This study aims to provide the basic materials for the development of leisure and tourism contents in connection with Osaek cableway for the revitalization of Osaek District. For such a purpose, the following policy directions were presented through the analysis of the present situation and conditions of Osaek District, the direction of development of leisure and tourism contents of Osaek District, etc. The first is increasing the participation of local residents and reinforcing their capabilities. The suggested promotion plans are ① establishing organizational system and strengthening support, ② reinforcing the capabilities of local residents and ③ constructing networks with external human resources. The second is setting the guidelines for contents development. It was proposed to prepare contents for leisure experience using the natural environment of Osaek District in response to the trend of increase of people who enjoy "contents using culture and arts" and leisure. The third is typological approach to contents. It was proposed to develop cultural contents with the theme of Osaek such as "Osaek Light Festival", "Osaek Concert", "Osaek Photo Exhibition" and "Osaek Good Men and Women Contest" for the promotion of the brand of the place name of Osaek and the creation of the "Picture Book Village" for the compilation of the history and culture of Osaek District with pictures. The fourth is securing marketing channels. For this, it was proposed to produce the website of Yangyang County or a website tentatively named as "Osaek-ri with Beautiful Osaek" and introduce an integrated travel product (transportation + lodging + foods + experience (hot spring, mineral water therapy, leisure experience, etc.) + purchasing local specialty products, etc.) composed of the leisure and tourism contents, transportation, lodging, foods, etc. of Osaek District through travel agencies. The final policy direction presented was phased implementation of the development and operation of the contents. Proposed policies include support of a consulting project to upgrade the organization of local residents; implementation of "Tourism Dure (Cooperative)" project for the solution of the problem of tourism in Osaek District by the residents themselves together using the space of culture and arts made by remodeling idle public and private facilities after benchmarking exemplary places; system improvement for the introduction of leisure and tourism contents appropriate for local conditions; and the establishment of a master plan for the introduction of various leisure and tourism contents in Osaek District.
To analyze travel demand fur transportation policy and transportation planning, it is important to construct realistic and reliable traffic data. And it needs a user friendly system to demonstrate transportation problems in the transportation planning and transportation management aspect. Generally, to construct network for analysis and collection about social and economical data is a core of transportation planning model. However, it takes a lot of time and effect. To overcome this problem GIS is more effective and efficient in data processing, such as selecting, editing and visualizing, etc. However, it is an early stage to use CIS in the transportation problems. This paper shows a new GIS-T system. The system can give traffic information and plan transportation planning using GIS which has ability as spatial representation and spatial analysis. To build this system, we design interfaces that are able to communicate transportation package for analysis with GIS and manage network efficiently, such as editing and examination. And we also develop a module for traffic information processing to handle spatial data and add it on the system. The proposed system shows more realistic transportation network modeling because the system presents more effective conditions to analyze network. And it can be a tool that can analyze various transportation problems.

At the present, planning and installation of parking space sections and lane width are implemented in accordance with the installation standard and parking lot structure by the enforcement regulations of the Parking Act. While large and RV (Recreational Vehicle) vehicles have increased in number recently, parking is complex with improper installation standards. It causes serious problems, including vehicle vandalism, increased civil complaints, travel inconveniences for parking lot users, management and maintenance issues for parking lots, and so forth. The study, therefore, determined that the practical and appropriate realignment of parking unit adjustment and lane width regulations are essential. The study conducted prior review on domestic parking sections and change cases of composition by vehicle types, including the component ratio of domestic and foreign vehicles, width of vehicle by types in order to examine the parking problems that account for a increasing social issues, and provided parking plan methods by types of vehicle, as well as reform and reaction plans for parking unit adjustment and lane width considering security and smooth traffic flow. After comparing and analyzing between estimated installation of parking space and lane width and internal and external cases, the study suggests the improvement that considers expenses and convenience of a driver. Also, it shows installation of parking space that considers traffic safety, improvement of lane width, and parking way depends on vehicle types. By providing estimation for parking planning and parking planning methods that secure safe and smooth traffic flow within a parking lot, the study will contribute to the development of improved alternatives for cost-effective traffic safety and set-up structure, including installation standards of parking lots.

The purpose of this study is to contribute the use of special taxi for the transportation vulnerable such as elderly and pregnant woman in terms of improving transportation mobility and extending social participation. We analyzed the DB users of STS system operating in Suwon, and surveyed the preference statement. Specifically, we have built transportation mode choice models for the elderly and pregnant woman, and then we drew the activating STS plan by comparing influence factors for each model. Based on the results of the study, 23% of STS user was the elderly people and pregnant women, 31% of user was for hospital passage purpose, and short-haul passage within 2 ~ 5km was 70% level of the passage. According to preference survey results between STS and Bus, fare was the highest impact factor in the mode choices for the elderly, and the participants who are older and car owners have been found to prefer the special taxi. For the pregnant woman, travel time and fare were the main influence factors of choices, and it was discovered that they preferred the special taxi when they are car owners and trips was frequented. Also, if the fare of special taxi is about 70% of the regular taxi fare, The share rates of Special Taxi comparing to bus for the elderly and pregnant woman are analyzed to be 51.1% and 63.6% each. Therefore, the adjustment of the fare would be effective to encourage the use of the special taxi. The results of this study can be used as a basis for establishing the rational fare structure of the special taxi.

Traffic jam densified day by day is phenomenon to occur lack of the road capacity in comparison with traffic density, but lack of the road cannot be concluded by main cause of traffic ism. Because the central function of a city would be concentrated upon the downtown and traffic demand would not be evenly distributed by the classification of an hour. Therefore, this study based on the fact that each driver will select the route generating traffic delay very low when path choice from origin to destination in travel plan estimating the quality of passage could be maintained the speed he want will approach to a characteristic grasp of a road, traffic, driver changing every moment by traffic-demand of road increased as a geometrical series with analysis a classification of a street, a intersection along the path on traffic density and highway capacity analysis the path using GIS techniques about complex street network, also will get the path of actual optimum for traffic delay trend creating under various condition the classification per a hour, a day of week and an incident through network such as analysis for traffic generation zone adjacent about street, intersection, afterward will expect the result increasing efficiency of the road-use through a good distribution of traffic by optimum-path choice, accordingly will prepare the scientific, objective, appropriate basis to decide the reasonable time of a road-widen and expansion through section analysis along a rate of traffic volume vs. road capacity.

Emergency Medical Service(EMS) has become focused due to all kinds of disaster and a great number of casualties. The 119 emergency vehicles' dispatching methods are now being focused, for travel time of ambulances are the critical components in terms of saving human lives. Therefore, this study tried to rearrange 119 EMS regions more efficiently. For this study, Daejeon Metropolitan City's real call cases were analyzed. In order to rearrange the regions, OD Cost Matrix analysis was performed between 800 thousands random points and 26 departments in the Daejoen Metropolitan City. By creating Thiessen Polygon from the random points, a new region was created. As a results, average areas of the regions were reduces from 32 square kilometers to 20 square kilometers, and average time of arrivals are were also improved. Hence, if related organizations plan to rearrange EMS regions, they may utilize this study.

The research on the immersive media technology is actively being done with the emergence of immersive services using immersive media, especially in the broadcasting industry and with the increased market demand for it. The industry which produces, transmits, processes and services the immersive contents is commonly called Immersive Media Industry. Immersive Media Industry has recently received attention as next-generation strategic industry with its high marketability and its high possibility of market expansion through convergence with other industry such as education, health, advertisement, travel and public service industry. As other advanccd country such as the U.S., Japan and Europe buckle down to take the innitiative in the immersive media industry, Korea government also begins to make plan to promote the immersive media industry. As above, immersive media industry is a cutting-edge convergence industry which embraces broadcasting, telecommunication and contents industry and it is rising as core growth engine industry. This article analyses the economic effects of immersive media industry through quantatitive method and evaluates the relations between the immersive media industry and the other related industries. As a result, the effect on production inducement of immersive media industry is 610.9 billion Korean Won; the effect on value-added inducement is 468.7 billion Korean Won; and it is measured that 3,258 job will be created by the immersive media industry.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, the global economy has stagnated and our daily lives have changed. The rural economy is also experiencing damage, such as an average of 65% or more decrease in the number of visitors to rural experience resort villages due to the spread of COVID-19. In order to minimize the damage arising from the prolonged coronavirus, a hospitality system in response to changes in rural tourism behavior and consumer demand is needed to revitalize rural areas and maintain continuous economic independence. Therefore, this study attempted to find ways to utilize landscape resources such as education, culture, history, and ecology in order to complement the existing experience programs in connection with local resources and local environment. Wibong Village, which is the subject of the study, attempted to revitalize the village using the resources through the "Creative village creation" project in 2015. Due to poor management of historical resources, difficulty in operating experience programs, and response to changes in the natural environment, the rate of implementation of the project plan was very low. Currently, the demand for experience is also decreasing due to the COVID-19 effect, so it was judged that it was necessary to develop an experience village program suitable for the needs of experienced visitors by discovering additional local resources for the continuous operation of the experience village. In order to solve the problem of the use of landscape resources and the spatial composition of the study site, additional investigations of local resources were made, and an experience program course that could be operated by theme was proposed by configuring a space suitable for the use of landscape resources. By dividing the additionally investigated landscape resources into history, ecology, and region, an experiential course was created to separate the traffic lines, and the space composition for large-scale experienced visitors that had been previously operated was constructed in a form suitable for the post-corona era. In addition, at least two experiential tour courses that can be operated by period were proposed to maintain economic effects. Starting with this study, if further research on the creation and spatial composition of a rural experience village centered on the connection with the region, it will be used as research results that can be referenced in projects such as village creation, rural space planning, and living area analysis. It is expected that it will be able to effectively cope with the construction of a rural area suitable for the post-corona era, where demand is expected to increase in the future.
There has been a growing interest on the effect of volcanic eruption on the aviation safety, air travel and economy especially after the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull in Iceland. Since volcanic eruption is influential on a large geographic region, the effect usually extends to other neighboring countries. Korea also has an active volcano named Mountain Baekdu. Hence, the need to estimate in advance the quantitative impact of the potential eruption of Mt. Baekdu on South Korean air transportation system. However, previous studies with quantitative estimation were confined to the calculation of the direct economic loss from shut down of the airports, grounding of airlines, and trade deficits caused by the eruption. Therefore, this paper introduces a new approach to assess more accurate impact simultaneously considering volcanic ash dispersal and aviation routes. This approach is then applied to a virtual scenario to predict the damage to air traffic. With further development, this method can help estimate the damage in the air transportation industry in more accurate and faster ways. Prediction outcomes can also be utilized in setting up the emergency response plan for the air transportation industry and contribute to the creation of more proactive and predictive measures in the future.
A total of 19 elevators for evacuation were installed in the Lotte World Tower and it is planned to operate the shuttle using the manual key from five refuge floors to the 1st floor in an emergency. In the event of a fire or other disaster, it is necessary to conduct intensive analysis to determine how much RSET reduction could be achieved using the evacuation elevator compared to the existing evacuation plans. When the optimal transportation sharing ratio by the evacuation elevators was 40% at the Lotte World Tower, the RSET of the evacuation scenario in parallel with the elevators in the entire building was calculated to be 1 hour and 2 minutes. The RSET of a conventional evacuation scenario (Walking along the stairs without using the elevators) was calculated to be 1 hour 29 minutes, therefore, the former evacuation scenario were found to have a shortening effect of approximately 27 minutes compared to the latter. On the other hand, to maintain this effect, each part of the evacuation route using the elevator must have the capability to protect the evacuee from any hazards caused by fires, such as smoke, flame, and radiant heat during the evacuation. Moreover, the evacuation route should be continuous from the residence position of the elevator user to the final evacuation site, and be recognized easily.
