  • Of all the proposed resonant techniques, the well-known phase-shifted full bridge converter remains one of the most attractive because it offers an easy way of achieving ZVS with a minimum of extra components added, which is essential for the high power applications. This paper describes the design of a digital controller for a Phase Shifted Full-bridge PWM Converter. The small-signal model is derived incorporating the effects of phase-shift control and the utilization of the transformer leakage inductance and power FET junction capacitances to achieve the zero-voltage resonant switching. Based on the derived small-signal model, the digital controller is designed in the discrete domain. The performance of designed controller is verified through the simulation.

  • This paper deals with a bidirectional ac-dc converter used in ups system application. We propose a Voltage-Source-Charge-Pump-Power-Factor-Correction(VS-CPPFC) ac-dc converters. First of all, we propose a charge pump power-factor-correction converter. Secondly, we derive and analyse a unity power factor condition. The proposed topology is based on a half-bridge for the primary and a current-fed push pull for the secondary side of a high frequency isolation transformer. The advantage of bidirectional flow of power achieved by using the same power components is that the circuit is simple and efficient. And the galvanically isolated topology is specially attractive in battery charge/discharge circuits in ups system. We design equivalent model for the steady-state circuit and analyse operation waveforms for each mode. We show that the proposed model can be applied to ups system by simulation processes.

  • This paper describes the analysis results on the PT ferroresonance at 154 kV GIS (gas Insulated substation by EMTP (Electro-magnetic Transient Program). We had simulated the PT ferroresonance between a potential transformer(PT) and an open circuit breaker's grading capacitance. The ferroresonance leads to very large power frequency overvoltages on PT bus and subsequent insulation failure. The large power can be supplied to the PT by the high voltage on the opened circuit due to the grading capacitance and equivalent capacitance of the buses during the ferroresonance. The damping circuit connected on the secondary winding were considered in the model. The actual countermeasure include a saturable inductor and a resistor series-mounted, but the 2 ohms of damping resistance was used in the computational model.

  • In this paper, the inductive power collector using electromagnetic induction for the PRT{Personal Rapid Transit) system is suggested and some ideas for power collector design to improve the power transfer performance are presented. The proposed the inductive power collector is used for the PRT system, which has a large air-gap and demands a large electrical power capability. But, low output power is generated due to a loosely coupled characteristic of the large air-gap. Therefore, double layer construction of secondary winding, which was divided in half to increase both output current and output voltage was suggested. Also, model of power collector and parallel winding structure are presented, in addition, the performance of inductive power collector to alignment condition between the primary power line and the inductive power transformer was verified by computer simulation of 2kW model.

  • There are several ways to bond to building grounding systems for reducing GPR(ground potential rise) and EMI resulting from power system faults or lightning stroke to building. In order to verify effective bonding practice, the GPR and voltage of equipment due to the direct stroke to building are calculated with ATP-EMTP model for transformer, transmission line and MOV(Metal oxide varistor). The simulated model shows a satisfactory accuracy compared with experimental result for the $8/20{\mu}s$ simulated current pulse. It is observed that separate grounding can cause dangerous voltage to the building equipment and the performance of surge protective device can improve when it is installed to the protected equipment in distance as short as possible.

Dynamic Tracking Aggregation with Transformers for RGB-T Tracking

  • RGB-thermal (RGB-T) tracking using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) involves challenges with regards to the similarity of objects, occlusion, fast motion, and motion blur, among other issues. In this study, we propose dynamic tracking aggregation (DTA) as a unified framework to perform object detection and data association. The proposed approach obtains fused features based a transformer model and an L1-norm strategy. To link the current frame with recent information, a dynamically updated embedding called dynamic tracking identification (DTID) is used to model the iterative tracking process. For object association, we designed a long short-term tracking aggregation module for dynamic feature propagation to match spatial and temporal embeddings. DTA achieved a highly competitive performance in an experimental evaluation on public benchmark datasets.

  • This paper proposes a new model for harmonic analysis in 2${\times}$25㎸ traction power supply system including inverted feeder, contact line, rails and auto-transformer. The system model is based on four-port representation which is an extension of two-port network theory. In order to verify the proposed approach, we have analysed and tested real traction power feeding system focused on the amplification of harmonic current. The calculation results front tile proposed approach and the measurement data from the test are widely described in the paper.

  • 자연어 표상은 자연어가 가진 정보를 컴퓨터에게 전달하기 위해 표현하는 방법이다. 현재 자연어 표상은 학습을 통해 고정된 벡터로 표현하는 것이 아닌 문맥적 정보에 의해 벡터가 변화한다. 그 중 BERT의 경우 Transformer 모델의 encoder를 사용하여 자연어를 표상하는 기술이다. 하지만 BERT의 경우 학습시간이 많이 걸리며, 대용량의 데이터를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 빠른 자연어 표상 학습을 위해 의미 정보와 BERT를 결합한 개념 언어 모델을 제안한다. 의미 정보로 단어의 품사 정보와, 명사의 의미 계층 정보를 추상적으로 표현했다. 실험을 위해 ETRI에서 공개한 한국어 BERT 모델을 비교 대상으로 하며, 개체명 인식을 학습하여 비교했다. 두 모델의 개체명 인식 결과가 비슷하게 나타났다. 의미 정보가 자연어 표상을 하는데 중요한 정보가 될 수 있음을 확인했다.

  • ViT(Vision Transformer)는 트랜스포머 구조에 이미지를 패치들로 나눠 한꺼번에 인풋으로 입력하는 모델이다. CNN 기반 모델보다 더 적은 훈련 계산량으로 다양한 이미지 인식 작업에서 SOTA(State-of-the-art) 성능을 보이면서 다양한 비전 작업에 ViT 를 적용하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만, ViT 모델도 AI 모델 훈련시에 생성된 그래디언트(Gradients)를 이용해 원래 사용된 훈련 데이터를 복원할 수 있는 모델 역전 공격(Model Inversion Attacks)에 안전하지 않음이 증명되고 있다. CNN 기반의 모델 역전 공격 및 방어 기법들은 많이 연구되어 왔지만, ViT 에 대한 관련 연구들은 이제 시작 단계이고, CNN 기반의 모델과 다른 특성이 있기에 공격 및 방어 기법도 새롭게 연구될 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 ViT 모델에 특화된 모델 역전 공격 및 방어 기법들의 특징을 서술한다.
