교량 케이슨 운송의 동적 안정성 고찰 (Dynamic Stability during Transportation of Bridge Caisson)

  • As the demands of ocean resource development increase, many offshore structures are required. To cope with the active ocean developments, many types of construction methods have been applied for offshore facilities, including oil, gas and harbors. One of the challenges is to transport and install the heave bridge caisson. Several construction methods are well understood. However, for the sake of safety and reliability, the F/D installation method can be utilized. While the caisson is carried by an F/D, the mooring force of the tug boat and the structure stability from exiting motions in the dock should be checked against external loadings and sea conditions. The external loads can be classified with wind force, current force, and wave force. In the stability analysis, transportation velocity and draft of F/D are important factors. The dynamic stability and hook load for crane barge installation for the same caisson are also studied. Considering external loads and dominant factors, the stability of caisson during transportation has been investigated.

장애인 전동휠체어 교통안전에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Traffic Safety of Electric Wheelchair for Disabled Persons)

  • In this study, through a survey on traffic safety campaigns for electric wheelchairs for the disabled, we found out what is necessary to solve the inconvenience of disabled people driving electric wheelchairs and living in society. The conclusions for each role of the severely disabled are as follows. The government has enacted a law on fostering convenience facilities for the disabled in accordance with reality so that the disabled, who are vulnerable to transportation, do not have any inconvenience in their social lives. However, it is not kept in reality, so there are many obstacles to the social activities of the disabled. In addition, local governments should subscribe to electric wheelchair insurance for the disabled to minimize the damage to the disabled in the event of an electric wheelchair accident. Organizations related to the disabled provide safety wheelchair driving education to prevent electric wheelchair accidents in advance and receive complaints about inconvenience. It can be concluded that people with severe disabilities can prevent accidents in advance by installing a moving ring tone on an electric wheelchair so that they can know the movement of the surrounding wheelchair.

수소분리 및 정제를 위한 PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)시스템 안전성향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Improvement of PSA System for Hydrogen Separation and Purification)

  • 일반적으로 수소의 정제는 화학적, 물리적인 방법을 통해 수행한다. 여러 종류의 정제방법 중 현재는 정제 용량 및 경제성이 가장 우수한 PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)를 이용한 정제방법이 가장 널리 사용되고 있다. 국내도 대부분 PSA를 이용하여 자동차 및 발전용 수소 연료전지 등에 사용하는 수소를 정제하고 있다. 기존 석유화학 단지중심의 부생수소는 운송 등의 어려움이 있다. 정부는 도시가스 공급망과 연계하여 소비지에서 직접 수소를 생산하는 수소추출기 설치 계획하고 있으며, 기업들도 이와 관련된 연구 및 실증 설비를 속속 설치하고 있는 실정이다. 유럽 등은 최근 PSA와 관련된 안전기준을 마련하여 시공 및 운영단계에서 체계적인 안전관리를 위한 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 국내는 PSA와 관련된 안전기준 마련이 아직까지는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 PSA를 운영하고 있는 회사의 설문 및 위험성평가를 통해 기존설비의 문제점을 파악하고, 국외 기술기준에 이를 포함한 국내 기술기준을 작성하여 신규설치 및 기존 운영되고 있는 PSA시스템의 안전을 도모하고자 한다.

경전철사업에서의 철도전문기관과 지자체 간의 협력사례 (Cooperation Case between Railway Specialized Authorities and Local Government in LRT Project)

  • The railway industry has well developed with Korea's economic growth as follows - Industrial railway's electrification in 1973, Seoul subway opening in 1974, Busan subway opening in 1985, High speed railway opening in 2004. But LRT as city transportation means has been faced with many difficulties. Looking at the LRT projects implemented until now, there are some issues like the transportation demand, the quality & safety of RS and facilities, the poor management of inhabitant complaints and the failure to maintain policy coherence. They have caused not only the project schedule to extend but also the project costs to increase, even to obstruct the project progress itself in some cases. These risk factors become the obstacle of LRT project's success, but it is said that more basic problem is the lack of risk management capability of competent authorities in railway business. Under these circumstance, Railway specialized Authorities and Local government have cooperated to identify various risk factors and to prepare the measures in advance, so we try to introduce this cooperation case, which will help other local government as an useful reference.

  • Railroads made many contribution to modernization being developed so quickly as public transportation, but after middle of 20 century, its qualities are getting low because of focusing on the investment and development of cars and airplanes. Its role which is getting the excellent merits on the mass transportation, rapid transit. safety, state period, energy efficiency, and prevention of environmental pollution has been reconsidered. Element of horizontal alignment In an existing railroad line is needed as basic materials, when it will be improved or moved. If its design drawing was lost or damaged, it is impossible to recover. It is riot easy to repair for it as disasters. We must understand an existing railroad line to bring a function included a basic geography situation. In this studies we acquire, analyze. and handle the digital picture of railroads and then reappear shape of three dimension. But also we want to contribute to establish the facilities information choosing materials of existing railroad line in outputting the alignment element by reverse.

독성 화학물질 누출사고 대응 기술연구 - 불산 및 암모니아 누출을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Response Technique for Toxic Chemicals Release Accidents - Hydrogen Fluoride and Ammonia -)

  • Since the unprecedented hydrogen fluoride leak accident in 2012, there has been growing demand for customized technical information for rapid response and chemical accident management agencies including the Ministry of Environment, the National Emergency Management Agency, and the National Police Agency need more information on chemicals and accident management. In this regard, this study aims to provide reliable technical data and guidelines to initial response agencies, similar to accident management technical reports of the US and Canada. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on initial response agencies like fire stations, police stations, and local governments to identify new information items for appropriate initial response and improvements of current guidelines. We also collected and reviewed the Canada's TIPS, US EPA's hydrogen fluoride documents, domestic and foreign literature on applicability tests of control chemicals, and interview data, and then produced items to be listed in the technical guidelines. In addition, to establish database of on-site technical information, we carried out applicability tests for accident control data including ① emergency shut down devide, safety guard, shut down valve, ground connection, dyke, transfer pipe, scrubber, and sensor; ② literature and field survey on distribution type and transportation/storage characteristics (container identification, valve, ground connection, etc.); ③ classification and identification of storage/transportation facilities and emergency management methodslike leak prevention, chemicals control, and cutoff or bypass of rain drainage; ④ domestic/foreign analysis methods and environmental standards including portable detection methods, test standards, and exposure limits; and ⑤ comparison/evaluation of neutralization efficiency of control chemicals on toxic substances.

대산항 항로 개선안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the "DAESAN" Harbor Fairway)

  • 대산항은 석유제품운반선, 케미칼운반선, LPG LNG 운반선과 같은 위험화물운반선의 비중이 매우 높으며 석유화학 및 지방산업단지개발계획과 연계 서해안 중부권의 거점 항만으로 개발 추진 중에 있어 향후 2020년에는 9,195척으로 2008년보다 입항 척수가 167% 정도 해상교통량이 증가 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 대산항을 이용하는 선박의 입출항 항로 등에 대한 해상교통환경을 면밀히 분석 평가하고, 통항로 및 항행보조시설 등의 적정성 검토를 통하여 미래 지향적이고 안전한 해상교통환경을 조성하기 위한 체계적이고 종합적인 항로에 대한 개선안을 제시한다.

Positive Guidance를 활용한 국도 마을통과구간 안전성 향상 방법론 (The Safety Improvement of National Highways through Small Towns with Positive Guidance)

  • 최근 마을 중심부를 통과하는 일반국도 구간에서 교통량 증가와 지나치게 높은 차량속도로 인해 교통사고 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 마을 내 넓은 도로와 중앙분리대, 좁은 보도 및 화단은 보행자에게 매우 위험하며 지역 주민들의 생활환경까지 파괴하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 국도 마을통과구간이 소규모 마을과의 조화를 고려하지 않고 단순히 도로 기능 향상에 초점을 맞추어 2차로에서 4차로로 확장된데 그 원인이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 우회도로 건설 및 기능 재분류를 통해 설계속도를 낮추는 방법이 있으나 많은 비용과 시간을 투자해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국도 마을통과구간에 대한 안전성 향상을 위해 적은 투자로 높은 효율을 낼 수 있는 Positive Guidance 기법을 활용하여 사례분석을 실시하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 국도 마을통과구간에서 가장 큰 문제점은 차량의 높은 속도였으며 감속을 위한 시설 및 정보조차 적절히 제공되고 있지 않았다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 감속시설의 설치와 적절한 정보제공의 필요성을 밝히고 개선대안을 제시하였다.

U-turn 설치를 위한 적정 폭원에 관한 연구 (A Study on Appropriate Breadth for U-turn Setup)

  • 교통안전시설 실무편람에 의하면 현재 U-Turn 설치 가능한 지점으로 최소폭원을 '편도 폭 9m 이상'의 지점으로 하고 있으며, U-Turn 허용차량은 승용차로 제한하는 것을 원칙으로 하도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 최근 대형화된 승용차와 보편화된 SUV(sports utility vehicle)차량이 한번에 U-Turn을 완료하지 못하면서 교통소통과 교통안전에 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 차량을 이용한 U-turn 회전반경의 실차 조사치와 교통사고 재현 프로그램인 PC-Crash에 의한 예측치를 비교 검정한 후 PC-Crash를 이용하여 국내 승용차에 대해 U-turn 회전반경에 대해서 예측하고 U-Turn 설치를 위한 적정 폭원으로 제시하였다.

  • Competition to attract customers to the increase of the golf club, but the less people enjoying golf for a variety of issues, including the economic downturn, so golf is going deepened. Therefore, the local golf club is faced with the difficulty of management. In the case of the golf club human resource is the most important factor, because it has a high labor intensive nature of the industry as a type of facilities and services on the basis of intangible human resources. In this paper, to confirm the internal marketing activities and internal service quality, basic premise is that for an external customer satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction should be preceded, and try to analyze these execution factors on job satisfaction and customer orientation, either directly or indirectly affected. The empirical results, the management support in the internal marketing activities were the factors affecting the intrinsic job satisfaction, and the internal service quality were factors affecting employees of the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction.
