신형 알루미늄관의 열전달 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the characteristics of heat transfer for new type aluminum tube)

  • This study investigated heat transfer characteristics of refrigeration system using new type aluminium heat transfer tube for evaporator of refrigeration and air-conditioning comparing with bare tube. From the result of heat transfer experiment form one phase flow using cooled and hot water, about 20% heat transfer performance is superior in case of same quantity of flow and about 4% heat transfer performance if superior in case of same velocity comparing with bare tube. Casing of two phase flow, heat transfer performance of new type aluminum heat transfer tube shows about 50% superior heat transfer performance comparing with bare tube in the same evaporating pressure when using heat transfer tube as evaporator and shows about 47% increase when expressing performance coefficient as the rate of refrigerating capacity and compressing work. However, it can be known that pressure drop in the heat transfer tube is taken higher value of about 18% in case of new type aluminum heat transfer tube. From the above result, new type aluminum heat transfer tube is excellent comparing with bare heat transfer tube using the existing heat exchanger for refrigerator.

  • Vortex is very interesting flow phenomena on the heat transfer enhancement. In the present study, naphthalene sublimation technique is used to determine the average and local mass transfer coefficients on the flat plate with vortex generator. A parametric study with Reynolds number and angle of attack is carried out to investigate the heat transfer enhancement. The heat transfer coefficients on the flat plate with rectangular type and delta type vortex generator are compared with those of the flat plate without the vortex generator. Comparing heat transfer coefficients between rectangular type and delta type vortex generator, rectangular type vortex generator has much higher value than delta type vortex generator at the same condition.

  • The heat transfer characteristics of free surface water jet impinging normally against a flat uniform heat flux surface were investigated. This deals with the effect of three nozzle configurations (Cone type, Reverse cone type, Vertical circular type) on the local and the average heat transfer. Heat transfer measurements were made for water jet issuing from a nozzle of which exit diameter 8 mm. The experimental conditions investigated are Reynolds number range of 27000 ~ 70000( $V_{O}$=3 ~ 8 m/s), nozzle-to-target plate distances H/D=2 ~ 10, and radial distance from the stagnation point r/D ~ = 0 ~ 7.42. For all jet velocities of H/D=2, the local Nusselt number decreased monotonically with increasing radial distance. However, for H/D from 4 to 10, and for the jet velocity $V_{O}$.geq.7 m/s for Cone type nozzle and $V_{O}$.geq.6 m/s for the other type nozzles, the Nusselt number distributions exhibited secondary peaks at r/D=3 ~ 3.5. For Reverse cone type nozzle and Vertical circular nozzle, the maximum stagnation point heat transfer and the maximum average heat transfer occurs at H/D=8. But for the Cone type nozzle, the maximum stagnation and average heat transfer occurs at H/D=10, 4, respectively. From the optimum nozzle-to-target plate distance, the stagnation and the average heat transfer reveal the following ranking: Reverse cone type nozzle, Vertical circular type nozzle, Cone type nozzle.ozzle.

Effects of Transfer Gate on the Photocurrent Characteristics of Gate/Body-Tied MOSFET-Type Photodetector

  • In this study, we studied the effects of transfer gate on the photocurrent characteristics of gate/body-tied (GBT) metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET)-type photodetector. The GBT MOSFET-type photodetector has high sensitivity owing to the amplifying characteristic of the photocurrent generated by light. The transfer gate controls the flow of photocurrent by controlling the barrier to holes, thereby varying the sensitivity of the photodetector. The presented GBT MOSFET-type photodetector using a built-in transfer gate was designed and fabricated via a 0.18-㎛ standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) process. Using a laser diode, the photocurrent was measured according to the wavelength of the incident light by adjusting the voltage of the transfer gate. Variable sensitivity of the presented GBT MOSFET-type photodetector was experimentally confirmed by adjusting the transfer gate voltage in the range of 405 nm to 980 nm.

분리형 써모사이폰의 열전달특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the heat transfer characteristics of separate type thermosyphon)

  • Separate type thermosyphon has larger critical heat flux than non-loop type thermosyphon, because the flooding phenomenon of vapor and liquid occurring in non-loop one does not occur. The experimental study has been carried out separate type thermosyphon with single tube. An investigation of heat transfer characteristics in separate type thermosyphon is performed experimentally. Heat transfer coefficients in an evaporator and condenser were measured experimentally. The effects of liquid filling ratio, height difference, cooling temperature and heat flux on the heat transfer coefficients were examined. As a result, the reasonable range of the liquid filling ratio and the dependence of heat transfer on vapor temperature and heat flux are obtained.

루우버핀형 열교환기의 공기측 열전달 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics in the Air Side of Louvered Fin Heat Exchanger)

  • For the study of an effect that fin thickness and shape of heat exchanger have on the elevation of heat transfer efficiency, we make models of plate fin type heat exchanger and louvered fin type heat exchanger which was given a transformation of fin thickness in plate f)n type heat exchanger and louvered fin type heat exchanger which are often used now. And the effect of fin thickness on pressure drop and characteristics of heat transfer was experimented and analysed when air velocity and temperature of plate heating was a variable. The results of experiment shows below. Pressure drop shows larger in louvered fin type exchanger than in plate fin type exchanger, size of pressure drop shows like this order that fin thickness is 0.3mm, 0.2mm, 0.1mm. Mean heat transfer coefficient shows higher in louvered fin type exchanger than in plate fin type exchanger, size of mean heat transfer coefficient by fin thickness shows same in both case in louvered fin type heat exchanger and plate fin type exchanger like this order that fin thickness is 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm.

융복합 기술이전에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 공공부문의 중소기업에 대한 융복합 기술이전을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study for Convergence-type Technology Transfer)

  • 본 연구는 두가지 형태로 진행되었다. 첫째는 융복합 기술과 융복합 기술이전의 선행연구 검토 및 조사분석틀 분석에 근거하여 융복합 기술이전이라는 개념화와 측정 방법의 틀을 제시하였다. 둘째, 융복합 기술이전의 분류에 근거하여 기존 기술이전 조사틀에서 최근 정책적으로 중요하게 부각되고 있는 중소기업 융복합 기술이전을 전체 중소기업 기술이전 현황과 비교하였다. 정책적으로 공공부문에서 중소기업 기술이전이 중요하며 특히 융복합 기술이전의 건수와 금액 비교를 통해 융복합 기술이전이 진행 형태를 비교할 수 있다. 비교분석을 종합하면 전반적으로 중소기업에 대한 기술이전이 증가하는 추세에도 불구하고, 융복합 기술이전은 4.4%에 불과하다. 대학 및 정출연이 보유한 융복합 기술에 대한 중소기업 기술이전은 상대적 낮은 수준이다. 산업별로 볼 때 중소기업 기술이전이 활성화된 분야는 전자부품, 기계장비, 화학, 음식료, 의료 등이며 이러한 특징은 융복합 기술이전에서도 유사한 경향을 보였다. 기술생산자별로 보면 중소기업 기술이전뿐 아니라 융복합 기술 모두에서 대학의 역할이 강조되고 있다. 기술이전 금액관점에서 1~5천만원의 건수 및 금액 비중이 높으며 5백만원 미만의 건수도 많아지는 추세이며 융복합 기술이전도 유사한 형태를 나타내고 있다. 마지막으로 지역별로 융복합 기술이전을 포함한 기술이전 전체 성과가 서울, 대전, 경기에 집중되어 있다.

  • This thesis suggests design considerations and solutions for cam type transfer unit in which feed, lift, and clamp motions are occurred by cams. For fast transferring and avoiding cam breakage, each designed cam must satisfy the given specifications such like velocity, acceleration, jerk, pressure angle, ram thickness, and torque. To reduce absolute torque magnitude, conjugate cam is suggested. Conjugate cam eliminates the redundant pre-load by using complementary cam and follower to avoid jumping between them. The result from the prototype shows the reductions of the absolute torque value, and it indicates that conjugate cam could enhance the working speed of cam type transfer unit and extend of the life span of cam type transfer unit.

착상을 고려한 가정용 냉동/냉장고 증발기의 열전달 성능 (Heat Transfer Performance of Evaporator Used in a Domestic Refrigerator/Freezer Under Frosting Condition)

  • In this study, the air-side heat transfer coefficients of several types of evaporators in the household freezer/refrigerators are investigated. The types considered in this work are: discrete flat plate fin-and-tube type(in-lined tube array), continuous flat plate fin-and-tube type(staggered tube array), and spine fin-and-tube type(in-lined tube array). The heat transfer correlations obtained from this study for each heat exchangers could expect heat transfer coefficients less than $5\%$ of errors. The result indicates that the air-side heat transfer performance of spine fin-and-tube type evaporator shows the highest value under dry conditions, but discrete flat plate fin-and-tube type evaporator shows the highest value among these three evaporators under frosting conditions.

브레이징식 동세관내 CO2의 냉각 열전달 특성 (Cooling Heat Transfer Characteristics of CO2 in a Brazing Type Small Diameter Copper Tube)

  • The cooling heat transfer coefficient of $CO_2$ in a brazing type small diameter tube was investigated experimentally. The main components of the refrigerant loop are a receiver, a $CO_2$ compressor, a mass flow meter, an evaporator and a brazing type small diameter tube as a test section. The mass flux of $CO_2$ is $400{\sim}1600$ [kg/$m^2s$], the mass flowrate of coolant were varied from 0.15 to 0.3 [kg/s], and the cooling pressure of gas cooler were from 8 to 10 [MPa]. The cooling heat transfer coefficients of the brazing type small diameter copper tube is about $4{\sim}11.7%$ higher than that of the conventional type small diameter copper tube. In comparison with test results and existing correlations, correlations failed to predict the cooling heat transfer coefficient of $CO_2$ in a brazing type small diameter copper tube. therefore, it is necessary to develope reliable and accurate predictions determining the cooling heat transfer coefficient of $CO_2$ in a brazing type small diameter copper tube.
