The purpose of the study is to establish models of land use prediction system for development and management of land resources using remotely sensed data as well as ancillary data in the context of multi-disciplinary approach in the application to CheJoo Island. The model adopts multi-date processing techniques and is a spatial/temporal land-use projection strategy emerged as a synthesis of the probability transition model and the discriminant-annlysis model. A discriminant model is applied to all pixels in CheJoo landscape plane to predict the most likely change in land use. The probability transition model provides the number of these pixels that will convert to different land use in a gives future time increment. The synthetic model predicts the future change in land use and its volume of pixels in the landscape plane.

날로 증가하고 있는 다문화가정의 이주여성이 한국의 농촌에서 겪는 임신과 출산경험의 의미의 본질을 밝히고자 현상학적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 자료수집은 A 농촌지역에 거주하는 다문화가정의 결혼이주여성 9명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 하여 녹취하였다. 자료 분석은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법에 의해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 다문화가정 여성의 임신과 출산 경험을 통해서 한국사회로의 삶이 전환되는 과정은 4개의 범주와 9개의 주제 모음이 도출되었다. 최종으로 도출된 4개의 범주는 '미지의 세계에 대한 기대', '새로운 위기를 겪음', '고통 속에서 피어나는 행복감', '새 생명 속에서 희망을 느낌-삶의 전환'으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 결혼을 전제로 새로운 삶을 시작하는 다문화가정의 여성들이 한국에서의 적응 과정에서 겪는 어려움을 이해하고 이에 대한 문제점을 도울 수 있는 적극적인 적응 프로그램 운영을 위한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

새로운 콘텐츠 소비경향의 하나로 스낵컬쳐라는 용어가 보편화되면서 다양한 관련 콘텐츠들이 대중들에게 소개되고 있는 최근의 상황이다. 본 연구는, 대표적 스낵컬쳐 콘텐츠라고 할 수 있는 웹툰의 파생콘텐츠라고 할 수 있는 웹툰 기반 스낵애니메이션에 대한 분석연구로, 영상에서 공간과 시간의 변화를 만들어줌으로서 보는 이에게 스토리의 이해를 돕는다는 측면에서 그 중요성이 큰, 장면전환 기법의 유형별 사용빈도를 알아보는 것을 연구의 주요 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 대표적 스낵애니메이션 플랫폼인 네이버의 플레이 웹툰에 탑재된 콘텐츠를 전수조사하여 각 유형별 장면전환 기법의 사용빈도를 산출한 후에 이를 바탕으로 분포도를 작성하여 샷의 구성적 관점에서 분석결과를 도출하고 고찰하는 일련의 과정을 통하여, 아직은 관련연구가 미흡한 스낵애니메이션 콘텐츠에 대한 또 하나의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있었다는 점에, 연구의 의의가 있다고 판단된다.

In Korea, there is a lack of adequate safety management for small-scale construction work, particularly when compared to large-scale construction projects. The number of construction disasters is also higher on small-scale construction sites. In this regard, this study aimed to develop the application prototype to support the safety management of small-scale construction projects. The major findings of the research are as follows. 1) About 60% of construction disasters and death occurred on small-scale construction sites over the last two years. In addition, institutional support and costs for safety management were found to be insufficient. 2) The items of the application for the small-scale construction safety management were constructed on the basis of the safety management of large-scale construction work. The contents of the application were confirmed based on a survey of small-scale construction project managers. 3) The application algorithm was developed with a focus on the roles of management subjects and information exchange. For transition from the application prototype presented in this study to a commercial product, further research needs to be conducted regarding the reflection of user requirements and application management subjects.

This study is carried out to understand application type and change of learning space and to find out actual situation of management in open planned elementary schools. The twelve elementary schools were selected based on case studies and fundamental data of the agencies performing basic plan, the actual situation of management was studied by interviews of principals and teachers. By the results, open planned elementary schools have been notably reduced after the year of 2004 and corridor expending type was broadly chosen as a plane type for open space. It was also shown that learning space was transformed to the independent type integrating open space to the unit classroom in most part of twelve cases. In addition, whole sliding doors fixed in open classrooms by some Provincial Office of Education didn't need certain physical shut-offs, and it was considered as one of useful alternatives to manage open space.

Conservation of wetlands are important because wetlands are hatcheries for fishes and habitat for migratory birds and mammals. Wetlands also function as a filter for polluted water and material and transition zone for harboring numerous species of plants and animals. This paper reviewed the importance of wetland conservation and policy on management of wetlands in Korea. Wetland Conservation Act(1999) and Maritime Management Act(1999) are two legislation for conservation of wetlands. Wetland Conservation Act is issued by both Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The definition of wetlands are so diverse, but this paper categorized wetlands as both natural and man-made lakes, mud flat areas and inland wetlands. Management application was considered for each wetland categories.

The number of people with chronic diseases has been increasing steadily but the indicators for the management of chronic diseases have not improved significantly. To improve the existing chronic disease management system, a new policy will be introduced, which includes the establishment of care plans for hypertension and diabetes patients by primary care physicians and the provision of care coordination services based on these plans. Care coordination refers to a series of activities to assist patients and their families and it has been known to be effective in reducing medical costs and avoiding the unnecessary use of the hospital system by individuals. To offer well-coordinated and high-quality care services, it is necessary to develop a service quality assurance plan, track and manage patients, provide patient support, agree on patient referral and transition, and develop an effective information system. Local governance should be established for chronic disease management, and long-term plans and continuous quality improvement are necessary.

이 연구는 한국의 공공기록관리 정책이 변천되어 온 궤적과 현재 놓여있는 좌표를 검토해서 향후 지속적인 발전을 추진해나가는 데 필요한 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 대한민국 정부 수립 이후 60년의 기간을 공공기록관리의 관점에서 도입기(1948년~1980년대 중반), 준비기(1980년대 후반~1990년대), 발전기(2000년~2007년), 전환기(2008년 이후)로 나누었다. 도입기부터 발전기까지는 주로 법령과 제도를 중심으로 그 시대에 이루어진 기록관리 관련 성과와 한계를 분석하였으며, 전환기를 맞고 있다고 판단되는 현재의 기록관리 관련 현황을 진단해 보았다. 그리고 전환기를 새로운 성장기로 유도하기 위해서는 쌍방향적 네트워크형 발전모델을 채택해야 한다고 결론지었다.

The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

In the current 2D-based design, design reliability is lowered due to interference and inconsistency between plans, errors in drawings and quantities, etc. At the time of transition to BIM-based 3D design, it is necessary to expand the reliability and usability of BIM by eliminating these errors from the design stage through securing the quality of the BIM digital model. Therefore, in the railway infrastructure design stage, the quality management process and standards of the BIM digital model were defined and quality management index were developed. Based on the rule extracted from the quality management index, a pilot quality management was conducted in connection with the commercial Model-Checker rule, problems and improvement plans were derived, and a rule-based automated quality management plan was prepared.
