A Study on Typical Rates of Water-use for Primary School, Middle School and High School Facilities (초.중.고등학교 시설의 급수 사용량에 대한 연구)

  • A Study on Typical Rates of Water-use for School Facilities has been carried out in this work. Water supply system is given much weight in school facilities. Therefore, it set up a basis efficiency using of water sources to calculate typical rates of water use. The results are summarized as follows; 1) On the whole, typical rates of water-use was founded out 15 L/stu. d in pirmary school, 10 L/stu. d in middle school and 30 L/stu. d in high school smaller than the existing it. It was rate of water-use change as season and Max. Rates of water-use was July. 2) I deem that school hours are 5 hour's in primary school, 7 hour's in middle school and 8 hour's in high school. It the concept of 1 hour that is lesson time 40 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in primary school, lesson time 45 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in middle school and lesson time 50 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in high school. 3) It is desired that we calculate the volume of pump and water tank throughout this concept and the size of water tank should be 1.5 times with taking peak load into consideration by this study on typical rate of water-use. 4) The amount of using water increases in gradually and I consider the life cycle of facilities is more than 10 years. As a result, I can forecast that the size will be insufficiency but I deem that if we devise a plan about parallel pumping on water tank space, we can cope with it. Also, it is expected that we can cut back the transport energy by controlling pump volume.

  • According to the NGIS (National Geographic Information System) project conducted since 1995, the central and local government has been accumulating huge amount of geospatial data. Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport started its GeoSpatial open platform (V-World) service in January 2012, also offering a wide range of functions and services. However, the National GeoSpatial open platform is still woefully deficient for the users to find their desired data, lack of data for private business area, insufficient in publicity of local government and public-private partnerships. Through analyzing current research trend after GeoSpatial open platform served for three years, study on overseas expansion, system links, service improvement, utilization and future strategy has been mainly conducted. This study, by analyzing the advanced overseas GeoSpatial platform as well as domestic research trend and combining the concept of new technology, business platform and SMG (Seoul Metropolitan Government)'s GeoSpatial platform, proposes a policy for the construction of future GeoSpatial Open Platform model.

  • Recently, master plan on the Far East three provinces in China as well as the Russian Far East coupling with 'Eurasia Initiatives' of our government is doubling its importance. It should take advantage of Zarubino port for the hub of Eurasia Logistics Network. This study forecasts the volume demand and whether the expected items of cargo traffic of Zarubino port with O/Ds for the region including the Far East three provinces in China. Input data and the existing basic unit of Korea were utilized in order to overcome the absence of the relevant information to the region. It was derived by them confined to the industrial complex facility in Jilin Sheng on behalf of the Far East three provinces in China as a pilot study. Suitable for the transport sector as a basis for traditional traffic demand, four-step method for estimating the proposed modifications, complementing methodologies. This study is determined that the contribution to the implications on the region's logistics policies of our government has a commitment with raising awareness of the region's Logistics system.

  • Aircraft engine and auxiliary power units are certified in processes of design, production according to airworthiness requirements. The aircraft engines shall demonstrate compliance with the design and production through the Type Certificate and the auxiliary power unit shall demonstrate compliance with the design and production through the Technical Standards Order Approval. MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) established the law and the airworthiness requirements for aircraft engines such as KAS Part 33 but didn't issue the Technical Standards Order for auxiliary power unit. In this paper, we proposed and explained the plan for improvement of our aircraft engines industry through building and expanding the certification infra-structure for aircraft engines and auxiliary power unit.

Merits and Demerits of the Inspection System introduced in Construction of City Planning Road: In Case of Crossing Road of the Aioiyama Green Area in Nagoya

  • The Yatomi - Aioiyama line is a city-planning road that was notified in 1957 and subsequently prepared by land readjustments. Currently, approximately 900m of road pass in the inside of the Aioiyama green area has not been constructed. The surveying briefing session for inhabitants was held in July 1992, the project was authorized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in September 1993, and the project briefing session for inhabitants was held in September 1993. The site purchase has been completed. At the May 2000 briefing session, inhabitants of the area began voicing dissenting demanding the conservation of the natural environment of this green area. The inspector system serves as the third party, independent of both the administration and the inhabitants. Before finalizing the geometric line form of the road to be constructed, some surveys of animals and plants found along the walking trails carried out intensively in the northern area, which is approximately 50 ha, of the Aioiyama green area. The natural environment inspector submitted a plan for changing the geometric line form of the road decided upon by city planning, and it was approved by the city planning council. If the shelter structure or the retaining wall structure is adopted at the location where large slope faces are produced by excavation or landfill, and if the bridge structure is adopted at the place where stream-lines and walking trails intersect, it leads to a reduction of approximately $40\%$ in the areas for which change is planned. Furthermore, approximately $20\%$ of the area to be changed is restored by returning soil to the roof of the shelter.

  • In this paper are This paper is about the efficient use operational management plan for the metropolitan public Jamsil heliport. First, understand the general operations and facilities to Jamsil heliport and raised the issue for them. And, in cases such as urban offshore heliport Jamsil heliport in New York and Texas (USA), for example, which was presented for comparative analysis and Jamsil heliport in London (UK). Operations, research is seen against a facility to install and manage a couple of airfield operations based on the subject by presenting the alternatives, thereby causing the principal operating facilities, infrastructure and security facilities even suggest ways to enhance the standards. Unlike other countries, Jamsil heliport location characteristics were excluded from the study on the safety aspects related to flight operations and for this I'm a military airport facilities coexist in the neighborhood.

  • Medical color graphic research will serve as the basis for globally expanding and disseminating the design quality of the company's products through the era of production of medical robots. This study was based on technologies and contents suitable for the era of medical robot bed expansion, universal medical color application, ergonomic color, etc. In addition, the medical bed robot's color research direction was presented from the perspective of universal design. Accordingly, a universal color design was proposed, taking the functions of a medical robot under development by a domestic company as an example. The characteristics of this robot bed can be divided into three types of functions: first, treatment characteristics for prevention of pressure ulcers with curative, second, automatic seat exchange with cleanliness for medical environment, and third, Convenient, which can implement patient transport. The main idea is to present a combination of functional colors appropriate for this. The resulting color analysis and universal color design techniques could be a useful methodology for illustrating the appearance and function of a modern medical robot bed.

A Study on the Improvement of Evaluation Methods for Roadside Slope Revegetation - Focus on the Cut-soil Slope - (도로비탈면 녹화공사 평가방법의 개선 방안 연구 - 절토부 토사를 중심으로 -)

  • Despite the eco-friendly route plan, road slopes were collapsed due to road construction, resulting in human and property damage. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs established guidelines in 2009 to conduct a test-bed for slope recording considering the conditions of the site and the ecological environment, and divided them into recording quality and economic evaluation. The following results were obtained by analyzing 183 construction methods of cut-soil sections at 60 sites from 2012 to 2018 for road slope afforestation research. Straw net+seedspray, vegetation media spray method 1T, 3T were used the most, and vegetation media spray method 3T(patent) was excellent in quality, and straw net+seedspray was excellent in economics. As a result of analyzing the market unit price and the construction unit price, vegetation media spray method submitted the construction unit price at up to 60% lower than the market unit price. As a result of the analysis of the key factors of the greening method evaluation, the economic assessment had the greatest influence on all evaluation items. Problems in the evaluation method of revegetation were first identified as problems in the allocation of points and secondly as problems in the evaluation criteria. As for the improvement of the economic assessment criteria, the method was proposed to evaluate the same method based on market unit price when the same method was constructed, and not to conduct an economic assessment if there was a difference in market unit price between methods, or to add weight to the scores. Based on the monitoring data of 60 road slopes, this study drew up problems and improvement measures. However, with regard to scoring, research on appropriate scoring is needed by examining the current status.

Two-dimensional numerical experiment considering cohort size and wood jam characteristic on driftwood (유목의 유입규모와 군집특성을 고려하는 2차원 수치모의 실험)

  • In this study, the two-dimensional flow model, Nays2DH, and driftwood dynamics model were combined to analyze the flow and driftwood behavior depending on the characteristics of the inflow of driftwood and the length of the driftwood stem. In particular, the Dashpot-spring model was added to the driftwood dynamics model to simulate the collision motion of the driftwood, and the wood jam characteristics by the collision of the driftwood were compared. As a result of the simulation, the pass rate of the obstacle section, the travel distance of wood jam, and the mean position of the wood pieces were respondent sensitively by the length of the driftwood stem, but the cohort size of the driftwood supply was insignificant excepting for the pass rate. Through this study, we could understand the interaction between hydraulic structures and driftwood, and through this, it is believed that it will be helpful in establishing a durable maintenance plan for hydraulic structures by predicting the transport and jam formation phenomena of driftwood in advance.
