Objective: Increased aortic and carotid arterial augmentation index (AI) is associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease. The most widely used approach for determining central arterial AI is by calculating the aortic pressure waveform from radial arterial waveforms using a transfer function. But how the change of waveform by applied pressure and the pattern of the change rely on subject's characteristics has not been recognized. In this study, we use a new method for measuring radial waveform and observe the change of waveform and the deviation of radial AI in the same position by applied pressure. Method: Forty-six non-patient volunteers (31 men and 15 women, age range 21-58 years) were enrolled for this study. Informed consent in a form approved by the institutional review board was obtained in all subjects. Blood pressure was measured on the left upper arm using an oscillometric method, radial pressure waves were recorded with the use of an improved automated tonometry device. DMP-3000(DAEYOMEDI Co., Ltd. Ansan, Korea) has robotics mechanism to scan and trace automatically. For each subject, we performed the procedure 5 times for each applied pressure level. We could thus obtain 5 different radial pulse waveforms for the same person's same position at different applied pressures. All these processes were repeated twice for test reproducibility. Result: Aortic AI, peripheral AI and radial AI were higher in women than in men (P<0.01), radial AI strongly correlated with aortic AI, and radial AI was consistently approximately 39% higher than aortic AI. Relationship between representative radial AI of DMP-3000 and peripheral AI of SphygmoCor had strongly correlation. And there were three patterns in change of pulse waveform. Conclusion: In this study, it is revealed the new device was sufficient to measure how radial AI and radial waveform from the same person at the same time change under applied pressure and it had inverse-proportion to applied pressure.
Authentication is needed to use safe devices in the home network environment. In this authentication, there are an ID base form and Certification base form. In case of an ID base form, it is difficult to apply to the multi domain environment and in case of an Certification base form, because the way that contains and stores the certificate demand on devices, additional setting of the user is needed for transfer of ownership and purchase of new devices, and more. Because both ways attend an individual authentication for devices, the ways exist overhead as the frequent authentication for a lot of devices in service aspects of user needs. To arrange these problems, in this paper, the authentication information of devices can be securely stored and managed in the java card and a processing time of the authentication could be improved better then the existing technique by authenticating a group of service.
Because Mobile computing uses radio transfer communications division carrying along information terminal, internet link computer and information technology of human body effectively, when, where, who, can offer role that is center enemy of available modern technology moving and reconsider new technology to physiological sounding, and reconstruct creatively. Specially, can offer possibility that can intervene in process that motive living body change before military register symptoms are developed of disease on silver society. But, much parameters data processing, standard anger of data of that is vague. same time collection of data can lift difficulty etc.. Therefore, this research excludes time limitation constituent inflecting Mobile computing, and result that analysis experiments because is proper and Mobile nerve mechanical code Tuesday that do with bioelectricity signal method select and embody system by access that become correct analysis, is becomes model of living body signal Mobile analysis device, and person could apply Mobile living body measuring device m-HSS (mobile-Hardware-software system) that measuring is possible by scientific access.

In this paper, we introduce satellite communication for new wireless disaster network to be built on the basis of amateur radio HR (HAM Radio) as a wireless package system, and channel environments of a D2D terminal that tries to connect and communicate with the wireless disaster network. In this disaster network, we propose a LOS component ratio based adaptive channel modeling approach to accurately estimate a variety of channels whose the D2D terminal could have and smoothly transfer to the level of multimedia data based on the Okumura-Hata channel model. As a result of computer simulation, performance of the proposed method was compared with the that of Okumura-Hata model of open area and urban area model and we were confirmed that there is a gain of BER performance from the results of the computer simulation.

Polymer based organic photovoltaics have attracted a great deal of attention due to the potential cost-effectiveness of light-weight and flexible solar cells. However, most BHJ polymer solar cells are not thermally stable as subsequent exposure to heat drives further development of the morphology towards a state of macrophase separation in the micrometer scale. Here we would like to show three different approaches for developing new electroactive polymers to improve the thermal stability of the BHJ solar cells, which is a critical problem for the commercialization of these solar cells. For one of the examples, we report a new series of functionalized polythiophene (PT-x) copolymers for use in solution processed organic photovoltaics (OPVs). PT-x copolymers were synthesized from two different monomers, where the ratio of the monomers was carefully controlled to achieve a UV photo-crosslinkable layer while leaving the ${\pi}-{\pi}$ stacking feature of conjugated polymers unchanged. The crosslinking stabilizes PT-x/PCBM blend morphology preventing the macro phase separation between two components, which lead to OPVs with remarkably enhanced thermal stability. The drastic improvement in thermal stabilities is further characterized by microscopy as well as grazing incidence X-ray scattering (GIXS). In the second part of talk, we will discuss the use of block copolymers as active materials for WOLEDs in which phosphorescent emitter isolation can be achieved. We have exploited the use of triarylamine (TPA) oxadiazole (OXA) diblock copolymers (TPA-b-OXA), which have been used as host materials due to their high triplet energy and charge-transport properties enabling a balance of holes and electrons. Organization of phosphorescent domains in TPA-b-OXA block copolymers is demonstrated to yield dual emission for white electroluminescence. Our approach minimizes energy transfer between two colored species by site isolation through morphology control, allowing higher loading concentration of red emitters with improved device performance. Furthermore, by varying the molecular weight of TPA-b-OXA and the ratio of blue to red emitters, we have investigated the effect of domain spacing on the electroluminescence spectrum and device performance.

Recently, interest in the development of alternative water resources has been increasing rapidly due to environmental pollution and depletion of water resources. In particular, seawater desalination has been attracting the most attention as alternative water resources. As seawater desalination consumes a large amount of energy due to high operating pressure, many researches have been conducted to improve energy efficiency such as energy recovery device (ERD). Consequently, this study aims to compare the energy efficiency of RO process according to ERD of isobaric type which is applied in scientific control pilot plant process of each $100m^3/day$ scale based on actual RO product water. As a result, it was confirmed that efficiency, mixing rate, and permeate conductivity were different depending on the size of the apparatus even though the same principle of the ERD was applied. It is believed that this is caused by the difference in cross-sectional area of the contacted portion for pressure transfer inside the ERD. Therefore, further study is needed to confirm the optimum conditions what is applicable to the actual process considering the correlation with other factors as well as the factors obtained from the previous experiments.
The purpose of this study is to develop a lighting apparatus of the illuminance and color temperature to maximize the ability of the optimal combination of light sources that can be controlled efficiently control device. Finding people comfortable feeling for indoor lighting that can be used in a variety of color temperature illumination area by combining light sensitivity can be realized. Lighting apparatus for fluorescent lamps with different color temperature of 2000K and 8000K, and by varying the quantity of each of the fluorescent lamps, the illuminance of lighting equipment and color temperature through optical simulations were evaluated. By infrared remote control receiver, divided into 5 types of relaxation, conversation, meeting, hospitality, arts and the lighting environment you want to transfer the PC0 ~ PC4 through the parallel port on the mode selected by the user at the receiving end the DC voltage output. EEFL inverter input DC voltage and the DC input voltage, depending on the level of EEFL dimming value (illuminance and color temperature) lighting environment you want to create change while using a PIR sensor EEFL automatically turn off if people do not have was developed so that the power consumption so you can save.

The implanted telemetry system provides the monitoring of species while they move within their cages. Species monitored include mice, rats, rabbits, dogs, pigs, primates, sheep, horses, cattle, and others. A miniature transmitter implanted in each animal measures one or more parameters. Parameters measured include arterial pressure, intra-pleural pressure, left ventricular pressure, intra-ocular pressure, bladder pressure, ECG, EMG, EEG, EOG, temperature, activity, and other parameters and transmits the data via radio frequency signals to a nearby receiver. Every conventional dedicated transmitter contains one or more sensors, cpu and battery. Due to the expected life of battery, the measuring time is limited. To overcome these problems, electromagnetic inductive coupling based wireless power transmission technology using multiple transmit coils were proposed. Each coil having different active area are driven by the coil driver. In this research, parallel resonance based coil driver was proposed. In addition, the device to detect where the receiver is positioned was proposed. From the experiments we show how to determine the driving condition of coil driver.

Smart building gate security control system using smartphone integrated with near field communication (NFC) has become part of daily life usage these days. The technology change in replacing RF NFC device using visible light communication technology based approach growing faster in recent days. This paper propose a design and development of gate security control system using color code based user authentication ID generation as part of an intelligent access control system to control automatic door open and close. In this approach gate security access control use the recent visible light communication technology trends to transfer the user specific authentication code to door access control system using color code on smartphone screen. Using a camera in the door access control system (ACS), color codes on smartphone screens are detected and matched to the database of authenticated user to open the door automatically in gate security system. We measure the visual light communication technology efficiency as a part of the research and the experiments have revealed that more than 95% users authenticated correctly at the suggested experiment environment on gate security control system.
The study was conducted to improve the efficiency of the test and to reduce the exposure dose of patients and operators by analyzing the difference in the moving speed of Lipiodol according to the temperature during lymphography. The device for injecting Lipiodol at a constant pressure was self-made, and after inserting Lipiodol into the Connecting Tube, the moving speed of the contrast agent was photographed at temperatures of 26℃, 36℃, and 46℃ using a heat transfer device. Lipiodol movement time from the Support Catheter to 20cm was measured and analyzed, and statistical significance was confirmed. In the 46℃ environment, the average moving time was 11 seconds, at 36℃ the average was 13 seconds, and at 26℃ the average was 17 seconds. Lipiodol showed a significant difference in moving time with increasing temperature (p<.001), and it was confirmed that the higher the temperature, the faster the moving speed. In the case of lymphangiography, when heated to a certain temperature (46 degrees) rather than injecting Lipiodol at room temperature, the injection speed can be increased and the speed of movement in the lymphatic vessel can be improved.
