 뉴스를 제공하는 언론, 이벤트에 관심 있는 사용자들로 유형화 할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 오픈마켓에서의 여행상품을 구입하기 전에 자신의 여행 기간을 입력하고 각 여행상품을 자신의 스케줄에 등록하여 개인에게 최적화된 여행 스케줄을 작성할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 개인화된 여행스케줄 생성을 위한 추천시스템은 설문형식의 사전 설정으로 개인이 선호하는 여행지를 선택하고 사용자와 유사한 성향을 지닌 기존 사용자들의 선호 콘텐츠를 추천하며, 여행상품 큐레이션 지원을 위해 현재 사용자의 상품페이지 방문패턴의 분석과 고객의 성향을 계량화한다.

This paper attempts to develop a method which combines a subway system with a feeder bus system in order to increase the efficiency of the performance of the subway system. The 'feasible region' where a subway system is more desirable than a conventional bus in its travel time far the CBD-bound trip is determined and the service-specification models of the two systems in this region have been formulated and analyzed in an aggregate manner. The model developed in this study is applied to the Subway Line No. 1 in Seoul. The result obtained in the analysis indicates that the combined system can be guaranteed as a desirable mode in the point of travel time and cost within the feasible region. The concept of the model will lead to a proper assessment of the system's potentials for the choice of an optimal combination of the existing transport technologies.

대부분의 기업은 경영전략을 결정하는데 고객의 소리(VOC:Voice of Customer)를 매우 중요한 정보로 사용하고 있기 때문에 기업들은 다양한 방법으로 고객과의 관계증진을 위해 VOC 데이터를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 수집된 내부VOC 데이터에서 많은 정성적인 데이터를 포함하고 있으므로 분석하는 데는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는데 사용하고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 다른 업종에 비해 고객이 다양하고 서비스가 매우 중요한 여행사 내부 VOC를 분석한다. 적용 사례로서 국내 대표적인 여행사에 직접 적용하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 빅 데이터 분석 도구를 다른 서비스업종의 내부 VOC의 정성적인 데이터를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다고 사료된다.
